Very disappointing

No AC in room, chatting with their customer service was horrible. False information was given about some rooms having AC, when it turned out none of their rooms included AC. We killed a few bugs in our room, not good at all. Had issues with the lights. one remote controlled all ceiling fans and ceiling lights which was weird because each room had its own remote. We had to sleep with lights on so the fans can stay on, not great. Front desk had no idea how to help, no solution. The shower had a sewage smell,it was disgusting. water would leak out to floor and smelled really really bad

Easy access to the city using all Metro lines (bus, RER, etc). Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Used to laundry facilities in rooms with HGV Max properties, though facilities on property (charged to room when we used). Remote control for lights and fans controlled all, so turning on lights turned on lights in all rooms and adjusting fans did so in all rooms

Most of their staff are very rude and gruntal and lazy. I don want to mention names, when we requested toilet paper, we did not get any two days later we literally had to wslk to the ftknt desk and stand there to get toilet paper. They don't clean daily, they come every 3 days. If you ask for clean towels before the 3 days they charge you for them. They also do not refill coffee or condiments in the room. Refrigerator stop working and my ice creams melted. Spoil milk and pastries as well. Trash is also not removed daily, every 3 days. Couch bed very uncomfortable and it sqeaks bad. Cleaning service was friendly thought. Location was great.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. You are not very close to any sites. The building was under construction so there was a smell outside so you couldn’t open the windows but there was no air conditioning. The fans and lights all use the same remote and other rooms would interfere with our light and fan in the middle of the night. That was pretty annoying. But a nice space for a family to stay.

First and most importantly the rooms were very clean, spotless in fact. Kitchen was well stocked, even has a dishwasher. Drip coffee maker with decent coffee provided. Construction was somewhat noisy but only during the day so i planned to be out sught seeing then. I hope after the construction is finished it is nicer and they don't lose their great housekeeping team. Next, the hotel is within walking distance of the metro but it is a bit a a walk. You could take the bus to the metro which is half a block away. I felt safe walking at nught as a single woman in Vincennes. I really like the area. Finally, Ahmed and Minto were very accommodating. Ahmed is especially warm and good natured. I was tired and crabby after the long flight and he was very kind to me. Will stay again.

We couldn’t ask for more staying in this place. A 10 mins walkable to Metro 1 station. Eateries, bakeries and supermarkets are just around the corner. The hotel is very clean and spacious. Check-in upon arrival was easy and they were able to get us into our room a bit early after a long flight and journey on the train which we very much appreciated. Paris was 35C on our arrival and while this hotel doesn't have air conditioning, we appreciate that the ceiling fans were already running. The suite was great, it was nice to have a separate area for our child as well as a kitchen for snacks. Vincennes is lovely and well situated with plenty of options for food and transportation.

This property was under construction upon our arrival. Which was not disclosed to us @ time of purchase. The entire building had scaffolding and all the balconies' were closed off from exit or entry with Hazard signs. They were not cooperative in accommodating us with any other alternative.
It was not a comfortable experience and caused stress for my family.

We had a great experience here. Afternoon staff was wonderful and helpful. This is a suburb of Paris so you are away from the tourist traps. 15 min walk to the Metro or a bus stop right outside. Be aware this is more like an air B & B. There aren't any amenities like a regular hotel. There is an on site laundry area - and the rooms are huge - we even had a balcony and full kitchen. There are kits of restaurant's and grocery stores in the area. We enjoyed our stay here quite a bit and would stay again!!

Staff were so helpful every day, they all spoke English. There is a grocery store literally across the street and the bus stops in front. You can also walk to the subway. Everything in the room, even a Bluetooth speaker!!!!

Excellent Stay!

Great apartment, really nice and safe place to stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful, especially the chap orginally from Ireland who was very knowledgeable, accommodating and welcoming. Excellent links to Metro and RER line A so only 30mins from Disneyland Paris and less so to centre of Paris. Supermarket just across the road. Sofabed was surprisingly comfortable. An excellent stay!

We loved the feel of the apartment. Spacious, nicely furnished and set up, clean and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. It is also conveniently located within walking distance from downtown (15 min walk), but with plenty of shops closer around if needed.
We would welcome the chance to stay there again!

We had a great stay, the staff was friendly and we felt almost at home. It looks like a safe area close to multiple grocery stores
They have a laundry room at the hotel for around 4 euros that was a life saver.
The rooms are huge in comparison to other places in Paris with very comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen.
I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Paris, the size of the rooms being the most interesting part.

Overall property was great however far from the center of Paris. Cost us about 60 Euros from the Eiffel Tower and 36 to CDG.
After booking, instruction for late check-in was to call the number listed however the number listed was wrong. We though it was our unfamiliarity on calling from Spain with Vodafone and Orange sim cards however we tried to use our ATT line and was still not getting through. After searches online we found out that the number listed was missing a digit. We only managed to contact them when we tried their main office.
The property in itself is a bit dated but nice with a huge outside private patio and complete kitchenware and toiletries.

My stay was ok . The attendant who received us on the day of arrival wasn’t very welcoming , he had a little bit of a funny attitude but the other staffs were more heartwarming . The place is nice and very affordable . The interior actually beat my expectation .

The property was very clean, my 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and beautifully furnished. The bedrooms were well decorated with big closets and very very comfy beds. It has a full kitchen and 2 balconies with nice views. The building also has a Laundry room. The location is about 15min walk from Metro station and 30 min in total from major attractions.

Noisy refurbishment work, useless staff

I've been a regular guest over the last few years, and it has mostly been excellent. However, the experience has been getting progressively worse with recent trips.. and this last trip nothing short of a disgrace. I was warned at check-in that there was refurbishment work going on in the room above, but that it would be in day-time hours only. Fine. But... it turned out there were 3 or 4 workman working *and staying* in the room above me! They worked late into the evenings (even after midnight one evening) and starting early morning. Loud music, shouting over it, scraping stuff along the floor. I complained 3 times, nothing changed. The first staff member told me there would be an investigation. The second (later that day) told me the guests making the noise had since checked out (a ridiculous lie), and the third advised me if there was noise I could always call reception. This was while I was standing... at reception.

The staff at this hotel used to be excellent - they would do anything for their guests. Sadly this appears to have been lost with the latest iteration - their attitude was basically to hope the problem would go away by itself.

Sadly then I will never go back. There are better hotels located more centrally in Vincennes and at better rates. I used to not mind paying a bit extra because the staff were so good... not the case any longer.

Lovely place to stay. Kitchen is well equipped.
There is a supermarket across the road for all your groceries and beverages.
The rate was very reasonable considering I had booked only 10 days before.
The reception is hap hazard, but overall a good stay!
