Great hotel in Paris.
Lovely friendly helpful staff, especially Luna.
The room was lovely and comfortable to stay in.
We were in walking distance to many attractions otherwise very close to the metro which was easy to navigate.
I would 100% recommend this hotel.
We loved our time in Paris and enjoyed the hotel too. Thanks!!

The staff were courteous. Unfortunately the rooms are very run down. Odd restaurant opening times, a lack of fridge, milk, wine bottle opener and other small usual inclusions at a Novotel made my stay with 3 teens a little less easy than it could have been. We actually looked for an alternative for the second night. Honestly, we wished we had booked inner Paris.

We wanted an easy entrance from Orly to stay for 2 days. We were quite pleased with this property; the staff, bar/dining area, and our room. The shuttle from airport was also easily found. The property location is a distance from Paris central area and considering traffic around the city, the time taken to get to attractions was significant. We expected this, which is why we stayed only 2 days. Happy with this decision and property experience.

The guy staff at night was attentive to the request I asked even it was 1pm.
Carpet needs to change.
Breakfast was fine & only the sanitation Needed to attention by the staff because there were 2 flies I saw flying around the uncovered food.
Overall we can still come back and maybe it’s more improved .

Great value and will definitely stay again

Room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean apart from a few stains in bathroom sink. This hotel was perfect for a quick stay and not spending much time in the room. I was slightly worried after reading some of the negative reviews but I don’t think you can go there expecting the Four Seasons. I was cery pleasantly surprised.

Food options were ok, would have loved a bit of toast. The bar closed earlier 10:45 than expected (midnight) or at least we were told it was closed. We had to practically beg for a drink. Transport access is good. Internet access was great.

The weather was expected, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating I would definitely stay again. Only issue I had was I paid city taxes twice but speaking with hotel staff that should be resolved soon. I slept so good in the bed. Another thing was breakfast was not really good for people who don’t eat pork as there where no other options with sausages and bacon.

The rooms were nice enough, small , but the beds were comfy. I was disappointed in the bathroom. The toilet area was so small you could barely use it with closing the door. The shower felt like a camper shower instead of a nice hotel. It could have been cleaner in the shower and surround area as well. The hair dryer was not effective. There was limited dining, even if you want to use the restaurant in the hotel. You need to Uber or Bolt everywhere and it's expensive!

It was in a good location. Average accommodations. The elevator was super tiny-the smallest I’ve ever seen. Our room wasn’t ready upon arrival so we left our bags in the bag room, when we returned they were not in the room-gave us a mini heart attack but they had just moved them to another room.

the airline cancelled my flight and could not get another one on time, tried to cancelled but they declined, as per \"policies\", I think they should have an open mind and take in consideration the reason why sometimes people cancel.
Expedia did not help at all, as I could not reach the hotel to cancel directly, in the site it gives you instructions to cancel but never directly to the hotel, so this was awful for us.

It's only convenient if you are going to the disco a block away from it. The room was small, and they gave us a double and a sofa bed even though I booked a double and 2 twin beds. I told the front desk about this, and they insisted my booking was for a sofa bed. This was incorrect. I have the confirmation that says 2 twin beds (I never book a sofa bed). The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and gave us back pain. The ladies at the front were helpful, and the hotel had a water fountain. But, there was no access to public transit, which makes it more expensive to move in Uber. Also they offer shuttle but the shuttle only works between 5am and midnight. You have to hire an uber if you need to be at the airport at 3am. Breakfast was good. They had a restaurant downstairs and some kids' activities. It's not far from Orly Airport.

It was all good but not perfect. I booked it because of prior experiences of Novotel but this didn’t look like one for some reason. Everything was just ok - better than Ibis but not as good as other Novotel chain.

The breakfast was okay.

I stayed at Novotel Suites Paris Issy les Moulineaux and everything there was as per Novotel quality, but this was not as good.

We had a comfortable stay. We would only say that the room service should say last orders at 10.30pm not that it stops at 11pm as at 10.45pm you could not order so after a long day we had to go to the near by mc donalds. Other than that the stay,staff was fantastic.

Does the restaurant serve French food, I asked. Of course! I guess a burger or a pasta made in France is French food. I was afraid of getting out in that vicinity to dine out, so it had to be that 4.5 euros for one very small coke. Expensive and bad food. Most of the staff were not friendly.

Very basic for a Novotel- carpets showing its age, no amenities apart from soap and shampoo dispenser, staff not customer centric. In contrast to other 4 star hotels in Paris, this did not seem to have met my expectations. Focus was clearly on being a conference venue rather than a hotel for guests.

Our room was unbearably hot, even with the window open — in December! The breakfast was inedible, a complete waste of money. We returned a rental car to Orly airport and timed it to catch the free shuttle (the reason we booked this hotel) back to the Novotel but it didn’t arrive as scheduled so we waited in the cold for 40mins. We should have just stayed somewhere much nicer and caught an Uber. Staff were all very friendly but we were glad to have only stayed one night before catching a flight the next day.

The airport shuttle was brilliant. The room was okay, we only slept in it as we were out everyday... The toilet was disgusting..smelt like it had not been cleaned or pee hundred time and still not cleaned!! We had to wear shoes to go in there as I was scared if needed to go but will catch something or the smell might make me throw up. We did use the restaurant or bar as we were always out ... The metro 14 at Orly airport gets you into Paris. Next time will book closer as it cost a lot to travel everyday into central Paris (family of 4) as this hotel is far out and in the middle of no where near to anything whatsoever. Better to book elsewhere as may work out cheaper.

I booked this because it was close to my arrival airport and I was getting in very late from one airport for an overnight and flying out of the other.

The shuttle stops running before I landed and it was VERY hard to get a taxi to take me to the hotel but it was too far to walk with luggage at midnight.

Its not convenient to get to CDG from here either by public transport so ended up just taking and uber which was fine.

Room looked quite rundown but was clean. Didnt use any other facilities as I was really only there for 6 hours.

Excellent staff, very nice location with free shuttle service for Orly Airport. Unfortunately it was away from CDG airport, but we took Metro to orly then took free shuttle service. If you have more than 4 passengers than it’s better to take taxi or under from CDG to reach hotel and then free shuttle to Metro at orly from where you can go to Paris by Metro

Friendly staff. Location is less than 10mins away from Orly airport, which offer free airport transfer. Room was nice & clean. They also have a swimming pool in the property. We really enjoyed the breakfast, starts at 5:30-9:30. I would recommend this place to my family & friends. Merci Novotel hotel!!!

Hotel is clean and modern. I appreciated the USB power port in our room. Rooms are a little small but manageable. Wanted to give a shout-out to the hotel staffer who literally ran down the airport shuttle after it drove right by the front door without picking me and my family up. Truly going the extra mile!

The staff at the hotel was very helpful, friendly, and gracious. The room was clean and quiet with plenty of space and a pretty view from the window. The bathroom and the toilet are separated. The hotel is convenient to the airport and the outdoor lounge area was nice. The attractiveness of the restaurant was just okay, but the food was really good. Better than expected for a hotel. We enjoyed our dinner and the Continental room service breakfast the next day. We did feel a little isolated to the hotel though since there didn’t seem to be anything walkable nearby - restaurants, cafes, shops. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Mediocre Hotel - But for a pre-flight stay is ok

Ageing hotel with low quality room. The room didn't smell great upon arrival, and the bathroom/toilet pods in particular are very old looking. The beds were comfortable enough, but only one bottle.of complementary water for 4 people not ideal. Breakfast was poor for the €18 cost. The coffee is horrendous. Good to have a pool and no complaints from the kids on that front!

Location for access to Orly airport was excellent though, and the free shuttle service a real plus.
