J’ai initialement réservé une chambre avec terrasse , la chambre est collé à un immeuble qui a vu sur votre chambre et il n’est pas possible de vous cacher car pas de rideaux uniquement tous les stores électriques qui se baissent en même temps , donc vous ne pouvez pas profiter de la vue sans être vu .
J’ai demandé à changer de chambre , j’ai évidemment été downgraded , je devais payer un supplément si je voulais plus grand , aucune compensation aucun geste fait .
Pour le petit déjeuné , j’apprends après plusieurs visites dans cet établissement qu’il y a en fait deux formules , j’ai toujours été facturé plein pot
Enfin , ma chambre n’a pas été faite malgré mes signalements l’équipe ne m’a pas informé que un bouton avait du être appuyer par erreur malgré ma notification au jour 1
J’avais l’habitude de séjourner la bas mais la déception était présente cette fois la

Un peu déçu la chambre ne disposait pas de baignoire, pourtant j’avais réservé une chambre deluxe pensant qu’elles étaient toutes équipées.

Le point négatif est également le bar de l’hôtel, nous pensions pouvoir prendre un verre tranquillement mais finalement toutes les tables étaient réservées, nous avons dû boire notre verre debout à côté du bar, c’est un peu dommage pour les résidants de l’hôtel.

L’accueil a été exceptionnel, en particulier de la part de M. Nas et Mme Mariam, ce qui a rendu mon expérience encore plus agréable.

Service was excellent but a 4.5 star hotel, the bed was not comfortable at all, you could do better with a $300 amazon bed and the upgrade to better view room was not worth the extra $1000 for a week, the sofabed was terrible also, and the fridge box didnt even keep things cold, so the staff made it the stay better all of them at the front desk to the cleaning help were awesome kind and friendly too bad i cant stay the same for the room itself, for the glamor of the new building and the style you cheaped out the rooms unfortunately!

My overall stay was excellent. For the location of the hotel it was perfect for my staff. Staff were excellent all in all except during my late night check in, it wasnt a very welcoming and I had to wait after the check in process started because one of the staff who apparently was under training (which would have helped if they told me) left me to go help someone else. They were very polite I must say. A tip would be to let the customers know they are under training in order to help them as well. The hotel is very nice, quiet and clean, although the carpet needs a bit more cleaning.. the blackouts were perfect for the large windows, bed is very comfortable. I would recommend staying in this hotel. Safe area helps as well! The cleaning staff did a very good job! All in all an exceptional hotel in Paris! Well done

Highly recommended. It’s a very safe and secure place. Love the restaurant bar at the roof top. The hotel room offers all the accommodation options of plugging, blower, ion no need to carry adapters. A very clean, comfortable and luxurious room.. will visit again for sure when traveling to Paris.

Wonderful modern hotel. Great quiet room, fantastic breakfast, amazing views. Saw a huge thunderstorm one night, like we were in the clouds. Short walk to metro& RER. Nice to be away from the hordes of tourists yet Notre Dame was a couple of stops away on the RER.

Beautiful hotel. Everything too too design. Room design was a bit of a problem as there are no drawers to put clothes away. Sliding doors are cumbersome. Aside from that, it was wonderful. Extraordinary view!

Rooms are much smaller than photographs portray. Views of Sienne and Eiffel are not guaranteed - my view was of industrial smokestacks and a portion of the river. Good fitness center- and very nice staff, if you need something in this area- its modern and clean.

Nice hotel with top notch staff and stunning view

The staff at the hotel were excellent and extremely helpful. The view from the rooftop was truly stunning. However, this may not be the most convenient option for families traveling with young children, as the nearest metro station is at least a 15-minute walk. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t seem to have been designed with a kid-friendly approach in mind. For instance, we experienced a minor incident at the restaurant where other guests expressed concerns about our child’s behavior around art.

Trendy and modern hotel not too close to Paris Center but still convenient with modern and well appointed bedrooms with superb views of Paris. The breakfast buffet, the restaurant and the sky bar are very nice and very good food. The price of the rooms for the value offered is also very good. The only thing missing is a bit more congeniality from the staff especially the ones at the doors who never say hello, are always talking on their phone and don’t even open the door for the guests. For an hotel of that standing, one would expect something different in that respect.

Wonderful hotel with stunning views

Wonderful hotel with all the amenities. Bed was big and comfortable, big shower, beautiful views of the city. Had spa access (used sauna and jacuzzi) which was very nice. Also loved the Sky Bar on the first night with stunning views over Paris including the Eiffel Tower. Unfortunately the Sky Bar was closed on one of the other days we were there because they were hosting a private event, but we were very happy we managed to go there the first night. Hotel is located right next to a tram stop and the RER/metro line is only about a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here, it is the most upmarket, positive and friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. (We are experienced travellers too!). There is a convenient route to the Paris Underground Tube nearby which then means you can access every sightseeing element of the city with ease. The room was beautiful and not a single blemish to be seen. The view from the skybar is second to none, breakfast was stunning and had great vegan options. The only downside was the price of the evening restaurant menu.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. It was so clean, staff were all so helpful and the facilities are great. The room is much larger than most hotel rooms in Paris and have such beautiful views. The area is also great with transport links just across the road and lots of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

New modern hotel offering unusually big rooms for Paris. High level of amenities in the room. There was no mini-bar but there was a very lively bar on the 27th floor with spectacular views. It stays open until 2am. The staff at reception were wonderful.

Had an incredible stay at the Too Hotel in Paris with my girlfriend! From the moment I walked into the lobby the staffs warm welcome and willingness to assist with any request set the tone for a perfect visit.

The Spa at Too Hotel was an absolute oasis of relaxation. We enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi and sauna. The staff were friendly and helpful. This a highlight of my stay.

Now, let's talk about the rooftop bar – a true gem of the hotel! The panoramic unobstructed views of Paris were simply breathtaking, the ambiance was nothing short of magical with great DJ, live singers and musicians. Sipping cocktails, with the Eiffel Tower in the backdrop, was an experience I'll cherish forever.

In summary, the Too Hotel in Paris exceeded all my expectations. The staff's willingness to go above beyond, the luxurious spa, and the enchanting rooftop bar combined to create an unforgettable and truly exceptional stay for me and my girlfriend. I can't wait to return to this remarkable hotel in the City of Lights!

Amazing hotel. Super friendly staff and great room. Really loved all the details and amenities. Had usbc charging ports and very nice toiletries. There were toothbrushes and shaving kits available, all bamboo so very eco friendly. The roof bar and restaurant had a fantastic view, a little pricey but worth it for the experience. Breakfast has a great rage of foods, the typical full English with the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had to the continental with fresh croissants, ham, cheese and salmon. All in all a very nice well maintained modern and eco friendly hotel with a great view of Paris.

They took a deposit of 450€ on entering the property, which wasn't refunded after leaving the property.

They blame my bank for not being able to credit the amount and they take no responsibility.

Every time you enter the hotel, there's someone asking you where do you want to go, even after staying there for 3 days.
