Our room was soo hot. The air conditioning was not working asked staff to fix it he said he will come back but no help at all.

Bed was alright but nowhere did it say that the shower would be inside the room. It had zero privacy and the toilet was a separate small box and the glass door on the shower had a hole for a handle and was see through.
Also an issue with the staff was that nobody had told us about paying up front “city tax” on the hotel room, which ended up being €50. Overall cramped room but it would be okay for couples.
As for the area, nice things nearby i.e the tram, fast food options close and metro is a 20 minute walk. Quiet area in general, mainly for french speaking people.

I arrived late and was given room 120, which had a mixer tap in sink that was not connected to the basin and the shower door could not slide shut; also there was no soap dish.
However the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Yes it was cheap hotel in price but your really like in the middle of nowhere everything you want to do is like 40min away by public transport. And the room was so hot and we couldn’t change the thermostat to lower than 18 degrees when it was 25 degrees outside

The room was tiny and there was not enough space for two people. The room service was not satisfactory, the bed sheets were not changed in 5days even when we requested for it. The floor was not mopped in 5 days.We requested for the room upgrade at our arrival but the staff told us we will lose the whole money that we paid for our room and they will charge us the whole money for the new room.

The fire alarm went off at 8 nearly every morning, and the morning it didn’t we were woken up to extremely loud construction noise in the room next door which we were not warned about, along with the water being turned off, which we were again not warned about. The overall place was fine but the alarms and lack of water really is something we should have been warned off as we couldn’t even use the bathroom.

It is close to tram 7 station, but it is in front of the railway and a busy street so it is very loud even if you close the window of your room, you can also here sirens from time to time. The room is very hot in the summer there’s no airconditioning, no fan available. So be prepared to deal with the heat. Wifi is slow. Cable TV is only in french. Breakfast were just limited types of pastries and jams, and some cereals.
One of the staff was rude and arrogant. He speaks french when he want to say things that aren’t nice. I’m glad I am with a french speaking friend so he understood what he said.
Over all I do not recommend this place during summertime. Quite far from the city with busy metro lines.

I understand the name states its a budget hotel. However there should be minimum standards. Staff were pleasant but check-in was delayed and then we had to settle for double bed even though we specifically booked twin bed as we were told the twin room would be a further 10min delay so realiticly 15-20min. We were extremely exhausted already from out early flight and travel to hotel so could not wait further and settled for the double bed.
The room was very small even for 2 people, very minimal storage space. Very disappointed as i have stayed in travelodge and premier inn previously which in comparison to this hotel would be a 5 star.

Online it says one can checkin yourself however confirmed by staff there is no checkin machine there.
The morning I left I was helped by a staff from the Ibis hotel next door (I stayed the the Ibis Budget hotel) who was really helpful at 05 in the morning.
The walk from the hotel to the tramway is not next door, with bags please plan for 10min walk up the road.

Comfortable but far away from the city center. At least for a week stay, it wasn't the best location, spending 30 min to go and another to come back taking the tram and metro. There was no hair dryer in the room. Even being a budget hotel, that's a basic thing. Wi-fi very unstable, overall it was ok but and believe more suitable for a short stay.

Stayed there for a long layover at Paris Orly airport. Hotel is very conveniently located - easy ride on a direct tram line from the airport. Very friendly staff allowed an early check in

Great hotel for the price. The rooms were clean and serviced each morning. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke English. Nordin in particular who worked in reception provided excellent customer service, polite, helpful, and always answering to our questions and needs with a smile on his face. The hotel itself is walking distance from fast food chains and super markets and a mall. The tram is 5 minute walk and then another few minutes to the metro. From there traveling by metro and train in France Paris is simple and has an efficient service. We purchased a 3 day travel card which can be used on buses, trams, metro and trains for zone 1-5 so there were no issues hopping on and off anywhere as we pleased. We saw all the sites in our visit from traveling by metro and returned to the hotel in the evening. If this is the case for anyone then I will recommend, a great affordable place to stay whilst out all day site seeing.

Nouveauté mise en place il y a 1 semaine sans avoir pris la peine d'envoyer un mail au client au préalable pour prévenir. Sans carte bleu, vous ne pourrez pas accéder à votre chambre.
L'état des chambres étant restitué uniquement par la bonne parole de la femme de ménage...croisez les doigts pour revoir vos 100€.
Je leur ai alors rappelé que lorsqu'on se permet de demander une caution, un état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie se doit d'être opéré, ce qu'ils ont refusé bien entendu.

Ayant un véhicule de plus 1,90m de haut j ai demander a l hôtesses d accueil de bien vouloir m accorder l’ouverture du parking qu ils ont derrière. Ayant 4 enfants et aucune place à proximité je pense ne rien demander de difficile et bien elle n a même pas bouger pour regarder si il était possible de faire quelque chose nous avons dû chercher une place pendant plus d une heure. Pareil pour la monnaie, elle ne rend pas ce qu il faut et en réponse elle te dit, je n ai pas de monnaie dans ma caisse. J ai trouver l accueil limite, dommage on a été séduit par la chambre même si il n y a pas assez de couverture pour les couchages. Mais bon le concept est vraiment bien.
