We arrived well before check-in, and the staff were happy to store our luggage securely for the day, which was much appreciated. We were also given a ground-floor room as previously requested.

I was travelling with a smoker and found the smoking arrangements easy and straightforward—much more so than in Australia, and similar to what we experienced elsewhere in Europe.

There was some confusion in the morning, as no one seemed able to confirm the cost of breakfast, so we chose to skip it and eat elsewhere.

The room was comfortable and perfectly adequate for our one-night stay, and the hotel’s location was very convenient—especially being so close to the Place d’Italie metro station.

Great location, lots of food options, close to the metro. Room door didn’t close properly, had to really pull it shut and there was mold on the shower wall. Staff were super helpful and they had a little bar to have a nightcap at.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the room we were provided. The room, advertised for 3 people, was far too small and uncomfortable. It was clearly designed for a maximum of 1 or 2 people, and there was not even enough space to open our suitcases properly. The layout and design of the room were poor, and it made our stay very inconvenient and unpleasant.

It seems that more thought should be given to the comfort and needs of your customers rather than just maximizing profit. Unfortunately, this has been the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had, and I strongly suggest you reevaluate how you market and design your rooms to avoid future dissatisfaction.

The room was clean but building is old. The breakfast was very basic. If you wanna stay here dont get the breakfast option. No water bottle in the room but there was a fountain downstairs. It is too far from attractions and if you are visiting Paris as a tourist you will find travel time annoying. The cleaners dont do a great job, one day we returned and the bathroom was untouched so we reported and they cleaned.

Overall, the IBIS people were nice and friendly, but we had an issue with the parking. on the website you said the parking would be included but once we arrived to the hotel they said no I’ve been asked to pay extra to €23 for parking. that’s very expensive and it wasn’t expected and it was not really stated clearly on your website. For future customer, you should make it clear because parking is a big issue anywhere, especially when visiting big cities like Paris.

Poor Hotel and service

The hotel's air conditioning did not work (it seemed any room as I also heard another customer complain as well about no air conditioning.) When bringing this up, the front desk said \"The air conditioning is different than your country\" and said they would provide a fan, but never did. Probably didn't have any left.

I never experienced this poor of A\C during many other trips to Paris or France or to any other country.

Note, this was AFTER the heat wave that Paris was experiencing.

The elevator did not work for the entire time I stayed at the hotel.

The rooms appear to have been renovated and were nice and clean, but I would highly recommend to avoiding staying at this hotel at all costs.

This property disappoints. There were a couple of super nice staff but check in was slow and a bit tense. The room was painfully small for two people with thread bare towels and inadequate space for luggage. There’s major construction going on which was loud and disruptive. Try another option if you have a choice.

Poor ventilation, smelly bathroom due to mold :-(

It's an Ibis hotel, so you know beforehand it's a no-frills place. However, you do expect a minimum level of quality accomodations and of service. Unfortunately, this specific Ibis hotel in Paris is in poor shape. The biggest problem we had was that there was no ventilation inside the room and the bathroom ceiling was moldy, which created an awful smell. The second problem was that the air conditioning system was not working properly and the room was very warm including at night (we stayed there in mid-summer). Every night before going to bed I took a cold shower to cool off and when I woke up in the morning I was drenched in sweat due to the heat.

The front-desk staff consisted of young people who were not too helpful at times. They seemed bored and were often chatting with others or on social media.

The only two positive things I can say about this hotel is that the breakfast was pretty good and that it's in a good location.

Could be better for the price

This hotel is very clean, close to Place I’talie metro but it lacks simple little comforts : no drawers in bathroom, bedroom , no Kleenex, no extra mirror, no extra trash can, we couldn’t figure out how to use the electric conversion... etc ... for the same rate compared with others in the area.

I was expecting a bathtub in the bathroom instead we had a shower..We had left over toilet tissue, 3 end rolls.The ac was not working,Could not open the window,because of privacy.,and no sheer curtains.The TV channels were so boring.Only one bed,I had to share it with my teenage daughter.The nearby Place de l'Italie was scary,homeless sleeping on the street everywhere

Very functional and basic, good comfy bed, lights to read by, TV but only 1 news channel in English - this should be improved. No clock, radio, music etc. Good functional clean bathroom. Zero charm but 100% quiet safe and clean. If you need a cheap base for business or studies - this would be good.

O quarto que reservamos é extremamente apertado, era sempre uma dificuldade para abrir a mala grande no chão… Fora isso, a estadia foi boa, cama muito confortável, ducha muito boa também, funcionários em geral foram educados e cordiais, mas nada de extraordinário. Só me hospedaria novamente se fosse por um valor muito bom (o preço que paguei achei que não vale)

Es war alles sehr sauber und ruhig. Klimaanlage ging noch nicht, haben wir aber zu unserer Zeit( Ende Mai 25 C) nicht benötigt.Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück war i.O. .
Das Hotelzimmer war kleiner wie es auf den Bildern aussieht, aber da wir nur unterwegs waren, war es absolut i.O.
Wasser steht einem zu jeder Zeit, um Wasserflaschen zu füllen, zur Verfügung.
5Min Füssweg zur Metro. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Zona tranquilla anche per tornare in hotel la sera tardi.

L’hotel è piccolo e le stanze lo sono ancora di più: noi abbiamo preso una camera matrimoniale più divano letto aggiunto.
Dal bordo del letto alla parete ci sono circa 50 cm.
Non esiste un armadio ma solo un piccolissimo spazio dove riporre i cappotti.
Le valigie… se vi stanno sotto il letto.
Il bagno ok: veniva pulito e disinfettato ogni giorno, nulla da eccepire.

Il prezzo è ok per essere a Parigi sotto Natale e ovviamente non pretendevamo di più.
Diciamo che se vi interessa l’hotel solo per dormirci va bene, altrimenti meglio guardarsi intorno.
Esiste anche il servizio di colazione 10 euro/ persona: Non lo abbiamo mai provato anche perché Parigi è piena di Boulangeries. Nelle vicinanze c’è un locale dove cucinano delle ottime crepes e galettes che viene anche proposto dall’albergo: secondo me vale la stessa cosa pena provare.
Personale gentile e disponibile: permettono anche di lasciare le valigie dopo il check out: a Parigi costa mediamente 5 euro a bagaglio.
Direi che l’hotel strappa la sufficienza a conti fatti.

Das Hotel liegt angenehm ruhig und doch sehr zentral. Wir sind am Ostermontag mit der fünfköpfigen Familie angereist und wurden von einem sehr freundlichen Rezeptionisten begrüßt. Er fragte uns ob wir ein Frühstück zu den Zimmern dazu buchen wollen, welches ich nicht reserviert hatte. Wir buchten das FS erstmal nur für den nächsten Morgen, um es zu testen. Unsere beiden nebeneinanderliegenden Zimmer befanden sich in der 1.Etage. Die Zimmer waren sauber mit vernünftigem Bad und einem Fenster, welches sich auch öffnen ließ. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war die Größe der Zimmer. Da wir ein Beistellbett benötigten, war es schon sehr beengt und man musste ständig aufpassen, nicht irgendwo zu stolpern.
Das Frühstück war gut und für den Preis mehr als erwartet. Am Kaffeeautomaten (welcher auch heiße Schokolade ausgab) konnte man sich selbst bedienen, so oft man wollte. Außerdem gab es O- und Apfelsaft. Die Speisenauswahl war nicht groß aber in Ordnung.
Am Di. und Mi. war alles entspannt, am Do. und Fr. war es aber eindeutig zu voll und man musste warten, um einen Platz im FS-Raum zu bekommen, weswegen wir am Sa. auf das FS verzichteten.
Sowohl das Personal an der Rezeption, als auch im FS-Raum und auch das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Unser Auto hatten wir ganz in der Nähe in einer TG geparkt und haben dort für 5 Tage lediglich 33€ bezahlt. Der Preis ist für Paris super, da muss man auch kleine Abstriche in Kauf nehmen. Ansonsten zahlt man das Vielfache!

Hôtel calme et bien situé pour pouvoir accéder aux plus grands sites d'intérêt !
L'hôtel en lui même nous avons trouvé que la chambre était petite mal agencé, les parties moquettes et mur avec des tâches c'est pas clean clean.calme dans l'ensemble sauf quelques incivilités de personnes sifflant dans les couloirs !
Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec du choix ne changez pas sur ça !!!la jeune fille au service du petit déjeuner très gentil le personnel de nettoyage si vous leur dites pas bonjour pas de bonjour et la personne à la réception devrait être un peu plus souriante.
