Very conveniently located near Metro line 1 and buses. Grocery stores near by. Many restaurants and brasseries nearby. Bed is comfortable. The apartment has range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine. Everything is functional. Will stay again.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in September as a base to visit Paris. Was greeted by friendly staff on reception. Room was clean. Breakfast available. Water station in lobby to fill up your water bottles for days out which was great! Only gripe was that bed was quite uncomfortable due to being a sofa bed? Ideal base for exploring Paris. Metro line 1 is 5 min walk. Within reach of all main landmarks within half an hour. Wished we’d have had time to explore local area more as plenty shops and Boulangeries, restaurants and nice chateau and gardens nearby. Would recommend. Just a more comfy bed needed and soft chairs rather than desk.

Excellent option for a simple but comfortable stay. Great mattress, clean, large fridge, air con works well, pet friendly, free coffee. Lovely area to walk around right next to a huge park and plenty of places to eat, but groceries etc. ONLY thing that could be improved is the friendliness of management.. a smile would go a long way :)

What a wonderful location, so easy to take either the train(RER) or the Metro - main line that stops at all the major sites!!! Make sure to down load City Mapper, a must have app when the traveling. The staff is beyond friendly and most all spoke English which was helpful. The local neighborhood is a gem, check out the days where there is the local market. So many wonderful options to eat and drink. The hotel had everything we needed, although the main ac is not what is expected from the states as it never really got the room cool. It would be ideal if the hotel could add a fan for each room. You can open the windows for a nice cross breeze which helped cool the room. The neighborhood is quiet, and quaint as we could hear the birding chirping. We would come back to this location!

The apartment and space was fantastic, just what we needed (1 adult, 2 children). We only stayed one night but could have easily stayed a few nights with the space and comfort. The small kitchen area was perfect. Lots of wardrobe/storage space. The check in process was fantastic, the lady who checked me in was the most helpful person and very friendly and gave me all the advice needed, such as where the nearest tram (metro) station was etc. The location of the hotel was perfect, I didn't want to be right in the center of Paris but instead somewhere that was easy to travel to by car, leave the car in the hotel car park and then have the short walk for public transport - the station for Vincennes was 5 minutes walk away. From there it was a short 15/20 minute journey on the metro to arc de triomphe. We were able to keep the car in the car park for a few hours after check out, so we were able to spend the day sightseeing in Paris before returning to the hotel to collect the car before moving on to our next stop.

This hotel is a little gem, Steps away from the metro and RER (3 stations away from Chatelet, the heart of Paris), located in downtown Vincennes, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping possibilities. The rooms are simple, but good enough for my taste, the hotel has a gym and washing machine/dryer. The staff is courteous and reactive. I only have good things to say about this hotel and I am not the easiest person to please 😊

Great six-night stay

Amazing six-night stay at the Aparthotel Adagio Vincennes. First, the location is amazing - a two-minute walk down the street to the Berault metro station and the #1 line. Five minute walk to the Vincennes RER station. Great as a base for exploring Paris, which our family did over the six days.

The property is in immaculate condition. Smartly appointed and clean. You can tell it is well kept.

We found our one-bedroom studio perfect for our family of three. We were comfortable and had plenty of room. The wrap-around balcony that our unit had also allowed us to have a croissant al fresco in the morning!

The staff was attentive and friendly. I especially have to comment that the front desk was always approachable with any question. And, the staff at the breakfast was friendly and attentive.

The reviews about this little Parisian suburbans are so true. It is right on the metro line one and next to a few parks that absolutely cannot be missed. Access to the coffee machine all day list little snacks and flavored water in the lobby was a plus.
The only things that I found tricky about this place, or the fact that our apartment had a Murphy bed that was not made up for us, but no bedding, ready to go whatsoever. They also only had one person on duty most of the time and that poor person was stretched, pretty thin.

Location was perfect - a few minutes from two Metro stops to the centre of Paris or the RER line between Paris and Disneyland.
Room was clean and comfortable - we heard no noise from traffic or neighbouring rooms through our stay. Beds were comfortable and blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep.
Although these are studio apartments, at no time did we feel cramped for space.
We stayed for 10 days with fresh towels and the room cleaned halfway through our stay. This was perfectly sufficient.
There were enough cooking utensils to be able to prepare a simple meal, but plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance if you wanted to eat out.
We were made to feel very welcome by all who worked at the hotel. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful.
I cannot recommend this Apartahotel highly enough and will not hesitate to return next time we are in Paris.

They moved us to one of their other locations and I did not get a notice from Expedia. I just happen to click into the app for something and saw a message from the hotel saying sorry we have had to move you. We were already on our way so had to change direction on the metro.

The rooms have a fold down bed so it has a spacious living area. It’s such a relief to be in that atmosphere. Wonderful kitchen so cooking is easy. The 325 bus stop is across the street. A great Mexican restaurant just down the street. Make reservations to get the tables in the garden.

This is a superbly located apart hotel. The customer service is first class, all common areas are clean and the rooms are spotless and modern. Only a few moments from the chateau, Berault Metro (Line 1) and Vincennes RER stations which provide quick journey times to Paris. A short walk from restaurants, a cinema and Franprix and Monoprix supermarkets.

good location close to castle,park ,shops and metro.easy to get to central paris or disneyland (though cost of transport not cheap).Two supermarkets very close for buying fresh bread and milk etc.
Apartment (1 bed) was reasonable size with large balcony where you could eat if warm enough.Clean and well equipped .
Unpleasant odour at times -either from garbage room next door or bathroom drainage ,hard to tell.Also extensive number of TV channels apparently in all different languages but only a US news and sky news in english.Accept theres a cost to all these,however.

Practical with lovely staff

If you have been to other 4 star hotels in other cities, you will be a little disappointed. The parquet flooring is very clean, but stops it being cosy, as does the pull down bed. There is no partition for the kitchinette, so it is not as spacious as other aparthotels. On the plus side, it is amazingly practical with
cutlery, fridge, ironing board, etc. Vincennes is a lovely place to stay because central Paris is so crowded and dirty.

Great Hotel in Good Area (Suburb)

We arrived at the hotel from the airport by RER (regional train) just after check in time. The room was very clean and large compared to other Paris accommodations. There was a grocer a few doors down and a kitchenette in the room, which included all you would need to cook and serve your own meals. Coffee is not supplied in the room but as I said there is a grocer near next door. The staff spoke English very well and were knowledgeable of the area, as well as pleasant. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, as well as a palace with what appeared to be a mote at one time. The metro and buses were within walking distance too, so getting back and forth from Paris center was a breeze. We purchased the breakfast because it was reasonably priced. It was great and typical of Parisian breakfasts. The neighborhood is rather upscale for Paris. There is a laundry in the hotel that was well worth it! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed 8 days while visiting family in Vincennes. We were surprised to learn that, in view of the length of our stay, we were \"entitled\" to only one free room cleaning; otherwise, 18 euros for each cleaning. It was in the fine print, but still felt cheesy. The hotel is very efficient, clean and modern; staff is pleasant and welcoming. Even though outside Paris, it's just a 2-short-blocks walk to metro line 1, which connects with everything. If you're looking for no-frills hotel, this fits the bill comfortably.

Hotel was in a great position for Paris and Disneyland. Paris was between 10 & 25 mins away via Metro line 1, disneyland was 30 mins by RER A, all metro and RER are within 5 mins walk. Hotel is very clean and room was ideal for our family. Local area has a mixture of different restaurants with both eat in and take away facilities and there are local supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Staff are very helpful and with my French being limited the English speaking was very good and communication was easy. Air conditioning was very good, street noise was non existent, traffic volume in the local area is low. Car parking is 15 eur per day but is secure and once you have parked you do not need to use your car again as the transport system is so good and close. Perfect place to stay for the Paris area.

We staid for two nights on the way back home. We really enjoyed nice location: nice neighborhood (a castle, two parks, restaurants, food stores), convenient transportation to downtown and airports. The room was a bit small and parking was challenging. Other than that it was close to perfect.
A small tip that might be helpful for others: we chose this hotel with a hope to get to the Charles de Gaulle airport by subway. Indeed it is usually quite convenient. However, 5 in the morning it was closed. We had to take a taxi, and found that we have to pay 20% more at the Sunday night as well as whatever the taxi gets to get to the hotel (they start metering from the place they called to come to the hotel). So, you might be better off if you stay closer to the airport if you have to travel when the subway is closed.

Very much liked the Adagio in Vincennes. Clean room that was ready when we arrived a little before noon.Nice staff.Well located for RER A ( to get to CDG airport) as well as metro stations.

Not as many food options as we would have liked but close to Monoprix grocery store and nice brasserie on corner for breakfast or coffee.

We would certainly consider going back.

When I first booked this hotel I worried about the location and the distance from the center of Paris. Ended up being the best decision I took, not only is the hotel location perfect to both the Metro and RER, it is surrounded with all kinds of shops that make staying around the hotel just as enjoyable as being in the center of Paris. The staff is very friendly, and the room was just prefect for my mom and I and my 2 year old. I would defiantly stay here again.

We would recommend these apartments for anyone who wants a quieter location after spending a busy day exploring Paris. It is very close to Metro Line 1 and in a safe neighbourhood which caters to all needs. We found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. The room had everything that you needed, including good WiFi, a safe which was a bonus and the pulldown bed was very comfortable and easy to convert to daytime sofa. With a supermarket just down the street, plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from and all other conveniences locally, there is nothing more you could need. It is not a hotel, no daily housekeeping etc but if you want to be self sufficient these apartments are ideal.

Nice, clean hotel and very accessible

Overall it's a good hotel. Nice and clean and near the M1 station which takes you anywhere around Paris. Love the fact that there's kitchenette and all that service apartment would have. Only bumps were the shower area is clogged, drainage doesn't work very well. I'd have to have a technique in washing off the suds; the shampoo/body wash gel is cheap. I had to buy at the nearest grocery store for ones that don't make my hair sticky and stiff; the exhaust in the bathroom didn't work that I had to call room service second time for that. But, I'll check-in here again cause it must be better than other hotels around Paris. Oh and the breakfast is so-so. I recommend to just do groceries or buy baguette and croissants nearby.

The service at the Adagio was great. In regards to the cleanliness of the room there were a few problems. First, the shower was filthy. The grout between the tiles was completely brown with dirt/mildew, which was strange because the grout for the tiles in the kitchen was extremely white. The shower also had a clogged drain so you couldn't turn the water pressure all the way up because you would end up standing in a puddle. Lastly the room had bugs that I THINK were roaches. The first night we were there my fiance saw one and killed it. We thought it was a one time thing. The next morning while I was taking a shower, another one crawled up the shower door and into the shower as I completely freaked out and my fiance tried to kill it. Needless to say, we got another room. All problems were resolved with this room change (except the shower grout was still very mildewed) but it was a huge pain to repack all of our belongings and unpack again. The location was very far from the main attractions and tour meeting points that we had to get to so we were late for everything because of traffic or car accidents. We wanted to take the train but the station closest to the hotel doesn't have ticket purchase machines. There were plenty of restaurants on the same block as the hotel especially if you make a left leaving the hotel. I wouldn't stay here again. Hope this helps.

So Close to Being Ideal Paris Stay

This hotel has all the trappings of a winner. Almost brand new facilities. Spacious rooms. Fully stocked kitchenette areas. Some nice courtyard views from some of its rooms. Great proximity to grocery, restaurant, and Metro Line 1 (the main Metro line in Paris, hence it's number). Mostly premium customer service from the front desk (of the 5 or so staff who helped us during our one-week stay there, only 1 seemed a tad incompetent at times... other staff was excellent).

The only knock we had were two issues. The beds comfort level are average at best. A little too stiff for our taste. Many of the rooms have beds which come out of the wall... those beds are below average in comfort in our opinion. And now, the most disappointing issue was their climate control. They set it so you can not turn the a/c below 21 degrees Celsius (which I guess is 70 degrees F). But what if you've been preparing a meal? Or what if it's 100 degrees outside so the a/c will need to work harder to keep room equally cool?

We like to sleep with it cool at night (at least 18 degrees C!), but found ourselves a little warmer than we would've liked on those July nights, which made it tough to sleep. I really wish they would take such an extreme measure in controlling a/c and heat like that.

Great hotel, great location.

Clean, well-equipped hotel in a great location with very easy access to Paris city center. The staff is great; they are eager to help with anything that they can do to improve the visit. When we mentioned to the staff that a couple of items were missed during house keeping we returned to our room later that day to find a personal note from the manager and a nice bottle of wine (completely unnecessary, but very much appreciated). This will be our hotel for future trips to Paris.

Great hotel in friendly neibourhood

We had seven nights in this great hotel. We had an air conditioned double bed studio, where the bed folded into the wall, easy to set up and put away in morning. There were two chairs and a table to have our breakfast/meals at. The kitchen had all the equipment you would want, Two ring stove, Microwave, Fridge freezer, Kettle, Filter coffee machine, Dishwasher and enough crockery for two people with some spares. There was a vacuum cleaner, so you cold clear up the crumbs.
There is a Monoprix supermarket about a couple of hundred metres away, with a boulangerie attached, so we could get our French sticks, croissants and Pain au chocolates etc.
We had a room at the front of the hotel on the first floor, and could not hear the traffic outside
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had one problem where the filter machine had a leak, which was changed within ten minutes!
The hotel is close to two Metro stations, which were within five minutes walk for a healthy pensioner and there were lots good of restaurants nearby.
The area was pleasant and friendly, with lots of places to explore nearby. If you turn off the main road, where the hotel is, we found the Hotel de Ville, which we wandered round, and many more shops in the town.
The Chateau Vincennes is close by, and well worth a visit. We spent quite a few hours walking through the Bois du Vincennes (Park/Forest) which is vast but pleasant.

Great Aparthotel

Traveling to Paris for the first time, my wife and I had a great stay at the Adagio Paris Vincennes. It is located between two metro stops (only 2-3 minutes walking distance) and there are several neighborhood grocery stores in the vicinity. The front desk personnel were excellent (multilingual) and had answers for our every need. The rooms are fashioned after studios and included a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and cooking/eating utensils which we considered to be a great plus. Just be aware that since these are not \"hotel rooms,\" there is no daily maid service (we didn't need a maid, so there was no problem). You can request service if you need something. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Also surprised to find the Chateau Vincennes was a remarkable visit and only a block from the hotel.

Agreat Hotel Option for Paris

The Adagio is in Vincennes, a very nice suburb of Paris. The neighborhood is safe and has excellent restaurants that have reasonable prices. The staff speak very good English and are very helpful. Central Paris is a 15 to 20 minute Metro ride on Line 1 with new trains and clean stations. The rooms have fully equipped kitchens, making breakfasts and any other meal easy to prepare. There is a Monoprix grocery store very close by. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel, close to metro (straight line to the centre - M1), bus.
Very quiet district, hotel room has all needed amenities: large fridge, electro cooker, even dish washer.
Room was clean, a little bit small, but cozy.
Bed is reclining from the wall (converts from sofa to bed)

Very nice hotel close to transportation

The hotel staff was totally helpful in everything we needed. They directed us to nearby metro and supermarkets and were very helpful in finding restaurants and contacting them for us. The rooms include a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker and all the utensils you need. The metro is close and will get you everywhere.The hotel is on the end of the metro so it is very easy to find your way back. Best to get a metro pass for the length of your stay, it includes the bus system but the metro is much quicker and easier to use. If you need any help with directions the staff is more than accommodating. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel, would definitely use their hotel if we return to Paris or any of the other cities they have in Europe.

This was the 1st time I stayed anywhere except the Opera area. Traveling with 10 year old daughter needed the extra space. Staff very nice. Great Parisian neighborhood, a little quiet, but lots of shops and restaurants. Metro line was great
with good connecting points. Good to have a stove and fridge. Workout room adequate. Quiet place.

we had a great stay at Adagio. the hotel and appartment was clean with great service and traveling into paris was eash and only a 10min train ride! the only negative about the room was the bed was a pull out and so very uncomfortable otherwise i would stay again maybe in a slightly better room with a proper bed

Very nice hotel

The staff was very friendly and trilingual (French, English and Spanish). The room was clean and had all that we needed. The hotel was two blocks away from a subway stationery nice and from a very nice grocery store. It would be quite difficult to find a better hotel for the price we pay ( no need to pay more; this hotel has all that is needed for a pleasant stay in Paris).

we loved this hotel!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Adagio. Arthur at the front desk was very personable and helpful. We loved having a kitchen and the murphy bed. The hotel is a straight shot into Paris on the M1 and the best part was it's location in Vincennes. We had restaurants, bank, grocery stores and a fabulous castle in walking distance. We will recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Paris.

Wonderful, but depends on what you're looking for.

I stayed at Adagio with my boyfriend. We had sublet an apartment in London last christmas, and Adagio was a very similar experience, in that the room is a self-contained flat and has all you may need to feel \"at home\" with everything from microwave to stove to bottle openers in stock. The only difference (felt like to me) is this flat comes with housekeeping and the rooms are spotless and well maintained! There is a supermarket right across the street and some restaurants including a tex-mex that we dined at and enjoyed!

For many couples paris is all about the romance and love, and I must warn that Adagio is a standard, replicable experience in that sense and not a chic or artsy city hotel. But the neighbourhood is interesting and fairly central, and taking the metro from vincennes into the city will give you a more grounded experience of Paris. We're a fairly down-to-earth couple, very much in love so didn't mind the practical, almost sterile feel of the flat. The grubbiness of the metro rides and the abundance of romance in the city centre made it up for us.

On the outskirts of Paris but close.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel.You basically get a studio apt with a kitchenette. We were looking at the convenience of making our own breakfast. There is a market about a block away with a bakery. We did eat breakfast one day at the hotel and I wouldn't recommend it. It was minimal and cost 15 euro per person. The hotel is in Vincennes at the end of the number 1 metro line. The stop is about three blocks away. About 20 minutes to the Louvre. The neighborhood is very nice with small shops on the narrow side streets. The staff was cheerful and friendly and very helpful.
