Great Service!

I booked this hotel without knowing the area and was disappointed to find a lack of shops or interesting things around the hotel. It is next to a cancer hospital and many of the hotel residents are here because of that. But upon arrival, I was immediately greeted with extremely helpful staff, most of whom could speak to some level of English for me and I felt very welcome. I liked this hotel so much that I canceled a booking at a hotel closer to the city center and returned here. They are so friendly and helpful that I see them more as friends than hotel staff. If you are looking for excitement and nightlife this might not be your hotel. But if you want something clean, friendly, and quiet with a very nice outside patio, this is your place.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, even though I speak English and not French. I think most of their customers need a place to stay near the cancer center across the street. I found this in a random search and had a fantastic experience. They have a wonderful patio just outside the lobby which is very spacious and comfortable.

Room too small for two beds

The room was too small with two beds dress only with a white blanket and no pillows. The room looked old and not inviting. We arrived after midnight, so no able to change to another hotel, plus I made the reservation for two days with not a choice to cancel. There was not a blow dryer or a iron, you can request any of the two with a $20 deposit. They return your deposit after you return the items with no problem. Breakfast was good and they have a well stock bar. Staff were very helpful.

Served a purpose - would not go back.

My wife stayed and found the hotel a little underwhelming. She was sent to her room to find it was not completely ready. Description said she could be lent a hair dryer and in the whole four nights they never came back with one because they said they had run out. She bumped into a fellow traveller who waited a half hour downstairs at midnight to be given an extra blanket. On the last day - one of the light switches stopped working. On the plus side - it was clean and near the hospital.

Hotel staff was friendly. I like the lobby area. My only complaint would be that the walls are thin and I could hear everything going on I. The neighboring rooms. The view was spectacular! Seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle over Paris was a dream come true.

The hotel itself was fine, nice room, wifi, friendly staff, clean, comfortable, no complaints regarding the room or staff. The price was good which was my reason for booking. The restaurant could do with a bit more variety and maybe longer opening hours. The location was hard to find, taxi drivers took a while to find it. It was a little further from Central Paris than we would have preferred.

Stop a night at Campanile Villejuif

i stopped a night at Campanile Villejuif hotel. the hotel was about the average and far from the center of Paris. nothing nearby (by walking) the hotel same as supermarket or restaurants. the air condition was hot!!. the hotel is clean but its need to decorate or renew. there were alot of free parking outside and in front of hotel reception door but to be honest the hotel parking were inside the hotel wall and more secure.

Expensive for what it is

It was only one night stay over the weekend. Paid 69 euro without breakfast, breaksfast was an extra 9.99 euro but choice was very small. Room was clean, small but enough for one person, would be too tight for two people sharing. Some staff was very friendly and helpful others quite rude. Hotel has restaurant. Loads of things on the menue were not available, but what was available was good enough for a tired and very hungry person. Overall i would recommend this hotel but at lower price.

Balance between price (in Paris) and Metro access

Overall the room was a bit small, but clean. Also the hotel is close to the 162 and 58 bus lines so it's easy to catch the bus to the Metro (RER) terminal for those who want to catch the \"B\" line into Paris. The hard part we found was getting home, as the bus runs until 5:00PM and then after that we walked back each night. It's a 1 mile (22 minute) walk which is nice, but theneighborhood was a bit dirty. Rhere are acouple of small grocery stores on the walk back from the Metro and buying snack food there helped to save money overall.

Price for the hotel was good (for Paris), but next time I would try to stay closer to a major Metro station just to make transportation easier for the family.

great hotel!internet was hard to get,a lil far from city centre but if u arent rich an know how to work the train system wch is easier than the london train system then its all good. took day pack into city centre an stayed in there all day just had to walk 1/2hour to train station from hotel but its good to explore all france streets

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel for several reasons. 1) The service was wonderful. 2) The rooms were comfortable and clean, and 3) there was a restaurant, free wi-fi, and free luggage storage. The only downside was that the hotel is kind of far from the Metro (although it's close to bus 162). Also, there is a creepy hospital nearby.

My wife and I were very happy with the Hotel overall. Staff were very helpful. Our only major observation was that we would have expected better attention to the breakfasts. I know 9 euros each doesn't seem much, but small dishes of fruit salad do not go far, especially on two mornings when there was a coach party and they seemed to consume everything in sight, leaving a very poor selection for the other visitors.Four Night Stay

L'ensemble est tres moyen.

Tres bonne literie, douche toute petite, les WC sont fissurés, lavabo très bas... quand on est grand cest pas top.
Au ptit dej, le jambon est du bas de gamme, gonfle a leau et donc plein d'additifs chimiques... vraiment tres déçu.
Les viennoiseries de type industrielles sont grasses, de qualite assez douteuse.
Les chambres sont renovees avec des moulires electriques partout, digne dun hôtel bas de gamme.
En conclusion: beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations proposees.
Je retiens comme points positifs un lit king size tres moelleux et des oreillers d'un excellent confort.

Petit déjeuné cher pour la qualité et le choix (même prix qu'un Ibis mais avec beaucoup moins de choix). Je n'était pas en fin de service.
Idem pour le diner, le buffet, c'est cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé (cela ne vaut pas un diner dans un restaurant pour le même prix). Autant se faire livrer son repas..
La climatisation de la chambre marche très mal et refroidit peu la chambre.

Wir haben im Hotel für 3 Nächte 3 Zimmer gemietet und sind mit Großem und Ganzen sind wir zufrieden geblieben. Aus unseren allen drei Zimmern hat man guten Ausblick über Paris auf den Eiffelturm gehabt. Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis würden wir gut bezeichnen.
Man soll nur nicht auf Zimmerservice für 5 EUR verzichten, es lohnt sich nur für eine Übernachtung, danach kriegt man keine Tücher.
Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze im offenen Hoff, allso es lohnt nicht wirklich ein Parkplatz extra zu Mieten.
Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln braucht man ca. halbe Stunde bis Zentrum von Paris (Zone 3, Tagesticket kostet 10 EUR). Trotzdem es ist schneller und günstiger als mit eigenem PKW.

Quiproquo autour du petit-déjeuner: inclus ou pas? A mon arrivée, je dis au réceptionniste que le petit-déjeuner est inclus, le réceptionniste me dit que non. Le dernier jour lors de mon départ, un autre réceptionniste me demande si j'avais apprécié mon séjour et le petit-déjeuner. Je dis que je ne l'avais pas pris à l'hôtel vu qu'il n'était pas inclus. Il vérifie et me dit qu'il était bien inclus et que c'était dommage mais qu'il ne pouvait pas faire une compensation vu que c'était un forfait. Dommage pour mon portefeuille, j'ai pris mon petit-déjeuner à l'extérieur !!!

Nous avons dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel faute de pouvoir nous déplacer ailleurs... Quelle agréable surprise : personnel attentif, dévoué, adorable et encore plus inattendu, une cuisine simple mais fraiche, et délicieuse. Si j'habitais dans le quartier, j'y retournerais volontiers.

Nous sommes arrivé dans une chambre où la moquette n'était pas en bon état , de plus elle n'était pas propre.
La sale de bain ... , une baignoire avec des éclats au fond.
Les lamelles de la clim était immaculées de poussière ... Sachant que nous sommes en pleine épidémie de Covid , l'hôtel aurait dû faire en sorte que les chambres et la clim soient propre . Vraiment très déçu !!! De plus en rpartant le matin , nous avons constaté que les plateaux des petits déjeuner ( plateaux ramassés dans les chambres) étaient empilé à même le sol dans le couloir qui mène aux chambres . Pour un 3 étoiles ..... ça laisse à désirer !!! Honteux !!!

Mon séjour a été triste, il faut attendre longtemps à l'accueil avant que quelqu'un daigne venir m'enregistrer ou pour les renseignements etc. La salle de bain très salle surtout la faïence de la salle de bain. le siphon de la baignoire dégage une odeur nauséabonde etc. C'est dommage pour une 3 étoile. Parfois, c'est la serveuse qui répond aux besoins à la place de la réceptionniste, parce que tout simplement, il ou elle n'est pas là!

Je n ai pas apprécié le petit déjeuner. L établissement avait rencontré un soucis de livraison donc aucun jus de fruit n était présenté.
Le café est de mauvaise qualité.
La terrasse est peu mise en avant ( tables sales, fauteuils cassés, cendriers plein)
Nous avons pris l apéro. Le service a été long et boisson chère ( un verre de mousseux 9,50E)

Acceuil parfait, a l écoute. Chambre et hôtel vétuste, dans la chambre climatisation fonctionne mais ne rafraîchie pas du tout, rideau de fenêtre délabré, les boutons de la télécommande ne fonctionnent pas tous. 1 grande serviette par personne, pas de petite serviette.
Mais La propreté reste correcte.
Ce qui concerne le restaurant, peu de choix uniquement ce qui est indiqué sur l ardoise soit des noix de st Jacques surgelés, cuit et recuit, de La viande de bœuf qui était déjà précuite, entassée sur une assiette, cela ne donnait absolument pas envie, et un hamburger qui était bon. Même pas de buffet
Le petit déjeuner bien limité , pas de fruit, pas de céréale, pour le salé uniquement du jambon et un peu de fromage, pas de jus d orange, une sorte de yaourt...
Je séjourne régulièrement dans les campaniles, et la j étais vraiment déçue.

La réception nous a appelé à 21h10 pour nous dire que notre chambre avait été l'objet de fuites et nous a proposé une chambre porte d'italie. En fait, après avoir soulevé plutot un problème de surbooking, celui ci nous a dit que c'était effectivement iun problème. Conclusion : pour satisfaire d'autres et compte tenu que nous arrivions plus tard, nous avons fait les frais de votre arbitrage.Belle conception du service client !!!!

Salle de bain sale , radin sur toutes les prestations.
Wc bouchés, porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas, 3 sachets de Sucre pour 4 boissons chaudes. Bruyant.
