A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.

I stayed in room 2. Faces into a courtyard and right next to reception on the other side of the reception/courtyard connecting door. Was concerned it was going to be noisy, but really didn’t turn out that way.

Surprised, amazed by the duplex style bathroom contained in the lower level. Pretty swanky shower set up - wish I’d brought my wife on the trip so we could get maximum use out of the space ;-)

Hotel is small but was clean.
Nice neighborhood.
The inly problem i had was the receptionist that was working there on a Saturday afternoon.
He was rude to me when i arrive and he almost yelled at me when i did not understand him.
I was feeling bad all day that day ,he made me feel horrible.
Not good costumer service.
The other receptionist jhon i think is his name, was really nice in the evening.

I stayed in one of the superior rooms which was over two floor, with the bathroom being down a spiral stair. The room looked out onto a small shared courtyard type area. The bathroom was huge and possible the best shower I have ever used in a hotel! The hotel staff were absolutely amazing, I had an issue with my hire car breaking down in a car park down the road from the hotel. The staff called me a taxi, dealt with the hire company, the hotel manager even moved the car to charge it for me and paid to park it, all whilst I was stuck at a meeting!! I did not eat in the restaurant apart from breakfast which was basic but very nice and enough to start your day. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its location, spotless clean and outstanding staff. I will be returning.

We had to make a last-minute reservation because of airline delays. We were very lucky to find this hotel, near Chateau Vicennes, with a staff that was most accommodating for our late reservation and 2AM arrival. The room was fairly spacious with a big, comfy bed, and was very clean and quiet (even at street level). The only problem was that the shower door wasn’t water-tight, so we had a bit of a flood to clean up after the first shower. LoL All-in-all, it was very nice, and I would certainly stay here again!

A nice hotel with friendly staff.

This was our second visit to this hotel & it is a nice hotel with friendly staff and good sized rooms/bathrooms. Breakfast is also good.
Our only disappointment was the location of our room (room 2) as it is by the entrance to the courtyard and appears to be the gathering point for smokers so we had the smell of smoke in our room and the conversation of the smokers just outside our door at all hours. Also the plumbing was noisy so we were regularly woken up by 'singing pipes' when the people in the room above us used the bathroom in the night.
We will use this hotel again because it is a good hotel, however we will not stay in room number 2 again.

Staff are good and friendly. The room i stayed in is old with 3 separate single beds but the bathroom completely renovated. Ugly red carpet on the floor is too old and fluffy stuff on the walls needs to be renovated into modern looks. The internet and tv service are horrible.

Check-in was simple. The front-desk is staffed 24-7 and they speak English so there was no language barrier. A few days before I asked via email to change the room from a single bed to two twin beds and that was done, no problem. While this is slightly outside Paris, transportation is easy and there are many late night restaurants. It's also across from the Chateau Vincennes, which I highly recommend as a place to visit.

The hotel was a much smaller than expected. However, it was not all that bad. It was more of a homey feel and guest are treated with more attention due to the size of hotel. The location was great, it had many nice shops and restaurants as well as the metro. If you are looking to be in the center of Paris, this is not the place for you. Overall we had an amazing time, the staff Oj was beyond amazing. The hotel is lucky to have such a great worker like him. He makes you feel bery welcoming and is very helpful.

Convenient to the subway and great restaurants.

The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms range from microscopic to quite adequate. The staff upgraded my room to a larger unit at no charge.

The hotel is conveniently located a block from the subway and a couple blocks from the light rail station. There are a number of excellent restaurants nearby including French, Italian, Korean, Chinese, Thai, and even a Sushi restaurant.

What a charming hotel the St. Louis is! We enjoyed our stay, conveinant to shopping, Paris, the Bois de Vincennes, Champgny sur Marne and lots of restaurants. Petite dejeuner served in the AM for a slight cost, well worth the cost.Excellent staff, quality service! Room spacious. Definately will stay there again.

An enjoyable stay

This is a sweet little hotel in Vincennes. Its not that close to the central part of Paris but it is comfortable and clean and the staff speak a little English which makes it a little easier on \"english only\" tourists. The shower was terrific the only problem we had was negotiating the spiral stairs to the basement toilet & bathroom, you wouldn't want to be in a hurry. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel,

Best Western Saint Louis - Good Option for Paris

The Best Western Saint Louis was a great option for our recent Thanksgiving day weekend trip to Paris. It was only a 20 minute metro ride away from downtown paris and there's a metro stop just a block from the hotel. The hotel layout was nice and clean and the building was well maintained. Two words of caution though. #1 The room fits the stereotype of the European hotel room, i.e. it's small! #2 The bathroom had a bathtub with a shower wand however, it was not set up to be used as a stand up shower which made showering each day a bit tricky. But other than that the hotel was a great option for our trip and we would probably stay there again!

Great stay for the price

Location just off a Metro stop, nice because it was cheaper than downtown Paris, but all sights easy to get to via Metro. Rooms clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff.
Right across from a castle, near restaurants with good food and nice service. We will definately stay here again and save our money for shopping in Paris! Definately worth the savings!

We recently spent 5 days in Paris and stayed here. It was very nice: clean, comfortable, etc. The front desk folks didn't speak much English but we didn't care. The metro is about a 2 minute walk and a 10 minute train ride in to the city. The surrounding neighborhood was also very neat, with a chateau right across the street and lots of restaurants and little shops in the nearby neighborhood.

Séjour d'une nuit sur place pour une personne seule. Bel accueil avec une proposition en amont de l'arrivée de préparer une chambre avec un lit double au lit de 2 lits simples. Chambre très propre, spacieuse et globalement calme. On entend toutefois bien le voisin de la chambre d'en face quand il arrive et part et un fond sonore quand la télévision est allumée mais sans que cela ne soit gênant

L'hôtel n'est pas horrible du tout. Par contre ,ce sont les prix pratiqués qui nous rendent regardants et exigeants. Pour 200€/nuit, une telle prestation est inacceptable, car ne vaut pas plus de 120€.
Énormément de choses sont à reprocher... ce qui a d'ailleurs été indiqué à la réceptionniste ce matin.

Température de la chambre trop haute à 24 degrés malgré le chauffage coupé et fenêtres ouvertes ! Pas possible de dormir dans ces conditions.
Facturation 2 fois, par Expedia et à l’accueil, après vérification, j’ai exigé un remboursement. Heureusement que j’ai vérifié. Deuxième tentative de 2 encaissements à nouveau, j’ai demandé à ce qu’il y ait une vérification, la personne s’est excusée, pas professionnel !

L'hôtel en lui-même est bien, par contre je suis déçu par la plateforme expédia qui m'indique qu'il me reste uniquement 6.92€ à régler (taxe de séjour).

Alors qu'avant de quitter l'hébergement j'ai été obliger de régler plus de 19 € (taxe de séjour) pour les deux jours de réservation.

Autre point négatif la personne à l'accueil manque d'amabilité.

パリの喧騒から離れ、このホテルの建つ地域は静かで素敵なお店が多い地域です。メトロの駅からも近く中心部へは20分ほど。パリの小さなホテルらしさがあり素敵です。有料ですが朝食もふんだんです。wifiの電波も問題ありません。夜間は玄関を施錠しますのでセキュリティも万全。部屋は広くはありませんので大きなスーツケースを2人分広げるスペースはありません。フロントスタッフは英語で対応出来ます。

Vi var på gjennomreise og stoppet 1 dag for å se Paris. Vi kom med egen bil. Vi kunne parkere i gaten rett utenfor hotellet. Senere kunne vi bruke et P-hus like i nærheten. Metro (Subway) er 1 min. gange og tok oss rett til sentrum av Paris. Resepsjonisten var veldig hjelpsom med informasjon om stedet og hva vi burde oppleve på så kort tid. Det var rent og fint alle steder. Frokosten anbefales.

Lit double réservé… lit simple à l’arrivée ! Impossibilité d’obtenir ce pour quoi j’ai payé, c’est extrêmement décevant. La moindre des choses est de respecter les demandes de vos clients . Si je n’étais pas arrivé tardivement et fatigué de mes 10h de route , je vous assure que j’aurais changé d’établissement. Quoiqu’il en soit , vous ne me reverrez jamais .

Découverte d'un coin de Paris que nous ne connaissions pas. Nous avons été très heureux du choix de l'hôtel où l'accueil fut agréable, les lieux propres, confortables et paisibles.
Hôtel très bien situé, qui permet de profiter de la nature tout en étant en ville. Le quartier très bien balancé et à proximité de divers moyens de transports permettant de rejoindre rapidement le coeur de Paris. Professionnellement, je pratique régulièrement les hôtels et il est rare de bien tomber. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Good hotel with super comfortable bed. But you can kind of hear the other rooms. Great area with lots of restaurants, chocolate boutiques, eco fruit shops etc, and a big forrest/park to run in. Metro and tram take you to the city in 20-30 minutes, at week nights you need to take a night bus, but it stops nearby too. Taxi to CDG was €50. The best meal I had was Olympe Sports Café, go there!

Dit is een prima hotel. Het ligt vlakbij metrostation Chateau de Vincennes. Het eindpunt van ligne 1 een belangrijke metrolijn. We hadden een hele leuke kamer. De badkamer was te bereiken via een wenteltrap. Wij vonden dit heel leuk, maar niet geschikt als je slecht ter been bent. Er zijn overigens maar een paar kamers met de badkamer beneden. De kamer is schoon, het personeel is vriendelijk en er zijn een aantal restaurants om de hoek als je 's avonds niet meer naar het centrum van Parijs wil. Een prima prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Het ontbijt was ook goed.

Le prix qui nous a ete demandé ne correspondait pas à celui de la reservation. J'ai donne au réceptionniste le document de réservation et il a convenu de me faire payer le montant indique sur mon accusé de réservation. Mais quelques jours après l'hôtel à débité la carte qui avait servi lors de la reservation du montant sur lequel je n'étais pas daccord.
J'ai envisagé de porter plainte.
Mais j'ai pensé que cela ne servirait à rien.
Ce sont des gens à éviter!

Hotel mit viel Grün in der Nähe

In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Burg von Vincennes und am Endpunkt der Metro 1 gelegen, bietet das Hotel den passenden Rahmen im Grünen zu entspannen, und dennoch in ca. 20 Minuten im Zentrum von Paris zu sein.

トイレとシャワーが別々になっているのは良かったです。部屋はきれいで清潔でした。朝食スペースは狭く、スタッフに笑顔はありませんでした。
