A quick stopover
Stayed at this hotel as a stopover on the way to Nice. Typical Ibis standard - small rooms, comfortable beds, efficient service, friendly staff. Location was OK - close to RER station, bus connections on main road, a few eating places in the area - we dined at the Courtepaille which was very good. Room AC had been turned off, window wouldn't open (there was a trick to it according to the staff) so the room was quite stuffy and warm. As a quick stopover, it was OK.

My experience with this hotel was not good. The room was very small, the AC didn't work. I paid in full in advance but they asked me to pay again, had a hard time convincing them.

It's normal quality, as all IBIS hotels I was before. Didn't like smell when enetered the room and in the coridors. But open the window solved problem.

Poor hotel position, apart from couple of restaurants quite near, there's nothing to do afterwards so no option but to drive. Staff were very uninterested, after coming back from one of restaurants, fancied a drink in the bar, the woman on reception was sitting in side room, she watched us walk into bar and just stayed where she was, was not interested in finding out if we needed anything. Would not stay there again, or recommend.

L’hôtel est situé en plein dans une zone d’activité donc pas forcément bien terrible. Le soir il y a une sandwicherie en face qui peut être bruyante, ce n’est pas un souci mais l’hôtel ne s’est pas insonorisé en conséquence.

Décevant : une chef de service honteuse
Très déçue par le service : nous avions réservé et payé par le site, et arrivés sur place notre réservation n’apparaissait pas. Nous avions montré le mail confirmant la réservation et le règlement mais là chef de service n’a rien voulu savoir ! Elle se fichait de savoir que nous allions dormir dans notre voiture ou ailleurs ! Hallucinant ce comportement pour une chef d’état service dans un hôtel, aucun sens du service ! Nous sommes restés 1h sans qu’elle trouve de solution ! C’est nous qui avons demander à repayer une chambre sur place ! Honteuse !! Heureusement, j’ai fait la démarche de réclamation sur hôtels.com et service super rapide et efficace : ils ont contacté l’hôtel et nous ont remboursé.

Je déconseille très fortement cet hôtel devant l'incompétence du personnel de cet hôtel. En effet j'avais réservé 11 chambres dans cet établissement pour toute la semaine du lundi au vendredi, la réception a été prévenue à 3 reprises (par téléphone et en face à face le soir même du premier soir de l'arrivée) par les autres participants qu'un des membres n'allait pas arriver le premier soir mais qu'il fallait lui garder la chambre car il allait arriver le mardi. Malgré cela, l'hôtel a reloué la chambre pour toute la semaine, le participant s'est donc retrouvé le mardi sans chambre. La moindre des choses aurait été de m'appeler, moi, qui suit le contact et l'organisateur du groupe, et me demander mon avis. A aucun moment cela a été fait.

Soit disant une bonne literie nous avons eu le droit à juste un sur matelas directement posé sur le sommier, salle de bain syphon évier + douche bouchée écoulement de l'eau très très lente + syphon de la douche sale.. cheveux sur les murs ( dû sûrement à l'utilisation du sèche cheveux des précédent client) télécommande qui fonctionne à moitié. Triste experiencia en este hotel. Servicio el peor que una visita se pueda imaginar, la persona de la Recepcion el día de nuestra llegada nos dio un trato sumamente descortes. Muchas áreas del hotel extremadamente sucias, nivel de mantenimiento muy pobre y para culminar nuestra estancia de 4 noches, a mi hija le robaron ropa de la misma habitación y como era de esperar no nos pudieron dar una explicación satisfactoria.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Niets was hen te veel. We mochten onze dure fietsen in een vergaderzaal plaatsen waar enkel het personeel binnen kon. Zelfs de laatste dag daar ook toen we al waren uitgecheckt en we nog een uitstap deden in de stad.
Voor ons was dat wel belangrijk dat die fietsen veilig waren.
Het ontbijt is in orde. Lekker vers stokbrood en keuze genoeg aan koeken en speciaal brood. Ook vers fruit. Alles vers en voldoende.
