The hotel canceled our reservation. They left a voice message that they couldn't hold our reservation after 8pm because they didn't have a credit card on file unless we called them back, but did not leave a phone # to call. I tried calling back on a hotels.com listed number abd a google maps listed number. No one answered. When I arrived around 12 midnight, I found out they had given away my room and I had to find another hotel.

We certainly liked almost everything
This hotel is well located, easy access, comfortable, super super clean, very organized and staff is very helpful with related and not related things about hotel
They were always friendly and helpful for us and the other guest.

The only two downsides we noticed are:

> There’s no ice machine or ice service for guest.

> They don’t have a/c service during our stay (October 2025) the central unit it only provides hot air due to outside weather, however during night we felt hot and had to open windows to climatize the room.

After this two things, we would definitely rebook and stay here, we think B&B hotel is a great deal.

Very small room,only one pillow per person. Very hostel like but was good enough to sleep in a clean environment. Would recommend for younger travelers, not the best place to stay with kids. No laundry on site and no real amenities.

the staff were all very nice. this place is super basic, it was essentially a room with a bed, a window and a shower. that being said the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. close to train stop and felt safe walking back to hotel late. this shouldn’t be the place you stay on your first visit to paris, but if you just need a place to crash while in tne city it works.

We had 4 persons in a family room. It was very small, there is hardly any floor space, nothing to put our 2 pieces of luggage on other than the floor. One small desk and closet about 18\"/45cm wide to hang clothes. The bathroom is also small and the shower is only 2/3 enclosed, so water can spray out the opening and get on the floor or toilet. If you only have 3 people you could put stuff on the 1 unused twin bed. But if you have 4 people and you want decent space you're better off somewhere else or renting 2 rooms. The air conditioning was weak, it would not get as cold as we wanted. Like other places we stayed in Europe, even in early June when it's starting to get warm or hot outside, they still put duvets on the beds, so you have to sleep with nothing, not even a sheet, over you, or you will probably get too hot.

Overall acceptable but hotel has weird rules about issuing hair dryer as staff must hold on to guess passport. I understand it was for in case of missing or damaged but since a credit card was withhold as standard practice so not sure what passport must be held? I have been traveling at least 5 to 6 times yearly and been to numerous hotels but never had such experience.

The only reason I booked this hotel bc it's convenient to go around. It's located in a corner with tram & metro just a few steps away. But the room is so cold, I tried to turn the heater on but the receptionist told me that they don't have Heater, only air conditioner for summer!!! It was so cold, outside was 9degree C. The room was tiny, did not have a kettle for you to have hot water, no hair dryer, pillows were so thin. I paid for the same price I paid for Novotel, a 4-Star Hotel, just 25 meters away. I would not return even if it's FREE!!

Not in the greatest area, but not scary, just a long ride to sites, etc. Technically not in central Paris, which means you'll pay (higher) meter rate from CDG, not set taxi rate.

Rooms a bit spartan, but impeccably clean and good efficient housekeeping, including if you don't leave your room until later in the day.

Its a solid place to stay if you are looking for a clean, cheap place to stay for a night or two. The neighborhood that surrounds the property is not very good and i wouldnt recommend walking around the area at night. Order take out and stay in. The staff are super helpful and the lobby is a great place to relax and hangout in.

A very bad experience, definitely not recommended.

This was my first visit to a B&B chain of hotels in Paris. Unfortunately, the room is not at all like they display in the pictures. The room did not have a single piece of amenity. No kettle for hot water, no pouches for tea/coffee, no dustbin in the room, or basic toiletries provided such as a hand soap. The bathroom sink was getting clogged and the water started leaking from the bottom of the sink making the bathroom floor dirty. The room service was not done for a long time after we made the complaint, and we had to live with the problem for quite some time. The breakfast was extremely basic and there was no toaster for a basic meal of bread & butter. We had to eat cold bread and that caused digestion issues giving us trouble for the rest of the day. There was no warm food available for vegetarians. It is unfortunate that the hotel staff has did not consider vegetarians at all. The staff in the breakfast area didn’t seem to care to get new food items when the supplies went low. There wasn’t any phone provided in the room to call reception and every time we went to the reception to make a compliant, the staff was not at all welcoming. They just asked us to wait for an undefined period of time and did not seem to care about the discomfort that their guests were going through. One should visit this hotel only if they have very low expectations from the service that they might get.

Staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Ms Ghelia, at the reception. Starting point of my bus had changed at the last moment and she immediately helped in finding out the new location and quickly arranged a transport for me. Without her prompt help I would have missed my bus.

Location: market and restaurants nearby. Slightly far from main Paris tourist attractions but Public transport, Tram, metro, bus stop nearby at a walking distance.

I would recommend to stay considering the price, cleanliness and most importantly the courteous & helpful staff.

My wedding ring was stolen from my room and like 60 Euros, and I was 100 percent sure that it was in my room before we went to breakfast, ask to speak to a manager, no manager on duty at that time, ask to see the cameras, they say no. Call during the next week, no answers.

WORST Front Desk, the white lady argued with me when I checked in and asked me to pay even though I paid in full to Orbits. She is very unprofessional and had to argue with her. Even though it was her fault - she never apologized to me.

Pictures showed in Orbitz.com are Deceiving. Please do not trust the pictures.

WORST Breakfast, even though they charged a fee for the breakfast. We were staving in the morning. Kids were hungry after the breakfast. McDonalds breakfast would have been better.

On the Positive Side - Cleaning Staff and Breakfast staff is very helpful and hard working.

Bad / terrible location.

I would never ever recommend stay in this hotel. Please contact me if you have any further questions.

NO Amenities and bad service - beware

The area is deserted. There are not a lot of food options and most of the area is still under construction. The hotel itself is quite new and quite clean. The hallways and lobby are bright. However, be aware there are ABSOLUTELY NO AMENITIES. Do not come here if you expect there to be hotel shampoo/soap/body wash. The most ridiculous thing is that there is no hair dryer available in the room. If you want to use a hair dryer, you have to ask front desk to borrow one with a deposit of EUR20. The real issue is the hair dryers are always fully lent out. Don't expect to get one. I asked for 2 days and I never got one. I sat on the bed with wet hair for 2 hours waiting for my hair to dry the first night I arrived. In addition, the room cleaner took my personal towel thinking it was the hotels. I told the reception and they didn't care at all. I just found it absolutely shocking how this hotel has no amenities at all.

The wifi - don't expect to connect at all. It did not work whatsoever.

During one morning one of us went to use the lobby washroom. As I went to the washroom, the reception gave me a mean look like I was a thief sneaking around their hotel. After 15 minutes, the reception staff knocked my door and spoke some French, I told him I was in the washroom, and the response I got was \"Get Out!\". I was shocked! Afraid that he would unlock the door and barge in, I had no choice but to rush out of there. This is very rude and there was no one waiting in line at 5am

Very basic as is the price. A good value. Very clean with no frills and no disappointments. The bed was a little too basic and not very comfortable but I still have no complaints. I wouldn't want to stay for very long as there isn't much in the immediate area. The hotel is on a busy highway but very sound proof. The metro station is about a 10 minute walk.
I must give 5 stars for the air conditioning system. Very unusual even in high end Paris hotels.
I would stay here again when on a budget.

When we first arrived the young lady at the desk was very polite. We get to the room and had only 2 bath towels, no face towels or hand towels. The room was very small which we was aware of, but wasnt aware of no amenities. It was like we rented a room with just a bed and tv with no stations in english nor anyway of changing the tv to subtitles so we can at the very least understand whats going on. The bed felt like we was sleeping on a box, bed was not good at all. The entire stay we both complained about back issues due to the thin bed in the room. The room did although had some very good heat, and the hot water was very good, my wife takes about 25 minutes showers and by the time i get in its cold, that was not the case here, water temp was on point!!!! The room did have very good shade, when you close the shades you cant see any sun in the room. We went out and bought our own face towels so we could wash ourselves, we asked for ice but was told they do not supply. I worked in a motel before and they even supplied ice...I feel for the price we paid we should have gotten more for our buck. Upon checkout we went to the front desk and told the young lady we was checking out and the young lady said you dont check out you just leave. I found that ironic, you want me to check in but not check out, I guess you have my money now so you can do what you want. I asked for a receipt, only to find we was charged til the 7th and not the 6th. not enough space to continue, please call us

I have stayed in Paris previously multiple times at different hotels. This hotel itself was ok considering the price. Location was ok, but not terrific; on the outskirts of Paris but within easy walking distance to the metro (providing access to down-town in 30 mins), with several simple restaurants (e.g. McDonald's) and convenience stores nearby. My main problem was with the staff. At check-in, the receptionist told me that I needed to pay the room in full, despite the fact that I had already paid in full via expedia. When I mentioned this and provided documentation, they did not care (a story identical to that of a previous reviewer). Long story short, I ended up paying again and was double-charged, and was never refunded. Not acceptable. The second problem I had was with the cleaning staff. As I arrived very late from the airport my first night, I locked the door but forgot to put the do not disturb sign on the outside. The next morning, I was awakened when cleaning staff tried to open my door but found it locked. They proceeded to yell and kick at the door LOUD for at least 5 minutes; this was very disruptive and something that I have not experienced at any other hotel under similar circumstances.

They did not offer us the room we had booked!! The check in time mentioned on the itinerary was 3pm but they said they cannot assure if the room will be ready by then. We ended by satying at the Ibis hotel next door where we were welcomed with open hands.

Was there for 4 days , very clean and friendly hotel . Good front office staff always willing to help and direct. Only issue is the limited breakfast and hence to book the hotel without B/F.
Close to Metro Port de Choisy ( just 5 mins walk )from where you can travel the entire city. Ask for the paris metro guide and you have freedom to travel.
There are Vietnamese and Bangkok food outlets for those who like. Just behind the hotel there is a nice cheap convenience store run by a chinese lady where you can pick up cheap beer ( Tsingtao) , fruits , Chips and ready to eat noodles.

Overall quite a pleasant experience .

Conveniently located near the metro and tram, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Its close to amenities and yet its located away from the busy shops so that its not noisy. Its a no frills hotel that is very clean and reasonably new. Good Wifi. Breakfast OK for the price that you pay, not many choices. Check in was very easy, check out not required. Staff spoke limited English, service was average.

Nice hotel, 5mins walk from the metro, has wifi.

The hotel room was booked for one night. It was spacious compared to one I've stayed in recently. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful since I wanted to check out early in the morning to explore Paris and make the most of my day before my flight in the night, they willingly kept my luggage for me until I came back in the evening. The hotel is situated 5mins walking distance from the metro and is easily accessible if you are coming from / going to the airport. The only odd thing was that there was no shower curtain or soap. It was not a problem for me as I bring my own toiletries when I travel, but it may be something that the hotel may want to look into. My experience was good and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris.

It was a nice experience to stay at this new hotel. It's the cleanest hotel in the 13th county because it's brand new and it's located near the metro, bus station and restaurants as well as supermarkets. During our visit to Paris, we had a chance to stay at all the 3 hotels (next to each other) like the Novotel, Ibis and this B & B Hotel. Novotel is a little bit bigger but pricey, Ibis is too small, too noisy, and not as clean as B & B.

Family stay

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel staff very understanding when we missed our arrival due to flight delay overnight and did not cancel our reservation since we called from the airport as soon as we found out that we had the delay. Fairly modern accommodations for an older city. We had a room that included 2 twin beds for the kids and the room was a little tight but we were using the room for a place to crash as most of our time was spent seeing the city. We UBERed to/from city central and it was about 15 euro each way.
Breakfast was reasonable at 6 euro per person and included eggs, bacon and pastries.

Clean Hotel But Very Uncomfortable Bed

My mom and I had reservations to stay at this hotel for 2 nights, however, the bed was so uncomfortable that we had to leave on the first night. My mom is in her 60's and her back was in pain most of the night, so I recommend that you not book this hotel if you can't handle a hard bed. The pillows are also extremely small and have no weight in them so you might as well be sleeping without one or bring your own. They only provide one of everything in the room for you (1 towel, 1 cup, 1 pillow) unless you ask for more. Even though two people were booked for the room they still only provide one of everything. The receptionists were a little bit friendly as though they felt they had to be which was disappointing after a very long trip. They did not give you a very warm and welcoming feeling. When we had arrived, we could over hear more than two other guests asking for more towels, pillows and complaining about the comfort of the room and safety of their doors? We did not have this issue but it did not make us comfortable. Personally, I would not stay here again even for the price.
