Horrible stay, would not recommend this hotel, we went with my two year old and asked if they could warm up some milk the first night as there was no kettle in the room, they gave small amount for the night and then said from tomorrow you need to pay for a coffee and just get hot milk for that price, I asked if I bought my own milk, would they keep it in their fridge, they refused and no fridge in the bedroom

Booking was made for quadruple room with multiple beds due to accessibility needs. Room given was a small dirty double, stained carpets, tired furniture and dirty bathroom. Shower permanently fluctuated between roasting hot and freezing cold make showing in this hot weather, very difficult. AC was poor, room small and stuffy. We were told by a rude receptionist that the hotel was full, nothing can be done. Really not happy with this stay. If you read poor reviews about this property, please trust them. I wish I had read them before booking.

We have basically 0 positive things to say… this hotel was a let down. The hotel pool is not easily accessible and they will charge you per person to use it even when we NOONE is swimming in it, ever. The room was crazy dirty and extremely small. When we requested a room switch, they were not willing to help. They said they’d have the maids do an “extra clean” and it looked the same everyday we stayed there. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Very small space for 3 people. Breakfast was not very nice, have stayed in previous ibis in France and similar breakfast much nicer. Parts of bathroom were falling apart. Otherwise fairly clean. Payment for parking seemed expensive. Not a very nice/safe location for kids. Good transport links nearby however and staff very friendly and helpful.

Good location for visiting Disney as location is close to station. Hotel was clean and felt safe. We came back late at night and the area felt safe also. However, the building has thin walls and doors bang loudly so very disrupted sleep. Reception staff were very helpful and polite. Sufficient buffet breakfast.

We arrived in hotel quite late In the night after 6 hours drive. Person in the reception did not speak good English I told him i booked two room he only give me one room I thought it was connected room I have to come down again in the reception and spend almost 15 minutes for seconds room finally I got two single bed room which is me and my wife sleep in two separate bed . and hotel need to upgrade air-condition not cooling at all . location is also very good.

The hotel is far from central Paris so check your distance for your needs.
I have stayed in loads of IBIS before this one is very very basic with very small rooms. Biggest problems we had is the noise of the doors when the door closes it makes an almighty noise so in the morning the clang of door noises from other rooms wakes u up and can’t go back to sleep. Few soft door closures on the door won’t go a miss

Definitely one of the poorest ibis hotels we have stayed in. Public areas look modern and clean but the rooms and corridors to rooms show the age of the hotel.

Small rooms, very hot and reception not interested in sorting out as we mentioned that the cooling wasn't working on room and fan just pumping put hot air Aparrently all rooms like that....? Even with it turned off ambiant temp from other rooms and floors etc meant you couldn't get temperature down.

Never had great experience in budget parisain hotels so apart from heating pretty much par for the course..

Definitely didn't have the same issues some had with breakfast as on both mornings was well stocked and reasonable considering the price.

To access the station to travel to the park you need to cross a very busy road and pass through a badly lit and badly kept area and multi-storey car park. Family room worked well. Breakfast was ok but not great.

Ideal Location for Disneyland

It was a comfortable hotel to sleep in. Breakfast was nice especially the croissants could have more of a vegetarian variety. The staff did not speak any English so it was difficult to communicate and ask questions. Hotel was in an ideal location. 25mins from Disneyland and 30mins from Paris there were 2 halal takeaways across the road which served lovely food.

the property is nicely decorated with a nice place to eat and garden at the back, good central location near to shopping centre. There wasn't always staff around to help and one particular member of staff at breakfast time who was helpful but not very friendly. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms and our bathroom sink was dirty with hair and an insect, the water didn't properly drain unless you completely removed the plug which is probably why it was dirty. There are no ironing facilities in the hotel so you have to go to the adjoining hotel.

Everything was good. Although, on Expedia it says parking is 10 euros per night. When you get there, the ibis car park is only accessible from 8pm til 8am.
So to park, you have to use the Novotel car park which is in the same place but is 12 euros per night. This is not made clear anywhere on the website and I would like to be considered for a refund on partial payment for my parking fees. Other than that hotel was Great and right next to shopping centre

Ibis Noisy Le Grand

Stayed in many ibis hotels in France but this one is sadly in need of a refit! The hotel is tired and dated, aircon was not working, we asked 3 times for it to be fixed . Staff said they did not have time! The hotel says it has a pool on site but it doesn’t, the pool shown actually belongs to the Novotel next door. You can use the pool at a charge of 8 euros a day.. The area of Noisy le grand is not the best in fact it’s rather scruffy and not a safe area for kids!

Unfortunately the area the hotel was in was very run down and rough. There were rats running around near the shopping centre and rubbish laying around waiting to be collected.
The staff were amazing and friendly and the hotel itself was very clean. Although not many people spoke English and I had emailed to let them know my son had a gluten allergy and they assured me there would be food for him. On the first evening the man said there wasn't although I think maybe he didn't understand then breakfast was very difficult the first day to get him some bread. Once the language barrier was broken down the lu knew us and were very helpful every meal time.
Our room was tiny but I expected this. Excellent if going to Disney as one RER straight there although Paris was a few trains as a line was down all the time we were there.

Tiny room size, there is no space to keep the suitcases & to keep our footwear, can't open the window at all, the furniture was damaged where we can keep laptop or tablet, plus there is no bath towel, no soap to wash hands, no refrigerator, no Kettle to warm the water to make coffee, the linens were really dirty and was teared because of burnt of cigarette, these are the basic needs of the hotel, which all the hotels provide, but they do not provide at all, they do not provide the cribs for infants at all as this is not the part of their services. There was flies flying around the room and smell of dirt. plus they do not provide any bath towels or any soap to wash hands at all. Plus the Air condition was not working in the entire hotel, my 1 year old baby and 7 years old child could not sleep whole night, screaming and crying due to hot and flies in the room, me and my wife were just calming down the kids for the entire night because of terrific hot in the room.
I went downstairs at the reception 4-5 times to request the receptionist in-charge to come and have a look to the room, but he never came to the room and started showing the attitude and refused to help and come to have a look in the room whether the air condition is working or not. I said i am a customer and i have paid for the room and you must help me by coming in to the room and have a look in the room that how terrific hot it is in the room. He became so aggressive, rude and angry.
Absolute crap & time waste.

Good budget hotel on edge of Paris

Hotel in process of being done up so some rooms shiny and new others not yet.

Bar and restaurant also brand new, great service, but food a bit average.

Car park on site reasonably priced. We picked this place as had RER option as well as being close to a family event outside of Paris.

Shopping centre very close with big Carrefour, cafes etc. No kettle in room, we bought one in the supermarket for 10 Euros!

Had several issues with the room including lighting and shower drain blocked - hotel offered no swift resolution. Staff was not helpful and my complaint was answered with sniggers. Ended up cancelling stay and moving. Steer clear.

Very helpful staff!

Hotel was good for the price, and the room was clean.

We did have a small glitch initially; the toilet was stopped up when my wife initially used it, but it was taken care of in less than a few minutes after calling the front desk.

The front desk clerk was also very helpful when I urgently needed a fax sent to me.

Several places to eat were easily within walking distance.

I'd stay there if ever I have to visit Camp LeJeune again.

Serves its purpose

The Innkeeper is fine for a few nights. Nothing too special or too terrible about it. Location is convenient -- near restaurants and mall. It felt a little old and there were no comforters on the beds, but that didn't bother me too much. The only true complaint I have was that the A/C was permanently set on 60 degrees (and it was quite chilly outside, so there was no need for blasting cool air in the room).

For visiting a Marine, which is what most people are doing in Jacksonville, it's a perfectly fine place to stay.

Der Ersteindruck war übel. Unsere Zimmer waren nicht sauber, der Gang richtig dreckig, grosse, eklige Flecken auf den Bodenbelägen, übler Geruch im Lift...
Die Umgebung ist nicht wirklich einladend, es ist keine tolle und sichere Umgebung ums Hotel rum.

Die Angestellten im Restaurant und vor allem an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Tout de A à Z est pourri dans cet hôtel, du personnel à la bouffe : tout est horrible. Il y’a des insectes morts dans la chambre qui est poussiéreuse et le personnel fait des réflexions déplacées. Tout à l’air d’être resté en 1990 et franchement ça ne vaut mais alors pas du tout son prix.

C’est ridicule, l’établissement devrait avoir honte de proposer un service pareil : soyez assez bons pour réaliser qu’il faut arrêter de voler les gens car outre le service désastreux à ce niveau c’est du vol.

Cloisons en cartons avec qui plus et une porte communicante en bois. Donc on entend tout. La moindre respiration du voisin de chambre. Et quand ceux ci ne sont pas civilisés c'est juste invivable. Salle de bain recente. Chambre glauque. Vieille moquette. Traces de front et de doigt sur les fenetres. Cheveux; poils et autres sous le matelas.Le personnel est quand à lui tres sympathique et aimable.

J'ai fait un réservation et payé pour 5 chambres pour 2 nuitées chacune. Deux de mes amis n'ont pas pu arriver et n'ont consommé qu'une seule nuitée. Mais les réceptionnistes de l'hôtel n'ont pas daigné me rembourser.
Ceci est bien dommage, car je suis régulier dans la zone et souhaitait me fidéliser à cet hôtel que j'ai par-dessus tout aimé.
