What a terrible experience! We followed the navigation directions and arrived at this location, but there was no Best Western Plus hotel. We spent a long time driving around the area trying to find it, going back and forth and repeatedly ending up at the same place—only to see an Ibis hotel. After searching for about an hour and a half, we finally decided to go to the front desk to ask. That’s when the staff told us the hotel had changed its name and is now an Ibis.

The problem is that neither Expedia nor the hotel informed us about this change, which caused us to waste a lot of time and energy searching for the hotel. I hope the hotel can notify guests of such changes in advance so that others won’t have to go through the same frustrating experience and lose so much time trying to find the property.

I CANNOT believe that Hotels.com even put this place on their website as a choice. This place is UNDER MAJOR CONSTRUCTION. which should be in bold letters prior to reservation!! we had the late flight and arrived in paris almost midnight with 3 young children.
We had no choice but to stay.
1. Entrance wasnt visible, it was covered in plywood . the area out side is not well lit. 2. The lobby smelled of paint and new construction. Sawdust everywhere and plywood walls everywhere. 3. we went up the elevators, one of the elevators was clearly under repair. There was no air inside the elevator, nor was there ventilation in the hallways.
4. when we got up on the floor, the hallway on the opposite side of our room was very dark. It looks straight out of a horror movie. 5. When we got into a room, the room looked big. had a queen size bed, a sofa bed, and a bunk bed, big enough for a family of five.. however there was no air in the room. The doors for both the hotel room and the bathroom were broken. We had to use our luggage to block the door . we were so worried that people can just go inside.6. Later on My son felt sick from the smell of paint and construction dust. But we could not do anything as it was already 2 AM. we just opened the window
7. Pipes wer coming out of the bathroom wall. 8 when we were leaving, the door became unhinged and we were unable to get out of room, the hotel phone was disconnected/not working!! 0 stars if i could give!

We booked this hotel months in advance and were only informed of major renovations at check-in. Starting at 5 a.m. daily, loud construction noise (scraping, banging, power tools) made the room unusable, often continuing late into the evening. By day two, the lobby had become an active construction zone.

The restaurant was overwhelmed and unable to serve us at dinner time. Although we chose this hotel for its proximity to Orly Airport and the free shuttle, the shuttle was cancelled on departure day, leaving us scrambling for a taxi.

While the staff were kind, the hotel is in very poor condition: mould, insects, dirty carpets, and peeling wallpaper in unrenovated rooms. This hotel should have closed during renovations. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. The staff spoked English and some Spanish. The hotel offered free water, wifi, plenty of parking and a shuttle to the airport that starts at 5:00am. It’s a close distance to the metro, bus and 20-25min to Oraly airport.The restaurant was ok, staff was nice and helpful but they seem to have run out of everything. The room was clean and if we ran out of something we could always ask the front desk. The beds are firm and the restroom was moldy in some parts they don’t have ventilation or a fan. The heater in the room was turned on but never heated up the room. So over all it was an ok stay.

The bathroom on our room had no curtains or glass door, the water from the shower made the bathroom very wet. The restaurant staff was not friendly at all. But the convenience of being close to the airport in a day that there was a strike in Paris and having a shuttle to the airport made it very convenient.

We chose this hotel for an overnight stay after a late flight. The property is very tired looking and hallways were very dark. Although the room was spacious by Paris standards, the bed was rather saggy, linens felt old and thin. The reality of the property did not match the pictures.

Staff were superb! All of them made my family feel warm and welcome. Sad thing was there was renovation underway while we were staying there. Our standing shower was leaking water all over the floor (floor was level instead of slant- I guess hence the reno work)- we were accommodated when we complained about it and our room was changed. No issue after this. Food here is great! Limited alternative options outside of the property (within reasonable reach) but luckily, there’s always UberEats. Dinner options for the kids and adults were on point!!! Would recommend but ask about renovation before booking.

After more than a week staying in severely cramped hotels we were elated to have such a normal sized room! The rooms were very clean and there were no odd smells. I think the restaurant could improve on their Cesar salad but overall okay especially if you are hungry for a hot meal. And all of the staff were so nice and gracious - I am so glad my mom accidentally picked this hotel!!

The area is desolate and isolated. There are no stores or restaurants outside of the one in the lobby. A taxi to CHARLES de GAULLE airport cost $89.00
A taxi to the Eiffel Tower cost $87.00. There is more graffiti there than in NEW YORK, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey combined.
But only the area surrounding the Eiffel Tower was clean. And along the highway there was graffiti for miles and miles and miles. Everywhere you go the graffiti is there.
The walls on my floor were painted black and the rug was black and grey. It was depressing. The SMART TV is not smart. I could not get NETFLIX, YouTube, or HULU. The only channels available were all “ALL” news channels.
No concierge and the staff could offer no tours or travel information but they were nice and friendly.

Had issues with the message i am receiving from the property knowing that this is a hotel close to the airport it should have a direct english translation, our toilet can only be flush once and had to wait for a long time for it to be flushed again, building looks quite old, hallways and lift needs updating. Also for 3 people, i think an extra water glass should have been provided as we have to refill it more often going up and down the building.

Staffs are great tho always smiling and available, room is clean and tidy and location is very convenient.

I checked-in and front desk not even say Hi. I had to go everyday to change my key because they said if keep the key next to your phone they have to reprogram it. Room was super dirty no vacuum, dust, mold , broken bathtub and strong smell. They said they have construction on 8th floor and i told them I have 3 months baby and they decided to put me on 7th floor . I asked them to move me they said they cant. Iron was damaged and Front desk said all irons are same and he cant ch age it.

The hotel is pet friendly and I’m sure a cat was in our room, it’s smelled like cat urine and we left the window open all night to deal with it. The bartender was busier trying to avoid us instead of trying to take our order. It’s about a 2 star hotel, several tour buses and lobby restrooms where always dirty

I couldn't sleep. I got to the hotel 1am in nnedbof sleep since check out was 12p. By 8am I woke up with a big noise of hammer drilling, called the front office they told me that they can do anything about noise the building was ander construction. Next dirtiest with smell like mold, the water shawer was linking in room. Called the front office they told me that they kn ow about issues in yhat room 608. Was too late to change the room. I felt scammed since the manager refused to talk to me about the horrible service i received

Best Western Plus near Paris ORY Airport is a convenient and comfortable option, especially for travelers with early flights or long layovers. The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service, which is a big plus. The lobby features a nice coffee machine, a glass water bottle station, and a clean, modern atmosphere. However, the room had noticeable dust on the furniture, which took away from the overall cleanliness. Keep in mind that reaching central Paris or major attractions requires a taxi or Uber ( Eiffel Tower is one hour due to traffic) Overall, a solid stay with excellent convenience and amenities, but the housekeeping could be improved.

The rooms were fantastic. Nice comfy beds, plenty of closet space too. We had to book two rooms to accommodate our family, but they managed to set us up with adjoining rooms so that was very convenient. The staff were nice, however the management sent us surveys to anticipate our needs and it was not taken into consideration. Many of the guests were quite loud and the noise unfortunately carried over into our rooms.

Hotel does not have ice machines as advertised. You have to ask at the bar and that person has to leave the bar to go into a back room to give you a cup of ice and seemed like an inconvenience when asking. Rooms are not soundproof or quirt. People ne t door were beyond loud, up until the next morning and could hear everything that was going on and beind said. Had to get room keys reactivated 3 times during a 3 night stay. Fridge not cold.

We had a great experience at the Best Western Plus Paris Orly Airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even letting us store our luggage while we waited for our room. Once inside, we appreciated how quiet it was—perfect for resting after a long journey. The blackout blinds were a game-changer, making it easy to lose track of time in the best way. All in all, a smooth and restful stay!

If you are on a budget and just care about a bed then this would do since it’s near the ORLY airport and they offer a shuttle. The bathroom has mold and carpet was stained. It can use some help. There are no eateries close by but they do offer breakfast.

No smoking should be allowed at the immediate entrance of this good hotel. Disposing of burning cigarette should be a Nono. That is nauseating. That triggers my asthma because I did not know!

If I could I would give this hotel zero stars. Front desk staff very rude. Check-in staff accused my family of stealing coffee from the lobby automatic coffee machine that was turned on but had no signage. Our hotel shuttle driver showed my daughter how to use it, then front desk yelled at her and husband telling them it was for staff only. She said we would be charged for the coffee we had stolen. Again there was no signage and other guest were using the coffee machine. Not a very good first impression. Thought rudeness was just the day staff, but no every front desk encounter was the same. First time in Paris and was asked about transportation was absolutely no help. Also our room had huge stains on the carpet and was very dirty. Thank goodness we’re only here two days. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property itself is very tired looking and could do with a huge investment to modernise, reception staff were very friendly and the guy at the bar who was taking food orders was great.
We paid extra for the basic breakfast on both days and the first day the staff were great, friendly and welcoming, sadly on the sunday the female staff member was completely the opposite, and could do with some customer service retraining.
Our room on the 5th floor was ok comfortable and clean, but for some strange reason there was no shower curtain, the glass had been removed on the shower screen and there was no plug on the bath, so when you had a shower the water went all over the floor, the shuttle bus was a bonus, but did fill very quickly at 5 am from the other hotels, maybe a bigger bus or extra service running would help.
