The room was freezing cold and took a long time to warm up. The desk attendant came up to my room and indicated that the heater was working but it would require more time. I asked for a blanket and he said I could not have one.
Hair dryer did not work.
Phone was filthy and no one ever answered when i called down for help.

Shuttle is a shared bus to several hotels. Not reliable for airport pickup as hard to find and french people don’t want to speak English. Breakfast is pretty much croissants and some cereal. No meat and nothing like the pictures. No other close eating options so it is what it is. Not bad fo the price or a one night stay but not longer than that.

There are 2 B&B hotels very adjacent to each other. One doesn't have reception, only has selfcheckin kiosk. No proper direction or marking to find the one which i reserved. I was roaming with big bag & trolley for 20 mins to find the right hotel.. Please have a clear English written signboard to find 2 star & 3 star hotel. Night time the place is very secluded

No drinking water, no drinking water! After a long day of travel there was no water. No one to sell me water and no vending machine to buy water. I had to walk to a McDonald’s for a cup of water. At least offer a glass to get water from tap. It was ridiculous. Offer a bottle of water please.

We had an awful experience from arrival to departure.
- When we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes because there was no staff in the front desk.
- The room was smelly
- The bathroom was dirty
- The shower head was broken
- The bed sheets were dirty
- The room amenities are old
- We purchased the room with breakfast and could only get hot chocolate with a croissant because there were no eggs and everything else had run out and it was a Sunday at 7 AM.

This is not a 3 stars hotel. Overall, this was by far the works hotel stay experience I have had.

Stayed here to catch a flight in the morning. Room was clean, well decorated, staff was friendly and helpful. If you have a car, there is plenty of parking in the property behind closed gates. Breakfast was good, but you need to be there early. We came out around 7:30 am and a lot of food was gone, still had some good options.

BOB-W has amazing location in Oslo - right next to the happening street of Karl Johans gate. Everything is at walking distance from this place.

The room was clean and the beds were made for 4 people as mentioned in our booking. It was very thoughtful to keep a few chocolates and also coffee for the guests. One minor issue was that the bathroom door wouldn't lock. The shower area was perfect and the toiletries kept were of high quality.


The check-in experience was seamless.

Only one downside is that there is no parking, and the parking costs a lot in this area (We found one open air parking about 400-500 m from the hotel for 200 kroner per night)

This hotel isn't a building like others. It's a prefabricated structure, which means it's cheaply made. Walls are thin , no concrete non mortars and cement. You tap on the wall and you feel the plastic.
This is a joke and a cheap way to make money. The rooms are like prison stalls. There is nothing inside the room. No tables, no closets, just wood boards put together to make it look like fixtures and accessories and furnitures. The builders or the investors are basic cheating us by telling us that those are hotels. Nope, those are stalls fit for prisoners and maybe temporary shelters. Hotels across the street are real hotels. That one B&B and the like are not . Shame on Expedia for participating with the investors who happened to be none than Goldman sachs. People milking company, and dishonest hotels owners. By the way they own 700 of these hotels. I can't imagine the money they are making.

Quick trip

We spent the night here to catch an early flight. It was great that the airport shuttle was just in back of the hotel. Mcdonald’s was next to it if you needed to grab something to eat. Hotel was nice, only thing was we got a smoker room and you can smell it.

The receptionist was very helpful and found us a room at the other bandb hotel, smaller room, not enough towels. Not very clear information, they kept telling we would get the information about breakfast and shuttle to the airport at the other hotel, there was no receptionist at the other hotel. They close the reception at 10PM. But clean and newly renovated, and breakfast ok.

Mon séjour de 2 nuits s’est globalement bien passé. La chambre était confortable, avec un lit agréable et un bureau pratique, même si une prise électrique proche aurait été un plus. Le petit déjeuner était correct et le personnel sympathique.

Cependant, à mon arrivée, la chambre était très chaude, ce qui n’est pas idéal pour dormir : la température idéale est d’environ 18°C, ce qui permet aussi d’éviter une consommation d’énergie excessive. La chambre était aussi assez sombre, et j’ai entendu des bruits bizarres venant de la salle de bain, probablement des canalisations, ce qui pouvait être un peu gênant.

Malgré ces petits désagréments, j’ai apprécié mon séjour. Quelques améliorations sur la gestion de la température, la luminosité et l’insonorisation rendraient l’expérience encore plus agréable.

J’ai été très déçu par l’accueil dans cet hôtel. La personne à la réception m’a parlé d’une manière vulgaire et peu professionnelle. En plus, il m’a fait attendre plus de 30 minutes simplement pour imprimer ma facture.
L’état des toilettes de la chambre était également inacceptable : la cuvette était sale et la pièce très sombre, une des lampes du miroir étant hors service.
Un vrai manque de sérieux et de respect envers les clients.

Hôtel qui relève plus d'un 2 étoiles qu'un 3 étoiles.
Les plus : La réceptionniste a été très agréable et souriante, la chambre est de taille correcte, grand parking gratuit pour la nuit.
Les moins : Finitions de la salle d'eau très grossières, propreté (notamment des WC) moyenne, et choix au petit déjeuner plutôt limité avec une faible qualité de certains produits proposés.

Hotel de fácil acesso para aeroporto de ORLY. Quarto de bom tamanho.

Cama boa simples, boa para 1 pernoite. Travesseiros muito altos, dificultando muito uma noite de sono razoável.

Ficamos só 1 noite, e achei o hotel confortável, limpo, cheiroso. A atendente falava português e foi ótimo. Pegamos o transfer de e para o aeroporto, super fácil e tranquilo. No aeroporto é só ir para a parada de ônibus D1, da green Line. Eles deixam de graça pertinho do hotel, na frente de um íbis, e da pra ir andando rapidinho até o hotel. E para voltar é só ver o horário que sai, na recepção eles já mostram a tabela de horários. Foi muito bom.
