The online pics are a little deceiving but it was ok for the two nights we stayed.

Immaculate clean and sweet. Small safe in room. It's in a residential area. Small restaurant across the street. Three blocks from a supermarket and pharmacy. 6 blocks to a major subway station with train route RER A that connects to all points such as the Louvre, which is about 20 min away by train. Current fare is 2.50 Euro each way. Easy streets to walk. Staff is so kind. We did not do the breakfast so no comment. No fridge in room. No ice available. TV had two English language news stations and a few older English language series...but we did not go to Paris to watch TV. We hope to return to Paris and if we do we will stay here again. 🌹

We spent four nights here on tourism and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite nice As for the room it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast service was so good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a trip. On the day of arrival a guy welcomed us with big smile on his face he was so nice and decent.

This is a charming little hotel with friendly, helpful staff, clean but sparse rooms, and a bountiful complementary breakfast. My only complaint is that there were no restaurants, shops, or even a grocery store nearby. It was fine for one night, but not recommended for long stays.

L’accueil est parfait, merci à Mourad, Amir et Ryan qui ont contribué à ce que mon séjour se passe pour le mieux.
Concernant la chambre elle est bien, le seul hic c’est le ménage, la personne responsable de l’entretien ne vient pas tous les jours.

Arrivée le soir vers 22h, il a été très difficile de trouver une place pour se garer, heureusement que j'avais une micro voiture. Accueil pas très sympatique et l'imprimante ne fonctionnait pas. Pas moyen d'avoir la facture immédiatement.
Arrivée dans la chambre il faisait 35 degrés avec une climatisatiin qui ne fonctionnait pas est vue sur le pont très passant, bruyant. J'avais pourtant demandé une chambre calme. Et en plus j'étais à côté de l'ascenseur. Heureusement j'avais des bouchons d'oreilles.

Suite à une erreur de ma part sur ma réservation, j'ai été dans l'obligation de payer à mon arrivée deux petits déjeuners à 21,90 € et deux taxes de séjours à 3,76 € malgré que je soit seul. Après une longue explication, la direction n'a rien voulu s'avoir. Inadmissible.
Et au petit matin, le comble. Après m'avoir vanter la veille leur nouveau petit déjeuner, quelle fut ma déception. Un petit déjeuner catastrophique, machine à café en panne et du pains rassis de la veille.
Ne laissant jamais d'avis sur internet, mais là, je ne peux passer à côté.
Je regrette amèrement l'ancienne direction et ce sera mon troisième et dernier séjour au B&B Hôtel St Maur Crèteil.
