Good access to Orly, has a bus stop nearby, Staff was friendly, accomodating, and speaks english. Restaurant had excellent food, and serves pizza during afterhours for convenience. However, our Airconditioning unit never worked. we let the window open to let the cool october air inside. There was no refrigerator for those with medication that needs cool storage (we brought our own cooler). It is more of a quick stop for EU drivers than a vacation hotel. We needed better access to Orly so we chose this hotel for our trip but would suggest international tourists to look somewhere closer to the city, and always double check AC advertised

Flight got cancelled st CDG airport and we made a last minute booking late in the evening. Check in perfectly fine and all staff were great and helpful. Shuttle to Orly airport in the morning. Rooms are comfortable, clean and close to the airport.

Nice clean hotel but the view on the picture isn’t the same like the hotel. The room were clean and well tidy. I wasn’t impress with the look when I first saw the hotel but the reception was so helpful… if u compare the view on the front property on the picture with the actual view trust u will be dissapointed when u get there. Staff were nice like I said but only the front view wasn’t looking as expected

Worst Hotel in Paris

I had placed a no disturb sign on my door bc I didn’t want anyone going into my room. Came back to find the housekeeper inside. I asked why she was there when I specifically put the sign up. She said it’s OK - went sightseeing, returned at 1:30am to find $500 missing. Management gave the run around and even went to the police to file a report. I do not expect a good outcome. Whatever you do DO NOT stay here. Rude, unfriendly and unprofessional staff.

It is the worst hotel in my life, and I do not recommend it to anyone, it does not have light in the corridors, it does not have a micro, refrigerator, iron, or water. The restaurant doesn't work, the breakfast is disgusting, the elevator is for only one person, and around it there is no kind of commerce, this kind of hotel should not appear on the required page, rent for 7 days and I couldn't stay one day I had to leave, and they didn't give me back any penny, they are pickpockets, thieves.

Worse hotel ever

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. We booked so we could be close to the airport for an early morning flight. The hotel and hotel.com app says they provide shuttle service, however that is only during certain hours, which is not explained on the website. We requested a taxi pick up when we found this out and when we went downstairs at 3 am the hotel didn’t even call an approved taxi. It was a random guy. There is no way this hotel should be listed as a 3 star. Everything was is poor shape, the walls were so thin you could hear everything. The staff was not friendly. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Single beds that are made for kids are not comfortable. After changing rooms three times still did not sleep all night. If you’re a couple and you like to sleep together do not go there. And the noise at night time is unreal

Basic and comfortable hotel for solo travelers

I arrived at the hotel late at night. Ordered a burger that I brought with me to my room instead of eating at the restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Check-in and check-out was very easy. The hotel also provides shuttle service to the airport.

Very friendly helpful staff. The room was more like a hostel than a hotel which is not a problem when in transit. Very clean room which needs updating. The bathroom needs some improvement. The glass partition for the shower leaked all over the floor and there is some damp on the ceiling but otherwise a nice little bathroom. I was quite comfortable using and I am normally very sensitive when it comes to bathrooms.
A bus collected me from the airport and dropped me back again the next day wiyh prior notice.
I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely visit again.

I chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle they offer allowing me to ditch my car rental and just taking the shuttle the next morning. After checking in discovered shuttle only operates between 6:45AM - 11AM. Useless service for morning flights due to the need to get to the airport early. Had to keep my car and mess with it the next morning (5:30am) before getting to the check in counter.

No toilet paper was in the bathroom and only discovered at the 'wrong moment.'

Fire alarm went off at approx 9PM and screamed for about 20 minutes before being turned off. Inexplicable.

The quality of the hotel did not leave me confident about their restaurant and food prep so didn't eat there.

Friendly staff and a nice enough place to stay for the price. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle, but just be aware that it ran late there and back when I stayed, only by about 10 or 15 mins so not too bad but just something to bare in mind. Overall a basic hotel which could do with modernising but clean and tidy.

Flight cancelled place to crash for 1 night

The customer service is nice. There is an airport shuttle from the hotel to Orly airport. My flight was cancelled and I needed a place to crash for the night. The hotel provided a hot shower, bed and peace of mind for the night. I don't recommend staying longer than a night. The place is very simple, clean (enough) and close to Orly airport. The front desk manager speaks French and English. The place is going through renovations and is budget friendly

Very close to Orly airport and bus TMV passes by

Euro hotel is just about right for whoever is traveling from or through Orly airport. It's away from the city and shopping centers but with the bus passing right in front, those areas are easily accessible. Also, the shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient. We made use of it! Just make sure you understand their hours of operation for the free service.

This hotel was very far from Paris.

Staff in this hotel were not very helpful. This hotel is very far from Paris and every day when we needed a taxi the front desk person would call taxi for us but the car did not have a taxi sign on the top or a distance meter that would tell us how much we would pay. At one point I saw the driver shaking hands with the front desk person and with his shake passed him some coins, this really made me wonder if the front desk person was getting some money from the driver because we were being charge a lot to get to Paris. Every time we asked for a taxi to Paris we were being charge from 40 to 60 Euros which I thought was a lot. Also when I booked this hotel I included a breakfast buffet, that was not a buffet, it was only coffee and bread. I will never booked this hotel ever again. Also, the shuttle did not picked us up at airport and they charged me 15 Euros to take us to airport because they said it was after 10:00 am. that was not mentioned when I made reservation. Hated the place.

Coming from a backpacker... Worst hotel ever!

The regular price, listed in booking and listed at the hotel lobby is $150 per night. Based on that info, and the location of the hotel, which is near a Mercure and a Holiday Inn with similar rates, I concluded that this hotel was a good choice near the Orly Airport. Big mistake!

The hotel is horrible, the service at the lobby is the worst. The clerk yelled at us, because his english wasn't good and he couldn't understand our requests.

The bed is ugly, uncofortable and the bed sheets dirty. We woke up cause 2 rats where running around the room.

In general, it was a very bad experience. We booked 2 nights, at couldn't even spend a few hours. After the rats, we runned out of the place and are still fighting for a refund or something.

The room was ok. I had reserved a double and they gave us a triple. But we made due by pushing the two twins together. The shower was weird, there was a door that only went half way so tons of water got out while you showered which I had to clean up afterwards. The buffet was ok. Not worth 9 EUR though. They had a shuttle bus that picked you up and dropped you off at the airport, otherwise it's a 40 EUR cab ride. The lounge was closed when we arrived which was around midnight. The only reason I booked this hotel was because it was close to the airport.

Hotel locate near the Orly airport , good thing is hotel provide free shuttle from airport to hotel round trip , as I missed my free shuttle cause our flight was landing bit late at 23.00 hours hotel free shuttle timings are 6:45am to 22:45 after that timings very hard to found taxis to this hotel cause it's too near the airport no taxi want to go there if u lucky to get taxi then will be minimum €50 euro local buses closed at 10 on weekdays metro trains works full night but not straight to this hotel , any ways now tell u something about hotel now staff is very helpfull but some of them in reception can't speak English so it's very hard for them to give u much information needed , room are like a budget hotel provide u single beds with dirty blanket on the top , no aircon have fans but not in working condition in summer very hard without aircon we are in May 27 to 30 May was good weather not too hot so we manage that , breakfast in hotel horrible no bread cause them machines not working flyes sitting on the food ,have restaurant in hotel but never tried cause of breakfast wasn't good there so don't want to try ,bar is too small no have much choices , good thing is there a local transport excactly buses outside from hotel take u to train station , then in trains u can travel all over the Paris city & Disneyland but as I mentioned hotel near the Orly airport all tourist attraction to far from hotel so travel cost u lots of money €11.70 to Paris per person €19 to Disneyland .

It was ok, the staff were also ok, apart from the waiter at dinner and breakfast(the same waiter) he was very friendly and efficient. The transfer took almost an hour to arrive at airport to pick us up, when it was a 10 minute journey back to hotel and on website it states 20 minute transfer. Very tired looking hotel, nothing in the vicinity except large dig and furniture stores, wouldn't stay again as there are others in better location at same price.

Lovely hotel for such a low price superb staff

We stayed here after a trip to disneyland. After having a nightmare with the trains back to the airport we missed the free shuttle to the hotel and couldn't find a taxi for under €50 (eventually we got one down to €25). I was with my brother and 9 year old godson by the time we got the hotel we were so stressed tired and starving.

Yahia the night porter was a STAR. He cooked a pizza for us even though the kitchen was closed and fetched us a jug of water without us asking. Even though we hadn't booked the airport shuttle for the morning and spaces were gone he made sure there was room for us before he finished.

The rooms were very basic but clean and the shower was hot and powerful. It was slightly chilly so I would recommend thick pyjamas. A great hotel with free WiFi and transfers I would definitely stay here again!

1st of all I had to wait 45 mins because the receptionist could not find my reservation... Secondly I was hungry and there were nothing left at the restaurant to order... L’accueil a été particulièrement professionnel, chaleureux et efficace. Le personnel est courtois, disponible et très bien organisé. On se sent immédiatement pris en charge avec sérieux et respect.
La propreté est irréprochable, que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans les parties communes. Tout est parfaitement entretenu, soigné et conforme aux standards d’un établissement de qualité.
L’organisation générale et l’agencement des lieux sont très bien pensés. Chambre fonctionnelle, confortable et bien préparée à l’arrivée. Aucun détail n’a été laissé au hasard.
Vraiment un très bon établissement. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Peguei esse hotel pois achei que fosse próximo do aeroporto, mas achei bem longe. De bolt foram 21euros para ir do aeroporto. O barulho de vento nas janelas era insuportável para descansar em paz a noite. O elevador bem antigo e o sistema de senha da porta bem chato. Não tem nada perto, se precisar beber água a do hotel são 3 euros. Para sair e chegar no hotel apenas de transporte particular ou ônibus.
O valor não é tão barato assim para ser tão ruim, deve haver opções melhores pelo mesmo valor na região. Pelas fotos parece ok mas pessoalmente foi assustador.

Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang war nicht besonders freundlich, hat mir sogar die Übernachtungssteuer für drei Personen abverlangt.

On avait demandé le changement d’une ampoule mais le personnel n’est pas revenus

Correct.

En général le couchage est très confortable.Une télévision,des emplacements pour le rangement , la douche et les WC sont parfaitement entretenu donc j'ai passé un séjour heureux 😁.

Inte värt pengarna trots lågt pris

Läget med närhet till Orly flygplats samt enkelt att ta sig in till Paris med buss- tåg och Metro var det enda som var bra med detta hotell.
Dålig service. Smutsigt rum. Slitet och frukosten hade inte mer än absolut nödvändigt. Vi skrev innan till dom och frågade om dom kunde ordna några glutenfria alternativt till frukost när vi bokade men fick då inte ens ett svar. Väl på plats så var det bara kalla handen när vi frågade om det gick att ordna. Nonchalant och taskig service. Det blev till att äta lite fruktkompott, grönkokt ägg och en liten yoghurt trots att vi betalt frullen vid bokning.
