We arrived at this hotel at around 11.45pm to find that they did not even have my booking in the system. I showed the confirmation for 2 rooms but they only had one.
Whilst the staff were helpful, this was not acceptable to have booked and paid for a room and the hotel not to have a record of it.
We were also advised to book a transfer at 5am to the airport as there were 6 of us despite advertising and airport transfer as being available.
I finally got a room and it was one double bed instead of a twin room I booked so my 18 year old son and I had to share a bed and then I had to pay to get back to the airport at 5am as even though airport shuttle is advertised it is a small hopper that goes between several hotels and cannot be reserved so there is no guarantee of a seat.
Whilst the staff were helpful, this was not acceptable to have booked and paid for a room and the hotel not to have a record of it.

The staff, I am not sure of their names, were outstanding. They helped us when our booking was messed up, helped us understand the metro system, and ordered us a taxi for the next day. Being in a foreign city when already frustrated, the staff helped make it better.

Housekeeping tried to steal my Husband’s luggage. We went to do the checkout and my husband forgot his luggage in the room. He went back in less than 5 min and his luggage was gone. The guy in customer service said he could not do anything, all he could do is just make a report. Long story short. I threaten them with the police and magically the luggage appeared in the room again. Hilton do better!!

Location, is like a ghost city, very expensive, 2 cheese burgers with fries and 2 sodas $68.00. No coffee in the rooms, you have to pay for the coffee in lobby. no toilet paper in the room, the Manager was very rude. At cheeck out my nephew's was luggage got missing, when we asked to call the police all a sudden appears.

The front desk person was cold. The worst of it, we booked this hotel was due to our next morning early flight. We were offered a free shuttle which would fit to our needs when we booked the hotel. However, the shuttle never came next early morning even though we had waited 40 minutes after the shuttle schedule. We waited outside the hotel 15 minutes before the shuttle should come. We had to take the offer from drive by cars who asked for $20 Euro per person for 2 miles. Those pick up service is unsafe because they are not registered taxi, nobody know who those people are. But we had no choice, otherwise we would be late for our flight. It was certainly a terrible experience.

1.Expedia’s listed free hotel airport shuttle wasn’t provided.
The hotel said they had a shuttle only to Orly Airport not to Charles DeGaulle where our flights were. Calls/emails/chats with Expedia/Hilton guest assistance/hotel staff resulted in my being told the hotel did offer service to CDG , only offered it to Orly and offered it not at all. The result was there was no shuttle service and my only choice was an expensive taxi.
2.Very poor hotel location in a giant industrial park devoid of stores and restaurants.
An hour trip by tram/subway needed to reach cafes, tourist spots or even a store to buy bread. Expedia/Hilton knew we were 1st time Paris tourists. A partial refund request to move to a suitable hotel took 3 days of chats/emails, Expedia and Hilton pointing fingers at each other. Expedia said no, the hotel said nothing. They said we could pay for another hotel while paying their full charge!
3.Every night we had to ask for toilet paper, bottled water, coffee and towels. Bed making, shower cleaning and linen changes had to be requested.
4.Lack of standard services and assistance
No tourist literature or lobby store, only a wall of Pringles and suckers.
Staff said it would take 4 days for help with TV/luggage with a faulty lock. They could not provide items like a comb, the rooms did not provide things like pen and paper.
