Wouldn't stay again. Punch Holes in walls, tried to get us to pay for the booking again, car park insecure, hotel itself is insecure which resulted in random men walking through the hotel who weren't staying there. Challenged one and he walked out the hotel n car park. I didn't trust the place for my family stay we left before we could even get breakfast.

We booked this hotel for a short stay in Paris, due to the location being equidistant to Paris and Euro Disney. The location is great and the price was very good. In a nutshell, you get what you pay for. Do not expect great service or luxury - this is a basic hotel. It served our purpose and met our needs.

A clean place to stay for cheap if looking to be on a budget. Great for doing the city and Disneyland as the station near by is direct to both. Rooms are small, beds are… fine. Bathrooms are tiny. Only frustrated that the front door access code changed. They send you one, then apparently it changes to the one you use for your room the second day. Which, at midnight and you’ve been going all day, was a horrible experience. Also, not accessible, no elevator

Be careful not to pay twice

When we arrived at 2230 the front door was locked (I was told beforehand by the hotel this would be the case and given a code to access our room)
However when I entered the code the only way I could enter the hotel was to pay again for the room (having already paid Hotels.com). I chased this up and have been refunded but this isn't exactly ideal if you don't have a lot of money on your card.

In the morning I found the staff at the hotel decent despite the language barrier. The room was ok for our needs, by no means luxurious but what we expected.

Rooms way too small for four people

Reception staff very friendly and nice. Hotel condition was OK. There was a bit weird smell on floors. Rooms are old and having marks but they are clean which is more important for us. On site parking is free and locked overnight which is great! Room we have been given for four people was way too small… otherwise hotel was OK.

Cheap hotel, you get what you pay for

Hotel room is very small with only one chair to sit on. One towel per person, no hand towels. Room was cleaned every day and was ok. Breakfast was ok with a choice available, muesli, scrambled egg, bacon etc but eating area when busy there is not enough seating area and guests have to wait. Inconvenient if you want out early. Location is 15 minute walk from train station. Not a very nice area and I would not want to walk through the area at night as groups of men hanging around. There is a Lidl close by with a KFC and a Steakhouse. I would not return to this hotel or neighbourhood.

Comfortable hotel near to good transport links.

Hotel easy to find from motorway. Comfortable clean rooms. Ours was very quiet. Very near (5 minutes walk to end of street) to two restaurants but others a short walk away. Hotel 20 minutes walk from RER station to go into Paris. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast varied and copious. Secure free parking.
Would go back to this hotel.

Great midway point for Paris and Disneyland

The hotel was very well placed, only a 10min walk to the train station. The train only takes 20 mins to get to the city centre and are every 10 mins. There are a lot of restaurants just outside the hotel and also some fast food places, there is also a shopping centre by the train station. The hotel itself was clean and very quiet although busy. Breakfast is a typical French buffet but there are only a small number of seats available for breakfast and had to wait for a seat most mornings. We chose this hotel over others right by the train station as others had some bad reviews about people hanging around at night, after going for a walk one night you can see a lot of people hanging around the alley ways of the other hotels, but the walk over the bridge to this hotel and there is nothing and the hotel felt very secure.

Proposer une chambre à un tel prix pour une qualité aussi déplorable est tout simplement inacceptable.

Odeur de tabac dans tout l'hôtel maigres l'interdiction du fumer, odeur extrêmement nauséabonde dans notre chambre (remontées de canalisation), serviette (lavée) mais déchirée et usagée, draps (lavé certes) mais souillé, le lit n'était pas un lit mais une simple planche posée sur un bloc de bois, pas de pression dans la douche, robinet défectueux dans l'évier (comptez 3 min pour remplir un verre d'eau).

Nous avons signalé cela le matin à la réception, seule réponse donnée : \"ah ... bon... bah on va voir...\" super....

Bref 158€ pour dormir dans une chambre sordide qui sent les égouts c'est clairement ce que l'on attend d'un hôtel, aussi modeste soit il.

Wenn man den B&B Standard kennt und gewohnt ist, ist dieses Hotel der Ausreißer. Es ist recht abgewohnt, das Vierbettzimmer ist extrem klein. Zu viert drin stehen war fast nicht möglich. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber nichts außergewöhnliches - das was man eben mindestens erwartet. Das Zimmer wurde am ersten Tag überhaupt nicht gemacht, die Folgetage schon. Vorteilhaft ist der kostenlose ausreichend große Parkplatz. Aus diesem Grund und auch wegen der recht zentrierten Lage zwischen Paris Zentrum, Disneyland und Flughafen CDG haben wir es auch gewählt. Das Frühstück haben wir aufgrund des Preises nicht in Anspruch genommenen, sondern sind lieber in Cafés oder Boulangerien gegangen. Der Check-In am Automat hat anfänglich nicht geklappt, da man eine Buchungsnummer benötigt, die ich nur in der Expedia-App finden konnte. Per E-Mail wäre diese Nummer bestenfalls auch mitzuteilen, denn ohne diese Nummer wäre absolut kein Check-In außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten möglich gewesen.

Prisvärt och praktiskt alternativ för besök i Pari

Vi valde hotellet, eftersom vi har en stor bil som är inte är så lätt att parkera i centrala Paris. Det fungerade bra. Vi tog pendeltåget in till Paris under besöket. Rummet var inte stort men svalt och allt fungerade.

Ganska litet rum med en toadörr som inte gick att låsa och måste slås igen hårt för att alls stängas. Dåligt vattentryck i duschen och svårt att reglera temperaturen på vattnet. Men ok frukost för det lilla stället och trevlig personal som var service minded även om de inte alltid förstod vad vi ville. Bra placerat nära RER A så vi kunde åka in till Paris ena dan och till Disney andra dan. Nära ett shopping center med flera restauranger också.

A notre arrivée dans la nuit, j'ai voulu prendre une douche et je suis tombée sur un cafard qui marchait le long de la cabine de douche, donc je n'ai pas pu prendre une douche, et je n'ai pas pu dormir sereinement vu ce que j'avais trouvée dans la salle de bain.

Das Zimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf eine Wand im Innenhof. D.h. wenig Licht. Die Betten bestanden aus einem Doppelbett und einem Doppelstockbett, dass bei jeder Bewegung quietschte. Wir kamen uns vor wie im Ferienlager, nur das die Nacht 100€ gekostet hat. Das Bettzeug war klamm und die Dusche bestand aus Plastik mit einem Duschvorhang, der nicht lang genug war, sodass das Bad nach dem Duschen stets unter Wasser stand. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht. Sah uns zu schlicht aus. Waren lieber im nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrum beim Bäcker essen.

Personnels rien à dire , petit déj de BNB normal par contre vu de la chambre sur un terrain avec un mur blanc en face bord de fenêtre brûlure de cigarette chambre odeur de cigarette extérieur pas top ce qui est dommage c'est qu'on a payé plus cher en passant par le site hôtel 134 € alors que sur place L hôtel coûte 115 € . Donc je déconseille de passer par le site hotels.com qui coûte plus cher pas satisfait de hôtels.com c est la première fois et dernière fois que je passe par ce site

Bien. Nous avons demandé une chambre pmr et l'avons eu. En revanche la canalisation ne coulait pas bien et comme nous sommes rentrés tard, nous n'avons pu prévenir personne du coup, en se couchant, l'est ne s'evacuant pas vite, les toilettes étaient trempés au niveau du sol.
Les têtes de lit sont presque effacés, ça donne une impression de pas frais.
Néanmoins la literie est confortable, propre et la chambre spacieuse.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'hôtel à deux nuit d intervalle. Et nous avons retrouvé des traces de notre passage deux jour avant .( Un gobelet sur le côté du lit ) . Les coussins sentaient l'huile de friture et les matelas sont fins et peu confortable dans le lit 2 personnes de la chambre familiale. Personnel très aimable et sympathique et lieu plutôt bien insonorisé.
Par contre nous avons payé plus cher en passant par hôtels.com nous aurions gagné 6€ par nuit en payant directement sur place .

On est loin de l hôtel que l on s imagine par rapport aux photos.
Oubliez les avis qui apparaissent le mentionnant excellent car c est du Fake.
L enregistrement pour l arrivé tardive s est bien passé.
Après on déchante...

C est un peu un hôtel douteux.
Déjà pas d ascenseur.
En arrivant à notre chambre, nous entendons des ébats sexuels. Super quand tu viens avec un enfant...
En sortant dehors pour fumer , nous appercevons des demoiselles sur le parking qui n étaient probablement pas là pour faire un défilé de mode.
En remontant à notre chambre, nous avons eu droit a une belle prière orientale émanant d une chambre.
La chambre est quand a elle vétuste...Surtout la salle de bain. Joint a carrelage noir, bac de douche des années 50 d un bleu océan.
Bref on voit que ça date.
Le lendemain matin, quelqu un vient frapper a notre porte pour le ménage alors que les chambres peuvent être rendu tardivement.
En ouvrant la porte , la femme de chambre porte une pile de serviette propre sur sa tête.Bonjour l hygiène...
En gros je ne comprends pas qu hôtel.com propose des hôtels comme ça surtout au prix que j ai payé.
J en retient surtout le fait que ça dois être un hôtel de passes et qu Hôtel.com devrait tester les hôtels qu il propose car son image risque d en prendre un coup.
Mon avis: A moins de ne pas avoir le choix, cherchez ailleurs !!

Ma chambrr étais au rez-de-chaussée, il y avais des taches de saleté sur le sol comme si il n’avais pas été lavé.
le lit étais un truc bidon bricoler le sol sommier étais une planche en bois… il n’y avais pas de tête de lit donc le lit se déplaçait.
la salle de bain étais horrible et sentais énormément l’es égout c’etais une horreur.
je ne sais pas si c’etais le fait que on étais au rez-de-chaussée que l’odeur étais désagréable mais je trouve cela pas normal.
payer une chambre 80€ la nuit pour avoir un semblant de lit bricoler, un sol pas lavé et une salle de bain à faire peur qui sent mauvais.
c’est la première et la dernière fois que j’irais là-bas.

Wenn es darum geht für 2 personen eine Nacht dort zu machen dann ist das ok, aber schrecklich für Familien, kein Aufzug nicht Kinderwagen gerecht, kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, nur das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
