This is my thrd time of coming to this hotel. A lot of things stands out which I have already listed. Bus stop for a direct bus to CDG for just 2.05euro, clean bathroom and toilet, excellent customer service, directly opposite a big mall in the area. Walking distance to Pearson Professional Exam center. They need to fix the vacuum cleaner for the room because it makes noise whenever the cleaners clean. This is not a problem for me because it does only when they clean

I came back to this hotel after my first great experience. It was only better. Second to none. Great customer service, clean toilet and bathroom, close to a big mall, very close to bus station that goes directly to CDG for just 2.05 euro. Walking distance to my exam place. I really like this hotel

Le personnel de la réception était très gentil et m’a permis de faire le check-in à midi au lieu de 14h. Cependant, on m’a réveillé plusieurs fois alors que j’étais assis dans le lobby avec les yeux fermés, en disant qu’il était interdit d’y dormir, alors que je n’étais pas allongé.

La chambre (Cabrio) est très petite, sans placard ni espace de travail, et la salle de bain avait une odeur désagréable (rancie). Il n’y avait pas non plus de sèche-cheveux. Les couloirs sentaient également mauvais, probablement à cause des douches communes pour les autres chambres.

L’emplacement est correct : un Carrefour se trouve juste en face, à une minute à pied, et un Decathlon à environ cinq minutes. Le quartier n’est pas très propre, mais il reste assez facile de rejoindre le centre de Paris.

Globalement, c’est convenable pour une nuit, mais je ne le recommanderais pas pour un séjour plus long.

I am not going to tell lies. I am going to be honest.
A. I booked my hotel room, which I paid for, to have a toilet as well as a shower room included. But after arriving at the reception, I was denied my rights by the staff as well as the manager.
B. Despite not having my room for which I paid for, I was proposed to move with two days to a room that should have the missing facilities above stated. I was a little bit happy. But on the second day when I asked for my move, I was once again denied and forced to remain in the same room.
C. The hotel facilities, such as the toilet, were always wet on the floor and on the toilet itself. No hand-washing facilities inside the toilet. I have to use a toilet tissue to dry the toilet, but not the floor. The floor was every time like a rained.
D. Customer services at the hotel's reception, on my arrival, there was one very arrogant, impolite, speaking with no manners. Disrespectful. He refused to write my title, Reverend, despite having in his hands my British Passport, which had my title printed on it.
E. Health and safety have no place. Despite having the hotel equipped with CCTV, during my stay, there were two luggage left unattended in the lift, which could have caused all the hotel residents to be evacuated. It would have been one of the highest alerts to bless our French Police with.
F. Staff are not competent, and the most on them is the manager and one receptionist. Please do not get motivated to go stay there. It is not safe.

Passable for the money

For the price it wasn't terrible, but they hide the fact that it's a shared bathroom situation deep in the description rather than making it foremost in the title like other places..
We didn't expect shared bathroom at time of booking. Moreover, the showers are unpleasant to use due to non-articulating shower heads and tempremental temperature control either scalding you or freezing you.
Not all bad though, they let us borrow their vacuum cleaner to pack some clothes. And Location is ok. 3 stars overall

Hotel F1 was a perfect place for my stay in Paris. It is just literally outside of Paris, which means you’re away from the insane tourist crowds (and prices) of places like the Eiffel tower, Louvre, and what have you, but all those places are a quick and cheap metro ride away. The location instead is in a more “real” (if you will) part of Paris, where local life and atmosphere can be observed more authentically. You are close to wonderful neighborhoods, cuisine, and people that are off the beaten path for a stereotypical tourist visiting the city of light.

The hotel itself was perfect for what it is: a straightforward crash pad that allows you to see the city for cheap. The front desk people were SUPER kind and helpful. The room was very small and bare bones, but it was quiet, comfortable, and charmingly decorated. The bed was rather firm (maybe this is common in Europe?) but perfect for my liking. I would stay here again!

Me ofrecieron dos habitación súper sucia, al momento del check in, la persona quería darnos una habitación con olor fuerte a Marihuana, el cual le reclame, porque andaba con un niño de 6 años, más un adulto de 60 años.

Le reclama que me diera otras habitaciones lo cual se rehúso, le pedí hablar con la manager porque el nada de lo que le estaba solicitando le importaba, y solamente me dijo: Si quieren se pueden ir, pero ya el hotel cobró su dinero.

Lo cual procedimos hacer otra reserva y gastar más dinero en otro lugar, luego estuve llamando todos los dias para lograr comunicarme con la manager y nada, nisiquiera contestaban el teléfono.

Me cobraron la estadías, NUNCA HICE CHECK IN, y me cargaron todo el dinero. y peor aún, Reclame mi dinero y le expliqué la situación a Expedía y tampoco hicieron nada.

Es un martrato total.

It was unclear from the booking that the bathroom was shared. The receptionist told me this when I arrived, which indicated that the hotel themselves know this is not upfront information (and it definitely should be).

The showers themselves were a bit gross/had bathroom flies.

I was only here for one night but the room itself was a good place to lay my head.

A pleasant surprise!

This was our first time staying at an F1 hotel, so we were unsure of what to expect. Plus, this was the first time either of us had booked a hotel where the bathroom was not in the room with us. We were both pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, and each time we went to the bathroom, or to have a shower the rooms were clean and tidy. My expectation for F1 hotels was greatly increased by this hotel. The location was a bit remote from many of the places we went to see in Paris, but the metro was only a 5 minute or less walk away. There was a market not far from the hotel, but we were so busy doing touristy things we did not have a chance to go there. I like that there was someone at the desk 24/7, so that if you need assistance for anything, someone was there. There were snack machines in the lobby & various food options not far from the hotel.

It totally worth it, nice and friendly staff, they allowed us an early check-in without any charge, which was very convenient to have some rest after a long trip. The showers are pretty organized and convenient as well as the toilets which were always clean, despite those are not located in the bedroom they are quiet and comfortable. The bedroom was spacious and neat so we could sleep very well, highly recommend it :)

Stayed 2 nights in an Ensuite room. Room was tiny as was the bathroom, literally no room to unpack our suitcase. However it was clean, quiet and the shower was good. Also there was parking under the hotel for just 10e a day. Overall excellent value if just wanting basic accommodation.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean; however there is no bathroom in the rooms, no AC, poor selection of food for their breakfast (which you pay extra for), and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The area the hotel is located in was not the greatest either, it is very far away from where anyone visiting Paris would want to go. I also did not feel very safe walking back to the hotel after dark as it is located is a not great neighborhood.

Staff very friendly and rooms very clean and tidy, but soo tiny so we barely could walk through the rooms! Pics definitely doesn’t show how rooms are small. Also bathrooms…

In addition, breakfast selection was horrible. We could only get jams and Nutella on the toast… basically forget about cheese or ham so it is definitely not continental. Fresh juices were nice though.

Price is very good for what you get

Shared toilet and shower area some showers were either too cold or too hot. I couldn't figure out how to change the temperature. But, there was one that was at a good temperature. Other than that the neighbourhood is a little stetchy. Overall I am pleased with what I got for the price. And the hotel looked really clean and no mold and the windows open as far as you want which is amazing! Especially in the summer heat. Great place to get the metro into Paris. Very good price for hotel

Overall this was a good choice as it's affordable and accessible. The staff was extremely kind which was the main reason I was satisfied with my stay. It's a no-frills hotel, with shared bathrooms, and is located on the edge of the city. The rooms smelled a bit weird, I think it may have been some of the products they used to clean. And there is no AC in the rooms, so if you have the window open due to the heat, one side of the hotel that faces the Carrefour, you hear people outside, delivery trucks, etc all night so it can be hard to sleep. However overall it was a good stay and if I were looking for a cheap place near Paris for a night, I'd stay again.

Cheap and easy, get what you pay for.

Disappointing.
Rooms are very small, even the biggest available. Upon complaining, we were moved to a \"bigger room\", but this was a disabled access room as that was the only bigger room in the hotel. Credit to members of staff that they did move us.

Breakfast is terrible and not worth even half the cost, better going to franprix and buying yourself. Beds are okay, but only 1 pillow, no spare. Kept awake until 4am with midweek youths running around (even with the \"soundproof\" rooms)
Overall, just disappointing

An excellent base from which to explore Paris!

So while I had quite a dramatic arrival - my booking had been deleted because my credit card had been replaced, I speak very little French and the manager has very little English, but they were very kind and patient and were able to sort me out.

Be prepared, the rooms are much smaller than the pictures make them appear, but as long as you are prepared for that, there's nothing wrong - staff is friendly, there is usually at least one person on a shift who has a little English (or is willing to take a stab at it) and the soundproofing is excellent (I actually had to leave the windows open because I need a bit of noise to fall asleep, and it was just too quiet for me with it closed).

It's also conveniently located across from a small mall with a Carrefour market, which is a great place to buy necessities during your stay, and not too far from the Port de Montroeil (sp??) Metro station, from where all of Paris is your oyster. There's also bus stops nearby but the one time I needed to take a bus, it didn't stop there, so there's that.

They are also willing, for a small fee, to stash your bags after checkout so you can explore a bit more before leaving the city.

All in all everyone was really great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Although the room booked was the double, theres was a gap between the two beds and also separated blankets.

The advantages are: price and is around 7 to 10 min from two metro stations (Robespierre and Port Mountreil) and algerian restaurants.

Booked a three bunked bed room for myself and two friends for a quick visit to Paris, and we were so happy with our choice. The front desk staff when we checked in were absolutely lovely, and our room even got upgraded to a larger space with three beds instead of the bunks! For the price we paid it was perfect – the showers were clean, the room was clean, and the wifi was incredible. Remember people, you get what you pay for, and if you're looking for a good cheap hotel right near a metro stop, you've found the right place!

O café da manhã é okay. Localização não é muito boa. Tem algumas facilidades perto com MC Donald's e supermercado. Porém, é uma área bem suja, barulhenta, escura e perigosa.

Staff were very blunt, preferred to look at the computer than us when speaking . given we rented 3 rooms. They didn't make the beds up or even provide bedding. The website said sound proof walls yet all we heard was Bulgarian or russian speakers in the corridors all night. Showers and toilets are small cramped pods. Was not impressed at all.

For what we paid this property was very good value. We had a room without bathroom but we were lucky enough to be one room away for the showers and toilettes. The metro was near enough, and the staff were helpful when we asked any questions. The room was a good enough size for what we needed, although in the heat we could have done with some kind of fan/air con. The area wasn’t too great, especially the first road we walked down, however we then found the nearest metro was not the one we first went to so this was then fine. We didn’t spend much time in the local area but the shopping centre across the road was useful, and there looked to be many bars and restaurants not too far away. An Uber to Disney was only around 50€ so this was handy, and getting the metro to either central Paris or Disney was around 30-40 minutes.

It turned out to be a lot cleaner than expected. The rooms were tidied daily. The shared toilets were made up of multiple shower cubicles and WCs, and they were cleaned several times a day.
There was a security guard present at the reception at all times ensuring safety and orderliness.

The room was tiny but it had everything we needed and was clean. There was no AC so it got a bit stuffy. I tried to crack the window to keep the room cool at night but just got woken up by loud cars and pedestrians. The location had plenty of restaurants nearby, but it was very far from the main attractions of Paris. If I ever go to Paris again I'd prefer to stay somewhere else, but, on a student budget, this place was fine.

A very basic, no frills hotel. Most if the rooms have shared showers and toilets, so check carefully when booking! Towels are not in the rooms and you have to purchase a towel from reception for 3 euros. Breakfast is as basic as it could be with no hot food and just 2 cereals. The rooms look larger than they are in the photos, and there is nowhere to hang clothes. As I said very basic, but clean and comfortable. There is no bar in the hotel. The positives are that there are a few restaurants, shops and a decent pizza takeaway very close by, there is a Carrefour supermarket right in front of the hotel and it is less than a 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station.

We arrived in Paris early morning. Went to the hotel around 11am. We asked receptionist lady if we can get the room hour early we can take rest if possible. She was very rude and said we don't provide room before 1pm. We have to wait outside. They were no sitting area or a phone charging area. We were sitting on the floor. 1pm when we asked for room, she said getting ready and finally told us we can go in. I asked her can we take a look the room before we get in? she was not ready for that question and few minute later (was on the phone) said room does not have attached washroom!!!!! If you want you can stay or find another hotel. Shocking after long journey.

I did not like the hotel very much. No air-conditioning. Shared toilets and showers. Almost no sit-down possibilities in the room. Bad smell in the halls. No soap or washcloth provided. Motel-6 in the USA offers better accommodations for a lower price. Because the window had to be left open to get in some cool air. there was much noise from the street.

Acoustic poor and other residents noisy till very late this hotel falls under the most basic of somewhere to sleep with zero luxury - do not plan to spend anytime here until you are ready for a sleep and then ensue the smelly communal showers before setting off, neighbourhood is definetly the other end of the glamourise scale- for budget travellers who aren't fussy but I'm guessing hostels would be better - on a positive bed was comfortable

You will regret staying here. DON'T DO IT!

Seriously, don't stay here. We were not expecting a lot but we didn't expect it to be this bad. First impressions of the room were that it was DARK and DIRTY. Hair in the bed upon arrival... not a good start. The vent in the room constantly blew in the strong odor of cigarettes stinging our eyes. The corridors and lifts reeked of cigarettes and smoke butts were sometimes in the lifts and bathrooms. There was a loud low hum that sounded constantly, difficult to sleep with. Also there was constant banging that sounded like someone stomping and running around on the floor above us, this is even more weird because we were on the top floor, this went all night... we never found out what it was but it was kinda scary. The staff were unhelpful with recommendations of any kind and spoke little English. The neighborhood is horrible, it is unsafe to walk in this area alone, the people on the streets are very intimidating. Not to mention the location, its miles away... Unfortunately our first impressions of Paris were hindered due to the horrible location we first saw. Going into Paris the next day we saw just how beautiful it really is, but a tourist shouldn't have to see this area...
I advise strongly against staying here, its just not worth it. Don't stay here because it is on the cheap side, pay 20 euro more and stay somewhere closer and nicer... we definitely will not stay at any Hotel F1 ever again. :(

部屋は広くて清潔で、フロント階に電子レンジやウォーターサーバーがありとても便利でした。
スタッフの方も親切にしてくれました。
トイレの水流が激しいため、毎回便座を拭いてからじゃないと使えなかったのが気になるところでした。でも水が出ないよりはいいと思ってます。
