I stayed in a single room for three nights. It was a perfect, affordable alternative to staying in a hostel. The room was clean and had all the basics. The shared bathroom and shower worked great. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and cleaners tidied the room every day. I strongly recommend Hotel Tolbiac for any solo travellers looking for an affordable spot to stay, especially if you’re hostel’d out and looking for a little privacy.

This really is more of a hostel than a hotel. The toilet is in a different room down the hall from the shower, and neither are in your room. The staff hold on to your key when you leave. The location is good for transport, but there aren’t many creature comforts. The staff do their best to improve the space and keep things clean, but it is an old space with old infrastructure.

This is unashamedly à “budget” hotel by Paris standards. No frills expected and none found. But it was reasonably clean, secure and I got a good night’s sleep. I didn’t sample the breakfast as you can get coffee and croissant almost anywhere. Staff were helpful when asked.

Mon expérience à l'Hôtel Tolbiac a été très décevante. C'est bien la première fois qu'il a fallu que je demande à la femme de ménage de renettoyer ma chambre dès mon arrivée. L'excuse \"Le bâtiment est vieux\" ne suffit pas pour justifier la présence de miettes et des moutons de poussière recouvrant le sol.
Concernant le lit, les draps blancs avaient l'air bien propres, cependant on n'en pouvait pas dire autant pour la couette. La réponse de la femme de ménage quand je lui ai demandé si elle pouvait remplacer ma couette avec une propre: \"désolé, on n'en a pas d'autres. Mais les draps sont propres, dormez dans les draps\". Pour rajouter au manque de confort, les murs sont en papier et on entend tout ce que racontent les voisins.
Hormis la salle de petit-déjeuner, tous les espaces communs et la chambre étaient également assez crasseux. Le siège des toilettes était naturellement recouvert de vieilles traces d'urine et le sol de la douche parsemé de cheveux. Je demande à la gestion de l'hôtel de bien vouloir surveiller de plus près le nettoyage de l'hôtel, autant dans les espaces communs que dans les chambres.
Concernant le lit, les draps blancs avaient l'air bien propres, cependant on n'en pouvait pas dire autant pour la couette. La réponse de la femme de ménage quand je lui ai demandé si elle pouvait remplacer ma couette avec une propre: \"désolé, on n'en a pas d'autres. Mais les draps sont propres, dormez dans les draps\". Pour rajouter au manque de confort, les murs sont en papier et on entend tout ce que racontent les voisins.
Hormis la salle de petit-déjeuner, tous les espaces communs et la chambre étaient également assez crasseux. Le siège des toilettes était naturellement recouvert de vieilles traces d'urine et le sol de la douche parsemé de cheveux. O Hotel Tolbiac, no geral, é nota 5. O predio é antigo, portanto, nao possui elevador. A escada é muito estreita: nao é possivel duas pessoas transitarem em sentidos opostos. Peguei um quarto para 03 pessoas e estavamos em 02 - ainda bem, pois o banheiro era minusculo e tinha apenas uma cortina mofada, suja, em pessimo estado separando do vaso. O chuveiro tambem nao estava em bom estado: o gancho estava quebrado e era complicado deixa-lo numa posição que ficasse parado, sem precisar ficar segurando. O café da manhã e ruim, nao tem quase nada de opcao. A UNICA coisa boa do hotel é a sua localizacao: metro proximo e ponto de onibus na porta do hotel.

Nous avons été hébergé à un étage en travaux, la fenêtre de notre chambre ne fermait pas correctement laissant passer allègrement l'air et le son de l'extérieur, le volet n'était pas adapté à la fenêtre car il se chevauchait à la fermeture donc impossible de verrouiller pour la pluie ou la lumière, le plafond de la salle de bain était moisie, le système de conduite couinait lors de la douche comme si l'on égosillait un rongeur en continu, nous avons eu un peu froid en octobre, l'une des deux personnes de l'accueil nous a pris un peu de haut lorsque nous avons énuméré ces problèmes en nous répondant que c'était justement pour cela qu'il faisaient des travaux, sauf que l'on aurait bien aimé savoir où l'on mettait les pieds.

Par contre à l’intérieur on attend toutes les canalisations. Les gens parler leurs galipettes même c’est très gênant la douche du quatrième étage est déplorable, quant aux WC, je n’ai pas trouvé l’interrupteur en pleine nuit, quant à la télévision, je n’ai trouvé qu’une seule chaîne. je ne reviendrai plus

Moisissures dans la s de bain, punaises de lit, insonorisation quasi inexistante. Dans la 2ième chambre proposée, Il y avait moins de moisissures moins d'insonorisation!! et davantage de punaises. Seul bon point, le personnel est aimable. Ils ont transféré parfaitement bien nos affaires en notre absence pour tout installer dans la 2ième chambre. Hôtel à fuir tant qu'une rénovation parfaite ne sera pas réalisée pour cet hôtel bien situé dans Paris.

J'ai déjà essayé cet hôtel il y a quelques années avant sa rénovation et c'était déjà une bonne expérience (une grande chambre pour 2 confort, propre, au calme) bien située en centre ville avec toutes les commodités. Aujourd'hui j'y retourne avec une grande chambre rénovée pour 1 pers. tout confort, propre, au calme, excentrée de la rue. Un bon séjour et en rapport qualité-prix imbattable !

Tout critère d'évaluation est futile et insignifiant si la chambre d'hôtel (qui vous coûte 100€, petit déj compris - non servi d'ailleurs) vous met en mauvaise santé !
Une odeur assez forte était présente lors de mon arrivée. On m'explique que c'est juste un nettoyage. J'ai aéré la chambre avant la nuit. Je comprendrais 24h plus tard. C'était un traitement insecticide.
Un traitement vain ! (au-delà de m' intoxiquer) Durant mon vol de retour, les premiers réactions aux piqures de punaises de lit apparaissent. S'en suivent démangeaisons (et les nuits qui vont avec), docteur, ordonnance, traitement, tous les habits à la benne, la valise en quarantaine dans un sac poubelle en extérieur (j'hésite encore à la jeter !).
Cela existe donc en 2022 ... et à 2 ans des JO.

Nous arrivons à l’accueil, un accueil sans plus. Nous montons en chambre et là la déception totale pour une chambre triple avec Wc et douche dans la chambre ( la plus cher) . Il y avait des cheveux dans la douche, l’eau chaude 15 mn pour qu’elle arrive, la fenêtre des wc ferme mal ( je vous laisse imaginer la température a cette periode à Paris la nuit). Une odeur d’humidité. De la poussière dans la salle de bain.Un des lit est collé au radiateur. Ma fille n’a pas pu prendre sa douche tellement il faisait froid. En revanche le métro est près et la ligne 14 est un bon relais pour faire pas mal de station .
