Really happy we chose this hotel- hard to pick out any single thing as all was good. The beds were SOOOOO COMFY! Lovely crisp white sheets, high quality duvets and pillows, really great mattress, and also for my teenage daughter on a single.

Also shame breakfast expensive at 18 euros pp- we just grabbed things on the go to save money- would have been nice to have a ‘coffee/ juice/ croissant option’ at the hotel.

Excellent value for money - this place has great, friendly and helpful staff and was perfect for a stay with me and my two children. The area felt really safe with everything you need nearby including some great, local places to eat and drink. It is moments away from the metro line which we used all the time to get us all around Paris and also felt very safe and a 30 minute taxi ride from CDG airport. The hotel itself is lovely - rooms are decorated nicely, impeccably clean and our triple room was exactly what we needed with plenty of wardrobe space for a few nights, a coffee machine and fridge. We spent time drinking the free hot chocolate in the courtyard and staff were also happy for us to eat our lunch from the local boulangerie there - it really felt like a home from home. Yes, you are not within walking distance of central Paris but we loved travelling by metro and were only ever a 15-20 minute ride from wherever we wanted to go. My 7 and 12 year olds loved it there and slept like babies!

Great hotel for a great price. Everything was very clean, the staff worked very hard to keep everything extremely tidy. The bathroom was nice, and the staff was very accommodating. No big complaints. The hotel is located in an okay area, it's not an amazing area but there's nothing inherently wrong with it. It is very close (maybe a 2 minute walk) to the metro line 1, which connects you to most of the major sites in Paris and to most other metro and train lines.
Biggest advice for those that book is to NOT buy the breakfast, my wife and I chose not to do so and we could find similar things at bakeries and shops close by for a margin of the cost that Piapia asks for. There is a grocery store just across the main street (3-4 minute walk) and a nice bakery just up the road (3-4 minute walk as well) with a great Italian Pizza place around the corner (Becchi - TRY IT!).

Great location - metro line at the end of the street which has lines going straight into the city centre in 20 mins. Regular metros every 2-5 minutes. Safe area, quiet enough to get a good night sleep but busy enough to walk back from metro station at night. Restaurants available if wanted to stay close by however we spent most of our time elsewhere.

Great location for the Metro meant that whilst not near any tourist attractions. You could get to all of them within 25-50 mins depending on where you going. Also easy to get to & from Gare Du Nord (28 mins) by Metro Good choice at breakfast, comfortable beds, our superior room was a good size. Only ‘moan’ is there was no full length mirror. Just the mirror in the bathroom above the sink. When out & about in a stylish city like Paris. It’s nice to check on your appearance before heading out on the town! Lol

Great location for access to the subway— a bit outside of the city but easy to navigate from. The elevator was out of service the day of checkout which was inconvenient for getting luggage down from 4th floor but otherwise stay was great.

EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. The only problem I encountered was probably just my own naiveness. While the staff did speak English well, there was one staff member who worked the evenings who did not speak English as well as I had expected. However, he was exceptionally nice and accommodating. I don't speak French, so considering that, we had a great stay. Very comfortable bed, very clean, no noise issues. I didn't like that the window coverings over the bathroom window were thing and white. I felt like people could possibly see into our room, but I doubt that was the case. Wonderful stay, great breakfast, although I felt it was a bit pricey, maybe just because it was in Paris. Hotel was also very close to public transportation. We went into Paris every day and had no issues (other than getting used to the metro and again not speaking/being able to read French.
