Absolutely poor in terms of comfort and cleanliness given the price paid for my 3-night stay. Dirty as soon as you step in. Poor customer care. Breakfast is not up to the mark, poor quality mattress took away my sleep and bathroom facility is below standard. The picture they put on the web doesn't tell the real story. Won't recommend it at all.

Decent Hotel

WiFi signal is very week. However, water source in lobby was good. Breakfast was decent. The location is very far away from the center of Paris but the price is affordable. Train station nearby is only useful when there isn’t a strike going on.

Its the best stay in Paris

We love this hotel. Stayed a couple of times now. And its the best. The location is so perfect, close to the station and the supermarket, restaurants and everything around. It’s so important when travelling with family. Getting around is so easy and all popular places were very close by. And they have the best breakfast. The quality hasn’t changed over years. The rooms feel a little small for family but its Paris... so can’t expect more than that. This hotel made our trip much better. The staff is so nice. Overall the best

Everything was terrible, we tried to change hotels, and get a refund and we were told by the hotel that we needed to speak to Expedia, I spoke to Expedia and we were told that you guys needed to speak to the manager to approve the refund, but the manager had left already. The room was really small, dirty, really far from the center of the city, in a bad neighborhood, it had bed bugs, the beds were really tiny. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go to this hotel.

Located close to train and bus stations but quiet, and safe. Also close to a supermarket, and adjacent, nice neighborhood. The room was a bit small but bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fine. Breakfast absolutely sufficient, and the staff helpful.

We arrived here on NYE weekend, and we booked this hotel in a short amount of time the pricing was great, we arrived and the clerk was nice as well. The hotel cafe wasn’t opened due to renovations, and our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall I give this hotel a 3.5/5 because of the pricing which was perfect, we were close by to train station, and the breakfast buffet in the morning was great.

Noisy lift

Booked as only 5mins walk to the company I was working with. When I arrived, they had accidentally also give my room to another guest, a lady visitor, who was somewhat surprised to find someone trying to get in her room! They moved me into the room she was supposed to be in, so that was ok. Only issue with the room was it was on the 5th floor, fairly near the elevator, and therefore close to the elevator mechanism, which was very loud whenever it stopped the lift on a floor - which in the evenings and mornings was about every 5 minutes, but this died down around midnight, and all was quiet through the night till first thing. The hotel did say there was a breakfast included, but it wasn't obvious where this was, but I didn't ask or go looking for it. Interior deco of the halls and reception could do with a facelift, but at least the building of the expansion to the side of the hotel was not an issue. All in all, it did the job I needed, and I would not have an issue staying again if I needed to go to the same office - so long as I was further from the lift!

The location of the hotel is nice,very close to bus stand and Fontaney RER station.
The rooms are very small and there was no cupboards in the room.The estaurants attached to the hotel is closed during weekend.The breakfast menu options were very limited,in fact the hotel is not fit to be an IBIS hotel.

We traveled to Paris for the Paris Semi. This was a perfect hotel for this. As you exit the hotel, at the far right end of the bus station the building there is the RER train station. Yes the room was small (But Super Cute, clean and well maintained and the beds Very Comfortable!) and breakfast was modest. We'd happily stay here again! The front desk spoke great English and helped us map out RER/Metro into Paris.

Good value hotel in outskirts of Paris

We found the hotel very clean, and all the staff were helpful and polite. The two rooms were small, it is true, but fine. There was one small open wardrobe in each room, but no drawers for your...drawers, so to speak. There was a flat-screen TV with iPod connection etc. One of our rooms had a shower over bath, the other just a shower unit. The bathroom had a hairdryer and soap/shampoo/shower gel dispensers.

The air-conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Bread, cheese, ham, pain-au-chocolat, croissants, yoghurts, jam/honey, cereals and a limited selection of fresh fruit were available. There was filter coffee, teabags+kettle as well as fruit juices (even an orange-squeezing machine!). The breakfast timing was excellent: 6-10; 6-11 at weekends.

The hotel provides tea and coffee in reception for most of the day and evening, which was a nice touch. There seemed to be some sort of play area for young children too. The free wi-fi was a bit hit-and-miss.

The area is just a shopping+business centre in a small suburb. We always felt perfectly safe, even arriving back at 11pm or so. Note that the RER station is in Zone 3, so the standard Paris T+ tickets won't work. We opted for Zone 1-3 mobilis tickets most days, as these give unlimited travel within the bits of Paris we wanted to see.

Great Location for short stay

We were happy with the hotel - good value for money. Large comfy bed and nice room but not much space for luggage - Ok for 1 or 2 nights.the local RER was just next door with fast frequent service to central Paris. A decent breakfast and internet was included in the price - great value for money. Air con was inadequate - it was a very hot night. Public car park underneath hotel was scary - but hotel staff helped me find a place in the road. Free T and Coffee in reception - but bring your own milk. I would certainly stay again

Very friendly staff and hotel is v close to the train station. You can see the sign immediately when you come out from the station. Also v close to the shopping centre where have a food court, big supermarket that close at 10pm. Only downside is the air condition is not cold enough so feeling quite hot inside the room.

Perfect location for a short trip to Paris/Disne

The hotel is located next to the RER-A station. This train brings you within 30 minutes to Disney or within 10 minutes to Chatelet station in Paris. The breakfast buffet got not extreme much choices but the quality and quantity are more then enough. Fresh orange juices, croissants, yoghurts, etc. The room got a good ( new ) bed and a comfortable shower. Rooms are not big so it will be difficult to store a big suitcase.

I am extremely happy with my stay @ Ibis Styles. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The location was excellent....steps away from the bus/train station, restaurants, pastry shop,shopping center, and grocery store. A short train ride into the Paris city center. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast w/ cereals, croissants, ham & cheese & beverages. The family suite was spacious and a great option for a family of 4 with older kids. LOVED the stay!

Clean Modern & Excellent location

Great location for Paris and Disney as this is only 15 mins to Paris and 15 mins to Disney on the RER line. All the trains stop at the station which is approx 50 yards away. Hotel is clean and modern and the service was excellent. Breakfast choice was limited though. Large supermarket only 100 yards away. Would recommend this hotel.

Quick, painless short train-ride from Paris center

Very convenient and great price!!! Breakfast food was, however, very basic; much like most of where my wife and I stayed in Europe so expectations shouldn't be too high. Very courteous, helpful staff as well but not much to do in the neighborhood. Would stay here again based on price and proximity to RER A train station.

Good Hotel for Links to Paris and Disneyland

Pros - Clean tidy hotel. Superb for rail link to central Paris or Disneyland. Free parking. Low cost but better quality than you would expect for the price. Good helpful day staff
Cons - Middle of nowhere once you get back to the hotel (no local bars, restaurants, etc.), car park is badly lit and quite intimidating as local homeless hang around there, night staff not very knowledgable or helpful, bar is meant to close at 23:00, we arrived back on three separate nights between 22:00 and 23:00 and it was never open. No other facility to get a cold drink available.
Overall, very pleased considering the price and, as the only time we really spent at the hotel was sleeping, it was ideal for our needs

Great hotel for the price, it was a quick trip (15 minutes) into downtown Paris on the RER train. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. It was also very useful to have a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and an Auchan store right by the hotel.

Great short stay hotel.

Great for a short stay as the rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The breakfast being very good and free is a real bonus. Onl thing is parking is very limited around the area, we were lucky to get a spot. The nearby free public car park is not staffed and is not recommended. The train station is only 2 minutes from the hotel. The reception staff are very helpful.

A really comfort stay for visiting Paris

The hotel is not near the Center of Paris but the RER station (line A) is super convenient and you can reach any landmark in Paris in about 20 mins. The room is everything that you can expect from a 3 star hotel, it is clean and comfort, the bed is really nice and it has a big bathroom. The best about our stay was knowing that after spending the whole day walking in Paris we were coming back to a nice and quality room to rest and get ready for another day. The breakfast is basic but there are plenty of options (cereals, bread, cheese, coffee, tea, juice, etc.)

All seasons fontenay in Paris

The hotel was clean and very close to the train station for direct access to downtown Paris. It allowed us to avoid the traffic congestion of driving downtown and was still only a ten minute metro ride to central Paris. The rooms were small, but clean and the bed was very big and comfortable. For the price and convenience it can't be beaten. The only problem we had was that we thought the rooms had refrigerators so we brought food and drinks, but they did not. Staff was helpful and there was parking right in front of the hotel which made it that much more convenient.

Nice little Design hotel

Nice atmosphere, very friendly personnel at desk and restaurant. Nice breakfast (fresh croissant, fruit salad, juices, cheese, ham, yogurts...), and free water, coffee and tea available all day in the lobby area. Very close to RER lines, but far from center of Paris - about 30 minutes from Station Gare du Nord/Magenta Metro station - but from there the blue line connects to whole Paris easily.

Convenient location, decent room

This hotel is so close to a metro stop, which made it super-convenient to get in and out of Paris. Within 10-15 min you can get to all the major sites. The rooms itself was super-small, but well kept. The walls are a little thin (you can hear your neighbor!), but the rooms are really clean and the service good. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel for its value and convenience. If you're not spending a lot of time in the hotel, then it's perfect.

Right near the station

All seasons did a great job turning a mediocre hotel into a nice place to stay. We stayed 4 nights and were glad we did. Awesome hotel staff and comfy rooms hit the spot after a day out in Paris.
It is located just far enough away from the hustle and busy city, but not too far that a train ride wouldn't fix.
Not to mention the breakfast really saved us some euro every morning. The kids loved it!
We will be sure to stay there again next time we hit Paris.

Hotel was nice and the people were friendly and helpful (they spoke English which is surprising for France). There is free wi-fi and free breakfast - it is basic, such as croissants, ham, cheese, fruits and coffee, but it is enough to keep you full for a day of walking. The hotel is quite far from downtown - about 30 min by metro and is expensive - 5 euros round trip.
Overall, very good experience.

Room was clean and a good size, some staff were pleasant and some were extremely surly. The complimentary tea and coffee in reception was luke warm and the night receptionist seemed astonished when I asked for some milk for my tea. The restaurant and bar closed at the weekends so we had to eat locally. The breakfast was nice with a good choice and my three year old grandson enjoyed most of the food on offer. Close to the RER station and bus terminus. I would still stay again but would take a small travel kettle!

Un peu de moisissures au plafond dans un coin de la chambre, chambre assez petite et mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Il fait froid la climatisation réversible fait un bruit d’enfer mais heureusement des chauffages d’appoint sont présent dans la chambre. Sinon lit comfortable. Petit déjeuner moyen, le chocolat chaud est très dilué, les oeufs sont bien, le pain en tranches est dur. Sinon il y a plutôt beaucoup de choix.

Petit dej correct et personnel agréable mais la chambre et le linge n'étaient pas en bon état, le lit double était en réalité 2 lits simple collés et l'insonorisation dans l'hôtel et vers l'extérieur était déplorable, les draps ainsi que les serviettes étaient tâchés/troués et le lit était poussiéreux. Le rideau de la chambre n'était pas en bon état et laissait passer la lumière.
Je ne recommande pas pour passer un nuit/matinée reposante..

La habitacion muy bien. En el desayuno buffet un domingo con mesas llenas y cuandobquedan 40 minutos para terminar, no había alimentos, panes, bebidas, vasos, cubiertos, nada ... y lo que dacarln fueron una botella de zumo que em 3 vasos se terminó, algo de pan y poco mas. Muy mal gestionado.

Spesielt sentralt beliggende budsjetthotell rett på togstasjon med enkel tilgang til Paris sentrum og Disneyland, Metro og busser. Stort kjøpesenter med godt utvalg av mat et steinkast unna. Bra renhold og spesielt bra frokostservering ut i fra pris. Vi bodde her hele 6 netter og var veldig fornøyde.

J'ai déjà envoyé un avis mais je voudrai ici compléter. Ce sejour a été un des plus frustrants de mes sejours à Paris et dans la région. J'ai d'ailleurs envoyé au directeur de l'établissement pour lequel j'attends tjrs une réponse de sa part. Je tiens à préciser que le personel a été comprehensif et a pu constater les faits.
Je voudrais vous envoyer une copie de ce mail dans lequel je demande excuses et compensation. Cet etablissement ne mérite pas un 3 etoile.
Dites moi comment vous faire parvenir ce courrier très factuel. En tant que client fidèle de la chaine Accor et d'hotel.com, je demande, vu les circonstances un remboursement tout ou partie des frais de sejour dans cet établissement.

Bon accueille Chambre petite Personnel fait son possible mais beaucoup de problème avec cet hôtel en rénovation. Panne d’électricité dans notre chambre à 10 du soir On a changer le fusible mais pas dans la chambre de bain.déménager de chambre à 10h30 mais la porte de la toilette ne fermais pas et lus de Wifi du séjour et au départ accenseur ne fonctionnait pas .Donc aucun service pour descendre nos valises
La seule chose de rien a dire se sont les déjeuner ( bravo au personnel pour déjeuner )

Dirty, malfunction rooms, not safe hotel

Do not go here if safety and hygiene are important to you.
We stayed here for a week. First evening strangers came into our room with their card??? Receptionist responded as if it is a normal thing. Slept very bad because who else can enter the room?

Second night we came home, there was a stranger sleeping in our room?!?! All our baggage was taken out. Receptionist still responded as if it was totally normal. How on earth can you take out all belongings of someone and not even thinking for one moment maybe you are doing something wrong, certainly after what happened the night before??
We got a new room, which had a door between our room and the next room? Because of this you can hear every word the neighbors are saying.

Two other nights the fire alarm went off at 5 am in the morning. Hotel staff said that smoking customers where the cause, which can be totally true, but to me it is weird that it was twice at the same time and twice it smelled like they were preparing breakfast.

Other nights were broken as well, rooms were way too hot. Air conditioning can only heat, not cool. First thing the cleaning ladies did when they came in the morning is opening the emergency doors to let in cold air, seems to me like a clear sign that it is way to warm inside...

Furthermore, the hotel is not clean. There was (black) mold at multiple places in the room and all other dirty stains on the wall. The sink did not work; water could not flush out. Lot of dirt in the corners.

Ils m'ont fait payé d'avance avant de m'annoncer que le chauffage était en panne. Ils m'ont passé un petit chauffage soufflant tres bruyant. Bref, j'ai passé 4 mauvaises nuits. Petit déjeuner sympa.

Bien situé avec des chambres calmes et confortable

Très bon hôtel, bien situé près des transports. C'est pour ça que je l'ai choisi. Chambre propres, bien agencée, calmes et avec un éclairage design. Belle salle de bain, avec grande douche équipée de robinet thermostatique, mais l'eau n'était pas suffisamment chaude.Et le support du pommeau de douche était desserré. Personnel très accueillant. Les conditions du petit déjeuner en condition covid ont bien été expliquées et appliquée. Je n'y ai passé qu'une nuit, mais ça a été pour moi un bon séjour

I wouldn’t go here again!

The area of the hotel is just at a bus station, in suburbs of Paris. The area isn’t very nice, and there are many ”social outcasts” in the vicinity of the hotel. I went out to try and find something to eat (there’s nothing I would advice to eat at the hotel), and honestly felt unsafe... Best thing this trip was when I checked out, and left...

Für ein Städtetrip ausreichend, gute Anbindung an das Disneyland sowie Zu den anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal (Sprache: englisch oder französisch). Schade, dass das Restaurant keine englische Karte hat.

L’hôtel a comme seul intérêt d’être sur Val d Fontenay; Sinon l’hôtel en lui-même est triste, les chambres tout juste correctes, la salle de petit déjeuner est assez déprimante... rien de bien agréable, sinon le personnel souriant et agréable...
