This place had no heating. We asked the staff, to help with this. They were able to control the heat and chose to keep it on \"eco\". This stay was really uncomfortable as it was cold.

I left my headphones in the room and only realised on my way back to london. I contacted them to ask them to post it (at my cost) and they seemed to be fine with it at firat then when i asked them to package it up and tell me dimensions so i can book a courier, they just stopped replying. So essentially they stole my headphones. And now they still wont reply to messages to this day.

Dont recommend staying here.

Building was too hot, same as the rooms; aircon was non existent and the fans provided barely helped. No cold water available from the water machine in the reception and being told room service I.e. room cleaning cost 20 euros (1st time hearing this from a hotel) was the sour cherry on the expired cake. All in all would not recommend.

We had a few days of rain so had to stay local to apartment. But got taxis into city centre as metro was too far a walk. Needed bus pass from metro to use buses. But found using bolt cost us a few euros more but saw sights and less hassle. Room was very clean and tidy. Only downside was the heating was controlled and was a little cold during night times. But additional duvet helped keep warm.

The property is very cold, runs out of hot water, and you cannot control the temperature in the room. However, it is close to the train station. The staff is moderately friendly but will lie about the cost of transportation. They are able to accommodate you if you miss your flight if you call.

I was not happy of what I was given because it wasn’t what I booked for. Front desk told me that the pictures on Expedia aren’t really what you getting… very deceiving. I was in sick with my 8 years old daughter. I was tried and had no energy to argue. I wanted to changed hotel but they didn’t have anything close unfortunately.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The area felt safe. 5 mins walk from RER and 15 mins to the nearest metro. Both go atraight to the centre of Paris. Nice views from my window.

The shower wasn't draining properly on my first day, however this was resolved within hours after I reported it. Thank you again

It is my favourite hotel :) I stayed there several times. Always very welcoming. Staff is great, Very kind people, always patience with they guests.
Hotel itself is nice, cons: a bit cold in the rooms and unfortunately they can not increase temperature. I hope it will change as I can not stand cold.

Quite a convenient location. Friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small. But, overall great for the price and location. However, recommend the hotel keep a clear signage for how to ring the reception to let the customers in when they first check in or send clear info about how to check into the hotel because front door requires code.

The moment I stepped foot onto property I realized the website is displaying inaccurate representation of the place. The room that we got was old, small, smelt like stale oil, and the bathroom was MOLDY. The hallways were dark and the door to the room was flimsy. I do not recommend staying in this \"hotel\".

Great place to stay.

This is my 2nd stay here, which says a lot as I rarely return to the same place. I arrived a lot later than intended at 11pm due to transport delays and arrived hot, sweaty and exhausted. The receptionist gave me a bottle of cold water which helped me a lot.

The room was very clean and despite not having air conditioning was relatively cool. There was some noise of traffic outside, however this wasn't really a problem for me. The bed comfortable.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Front desk people are rude. One of the front desk person tried to charge more. When we questioned extra charges he wasted our time resulting us miss our transportation and delay. Catching flight became a terrible rush through airport, skipped breakfast and barely made to flight after taking help from airport personnel.

A good, clean, calm place to stay in Paris.

Standard was what I expect from Adagio. Clean, comfortable, well heated in winter, friendly and helpful staff.

Being 6 mins from the ReR line C is great as you can get to places like the Eiffel tower in about 20 mins of train time. Increased cost of being out of the Paris zone is well worth it. Just be aware that some of the trains are fast and don't stop at Ivry.

There is also a larger Carrefour about 7 mins walk away, which is cheaper the more local one. I didn't use the local restaurants as I am gluten free, however it looks like there is a good selection and these are likely to be more affordable than the ones in Paris.

Can be a little noisy with traffic as on a busy road, however I suspect the rooms to the back of the property are quieter, so if that is likely to bother you maybe request a room at the back. It is fine though over night.

Wifi was fine overall, however I did have some problems using Zoom on occasions.

A nice, economic option for a stay in Paris.

I really enjoyed my stay.

This place is small and it was ok pillows are very soft almost no stuffing. There is no ac but you can open the windows but there are many mosquitoes as there are no nets. There is a few bars around but not much else and it is really far by transit to get anywhere very confusing. Spend a bit more and stay closer to Paris.

In the first room we were given, there was toilet paper still in the toilet and a roach in the bathroom. The carpets and couch also looked very dirty. We were concerned with the overall cleanliness of the room, especially after finding the bug, and requested another room.
My family is Asian American but my sister understands French. The receptionist gave us another room but said in French to her coworker that my mom was exaggerating.
The next room looked cleaner. The rooms were substantially hotter than the temperature outside, and there is no AC. We were able to get a fan from the front desk.
There is no housekeeping, and there was litter in the halls leading up to our room. They charge 6 euros for extra towels.
Overall, it was a tolerable experience but I would choose another hotel if given the option.

Security was great: Code to come in after hours; room key to access elevator to underground parking. Courteous and helpful staff. Free WiFi and TV. Orange and apple juice in lobby every day. Felt welcome. Would be perfect for extended stay as well since amenities include small basic kitchen with fridge & microwave. Only minor minus: make sure you notify staff at check-in or at any time at front desk if you plan on making outside calls from room phone. Deposit is required. But then again, I was likely the only one on the property who didn't have a functioning cell phone! Would recommend this hotel/apartment facility to anyone.

This is the worst Adagio hotel I have stayed in. First of all, there was a sign in the room saying I must lock door which made me feel unsafe. The room was hot and they only provided me with one small tiny fan. The front desk person was very rude and careless. Also, the area was not really nice, you can see the poverty. And Ivry is outside of Paris, so the fixed rate for Taxi's does not apply. Do not recommend this place to anyone!

The hotel is very clean and updated. The location is convenient as it is close to the train and not too far from the metro. There are shops and restaurants near by.

Overall, it was a good experience and a good value. However, we stayed for a week and did not have our room cleaned once. I believe this is because you need to be out of your room very early to get turn-down service. On a final note, towel changes are 5 euros per person.

The room was filthy, in the 3 days we stayed there it was not serviced once, the plug point in the bathroom pulled out of the wall, the whole place stunk of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking hotel and there were cigarette butts all over our balcony. The only good thing was easy access to the RER.

A well located aparthotel. Easy to move around the city (RER is really close...around 5 mins walk). Good and affordable restaurants and stores around. Very friendly staff and some extra goodies at the lobby like coffe, hot chocolate, juice, etc. Although I had a good experience staying there, I was uncomfortable with the cleaning. It seems you need to leave the room at 9am in order to get your apartment cleaned up!

I would stay here again!

Good Budget Alternative for Paris

Aparthotel Adagio Access is a good budget alternative for visiting Paris. There is good value for the price paid, and the area of Ivry-sur-Seine is convenient for necessary shopping for travelers with low-cost restaurants, food stores (Franprix), and a Carrefour (French counterpart to Walmart) in a nearby mall. The hotel is about a seven-minute walk from the RER suburban rail station, which is three stops from the center of Paris. The nearest metro station at Mairie d'Ivry is about 15 minutes' walk away. There is good WIFI and cable TV, and the rooms are equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, and food utensils. The bathrooms are adequate, although the showers are small, which is the usual European standard. There is no air-conditioning, also normal for Paris area lodging. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

the staff were outstanding, someone always ready, spoke English really well and helped me with anything i might have needed, without charge.

the standard of the room however wasn't up to my standard, i really thought i would get more for my money, but i guess that's what you pay for in central Paris.

location was great but the beds were not comfy and the room wasn't inviting or extremely clean, the shower was slightly broken and would shoot off into the air when too much power or the wrong angle applied, we had a wet bathroom indeed.

all in all i wasn't in there too much but i would have hoped for a bit more comfort and some AC!

Adagio Access Paris Quai d'Ivry -Good Budget Hotel

This hotel, located in Ivry-sur-Seine, just outside the Paris city limits, is a good budget alternative for Paris visits. It has a convenient location, ten minutes' walk from the Ivry-sur-Seine RER station and twenty minutes' walk from the Mairie d'Ivry Paris Metro Network. The WI-FI connection is good, the French cable TV is adequate, and a laundromat is across the street. The neighborhood has a Franprix grocery store close by as well a Carrefour (French Walmart).

Great value for your money

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. Spoke pretty good English. There is an option of luggage storage for the last day.
Rooms were slightly small, but great for using if you are only sleeping there. The most important is that they are clean, have all your needs.
It is a 3 minute walk away from the RER, and just a 10 minute ride from the center of Paris.

Convenient location for visiting Disneyland Paris

Great for self-catering. But had 3 loose sockets,including one with exposed red wire, found in the main room. The kettle wire had part outer wire coating burnt thru. Reported to reception on the next morning but no repairs were carried out during our 4nights stay. This is very concerning for family with young children :-(

A Good Budget Value for Paris

Adagio Access Paris Quai d'Ivry (ACCOR Hotels) is an apartment hotel which is convenient for longer stays in the Paris area. It is moderately priced and a good value, especially for what you normally get for the price in Paris. It is located in the Paris suburb of Ivry-sur-Seine, about a quarter-mile walk from the RER station Ivry-sur-Seine (and a half-mile from the Metro station Ivry-sur-Seine) which is three stops from Saint-Michel/Notre Dame in the center of Paris. There is adequate WI-FI and cable TV, but no English-language channels, except for the occasional movie sub-titled. It is not air-conditioned, but a small studio is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and stove. The neighborhood, which looks a bit worse than it is, has conveniently located restaurants, groceries, and a Carrefour (French Walmart) is located closeby in a mall.

Average hotel not close to city

An average hotel with reasonable facilities. Breakfast miserable, ceratinly not worth the price (8.40 Euros). Not in proper Paris, so needed time and cost to allow travel to and back from Paris, not very ideal to enjoy Paris at night.

Communication was tye biggest problem due to language barrier. Hotel staff are rude, especially at the reception desk, except the one at night shift during our stay.One lady satff in breakfast room requires special mention about her appaling behaviour [on 13 June 2015] (we had to lodge a complaint against her, sorry!)

Facilities 1: The shower head was loose, as the fitting screw was missing. It was not fixed despite reapeated request, and the reception desk was prettty indifferent!

Facilities 2: very little room between the desk and the bed to move around. The corner of the bed was so sharp that I hurt my leg with a scratch and bleeding.

Facilities 3: No English language channel in the TV, so having a TV in teh room did not make any difference to us.

Very residential area. A couple of minimarkets around, and a kebab shop nearby. So not much choice about any decent eating or buying place!

We stayed for 5 nights, however the cleaning was after the end of stay, if you want to ask for cleaning, you have to pay. The breakfast was not included, it is 8.5 EUR. The location is outside the circle 1 of Paris, so you cann't use single journey ticket to take RER C, but the metro is OK, just you need to walk 15min to reach the Metro station.

The area for the hotel is not a nice area; it's not in an area that I want to be walking at night. That said, it's a quick walk to the train station. The hotel itself needs updating and general maintenance. In our room, the nightstand came off the wall and the shower head wouldn't stay in place. The shower head was held in place with the use of a zip tie. The shower area itself was small. Is it worth the money, yes. Would I go there again, no.

Good hotel

This hotel is 15 min walk from metro but even then it is good. It is good location, easily you can find eatables fast food shops, pizza shops and big shopping mall on 6 minutes walk from hotel. Internet signals were satisfactory in our room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very helpful staff and clean

I stay at the Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris Quai d'Ivry
on my bsuiness trips to Paris. The place is not very good, but I have meetings at the company very close.
It is very clean and the staff working at the hotel is very good.

Budget lodging for longer stay in Paris

Adagio Access Paris Quai d'Ivry is comfortable budget lodging within a reasonable commuting distance from the center of Paris. It is located in Ivry-sur-Seine, three station stops from Saint-Michel/Notre Dame. The Ivry-sur-Seine station is about ten minutes' walk from the apartment-hotel. Small studio apartments are featured with small refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, international cable TV, and cable connection to the Internet. The city of Ivry-sur-Seine contains all the necessary commercial establishments for living within walking distance.

Location is a problem, in that RER is nearby, but trains run much less frequently than the subway. This is especially true outside of rush hours.
