The area in front of the hotel had lots of homeless ppl living there out of their vans. The air conditioner barely worked. The vent in the bathroom was so dirty and looked like it hasnt been cleaned in yrs. Plus we had 2 bookings and paid for breakfast however even after showing proof we had to beg for breakfast coupons. The 2nd room we booked we were never issued breakfast coupons. We knew it wasnt a 5 star hotel but qhen you.pay for sonething you expect you will receive it

The hotel was exactly what we needed for our trip to the property; friendly staff, clean (and nice) rooms and a metro stop within 5 mins. There's good WiFi throughout the hotel and we were really happy with our stay. The only thing to keep in mind was that directly opposite the hotel, there were loads of cars parked on the public path with people living out of the vehicles. While it has nothing to do with our experience staying at the hotel (which we were really happy with) just pointing it out as walking back at night, you might feel a little unsafe. We avoided it by walking around the pavement rather than cutting through the public path. It hardly made a difference in the length of our walk, but the pavement is well lit unlike the public path with the cars. But we were really happy with our stay and would happily stay at the hotel again if we visited Paris again

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. On arrival at the hotel, I was booked into my room once I paid for the tourist tax and the car parking fee. After entering the hotel room, I notice a problem that I only had 1 double bed in two separate rooms that I have paid for. After going back downstairs to speak with reception they had informed me that they no longer do the rooms I purchased via Expedia and that hasn’t been the case for months now. I purchased the room with 1 double bed and with one single bunk bed. After about 30 minutes speaking with reception, I was told this was my only option unless I booked an extra room, so this left use all sharing beds. During my stay with the hotel only 1 out of 3 elevators was working and on some occasions not at all. This left us having to carry prams and bags up and down the stairs with the kids. On our last day with the hotel we found out that the car has been broken into whilst parked in the secure carpark that we had to pay for at the start of the trip. This meant our last day was spent at the police station and cleaning up glass from the car that was covering all the baby seats. After returning to the hotel to give them a copy of the police report for their insurance purpose. we had to leave for the ferry, luckily making it just before setting off. We have been trying to get hold of the hotel now for two weeks and with no reply from anyone, even when call the hotel costing a fortune because calling from the UK. I have had to pay

Guy at reception was very helpful, handy for the metro, and breakfast was ‘ok’ but those are the only positives. Room was like a prison cell, the shower had no door/curtain on it. It did the job for us as it was a stop over to have a day in Paris. Whilst appreciating it was reasonably priced (given the price of rooms in Paris at the time we were visiting), you would still expect basic cleanliness…which did not exist.0

We booked 2 x triple rooms with multi beds for 3 nights, but when we checked in, the hotel only gave us 2 single bed rooms but we have six people. They final gave us one additional room. But at the 3rd night, they said due to they have multi beds room now, so we have to give them back the rooms and swap the rooms. It wastes us whole morning and we can’t go out for visit Paris. The lady said she is the manager and her attitude was terrible. All the mistakes were caused by the hotel, not us. But she acted like we caused the issue. Avoid this hotel if possible. It’s far from metro too.

It was terrible. They don’t give face towels. It was dirty and dilapidated and some strange man walks up and down the hallways during the night to try and break into the rooms. The metro station nearby also has people shooting up.

Service was overall okay...one real bad point is what I can not understand; in the doubt of having something forgotten/left in the room after check out...it is almost impossible to reach the hotel by phone or online if not for booking...only phone number expensive and have to wait...so i could forget about contacting the hotel....that makes a big disappointment after my stay.....

The room is very small but the Reception service is good. The breakfast also provides paper bag for guest to packet the breakfast which stands out from other hotels. Location is ok as there is Carrefour and McDonald's next door. Chinese food is just along the street. Metro is a 7 mins walk.

I checked in late at night the guy in the counter is ok but first he said to me how do I pay I said cash when he said the price which I recognised it was a room payments which is booked and paid already so I said I have to pay the city tax which they emailed me about when you check in, so he said sorry that was misunderstood. And the down side is our room is in 7th floor there is no stairs and you given a card to access the elevator in room and you have to upgrade it so it works for me is so annoying because it works in the elevator and then not in your room so you have to get down and upgrade it and at night when we go out for a dinner so scary so many boys are starring and talking about you when we passed bye ,esp.to my 2 daugthers in their languages and laughing,oh my god never again in that place. The plus side is really close next door to a food shopping carefree which is very handy as it was very expensive to eat in the restaurant every time. Overall I,'ll give it 5 out of 10. Uk

I’ve stayed in numerous Ibis Hotels and I may not stay in another after my experience. The hotel is run down, in disrepair, and the management didn’t seem to care. There was mold in the bathrooms, dirt on the floors, and in a seedy neighborhood. This hotel should be removed from Hotels.com.

Overall I am not happy because customer service is too poor and rude.when I entered the hotel then the receptionist was miscared and rude type with no smile looks terrible. Main door wasn’t locked systems. Cleaner entered the room without knocking. No micro oven facility.

Good Place to Stay, Despite Budget Label

It was surprisingly good for a budget hotel - good links to the rest of Paris via three or four nearby Metro stations (within a fifteen-minute walk), a Carrefour literally next door, good facilities in the room, a bed that was pretty comfortable, and easy check-in/check-out procedures. However, as with most budget places we've stayed at, the pillows were a tad flat so I found myself having to fold it in half for some height, the shower was controlled with a mechanism that you pull towards you so I ended up turning it off five or six times per shower and had to wait for it to heat back up again each time (not too much of an issue, but a little annoying when you're like a bull in a china shop), and we were surprised to find that there was a market in the nearest carpark - directly opposite the hotel - over the weekend, which made the walk to and from the Metro stations difficult as it meant passing through huge crowds and being pestered by people. Overall, though, we would say that it's a good place to stay and more than worth the price.

The staff and cleaner were great, the hotel IS a very basic older ibis and to be honest could do with a deep clean (quite a lot of dust high up etc) and a fresh paint/make over - but it is a budget hotel and the price reflected that so i have no problems as it suited me well - and ive stayed in dozens of ibis/accor hotels throughout europe !

The rooms are very small, not suitable for a family. The window in the room can not be opened, so when arriving there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The elevators did not work all the time and so did the door's key. On the good side, I can note there was air conditioning in the room and a large supermarket next to the hottle. The price was low.

Middle of the Road Budget Hotel

We stayed at the Ibis for a little over a week. It’s conveniently located near a stop on the 9 metro line. The neighborhood wasn’t the best, but we didn’t have any problems. There’s a kickass Brazilian restaurant nearby. The rooms were very modest. Think a small studio and bathroom. One of the three elevators broke while we were there, so there were long lines during high traffic times. Key cards had to be reprogrammed on almost a daily basis, but that seemed to be getting better as we left. The staff is super friendly! Really one of the highlights of our stay. Would we stay here again? Probably not. Do we regret staying here? Nope. You get what you pay for.

Modern Hotel, remember it`s a Budget property.

Approx 6 min walk from Porte de Montreuil metro station, fine by day but I would be uneasy doing this late at night over the peripherique ring road as neighbourhood characters could be dodgy. Hotel very modern in large tower block with both Standard Ibis and Ibis Budget properties sharing building. Place is nice and clean but shame that rooms are warm and stuffy even with aircon on coolest setting, not much puff in unit. I would not like to stay here in Summer as would be way to warm.

Bad service on Sunday morning as one poor girl working in breakfast room trying to keep up with replenishing food buffet, some cutlery and bowls ran out for about almost 10 mins, poor girl was trying her best but place so busy around 09-30 they really should have had someone extra on this day !

Is echt een budget hotel. Kamer was prima en opzich schoon. Bedden waren slecht en aan een kant door gezakt.
Een makkelijke omgeving om snel met de metro in het centrum van Parijs te zijn.
Tip! Kom niet met de auto, de zogenaamd “beveiligde” garage ( waar je 15euro per dag voor betaald) is zeker niet beveiligd. Onze auto is vernield samen met ongeveer 10 andere auto’s. Security wist zogenaamd van niks en kwam niet in actie.. zeer vreemd.

建物は全体的によく手入れされている。隣の広場（最寄り駅とホテルの間）に年中無休？の市がありその周辺は人が多く大きな荷物を持っての移動はやや不安がありますので、地下鉄の駅から行く場合は市を避けるためホテルがあるサイドと反対側の道の歩道を通ってホテル正面の交差点から道を横断してホテルに行くことをお勧めします。裏路地はわかりませんが日中帯でしたら大通り沿いはごみが散乱してますが、特に危険な感じはしませんでした。市に行く場合は混雑時間帯は避けてほぼ手ぶらで行きましょう。荷物持って市に行ってはいけません。

La chambre est propre mais fort peu insonorisée. Nous entendons les voisins et surtout les claquements de porte et les bruits de couloir. Peut être frauderait il mettre des indications écrites pour faire comprendre aussi aux résidents de respecter les autres lors d’arrivée tardive. Le personnel est par ailleurs sympathique et agréable.

Serviço ok pelo preço que é cobrado.

O quarto estava limpo, e é bem pequeno, mais o preço compensa os pontos ruins, os funcionários são educados, nos arredores do hotel tem um Carrefour e o que seria um shopping porém é notável que a maioria das lojas fecharam, a região não é muito bonita, a estação de metrô fica uns 7minutos caminhando, o café da manhã é ok, porém as coisas não mudam todos os dias servem as mesmas opções.

A região do hotel é um pouco largada você vê que já houve investimento por ali e não vingou e acabou sendo deixada de lado. O café tinha boas opções porém todo dia é a mesma coisa não muda, a cama poderia ter um conforto melhor, o acesso ao metrô foi comprometido nos dois primeiros dias pois não estava funcionando, e acabamos gastando com Uber, no geral é uma boa opção pra quem quer economizar e não tem problema em se locomover de metrô,

Det var et meget venligt, servicesminded og engelsksprogede personale, hotellet ligger 200 m fra Pariserringen og midt i mellem to metro stationer linje M9 kun 10 minutter fra hotellet og med masser af spisesteder (arabiske og thai) lige uden for døren.
Morgenmaden er typisk fransk.
