Respectful and helpful staff, clean room, nice view from the window and a cozy place !

The only issue was connected with the hot water, however if you have a question, request, don’t hesitate to ask the reception, they are ready to fix the latest.
Would want to stay in here in the future as well.

Enough for me

The room is very cramped, the wardrobe and bathroom doors cannot be moved, the power sockets are not suitable, the temperature cannot be adjusted, it's very noisy, and the room is only cleaned if staying for more than 7 days.

The stay was decent, my first night there I had to go to reception due to a loud noise occurring in my room, which they accommodated and gave me a new room.
Overall, the beds are comfortable, however the bed sheets, towels & overall room could have been cleaner as you could see spots and was not the comfy clean feeling. The room is located in a decent area but not much around it, just a few restaurants, one bar and a grocery store. There is a train station nearby which made it easy to travel into the city center but I would suggest staying closer if wanting to see main touristy Paris things. Additionally the reception staff doesn’t not speak much English, which is okay just have to use translator.
Little uncomfortable my last two nights as there was a man just sitting in the reception who kept speaking to me when I clearly was trying to go back to my room.

I like the property cleanliness and quietness but what i dislike is not returning the insurance that was debited from my card during booking after i checked out, I'm not sure I'm using Aparthotel Adagio Access again cause i wouldn't want to lose 82 euros insurance for the second time.

This apartment hotel provides excellent value for the cost. My grandson and I stayed for nine nights, the room, 701, was excellent. There is street noise, but the windows eliminate almost all outside noise. Metro is close by, a grocery store next door, excellent pastry shop and many restraints nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, will stay again on my next trip to Paris.

Good place to stay if you need a hotel just for sleeping.
Good location - next to metro station, supermarket and several cafes.
Rooms definitely are crying for refurbishment.
Wondering what they try to hide by using huge volume of deodorant all over the hotel:)
Staff very friendly and speak English (rarity in Paris 😄 ).
Don't use elevator, if going down - you'll be faster by using stairs 😉
Overall verdict - OK place to stay, if you need a room for sleeping and don't expect luxurity

Let me share some of my experiences with my fellow travelers. The big supermarket "Casino" near the hotel does not accept cash on Sundays, they accept only their own "blue card", as they put it. So, don't go there on Sunday. The rest of the week is OK. On Sunday, when you exit the hotel, turn left and take the opposite direction of the "Casino" supermarket. Go under the railway bridge, continue straight and on the rue Charles de Gaulles, on the right side, you'll find the small supermarket, which is open every day except Tuesday until 9 pm. They accept cash on Sunday. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not instruct me about all that and so, I had to learn it by myself. As for the rest, the hotel was pretty much OK.

This hotel is very near to access metro rail about 5 min walk.
It is a service based kind of flat. We can cook ourself, minimum utensils are available......A big Supermarket is available next to this hotel.

Charming hotel, lively neighborhood south of Paris

Stay went well. Was in town for meetings. Bathroom could do with some work! Ceiling looked suspect - not sure what the colored stuff was but might just be in need of a lick of paint. Need to change the carpet in the room, and also clean out the fridge freezer! Looked like it had not been cleaned before it was turned on so there were black flecks of mould on the freezer compartment. Otherwise, good value for money.

Basic accomodation

The accommodation is very basic so much so you are actually overwhelmed at just how basic it is. The entire property can do with a major cleaning, refurbishment and decorate.

Plus side location is nice, public transport very close and also the supermarket / places to eat. Accommodation is not in central Paris but it is very easy to get around especially with the both bus and metro all within a few minutes walk.

The staff here are friendly and helpful.If your planning to spend a lot time out and about in Paris and not expecting any luxury this place is fine for a few nights but keep your expectations low.

It's a basic hotel but ok for the price. I was surprised not to have a coffee maker which I had on every previous occasion I stayed in an Adagio hotel. They don't do much in the way of maintenance - you see wires hanging out of the wall and so on.

The room is good, the surroundings are good as well but please be aware that the hot water for showing is not 24 hours, though they said it is. Besides, remember to prepare your own coins for doing laundry.

Good no-frills studio apartments for extended stay

Apart-hotel well outside of Paris (about a 30 minute subway ride to anywhere), but within two blocks to Metro stop and grocery store, bakery, and fruit stand on the same block. Rooms a bit worn and old, but comfortable and functional. No air conditioning, which was a bit sticky in a hot summer. Staff friendly and helpful and reception open at all hours. Wouldn't recommend to someone on a short tourist stay, as it's too far from tourist attractions, but for someone in Paris region for an extended period for work, as I was, it's a good deal--cheaper than other comparable options, and the kitchenette saved me a lot of money on meals.

The pictures don't match the property.
Very dirty, are Paris hotels like this.
We stayed didn't want to waste the vacation moving around since we were in the hotel to sleep.
I used expedia hoping that it will be a most reliable source, disappointed.

I have stayed here every time I go to Paris since at least the past 20 years. It was newly refurbished when I first discovered it but since then they havent done much. It really needs renovations esp carpets and the bath room. Excellent location, 5 mins from the metro and buses. A large supermarket one minute away and a small kitchen with utensils. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good value for money but no room cleaning services

Good value for money, but the hotel offers you daily room cleaning if you are staying less than 3 days and once per week if you are staying for more than 1 week. I stayed for 4 nights and thus they refused to help cleaning my room nor even to change the towels. Being with 3 children, I really needed a bit more of help!

Stayed 4 nights here. Room was good sized and clean, and the kitchen had all you need for a short stay. wifi Internet access in the room was good (6th floor) Bed in the room was not the best (seemed quite aged) I would say to anyone going to make your own breakfast, as the paid breakfast is not worth the money. Other than that, a great wee place to stop over in.

this is one of the best hotels near to a metro station, close to a commercial center and a bakery, close to Paris center.
the only inconvenience is the Wi-Fi ... very slow or some times none... you need to go to the lobby to get some signal.... other than that very good.

Acceptable hotel - close to Veterinary School

The hotel is a rather basic one - definitely feels expensive by other cities' standards, by not by Parisian standards, I've realised over recent years. I had a Studio apartment that could sleep 4 - a double bed, and a single bed with a pullout. All amenities were there including wifi, toiletries etc. The kitchenette also had all that is required even though the cutlery, plates, glasses etc felt a bit overused. The single bed looked somehow rickety and the pullout could not be pulled without serious effort. The bed covers also felt and looked seriously unwashed - even though the rest of the bed linen was clean. Breakfast was unpretentious but reasonable for the 8 euros charged.

Hotel is located very close to the train station, easy to commute to the city, Reception is very welcoming, If you arrive early, they will allow you to store your luggage, Hotel beds are very uncomfortable, There is a small kitchen which is very handy, Bread Shop, there is super market next to the building.
No Air Con in the room, you must open windows for fresh air. Breakfast area is not very good, over all it is a good value for money, nothing special about it, but then there is nothing seriously wrong about it either.

Any one with limited funds travelling to Paris, Stay here and you will get good value for money.

Superb studio for the price

Depending on the price the studio was really pleasing. Clean, comfortable, spacious, everything i needed to do some cooking was there. Staff was really nice and helpful. I also did not noticed any bad things about the hotel service besides one thing - room cleaning could be done more often. I would choose Adagio Access Paris Maisons Alfort again :)

Cheap and cheerful. Check that the pool is open!

Cheap and cheerful and easy reach of central Paris on metro which is close by. Can also park in the street for free relatively close to the hotel. Has a pool but was under renovation (aug/sept 2012) which was an additional reason to book. Expedia have not updated their site, which is poor. Suggest checking the pool is open if this is a factor in booking.

Good for the price.

I booked my stay very last minute, and found my stay here about average. The bathroom was handicap accessible (of which I am not in need of) and it would have been nice to have a room with normal amenities. There was no air-conditioning, that I could find. I had to open the window when I need to cool the room (which in the summer, can only be done at night). And because my terrible allergies, this only did more harm than good. Upon surveying the bathroom more I noticed that the shelf above the sink was coming off from the wall. So much so, that if you put something on it, the object would fall of. I let the front desk know, but they never came to fix it (I stayed six nights). The location was nice. There were groceries and bakeries within a close distance. The metro stop was also close (about a 3 minute walk, and about 13 minutes to the Bastille stop.

Not the most convenient place I have stayed at in Paris. However, the metro is 2 blocks away so it really was not a big deal. The neighborhood was nice, felt safe going walking to and from the metro, grocery store, and restaurants. A good size grocery store is right next door to hotel so getting something to eat or drink was easy. The room was not large but adequate, which is normal for France in this price range. Overall I would rate it a good value for the money.

Don't forget to bring your toilet paper

Overall, this apart-hotel is very good for its attractive price. The apartment is spacious, with a small kitchen. Ideal for groups in (budget) holidays. Although it is far from the city center, there is a metro station 300m away. The only real drawback is the cleaning scheme: If you stay 4-7 days, there will be a single cleaning at the end of your stay (or whenever you want for 15 euros extra).

This hotel offered several amenities, such as free Internet access, ice, a small kitchenette area, a small frig, table and chairs, good closet space. You could get breakfast for approximately $10.00 a day but we decided against that. This hotel was close to a subway station where you could buy tokens for short or extended periods of time but it was a bit out of the way in terms of Paris. However, we slept well, went to a good restaurant recommended by the staff at the front desk, and greatly enjoyed our time there, particularly as the price was very reasonable.

Voyage de 10 jours à Paris. L’aparthotel est à proximité du métro rendant tout Paris accessible même Versailles pour 2,50€. Il y a aussi un marché Auchan à 100 mètres pour les victuailles et une bouteille de vin. La vie de quartier avec bar et petits commerces.

Einchecken problemlos, Zustand der Sauberkeit der Zimmer sehr ordentlich. Allerdings der Zustand der Elektrik beklagenswert. Ein Teil der Steckdosen funktionierte nicht, aus der Wand gerissen. Das sollte man unbedingt verbessern. Ansonsten alles o.k.

Accueil bien, propreté des chambres passable, impossible de dormir les fenêtres ne sont pas double vitrage donc tout le trafic est entendue dans la chambre malgré les fenêtres fermées et nous étions au 6eme étage où il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre. Nous avons eu un ventilateur qui n'a jamais été nettoyé, rempli de poussière !.

Mon séjour était horrible au niveau de la propreté de la chambre et du personnel insolent.tout d'abord on a réservé chambre à lit double mais on a trouvé deux lits collés et malgré notre contestation le personnel a négligé notre demande .la chambre était trop sale avec les araignées collées au mur de la chambre

Confort très sommaire

J'ai occupé la chambre singke 117 qui était propre. Cependant le matelas était de très mauvaise qualité et il s'enfonçait au milieu. Par ailleurs, il faisait très froid Durant la nuit a cause des bouches d'aération. J'ai attrapé froid durant mon séjour.

Etablissement qui nécessité une bonne réfection et un bon nettoyage ! Dommage car bien situé.
Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité car depuis tout s'est bien dégradé.

Muebles rotos, aire acondicionado no funcionaba, camas cómodas, muy limpio, si no quieres que te cobren un plus tienes que vaciarte tu basura. No te hacen las camas.
