It was filthy and the bathroom wreaked of mildew; broken furniture and the floor was dirty; in case I wanted to call for help, No phone in my room; no closets, sometimes the elevator didn’t work; hallways were a MESS!; broken walls and separated treads, dirt everywhere! There were drug dealers across the street that I had to pass, and the police were in hot pursuit. I didn’t feel safe! I had the feeling that my bag was about to be pinched. It’s a hotel where one goes to commit suicide! I always felt prying eyes were upon me, just waiting for me to stumble. The most charitable thing I could say: there was great Algerian food/restaurants about and they had great prices and The hotel is actually in Paris!

When I first arrived, the first thing I noticed was, this isn’t the hotel in the advertisement. I inquired at the front desk about the photo images! He became irate. He asked if I wanted a quite room or one facing the street. I said quite. I was given a plastic card and dispatched. When I saw the room, fear and shame washed over me like scalding water. I felt humiliated. It looked like a holding cell. With celerity, I turned about and ran out! When I returned to the front desk, I asked if this was a joke? He pretended not to know what I meant. Again I asked about the room in the photo that I booked and he tried to make me think that I was confused! He left me with no choice but to expose his deceit. He offered another bad room, I took many photos. Horrible!

Terrible hotel! Dirty!

Worse hotel ever!! Don’t book this hotel!! Dirty!! Blood on my sheets as we arrived to room. Broken ac unit…no restaurant and no breakfast. When asked about it they blames hotels.com for not updating the page! as soon as I arrive i requested cancellation due to all this issues and the denied to return my money!! That I had to cancel thru hotels.com. I called hotels.com and the simple wash their hands saying it was a non-cancelled stay !!! This is pathetic!!hotels.com is there only to protect the hotels partners NOT the customer!!! Never will I use hotels.com and don’t recommend anyone to use it!!!

Great location with elevator!

Great location right next to the metro (line 9, stop: Porte de Montreuil) and many restaurants that stay open late! Check-in was a breeze and the guy was super friendly! We felt safe, our room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We also super appreciated the small elevator, which could carry all our suitcases so we wouldn't need to. We had a wonderful night!

Look, this is a cheap hotel. It's beat up and not fancy at all. The wifi and breakfast cost extra and the it's on the outskirts of town and not in a particularly interesting neighborhood. That being said, everyone who works there is very nice and it's clean, safe, and perfectly comfortable. I can't imagine you could find a better hotel in this price range in Paris.

The location was good for transport, which was at the doorstep. The transport is very easy and inexpensive in France.

The French are addicted to the tobacco drug, so you will have foul second-hand smoke 24/7 surrounding the hotel and drifting into the hotel room. I felt sick the entire time I was there and now need to detox my lungs.

Absolutely nothing good about this hotel. Atmosphere
wasn't warmly home. Rooms and communal areas were very very dirty. I've seen public bathrooms in better conditions. Complained to hotel manager who said \" this is an economy hotel in Paris. This is what you've paid for \" refused to give a refund when requested so we could find another suitable accommodation. Very unhappy about this and would definitely not recommend to others.

The place was extremely bad and disgusting. You should take this place off your list. It was so dirty behind believe. It had bed bug on all the beds. Bathroom had mouse drop everywhere. The room was nothing like the picture. The wall was very filthy. We couldn’t even stay in the room. We had to leave immediately. I just had enough time to take some picture. The stairway was very bad too. Please don’t allow anyone to stay there, it is not sanitary, and it will cause lots problems.

Absolutely disgusting. Unsafe to stay here due to black mold in the bathrooms. Gave my traveling companion an asthma attack shortly after entering the room. There were stains from bodily fluids on the bed including blood and semen. They charged us for WiFi even though we did not stay more than 10 minutes in this dump. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Good value if you just need a place to sleep for the night. Only one outlet in room and is was in the bathroom for computer, phone charging etc.rooms and hotel run down. Front desk was very helpful and nice. No free wifi. Use McDonald's next door.

Most definitelly the biggest mistake of the whole vacation. Needed an urgent place to stay in Paris but this is disgusting! Staff is more than arrogant, speaking only French and most probably Arabic. I would not go there again even if they offer me free stay. Carpets haven't been changed since it was moved in, it is all full of bacteria.. One word - awful!

good location for a cheap stay

Regardless of being a 2 star hotel, the pictures were extremely deceiving. I had no power in my room and it was only resolved at the end of my last day. The shower head was broken. One of the maids came into my room at 5pm while I was sleeping with the manager because I did not answer it (because I was asleep) despite the fact my door was locked so a huge lack of privacy. They have the facilities but obviously not maintaining them for basic standards of living. Staff were ok, some were quite blunt and not overly friendly.

15 minutes from central Paris on the metro. The metro is literally next door, which is very convenient. The neighbourhood itself is a bit too suburban so there's nothing to see there. If you're a solo adventurer doing Paris on a shoestring then and you're not thinking 'Hilton' then this hotel is perfect.

you get what you pay for

Location is great right next to a metro, really about 20steps away. Room is okay but cleaning is half done. We stayed for 12 days and cleaning staff didnt change our bedsheets. no a/c or fan if you are coming in summer and needing this. Also no water pressure in the shower. No free wifi you can pay for 1/2/3 days,and get a code for one machine only.Our code stopped working once and were basically told too bad get another one. While this isn't the hotels fault, the main street we were facing can get noisy and there is a sketchy market across the street on weekends. Basically it's an inexpensive place with great location right next to metro but don't expect more.

I didn't want to rate this hotel anything at all but zeros weren't allowed so ones it is!! Where do I start.... on arrival staff were ignorant and rude, hotel room was absolutely filthy and STANK of cigarette smoke, bathroom was disgusting. Then we left the hotel and it was miles from anywhere in an undesirable area (wouldn't recommend staying there alone). Complete fail on my part for hotel booking.... Oh yeah and car parking was nowhere near hotel and cost loads. No redeaming features for this 'hotel' at all!!

Worst hotel ever

Worst hotel we ever stayed at. Worst location in a bad part of the city. The room smelled like bug poison and the bathroom smelled like a sewer. €21 for parking daily and parking is 3 blocks away from hotel. The daily rate of €75 was 2 times more than it should have been. Did not stay second night that was paid for because it was unbearable. The pictures on the internet were misleading as the hotel did not look like the pictures.

Well its a nice hotel the room was clean and comftable, very cosy the bathroom big enough also clean u can easly shower without having water all over the floor i had a desk an lcd tv curtains and the bed was very comftable the room is cleaned every day. The elevator a bit small can fit only 2 persons but at least better than not having one and finally the metro station is right at the hotel door so overall it was a nice stay in paris and not very expensive.

Clean, great value, great neighbordhood

This was exactly what I was looking for. Really reasonable rate for a clean room, as advertised, on a lively and pleasant corner within meters of the metro. Staff was helpfuland courteous. Neighborhood cafes all looked great, had no trouble finding somewhere for dinner and breakfast, not too expensively. Would definitely stay again.

VERY basic hotel, which would appear to cater for a young age group. It is situated in one of the less affluent suburbs of Paris opposite a busy bar which produced a lot of noise until 2-3 am. Our room door had a massive chip in the paintwork. The room walls were heavily marked; the furnishings were sparse.; the windows did not close properly; the TV did not receive any English speaking channels and had no remote control; the bathroom had no toilet roll holder and no plug for the sink; the shower was extremely small; were provided two musty towels for two people. However, the sheets were clean and the breakfast bar was well stocked with croissants and preserves. Staff were offhand, especially when additional pillows were requested and denied. Overall I was disappointed with the standard of this Hotel and am surprised that [this website] offer it to customers. I have stayed in many budget hotels in Paris and this was by far the worst.

Personalet var super flinke men stedet i meget dårlig stand. Utroligt dårligt holdt. Der var skimmelsvamp på badeværelset og der lugtede af kloak på badeværelset. Sengene var super hårde og den jeg sov på var lidt ustabil. Døren til badeværelset kunne ikke åbnes ordentligt, da den allerede halvvejs åbnet, bankede ind i den anden seng. Der stak rør ud af væggen og kun en stikkontakt virkede. Derudover var den franske altans dør så meget i stykker, at det ikke var muligt at lukke den ordentligt. Der var wifi, men med så dårligt signal, at jeg måtte slå det fra igen for at kunne komme på nettet med egen data. Jeg kunne blive ved med at komme med flere ting, for nærmest alt var forsømt.

L'hotel n'a rien à voir avec ce qui est présenté sur le site, ni l'entrée, ni les chambres. Ma chambre était petite, extrêmement vétuste, avec des murs pleins de taches et de coulures dégoûtantes.
Le personnel de ménage a l'air ok donc la literie et la salle de bains sont propres mais le confort est très sommaire: lit à ressorts qui grince, pas de plateau thé/café malgré le fait qu'il soit indiqué sur la réservation. Pas de savon ni de verre à dents et une douche minuscule fermant avec un vague rideau qui n'empêche pas d'inonder le sol. Le quartier n'est pas safe du tout pour une femme seule et le vis à vis oblige à garder fermés les rideaux occultants car il n'y a pas de voilages. A fuir...

Chambre vieillotte mais propre, literie confortable, radiateur qui fonctionne bien, agréable de trouver bonne température à l'arrivée. Sanitaires, salle de bain très propre, impeccable. Personnel aimable. Pratique : Métro presque à la porte de l'hotel. Seul bémol l'aspect extérieur de l'hotel, pas pimpant, mais pas grave surtout quand on reste 1 nuit. J etais la 2 nuits( la 1ere avec ma cousine).
J ai eu droit à une reflexion du receptionniste pour me dire que normalement â partir de 14h faut je paye ma taxe de sejour pour 2 personnes la 2eme nuit. Or, elle n y dormait pas mais avait seulement laissé sa valise. A 16h.

Un peu facilr ce genre de remarque quand on est pas capable d avoir de donner une chambre propre!

Lamentable

Pas de remise de la facture après paiement comme la loi l'oblige mais le lendemain. Chambre non faite après la 1ère nuit. Il a fallu que je réclame. Bruit de conversation des voisins jusqu'à près de minuit malgré plusieurs interventions dans le couloir et personne n'a répondu à la réception.
Vraiment très très cher pour l'établissement.
Je souhaite une remise sur la facture.

Hôtel bas de gamme.

Lit non refait entre les 2 nuits. Pas de sèche cheveux. Pas de chauffage. Moisissures sur le rideau de douche. Très bruyant. Wifi payante et non accessible.

Personnel accueillant et aimable . Le lingevde lit semble propre mais l'ensemble manque vraiment d'hygiène et il ne fautbpas aller dans les coins. Il était prévu une bouilloire dans la chambre et impossible den obtenir une!
