The rooms and bathroom were clean; however, upon entering, we were met with a strong chemical smell. The kitchenette was very small, with barely enough space for preparing basic meals, and there was no dishwasher. The stove and microwave were both in good working order. Unfortunately, both sinks — in the kitchen and the bathroom — were partially blocked, causing the water to drain slowly.

The most serious issue was that the bed in the bedroom was infested with bugs, resulting in bites for those who slept on it. The divan sofa, on the other hand, was fine and showed no signs of infestation. Cleaning is provided once a week unless you pay extra for additional service.

Simply do not book this hotel. I’ve travelled my entire life and nothing has come close to this. Our first room reeked of urine which made it impossible to sleep. The hotel hallways then filled with smoke which staff explained was because clothes were burned by people ironing in the next room. The hotel instructed us to open the windows for ventilation. However, that just let in more smoke from the next room that also opened their windows, completely defeating the point. This lasted the entire day. We requested another room but there was a bedbug problem in that room too. I showed the hotel the bedbug bite marks on my body as evidence but they gaslit me into saying there weren’t any bed bugs. The problem was the bed frame itself was ripped open, exposing the foam which the bed bugs were likely hiding in. They said they checked, but the only way they could have confirmed this is by taking apart the bedding entirely, which when I inquired about this they just parroted “we checked”, blatantly lying to my face. Due to the hotel's negligence, I had to move rooms three times over the course of the week. When I moved rooms, the hotel staff offered to make the first night's stay free of charge. I asked if there was anything I needed to do, they said they would contact Expedia to process the request, but it would take 24 hours. I stayed until the 16th, and today is August 22nd. Expedia emailed today stating the hotel refused to provide a refund, bad liars. Save your money, don’t book

Excellent location, a metro station and Supermarket about 50 meters away. rooms equiped with mini kitchen so you can cook your own meals. No AC on rooms, but no need, just open the window and the cool breeze will do the job. If we return to Paris we will definetely consider staying there again

It was terrible. I don't recommend it.I forgot my braclet in my room last Monday 06/16. I called the hotel many times. The front desk they keep telling me that they will checked for me with the room cleaning staff, but I haven't heard anything from them.I keep calling and the keep telling me the same thing we will call you, but they never did.
I've never seen something like that before. They're untrustworthy.
If you stay there the room cleaning staff will open you're room while you're sleeping which's unprofessional. They also knocked my door the day of the check out at 10 am. they wanted to clean the room that what's scared me and made me forgot my bracelet there.
I don't advise anyone to stay there.

Good location, although address in the confirmation took us too far down the road. Front desk staff varying in friendliness - but overall service good. Room was good; but no towels on arrival and weren’t able to get any until the next day. No frequent room service throughout the day, so bin was never emptied (we bagged everything up, but it remained in our room), and room generally left however we left it throughout the day. No air conditioning; so was quite difficult to manage temperature on a hot day, but overall was okay.

Great convenient location above Intercity grocery store. A bit worn but very comfortable, very clean and a great deal. Got nice upgrade to nice, bigger apartment room. One of two shower doors was not hung well and a little scary. Underground parking enters and exits from Ave de Paris, get entry code after check-in.

Even though we checked in late, the room I reserved was not ready, the online pics were misleading, there was a foul smell throughout the hall, the room, and in the reception area, and the parking was not included in the price. However, the staff was really nice and it was conveniently located near the Metro, a grocery store, and numerous restaurants.

The place was tidy and easy to find. Metro was right there and a grocery was so convenient. The kitchen table and tiling in the bathing room could have been updated a bit more. However fine to sleep and tour Paris. Especially if you are not really relying on the hotel for food or to relax and hang out. We had jammed packed days so perfect for us.

I chose this place for the price and location which were both great. The staff was very nice. I also knew like most places they didn't have air conditioning. Checking the weather i didn't think we would need it. Unfortunately the second week was a heat wave and every day was 97 degrees. So it was hard to sleep. You do have a fan. I asked for another one and was told they didn't have any more. And from sweating at night they only clean the rooms every few days which sucked. I did like this place and would recommend if you don't care about air.

Less than a minute to metro and grocery store in the ground floor is so convenient. Staff is good and respectable. Hotel has good crockery to cook. We had problem with hot water during the stay and had to bath with cold water in the evening. Morning also after 3 people bath, rest has to do cold water bath.

The location is terrific--right next to the metro with a supermarket and parking garage in the same building. Our room was simple but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the tile floor in the entry/kitchenette squeaked with every step we took. Don't know if it was sticky or something else.

The location suited us from the point of view that we needed secure parking and close to Orly, and a metro. Located above a small supermarket and close to a bakery, we could get drinks and snacks.
It took around 25 mins on the metro into the centre of Paris, which was handy, but it was too far out if you want to be able to walk back at night.

Breakfast was 7 euros, we didn't feel that there was a great selection so only took it on the first day.
On the whole the hotel suited our needs and would choose this chain again.

The room was NOTHING like was pictured. There were stains on the carpet, the couch, the chairs. It looked like the kitchen was falling apart. The towels were stiff and smelt like they were not dried all the way before being put out. Had a strange smell in the hall and room. When checking out, my in-laws were asked how the stay was. When told it was not good, and dirty. The front desk said \"sorry, nothing we can do for that.\"

The only good thing is that the metro station is close. But the rest was bad. When you come to your floor, you smell food cooking and it smelled like cigarettes everywhere.
Because the key card did not work, the housekeeper came to help me, but he was wasted, he couldnt walk on a straight line. The receptionist didn’t even bother to look at me when speaking to me. They were very rude and didnt seem like they want to work. We reserved two separate rooms, only one was ready, because they didn’t see that we reserved two different rooms. Also, the bathroom was dirty, but the bed sheets were clean. All in all, for this price, the service is bad. I wont come back for sure.

A good amount of space for two adults and two children. But the room was not clean grubby carpets and floor. Cleaning apparently just once per week this was not clear when we booked. Cleaners did not always do a full clean. Failing to clean bathroom or mop kitchen floor which was always sticky. Dishwasher didn’t work and leaked water onto the floor. a funny place to stay partly residential, on my stay it was quiet but being on ground floor could not keep windows open as reception advised me not to !! rooms are spacious, No sofa to sit on but ok, room was tired and in need of a few quid to spruce it up a little bit, no room service until check out day, so if you are cooking get a spare bin bag as the bin is small, convenient to metro 2 min walk passing a supermarket, wifi was a decent connection.

Only good thing about this hotel is the train stop right outside. Not worth the price. The staff spoke and understood English but decided to try and communicate with me only in French. Very rude when asked for help. My room key became de-magnetized and when asked for help, they fixed the key but threw them back to me. For anyone that doesn't speak French, I strongly recommend that you stay away.

This place is a good deal if you are self-sufficient and don't need pampering. It was cheaper than Airbnb places in the neighborhood and, even better, wasn't cluttered with someone else's knickknacks and other crap, has cleaning service available on the days you choose (replenished toilet paper and fresh towels those days), and has a real bed instead of a cheap, back-destroying futon.

Very convenient to the Metro, a full-blown grocery store on the ground floor (Casino, which kinda sucks - crappy baguettes, somewhat battered produce, verrrry slow cashiers, but it will get you by; 5 minute's walk to the nicer Leclerc), a very decent restaurant, Le KB, a few blocks toward Paris.

It's not a five star hotel, it's an efficiency apartment. Keep track of your toilet paper stock and go downstairs to the store with a euro before you run out.
The Parisians I know don't do A/C. This hotel does not either. If you come in summer, be prepared to perspire. Nobody will care; it's the norm. Drink lots of water, close the shades during the day, open the windows at night. And bring earplugs - it's a busy street with obnoxious idiots racing scooters and motorbikes late on Friday and Saturday nights. There are a few homeless people constantly outside the grocery store, just like in the good ol' USA. I was a bit wary but they never pestered me.

I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. They were patient with my lousy French & even helped me with it. They spoke English well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we knew where we were going, with maps when needed. The room itself was very good, clean and comfortable. The water pressure was quite low, nothing that we couldn’t deal with. The breakfast was good and fairly reasonably priced. It was a benefit to be beside the food store. We needed a fan to help with the heat, but everything else was good.

Overall The accommodations are acceptable . Cleansiness is suspect at best. We chose this hotel given its proximity to our friends house and the acess to metro and a supermarket under the hotel. Hotel staff are not very helpful or knowledgable. You need to provide a lot of the essentials like toilet paper and soup as they don't leave enough supplies for the week.

The hotel will ask for a deposit of 150€ that they will never give you back (for ridiculous reason, real theafs!!) I found then that most people in comments says that they never been refunded too but it was late :(
The personal is very rude and non respectful.
The hotel is dirty and smell very bad! It is hard to find, no free parking and far from accommodations.

Airconditioning was broken in all rooms, elevators were down, parking and city taxes are extra, breakfast is extra. The parking is a nightmare to get in and out with a larger vehicle. The hallway from the garage to the lobby was used as open toilet as well as the staircase to our room (5floors up). The only good thing's are that the beds are comfortable and the metro station (which we didn't need) is close by.

The hotel didnt have aircon in any of the rooms - shocking!!! Luckily they gave us a fan as it was too late to book another hotel and we had already moved from a different hotel as the other hotel (Best Western Le 18) was so small that only one person could fit on the bed.

Convenient & Spacious Hotel

Rooms were spacious, well kept and quite clean. The kitchenette is well kitted out and there is a supermarket next door so very convenient. Excellent access to the Metro as the Leo-Lagrange station is right outside! Only downside is that you have to pay for wifi in the rooms and it can be quite slow.

Nice place for a Paris adventure.

We had a three bedroom apartment with kitchenette. It was very spacious and we had a view of the neighborhood. There was a good value here. A few little things needed attention on arrival but they were quickly taken care of by staff and our 5 day stay was very nice indeed. Although we did not use it, there was a full breakfast area beneath reception. The metro was just a few steps from the door and it was on line 7 that took you right downtown or to the Louvre or connected with any other line, very easy and cheap. It was not as crowded as one might think and very comfortable seating. We were able to go anywhere we needed much more quickly than surface transportation. With the windows open it was a little noisy from the street noise but closed it was very quiet...good windows! Would we stay here again? Most certainly.

Very convenient location just outside of Paris. Short subway ride to most tourist attractions. The room is like an apartment with two rooms and basic conveniences. They could work a bit on decorations around the room and building. It was affordable and comfortable enough although one more pillow per person would have been awesome.

Don't recommend to friends/family

I recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel and was a bit disappointed by the overall experience.

First the positives: 1. Easy to find and travel to/from Orly Airport via tram/metro (line 7). The room, while quite plain, was very clean. 3. The staff were pleasant (but not always very helpful). 4. Metro station and grocery store within 5 minute walk. 4. Kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave.

Now the negatives: 1. Requested a room with a bath-tub (not just a stand up shower) but never received it even after switching to a new room that was supposed to have a bath-tub but only had a shower. 2. The area after dark is a bit dodgy, yelling and fighting one night, a used condom on the outside of my windowsill and more lying on the ground just below my window --disgusting! 3. Kitchenette was very limited if you wanted to actually cook something (1st room had neither pot nor pan, 2nd room had 1 fork and 1 spoon for cutlery). 4. The metro line #7 is the only one that comes to this area so if it goes down like it did during my stay, it's very difficult to get back to the hotel.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family. There are much better places to stay in the same price range. Note: I did not try the continental breakfast that was available for purchase so I can not comment on that.

We stayed 5 nights with our 18 month daughter. The room and the wifi connection was ok. The hotel is just above a supermarket which came quite handy for us. The neighbourhood is not so nice but its easy to travel with the metro. One problem was that of the stroller. The metro station did not have an elevator so we had to carry the stroller.

It was a nice experience. Positives: Big spacious room, clean, has lift, close to metro station, calm, isolated, no noise. Negatives: cleaning happens once a week, no safe, far from city center, expensive, small shower/toilet.

You get what you pay for

I chose this hotel since it seemed to provide good quality for the prices they charge. Overall, I was rather disappointed.

My cons:
- although I requested an early check in when I booked the room and hotel did not denied it, when I arrived there the receptionist seemed almost enjoining denying my request at different times. Eventually, I managed to check in at 15.15 after arriving from US at the hotel around 9 a.m.
- pictures of your reserved room do not have many in common with the actual accommodation, which is much smaller;
- although my room had a kitchenette, cutlery was missing and no boiling pot was available. When requested, I got a coffee maker, which was defective
- telephone and night lamps were decorative since they were not plugged in and plugging was not possible without moving the furniture. Also some improvised wiring was present with the lamps
- aeration in the restroom was defective and it seems the room's water heater was calibrated to allow only one hot shower a day. Second one was done with colder and colder water
- air conditioning was not installed in my room
- TV set had only few programs, French exclusive
- I stayed 4 days there. During my staying room was not cleaned and garbage was not picked up
- slamming doors after midnight and very loud talking was usual

My pros:
- hotel is conveniently located next to a supermarket and a metro station
- hotel seems to be fairly new with furniture and carpets in good shape

Very poor Customer Services

Park Suited doesn't exist anymore. Appart'City staffs are very rude and the customer service is very poor. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there even for one day.
The sink in the bath and basin was block. Poor hygiene and above all very poor internet(WiFi) service

Hotel tres bien situé : metro, supermarche, resto etc au pied de l'hôtel.
Receptionniste tres sympathique.
Chambre (327) au calme, tres spacieuse. Lit double confortable, le canape lit un peu moins.
Petit bemol: equipement cuisine 1 peu reduit. l'hôtel a besoin d'un rafraichissement dans les chambres ( meubles abîmés vieillissants notamment la salle de bainmmoins.
