Good deal. You only really get what you pay for. Suite with a king sized bed was a bit worse than the pictures, albeit still a clean studio. Staff were mixed between very helpful and somewhat despondent. But again, you get what you pay for, it’s a very good deal for a studio in Paris.

I really enjoyed my 2 day visit to this aparthotel. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the appartment was clean and well designed.

I loved the view and the faint noise of the cars outside didn't bother me. (See photos). I am used to noise at night, however if this is likely to bother you, ask for a room on the other side.

I liked the area and the walk down from the metro. It is also walking distance to the bois de Vincenne. I would have liked to stay longer and explore the area more.

Transport wise, the metro is a15 minute walk, however there is a bus about 4 minutes walk away which takes you to the stations at Bercy. There is also a small supermarket 4 mins walk away.

I would visit again.

The hotel was in good condition and in a good location. The only issue was the unreliable service of the front desk staff. We arranged to have our room cleaned on a Wednesday, but it didn't happen. They finally cleaned on Thursday. We arranged with the front desk to have a taxi pick us up early one morning to go to the airport, and no taxi arrived. The person manning the desk at that time was not at all helpful.

Slightly disappointed!!!

The pictures of the property is very mislead. The entrance to the facility was not clean or appealing. The paint in the hallway was horrible. Like puke green. The light in the elevator was dim to dark, and creepy. No good restaurants close to the hotel. I was not use to staying on a hotel like that but the best thing was the bed slept comfortably.

J’ai réservé une chambre non fumeur et on m’a donné une chambre qui pue la fumée de cigarette ! L’appart-hotel est moyennement propre. Le personnel est courtois et le petit déjeuner est excellent pour le petit prix. Dans l’ensemble, je le recommande pour son emplacement et rapport qualité prix est abordable.

Our visit during paris was amazing except the big spider in our room ! When we came first day of our trip after the setting up to room, we saw a big spider on the ceiling and it was a late night time. And we had to ask for help from staff to take it out. But we were in doubt in all time before going to bed. So I suggest the people check your room how much clean and ask if it could be changeable.

The location was perfect. There was plenty of small shops, restaurants - the G20 supermarket was really close. The metro station just 10 min walk. However, the kitchen was not clean, the mattress of the sofa bed was horrible. Also we found the room quite cold during the cold May days.

The room was spacious with a kitchenette and good layout. It is quite far from the city centre but is manageable with the metro line. Hotel is located in a quiet local neighborhood. There are a number of local eateries. Staff's English is a bit limited but overall communication is sufficient

Loved the property it was out of the city and took about 40 mins to an 1hr to get to any one of the tourists locations. Look kinda sketchy outside but its a very nice area. I was on the hiway side and with both windows close couldn't hear anything. Very diverse neighborhood. Staff were very patience with customers and could communicate in English ...highly recommend

This appart hotel is located in a nice quiet area. There seemed to be a disconnect with parking and I had several issues coming in and out of the property. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the gentleman during the night shift seemed rude, when I had to come looking for hin late one evening. Otherwise, the stay was good and what you would expect for the price

This property has large rooms and is ideal for longer stays. It is located away from the centre of Paris but the metro is only a 10 minute walk away. The property is reasonably priced and there are grocery stores nearby if you choose to use your room’s kitchen. We were in a large van that was too high to park in the hotel’s garage. However, there is a parking lot 4-5 minutes walk from the hotel that we used. It cost €92 for 3 days. The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Paris.

Hotel is a ten minute walk to the metro line 8 which can take you to most of Paris's big attractions. Other reviews mention disrespectful staff, but I had no issues at all. Everyone spoke enough English as well. Only issue was a weird smell coming from shower drain. Everything else was great.

This hotel was fine. It was in an okay location and the room was comfy. Definitely not a very nice hotel. I don't think anyone came to clean the room.

My biggest issue was the bathroom. There was a stench of shower drain that was so strong in the bathroom for days. On top of that, the shower doors were terrible! I've never seen shower doors in that style, it's two doors that pull out. But they don't even latch together properly so they kept opening and water got everywhere.

Other than that, the kitchen was in good order and there is a decent view.

The first room we got was extremely noisy, AC didn't work, and it was a depressing dump. They moved us to a slightly better room the next day, there only the TV didn't work, but it was quieter and a little less depressing. The employees were okay - they did the best they could, but I wouldn't recommend it.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood. If you dont mind taking the Metro to the Paris city centre this is an ideal apartment for budget travellers with all amenities like microwave, mini fridge, stove including the utensils. The receptionist was very helpful in arranging a airport taxi during rush hours to be at the AP on time.

Property recently renovated, room super clean and staff friendly, however there was a bit confusion from staff on checkout around city tax payment(later resolved), also the shower was definitely not great after a long day. Small kitchen was a happy addition to the stay given the supermarket nearby.

Wonderful Experience at City Residence!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at City Residence in Saint Maurice. The room was clean and spacious, the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, and the location was great! We were appreciative of the kitchen accessories (pots, pans, dishes, etc) even though we didn't have much use for them. It speaks volumes for a business to be so accommodating of their guests.
The metro that takes you to central Paris is a close walk and nearby bus stops were very accessible as well. We also enjoyed the neighborhood itself as there was an accessible supermarket, bakery, and wonderful restaurants in the area.

Let me start saying that Paris is expensive, so we usually look for places outside the busy areas that are close to a train or subway station, so this hotel fit the profile. Staying on the south side of Paris seem to be better as the north area seems a little rough. The hotel was OK and close to a subway station, so I'd stay again.

Séjour agréable de 2 nuits, déplacement professionnel. Accueil souriant et efficace. Studio propre et pratique avec petite cuisine équipée avec plaque, micro onde, vaisselle et frigo, une Sdb ( douche) et d un salon avec télé. L insonorisation est bonne ( double vitrage) ce qui permet de ne pas entendre la circulation. Un supermarché G20 se trouve à 50 mètres. L arrêt du bus 325 et 24 à 3 minutes à pieds et le mètro à 10 minutes. Cet établissement a été un bonne option et je le recommande.

Our stay in the City Residence Saint Maurice was amazing! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful as well! Our room was really clean, and so was the kitchen and the bathroom. Luckily we had an AC (it was really hot in Paris during our stay). Also Saint-Maurice is underrated: it’s pretty nice and calm there, no safety concerns or issues (we were too young women)! It got some beautiful places ! I’ll definitely recommend to stay in the City Residence Saint Maurice! Merci bien pour votre accueil chaleureux🍀

Séjour juin 2025,Un bon séjour comme d’habitude, l’hébergement est propre et fonctionnel. La vaisselle devrait être rénové dans certains appartements, mais il y a de la vaisselle tout de même qu’il faut quelques fois laver tout de même.
L’emplacement est bon et calme avec le transport à distance moyenne. Métro à environ 15 minutes à pied et bus à 8 minutes environ.
Le Niveau qualité le prix etait parfait, mais à subit une augmentation non négligeable.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement confort coté calme. La réservation avait été faite de long mois auparavant avec une demande d'appt PMR qui n'a pu être respecté, c'est dommage. Le manque de volet peut perturbé aussi pour le sommeil. Si non dans l'ensemble je recommande cet appart hôtel.

Die Unterkunft ist für eine Städtereise völlig in Ordnung. Das Apartment ist einer angrnehmer Größe. Die Lage ist nicht besonders schön, zwischen 2 Straßen, davon eine Autobahn.
Es ist etwas laut auf der Autobahn Seite aber die Fenster sind gut, man kann schlafen. Mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen wäre nicht denkbar.Aber eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden.
Man fährt ca. 30 Minuten in die Pariser Innenstadt mit der Linie 8 direkt. Bon daher ist es praktisch.

Les fenêtres sont bien insonorisées ce qui est important car l'autoroute passe près de la résidence. Comptez 40 min de déplacement pour vous rendre au centre de Paris.

Praktikable Unterkunft. Nächste Ubahnstation 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmarkt im Nachbargebäude und Bäcker, Apotheke, Bars usw direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Wir hatten ein 4 Bett Zimmer mit kleiner Küche haben uns selbst versorgt. Frühstück aber auch im Hotel möglich. Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein war aber für 5 Tage ok.
Wohnzimmer doppelt verglast Nachts ist Ruhe, Schlafzimmer einfach verglast Nachts sehr laut. Davor ist die A4 die in Paris endet. Es ist immer laut auch Nachts keine Ruhe! Wer es ruhig haben will sollte ein Zimmer nach hinten raus nehmen. WLAN im 5. Stock nur 1 Mbit schnell. Im EG in der Lobby 200 Mbit. Die Kinder sind mit Ihren Tablet in die Lobby gegangen.
Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden.
Alles in allen ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit kleinen abstrichen aber dafür auch einen guten Preis für Paris.

Hotel bom com mal atendimento de uma moça

Acomodação muito boa, numa região tranquila e agradável. O quarto é exatamente como nas fotos. A estação de metrô fica a menos de 10 minutos e uma viagem de 25 minutos até o centro. Voltamos tarde ao hotel e mesmo assim nos sentimos seguros na caminhada. Nos deixaram colocar as malas no guarda-volumes enquanto passeamos antes do check in. Possui garagem no subsolo. Há alguns mercados próximos e restaurantes bons e baratos. A limpeza estava na média. Os hotéis na Europa raramente possuem uma limpeza excelente, então nenhuma surpresa.A área de banho como sempre muito pequena.Os senhores da recepção nos atenderam extremamente bem e um bom atendimento considero metade de uma estadia confortável. E por isso não posso dar uma nota boa para o hotel devido a uma pessoa somente,uma moça que nos atendeu quando fomos fazer o check in à noite. Infelizmente não sou muito bom no inglês e não falo francês (apesar de ter aprendido algumas frases para “agradar” os atendentes) e ela nos atendeu com muita impaciência, arrogância e reclamando alto, praticamente me rebaixando porque eu não entendia o sistema de código do elevador que ela sequer explicou. Foi a pior situação em um hotel que passei, só não desisti da hospedagem porque não tinha para onde ir. Quando pedi que me explicasse melhor, ela quase afunda os botões do elevador com tanta brutalidade e saiu reclamando. Espero que ela seja punida. É fácil descobrir quem foi, basta olhar quem trabalhou nessa noite. Não volto aí por ela somente.

Nous sommes arrivés dans l’après midi, nous avons été informé de notre surclassement dans un F3. Nous étions heureux sauf que j’avais demandé une chambre côté court et pour la deuxième fois puisque j’y retourne régulièrement par rapport à l’emplacement, nous étions côte périphérique même si nous étions au 6 émeutes étage nous entendons le bruit moins le soir car la circulation est moins dense.
Concernant l’accueil c’était simple sans plus ni moins.

Après avoir vérifié on me dit que notre chambre est côté court et finalement on nous donne les clés et bien en arrivant à la chambre surprise côté périphérique. Je fais savoir mon mécontentement et on me dit que je serais délogé dans le lendemain pour une chambre côté court et bien nous n’avons jamais changé de chambre. De plus nous avons eu deux jours sans télé aucune communication, nous avons du demander le motif et avons appris que c’était l’ensemble du complexe. Problème résolu le 3ème jour. Aucun geste commercial.

Väldigt fint område i närheten, boendet hade det man önskar, men en bäddsoffa som var otroligt dålig. Ingen städning eller byta av lakarn eller handukar under 1 vecka.

Très bien pour un court séjour

Un très bon accueil, personnel agréable.
Nous nous attendions à une chambre un peu plus grande.
Quelques petites choses pas très propre (vaisselle, table) mais le reste de la chambre était propre.
La pomme de douche fuyait donc peu de pression (signalé à notre départ).
Les 2 points négatifs : pas de vrai rideau donc le jour rentre très tôt dans la chambre le matin et le matelas pas des plus confortable.
Pour 2 nuits c'était très bien.

Está muy lejos del centro y el transporte es caro. La habitación está bien pero la regadera estaba sucia, tenía cabellos pegados en la pared del inquilino anterior y las puertas de la ducha estaban chamagosas. El personal es muy amable y te apoyan las 24 horas.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Très bon emplacement pour une visite de Paris en famille (métro à 5 mins à pieds) et malgré la proximité avec l'autoroute, notre appartement était calme (bonne isolation). Possibilité de parking.
