Nous avons eu une chambre handicapée sans que cela nous soit proposé ou précisé à la remise des clés.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some issues with the key card at first but they were resolved. No extractor fan in the bathroom so there was some mould which isn't ideal. Shower pressure was great, room was quiet but could have been cleaner. That being said I would stay here again.

The carpets in the room I was given in addition to the hallway around my room looked like they had been bleached and stained for numerous years. In addition to this, I was given an accessible room despite not booking for one. The AC unit in the room barely works, and had two fans that basically just moved warm air around. The hotel is on the outskirts of Paris, so the main tourist spots take about 45-60 minutes to get to if you’re alright with that.
The local area is amazing, however this property is not worth staying at due to the overall quality of the rooms.

First room I was given was horrible. Apparently it was the last room available when I booked, I was travelling alone but they gave me two connecting rooms with beds for 4. For the second night they moved me to a much better alternative, still with a “double” and two single beds. The “double” was actually two singles pushed together under a double duvet, so not really a double at all.

J’étais avec mon copain et les conditions sont vraiment à revoir car nous sommes tombés malades. La fenêtre est condamnée, le chauffage est allumé et le système d’arrosage fonctionne à peine. Il a fait très chaud et nous avions transpire toute la nuit.
C’est vraiment dommage, heureusement que ce n’était qu’une nuit.

l'hotel n'est pas au norme PMR notamment du parking à la réeption. notr chambr était une chambre avec porte communicante sur la chambre voisine. De ce fait une mauvaise insonorisation engendreant un réveil matinal par des ablutions et raclements de gorges en série.
l'enregistrement es'est fai de manière entrecoupé et nochalente. J'avai demandé une chambe très calme , elledonnait sur la rue la plus passante. Un seul drap de bains par personne et pas de serviettes.
Seuls points positif un parking ,difficile d'accès mais un petit déjeuner buffet très complet et des lits de 2 mètres de large confortable. le tout pour 95€. j'ai lahbitude des kyriades nettement mieux équipés avec des chambres plus spacieuses et des tarif inférieur ou égal avec le même petit déjeuener inclus

Very near to Gare de Bercy by taking the bus about 15 minutes and gare de Lyon in 20 minutes or taking the Metro 8 about few minutes of walking. The Bois de Vincennes park within 10 minutes of walking. The front desk are very helpful , very nice people. I will come back again.

The receptionist at check in was really nice, we were early and she allowed us to put our luggage somewhere safe and to use the facilities while our room was being prepared. She even arranged for our room to be finished early, cannot ask for better service she was lovely. The room was good, we had 2 single beds and a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine with a double bed. Sharing a room with 2 teenage boys is never fun so it was nice to have some privacy for all of us. It was a bit run down and dated and very warm, the fan provided took the edge off but it was very noisy. We realised in the morning that there were no coffee making facilities in the room either which let it down a bit. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. For the price I paid I really can’t complain, it’s a great budget room with a short walk to the metro and into town. Would stay again but in the winter with a coffee machine!

Great value and very kind and professional staff

We stayed at this hotel to be closer to one if the Olympic venues. The staff here are incredible and really do everything in their power to meet customers’ needs. They probably need to update their AC units in the rooms as they didn’t work well. The breakfast is delicious and has lots of variety. There is a cute walking street nearby in Charenton-Sur-Pont which has some good restaurants and an artisanal Boulangerie.

Nothing worked. No Wifi, hotel keeps lying that we are trying to fix the wifi but there was no indication that there was modems or internet cables. Overall feeling was dungeon . The only positive was that the bed sheets were clean. Water on the sink had no pressure at all. I paid 150€ per night but the hotel rate was posted in the front desk as 87€, I don’t think 87 euro is worth it. I only stayed 1 day and left but they have not reimbursed me for the other day yet.

I would give this hotel a miss. It is dirty, run down, the rooms are too hot, there is no fresh air coming in, the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The bathroom are so poorly designed that it is impossible to seat straight on the toilet unless you are not taller than 5ft/150cm

So even thought they advertise they have AC, it doesn't work in many rooms. They have mini fans ready for you when you go tell the front desk it doesn't work. I can understand they don't have AC but dont charge extra for something you dont have. Disappointed at Expedia for having them listed. They almost ruined the trip. They changed our rooms but again the AC didnt work in one of them. They fully take advantage of the tourists.

Was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I understand that some hotels do not have AC, but to advertise that you do and have broken units, that is false advertisement. And they don't fix them because when you go tell the staff that the air is not working, the staff will give you a small fan, they have them ready. If Expedia can not do a better job to check on the Hotels I have no trust to use Expedia again. A motel in the US is in better than this Hotel. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, hotel can not guarantee that you will get a room with a working AC. 3 nights and 2 without an AC. Our stay in France was not pleasant due to this Hotel.

On arrival the receptionist was some what polite and understood english. I asked her for a night room as we were celebrating my partners birthday she gave us a tiny room with no window and the toliet was in an weird postion- the room number was 327. She mentioned that it was the best room in the hotel, however we had a chance to see other rooms while the cleaner was cleaning and most of them had windows and waa much bigger. There is no ice machine so make sure u buy cold drinks and the food menu at the hotel is not great. We complained about the room and she refused to change it with the excuse that the hotel is fully booked which i believe is a lie. Will not be staying there again.

We stayed there for 4 nights and our overall experience is good. Our room was clean and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. The hotel is near the metro, with shops and resto,pharmacy,bakeshop and banks around. Near the CDG airport and friendly hotel staff. The surrounding was quite and we felt safe even coming back to hotel at night. However the not so good about it is the carpet is old like dark and stained, it wasn’t nice.

The hotel was fine. It was situated near 2 metro stations into Paris. It was clean. It was pretty basic but suited our needs as we were not in the rooms much. It was looking a little shabby in places and could do with a bit of a refurb.
We were able to park our car for 11 euros a day. Word of warning about the car park though. It's really tight and you need to approach it from the furthest side of the road.

Cette nuit au Kyriad était juste un passage rapide en prévision du départ à 4 h 30 du matin, de mon fils, personne adulte en situation d'handicap, pour un séjour de vacances.

Au cours de ce séjour, mon fils a fait une crise d'épilepsie dans l'ascenceur.

Un grand merci à la personne chargée de l'accueil, qui m'a apporté une aide précieuse pour que mon fils, à demi inconscient, puisse regagner la chambre.

Enjoyable and public transportation is available.

Everything was commendable - the staff was accommodating. The caveat is that French is the language at the desk, so communications were often challenging and sometimes confusing. I would gladly stay here again, even if the air conditioner is not absolutely powerful as I would hope. We made it work.

Location is 8 minutes walk from metro station. There a restaurants and stores walking distance. Quiet neighborhood.

Hotel staff is friendly, despite the fact that they don't have the two beds covers we asked for, check-in time is not flexible.. we arrived earlier and had to go back exactly at 2pm to check-in. Lastly, i paid the city taxes at arrival, and it was charged again at departure. It was only 7,5€, but i had to proove i alrady paid, then, they cannot reimburse as the management is not there. This is not acceptable.

aside note, I heard another client the day before complaining about being charged more than what is supposed to. Looks like reccuring problem. For that, I am lessly interested to go back.

When I booked my stay for the Triple Superior Room the images showed a big room with stairs and very spacious. However, when I arrived I got a SMALL room with 3 beds in 1 single SMALL room. I went to complain that this is NOT what I booked. She said the images were wrong and the Booking Site had messed up. Point is, I was VERY disappointed. Some of the staff were rude too. They would not greet us when we walked in or out and I felt very unwelcome. I will NEVER stay at this place again. I do NOT recommend.

Pros:
Good location - within walking distance from two metro stations in 7-10 mins. Good and aesthetic area with extensive restaurant and catering options.
All receptionists in the week were friendly and helpful and well trained. Had our room changed on first day as it didn't have a safe as advertised.
Breakfast was very good value though you must start at least one hour before it closes to make the most of it (at €12 each). Note: it closes one hour earlier at 10 am on week days. The breakfast choices were extensive as you would find in the two popular UK bed and breakfast hotels. My favourite: frozen yoghurt with choice of nuts and fruits.
Attractive bar area with a drinks \"happy hour\" from 5pm-7pm when beers are at 50% discount.
Cons:
Very little wardrobe and clothes hanger space. We had to leave most of our stuff in our luggage.
The bathroom floor is raised, creating a health-hazard step.
There wasn't a kettle or fridge in the room so any hot or cold drink has to be paid for from the bar and relafively expensive.

The staff were pleasant and helpful in person. The question I submitted by e-mail was ignored.
The bedroom was cold, and they only provided one blanket. I was alone, so I was able to fold it to double it up and be comfortable, but if you had two people they would have been too cold to sleep comfortably.
