The hotel was very well located, and the complimentary shuttle service to the airport was very convenient. The decor was excellent and the room was clean. My only concern was that the bathroom sink tap was positioned too low.

I like the room. It was neat and up the standard. The staff were respectful and pleasant. The breakfast was good. They need to have complementary water in the room daily. Also, the air conditioner needs to be fixed. It does not cool well. I felt quite uncomfortable even when the AC was on the highest. It was not cooling the room properly.

Clean decent sized room with everything needed. Air con was a god send. Small negatives that the hinge on the bathroom door was broken and very loud traffic out front. Not sure if any form of sound proofing could be done.
Staff were super helpful and extremely friendly across the entire stay.
Free WiFi that actually worked all the time was a huge positive. Overall a very decent place to stay.

We stayed in a classic room and it looked nothing like the photos online. The bathroom was old and dirty, the bathtub was clogged. The room was also super hot, the air conditioning is just weak and doesn't work. they did move us to another room the second night which was better, but still the air coniditioning was not strong enough and it was very difficult to sleep.

There's a sewage smell in the bathroom. The shuttle to the airport was an added perk, although the airport is close the shuttle makes 4-6 stops before heading to the airport.

When you walk into the hotel it seems very nice. However, the air conditioner in the room would not cool down the room. I called the receptionist and she mentioned she would call back. But I ended up calling back and said they could bring me a fan. We went to eat at the restaurant and the pasta was just warm and not fresh. But the bed…the bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. It was not even comfortable to sit on. And the area around the hotel was nowhere you would take a walk. Very industrial area.

Rooms are very tired therefore not super clean. Restaurant is close Friday thru Sunday. Bar drink pretty bad and the most horrible burger EVER aka take ground beef cook it like a goulash then form it in to a patty then add cheese and call it Le Burger…

The food at the restaurant was not good and the service was slow. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken so I could not have coffee in the early morning. They promised me a 6:40pm pickup by the airport shuttle, but by 6:55 it had not arrived so I had to call a taxi or miss my flight. Would not recommend.

This was the worst experience I had. In the checkout the receptionist told me that the payment was only for one night and not 2 nights. I showed that I paied in expedia , she say that in the computer and system, it says that I paied only one night. After 20min she understands that I fully paied. Other point: the check out I make it very early at 5:00 i asked one night before for 2 breakfast boxes because I paied already for breakfast. In the morning I find a buffet for breakfast open, I asked receptionist if we can take breakfast there , she said No this is only for other customers from airline company. I told her ok give me the breakfast boxes I asked yesterday, she gave me only one box , and she told me she can give only one bix per room. In the box there is nothing only small croissant, small juice and small yougurt that s all. No water, i asked her give me at least water and coffee, she said she can not. After I insisted and said I will complain, she gave me only one small bottel of water and let me to go to the bufet just to take coffee. And she was shouting when I went close to bread in order to take sugar and she thought I will eat something from there. This is not acceptable at all. And how as a customer of Expedia and gold member I am treated like that with all family even my small baby and parents. I wait for a reaction from yourside Expedia.

Our room did not look at all like any of the photos, it was very dated. We were only there for one night so wasnt a problem but would have been had we been staying longer. There was a smell in the room too and the bed sheets felt very cheap and uncomfortable. What was not clear prearrival was that the airport shuttle enda at 11pm so we had to find a taxi.
The lobby is really nice, the staff were lovely and the shuttle to the airport was helpful.

Disappointing from Mercure

I had good experience with the Mercure chain but this time the service was disappointing. At first I was given a room with people living in there already. It was an awkward experience for me and the couple living there. Then in the second room I was given, the drainage of the basin was blocked and there was a full basin of dirty water even before I used it. They could only get it right at the third try. I have better expectation from Mercure and I just hope they can maintain the good standard across the branches.

Arrived at the hotel after a long day for a late check-in.The hotel was full!!!! Which doesn’t make sense!!! U book a room and they give it away for somebody else ! The late checkin is till midnight. And i arrived at 11pm.
And still didn’t get my refund!!!!!

I liked the proximity of the Mecure to Orly and the free shuttle bus. The room was large, the air conditioning was great, and I had a view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Everything was in great working order and I especially liked the sliding sun shades--similar to pull-down roller shades, but these moved along a track in the ceiling. Kept the summer sun out of the room.

Our room was clean, and the hotel was well cared for. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately for us the hotel was quite a distance from the sights we were interested in seeing.
The hotel was close to the airport, and provided a shuttle ride to the airport.

I used this as a stop over between long flights. Pleasant staff in all areas. The bed was very hard and lumpy. The pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast was quite good and started at 5:30 giving plenty of time to get to the airport. The airport shuttle took 25 min and was every 40 minutes in coming by at my usage time. The driver was very helpful. The room was very basic . Good shower. I would plan on using this again if the bed was improved but, as it is, it's
a deal breaker.

Everything was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Plenty of space, especially compared with the norm in Europe. Close to the airport with an easy shuttle. Also close to a bus stop to take us into Paris to the Renfert station in 45 minutes. Did not like that there were no vending machines for a drink or snacks. I had to go to a next door hotel for that. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was good but took forever. Waiter apologized but we think he forgot to turn the order in. He said he wouldn't forget and would take care of us. He didn't as they charged us the full price of the meal and even 5 euro for one liter of water. That was crazy. I was pretty upset about that but I don't know enough French to argue.

We were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. The room was very pleasant and we enjoyed our evening meal. As always seems to be the case the cod was no longer available and we had the sea bass instead. We accompanied this with a pleasant wine. Breakfast was a little disappointing, as the chocolate arrived in packet form and the ham was spam. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here on our way down to the south of France. Room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely with a view of the city.
Our Daughter loved the table tennis and table football in the lobby and the dog was made to feel welcome too.

Suitable hotel near airport

If we had known which shuttle to take, we could have saved the 30€ cabfare. Look for Ibis shuttle, it's on the same route. Twin beds were very firm and pillows thin. The restaurant was nice and reasonably priced.
This hotel area is near nothing but the airport.

Turned up st hotel at 9.30pm only to find they were full even though we had confirmation in our hand. We were late arrivals so they used the excuse we needed to confirm by 6pm which is completely untrue as our paperwork said checking in was up to midnight. Eventually they found us two rooms but it was totally unacceptable.

1. Pilllows are poor quality and flimsy.
2. It would be helpful if hotel reception staff announced the arrival of shuttle bus to the airport as you can’t see it arrive from the lobby. I missed the bus and had to get a cab as otherwise I would’ve possibly even late for my flight.

Free shuttle service. We enjoyed a really good dinner with a nice bottle of Bordeaux at a reasonable price. Food quality and taste above expectations. Guestrooms are roomy and clean. Would absolutely recommend if you need to catch a flight out of Orly airport. Staff very friendly.

Pleasant surprise with how well the interior of the hotel has been renovated. Spacious, clean and well thought out modern rooms. Coffee machine in the room was a bonus as was the free shuttle to Orly Airport which takes about 20 mins with some other hotel pick ups. Very comfortable beds and quiet for a good sleep. Restaurant and bar on the premises. Fast and friendly check in/out. Would definitely recommend.

If your trip is to tour Paris, this is NOT your hotel. In order to get to the Effil Tower, you would need to take a bus and then metro for a total of 60 minutes of travel each way. This hotel is for the business people (airline crews,etc) and not the tourist. But it was a nice hotel.

I stayed here after flying into Orly. The shuttle service was not easy to get. I emailed hours in advanced for info and got no response. Had to take a cab and the driver tried to charge us 50€ for a 5 minute drive because it was a holiday. Staff did not speak good English.

We stayed our last night in Paris before flying out. We took the RER and then walked, a bit of a hike, but we were warmly welcomed and told that next time to call them as there were easier ways to get there from Paris centre. Check in was quick, and the lobby very clean and luxurious. Our room had an amazing king bed, slippers, and a robe to use. Also cold beverages in the fridge that were complimentary. The on site restaurant was delicious and convenient. Shuttles to the Orly airport came every 30 minutes, very easy and quick to get to the airport. Would certainly recommend.

Good for the type. Great view from Breakfast room. Make sure you go to bus stop 12 at Orly West to get the right shuttle bus. There are lots of other Mercures around the Airport.

As tourists we completely chose the wrong hotel. Lovely staff but only book for overnight stays and do not bother if you want to see paris as it takes two hours to get there on trams and trains. Hour in taxi.

A peaceful oasis when I needed it.

I wasn't expecting a whole lot out of this hotel, where I was staying only for a night before flying out of Orly. I got in late and thoroughly exhausted after being mugged at a metro station, desperately needing a clean, quiet, peaceful place to sleep. That is exactly what I got! There was a white bathrobe waiting for me, plenty of clean towels and hot water, and a comfortable bed. I doubt I will ever pass this way again (I didn't love Paris), but if I did I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is fine if your not looking to go in to the city daily. It is located in the middle of wholesale markets and a business complex. It is a clean hotel but has very few facilities it regards of entertainment. The room TV has basic channels all in French, there is no option to open a wi Dow when it's hot and muggy and the air con isn't the best at all. 2/5 rating for me

Chose this hotel because of the relatively good reviews. Was quite dissapointed by the experience. Friendly staff at check in. We stayed on the 8th floor rooms were in good condition.
Service was terrible. Waited for half an hour at after informing the host/waiter we would like to order, but were never helped.
Tried room service, but food was never delivered. Were not able to order taxi as promised. Housekeeping walked in to the room on 3 occasions without knocking.

A very nice hotel close to Orly Airport

Having driven from the South of France it was very welcoming reaching this hotel which is in Rungis near Orly Airport.
Very easy check in - the dining area and food was excellent and breakfast on the 15th floor was fantastic not to mention the view.
Altogether too short a stay.

Most of the staff was very kind and helped us with directions as well as making our stay more comfortable, but one of the staff members was rude when asked about the coffee maker in the lobby. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, however, our towels weren't changed for 3 days straight and we had to call them to ask them to change our towels. We also were not given any hand soap for the sink for the first 3 days, so we used what little body wash was available to us from the hotel. The shower was amazing with the 2-in-1 bath/shower combination and the shower head had nice pressure. The location of the hotel was great as it was right next to the TVM and the bus 216, so transportation to the center of Paris was convenient. Make sure you buy breakfast foods in advance for a few days because nothing is open around the area until 11 and the continental breakfast is about 17 Euros for simple pastries.
