The hotel price is affordable.
The staffs are helpful & polite,breakfast is excellent.
Rooms are been cleaned regularly.
You can easily get Bus / Train to City centre.
Beside the hotel, you can do all shopping.
Will definitely lodge there whenever I visit Paris.

I booked this place because it had good reviews. Upon arrival staff wasn’t very friendly. That’s not the end of the world. I paid for the upgraded room. On the 9th floor. When we walked in the entire room smelled of sewage. The shower had mold. There were two towels, no face towels, or hand towels. There were only two small pillows on the bed. Wouldn’t recommend.

Bed bugs!!! In room 411. My traveling partner got bitten several times, and I found a very fat one that I squished and blood spurted everywhere! It was gross. We finally got another room at about 3 am. Full credit to the hotel staff, who were very nice and helpful, and the room was not used the next night, so they did take us seriously. Apparently this is not that uncommon in Paris.
Hard to get to the hotel by car, (it’s in a travel restricted area), and there was lots of laundry (clean and dirty) in the stairwells.

On our last night someone came into our room. People kept knocking our doors during the night. At 5 or 7 in the morning someone opened our door with a key card, walked into the room, stood there, and left.
We only were given one key to the room, and couldn't see who it was from the bed.

There were brown cigarette stains in the curtains.

Our room originally didn't have a do not disturb sign so the next morning housekeeping was trying to come in while we were getting dressed. This isn't their fault, but a sign should have been provided on arrival.

The glass shelf in the bathroom would randomly fall off, dropping our items in the sink. Mould on the bathroom ceiling.

Overall good hotel for visit,
Pros:
Great staff, the front desk is staffed 24/7 and they were always both super friendly and helpful! Cleaning staff also super friendly and helpful!
Locationwise it is also next to a shopping centre which contains both food places, shops and also a supermarket.
It is also directly next to a metro and bus station for easy transport across Paris and only a 40 minute walk from an RER station that goes to Disneyland
Deposit was refunded following visit within 24 hours with no fuss which was great to see. Overall price for the room was also very reasonable!

Cons:
Room was slightly in need of TLC, pipes/vent in the bathroom gave it a slightly funky smell which was a shame as where we were on the 9th floor it meant our windows didn't open
There is the aforementioned 90 euro deposit that isn't listed anywhere when booking so best to be aware of this!

Overall however for what it is this is a good hotel and will service the needs of anyone needing a reasonably priced trip to Paris so I would recommend!

I have been staying at hotel Reseda a least 2-3 times a year for the past 5 years or so. On my last visit, I was asked to pay a deposit of 90 euros at checkout, thing that I had never had to do before. When I challenged it, I was told this had been implemented a long time ago when I know for sure this is not the case.
I'm disappointed and will probably choose a different hotel on my next visit.

Great Hotel in Good Location

Great Hotel and a reasonable price, rooms were spacious and clean.
large shopping centre and Metro line station right next door.
Approx. 25 minutes to the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. have to change at Republique.
A few restaurants locally which seem to shut before 11.00pm, no bars in walking distance to have a beer and the hotel bar did not open in the evenings.
Neighbourhood was fine after dark.
Would defiantly stay again.

The air condition was not working and the only window in the room cannot be opened. The clerk at the front desk promised that a room change would be possible after the manager comes to work the next day, but then he said that the hotel is fully booked and room change is not possible. The bathroom smells like piss. The bed sheets and towels had stains. And the breakfast staff were rude and micro-managers. The hotel is really old and needs a major renovation before receiving more guests.

You get what you pay for, including the attitude from couple of staff!! Majority of staff were really nice but you remember the obnoxious one!

The two executive rooms I took were quite big and were maintained very well. The breakfast was good too. Loved it!

Probably I should have read the description better, I was expecting atleast a water kettle and tea facility in the room.

No table in room, no draws for clothing, very noisy flush system on toilet, soiled curtains, badly scuffed flooring and walls and also very coarse towels and a 20inTV! Unclear how Expedia justified pricing markup which was double that at the property!

Workers were friendly and helpful. Clean bathroom and the Hotel was accessible to the metro. This made it good for moving our luggage. There is s shopping mall nearby that had a Carrefour (equivalent to Kmart or The Warehouse or Wallmart) inside which was handy. Heaps of food places around to have dinner. A 90euro hold was made in case we were to smoke, although it took 1 day to return to our credit card. I noticed that after day 1, we did not have a \"clean room\" hook on our door but our room was cleaned upon arrival. When we did want our room cleaned with the hook hung up, it was not cleaned upon arrival. There was also a day where we were lying in bed having a sleep in and a cleaner entered our room without the \"clean room\" hook on, so cleaners must just have a time they clean all the rooms as the signs are not being read from our experience. The sausages at breakfast were cold, hot plate may not have been turned on, but other than those details, everything was expected as per the description.

Their small rooms are tiny. They also had bed bugs in one of the rooms. They can change the rooms and cheaper to book the triple room on site instead of online. You pay only a 20€ surcharge roughly.

Very noisy. Both because of other guests (several groups of school trips) and because of traffic. The stairs were constantly dirty and made it unpleasant to go that way - we were staying on the 7th floor.
The bed had only 2 pillows with no options to get any extra, nor any additional blanket.
The bathroom had only two towels. No hand towel at all.

I think it's actually expensive to what you pay for. It is very close to the station and you can be in central Paris in less than 30 minutes - that's about it. The hotel needs upgrading, the first room we stayed, we had trouble closing the window - the AC doesn't seem to work, we asked to be checked but no one checked. Rooms are very small for two - and the toilet is very small too. Our room was not cleaned for the second day - so we had to change rooms. Wifi was also not working.

This is the worst Hotel i have ever been in to. I arrived at the hotel with my wife and 4 kids after booking through Hotel.com. My booking clearly stated that i only need to make payment once i arrive at the hotel. At reception i was told that my booking has been cancelled as i didn't make payment. I tried to explain the situation but the receptionists were rude and did not care that my young children were stressed. I had to plead and beg for nearly one hour fifteen minutes before we were checked in. Once we entered our rooms they were filthy, untidy, unsafe and not suitable for human habitation. A toilet with no flash, dirty towels, no soaps and cramped up rooms.

The staff was helpful most of the time, but rude about half of the time. That could be related to a difference in culture, so it was not a major issue for me. The room was smaller than I expected, but that may also be related to culture since European countries are so much smaller. What was unfortunate was that the beds were extremely small (smaller even than twin beds) and still the room barely held our luggage. Also, the phones did not work in our room. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay, but not awful, just uncomfortable. According to the staff, the location was “not a safe area,” but it was very close to the Metro station and not far from Central Paris, which made it manageable to get around once we felt comfortable with the Metro. What was also unfortunate about the location was that when we were in central Paris and tried to get a taxi, they refused once we told them the location. I assume that was because it is more financially beneficial for taxi drivers to stay within central Paris, but very inconvenient for us in that moment. Again, the stay there was not bad, just very uncomfortable

No outside space. Not much of a lounge. Bedroom very small. No sink plug. Lot of noise one night from a party of young persons(supervised!!!) no one seemed to stop it. Area not very nice, not clean very busy and limited eating. Certainly not somewhere to walk round any time of day.

It’s a good location for the metro for easy access to tourist attractions.
The room was spacious and clean and all you need if you’re just there to sleep.
Staff were helpful and you can leave your luggage there for free after checking out.

On March 20, 2023, I was supposed to fly from Rome to Paris but the airline notified me the night before that my flight was canceled as the airports were closed due to a workers' strike. I tried to travel by train or by bus and they told me the same thing, that there was no operation for Paris. I even tried to rent a car and drive, but they didn't want to rent it to me because they could vandalize the car. the only option left to me was to walk from Rome to Paris. I called the hotel to report what was happening and that I couldn't make it, but they told me that they couldn't refund me anything. I told them that I understood that there were rules and policies but that they had to understand that it was not my fault and that at least out of the 2 nights they should reimburse me for 1 and that they keep one, but they told me again that they could not. By canceling the first night, they had enough time to bid for my room and offer it to someone else, but it seems that this hotel is short of money. I was able to recover all the money from the other reservations I had, such as museums, the Eiffel Tower and even the plane tickets, but this hotel did not have that human sensitivity that we humans should have when events like this happen. I would never recommend this hotel for not having empathy with its customers. I hope that with the money from my 2 nights and more the money they got for renting my room when they found out that I was not going, they have become millionaires. Thanks!

Great hotel, situated just outside the Paris Peripherique. Transport links are amazing, with a Metro station within a 1 minute walk, and a direct bus to CDG airport (351). Room was very clean and modern.
Only complaints were a lack of floor towels/slippers for the bathroom. Also the area around the station can seem a little unsafe at night as we were sure we saw a couple drug deals happening there.

The location was nice but there's a lot of things I do
not like in this hotel.

1. The Aircondition in this hotel is not even working
We have to literally open our window day and night
to have air circulating our room.

2. The bathroom doesn't have vent, so when you
shower it became so steamy and even makes the
entire room warmer than what it was

3. The TV was too old and it doesn't give you any
option to change the language to english. I do not
understand french at all. Even the american shows
was dubbed to french so we cannot understand a
thing.

4, The wifi here sucks. For the last 4 days I stayed in
this hotel I only got 1 day with good wif signal and the
rest of the day was broken. When I ask the front desk
about it he mentioned that he don't have any idea
when it's gonna be fixed. I was speechless to be
honest.

Do not waste your time and money in this hotel. It's
awful. Not recommended at all,

The hotel was adequate for the price. The biggest plus is the location near the subway station and buses. One bus can be reached directly from the airport. Rooms basic but clean. No noise from the street. The service was a bit distracted, they charged my card twice the amount, but the next day it was resolved.
