Basic clean room at reasonable price

Helpful reception staff good location to Orly Airport. Room clean and bed comfortable but room had visible signs of general wear and tear. Room price was very reasonable. Only stayed one night due to travelling on. I am a light sleeper and slept poorly due to very loud air conditioning unit which we had to use as was very warm summer night so bring earplugs as none supplied in room.

A comfortable hotel

Stayed there for 2 nights . Location wise a bit off the Paris centre but metro and light train T7 manage to do the connection efficiently . I arrived after checkin time and was able to check in quick . Room is a bit room but clean and looks recently refurbished as now it has air conditioning . All in all , the hotel is ideal for a few nights stay

It gets the job done

For the price that we paid it was a good value. When staying at an Ibis hotel you definitely shouldn’t expect to be living in luxury but they get the basics done properly. The only thing that I would suggest needs to be changed is the lack of pillows, just one per bed. It seems inadequate. Otherwise the room was clean, facility in decent shape given the age, and the service friendly enough.

Unclean, smelly and unhelpful experience.

From the moment of booking weeks ahead we had asked for a late check in as we were arriving late and asked about parking. No one had bothered to acknowledge the email or reply. No one picked up up the phone, it was either left ringing or cut off.

When we arrived our family room stank of cigarette smoke, the entire room and bathroom so someone had been in our room prior to arrival.

The window had been left open and the heating on full blast.

We couldn’t sleep well as it smelled terrible and had to keep the window open all night which was awful.

The room itself was basic and cleaning standards were also terrible.

I would avoid this place like the plague and wouldn’t even give 1 star let alone !

Out of the 3 rooms we booked, the key didn't worked for 2. I had to go to the front desk 6 times, and no one could solve my issue. And instead of offering an apology, they were screaming at me because of me being mad for not being able to enter my room after 2 hours.
Besides that, the WiFi is HORRIBLE, we were never able to navigate normally with our cellphones. Also, there were very few spots to plug in our stuff, and the shower is poorly designed so it spills a lot of water.

A hotel without air conditioning, in SUMMER...

This hotel is very close to the Orly-Paris airport. The room is large and very convenient for someone in need of space to pack the luggage prior to an overseas trip. That is the expected good part. The bad is that, to my surprise, the hotel has NO AC! This is something the gentleman at the reception desk tried to explain to my wife. I later went to Hotels.com web site to see whether this information was available anywhere and it was not. In the end, lucky me, it was not a hot night and I was able to get a good night sleep. Anyway, I do NOT recommend this IBIS hotel AT ALL!

Lovely and Affordable Hotel

The Hotel is really beautiful. They artworks in the room makes it cozy and lovely. The facilities are quite good and it's just a bus or tram away from ORLY airport.

Even though my flight was from CDG airport, I still enjoyed my transit to the Hotel.

I will definitely stay in this hotel when I visit Paris again

The parking is NOT free. if you want to park for free stay in the street where broken glasses of windows are on the floor along the road !! the hotel itself is very nice and clean but it is really good for staying to goto airport nothing else.

As all Ibis Hotels are, clean & comfortable. A short walk to the tram 7 line. One stop to the local supermarket and mall at Lamantine, second stop at Villejuif Louis Aragon where the tram ends and you change to the underground Metro line 7. At Ibis some staff are more helpful than others. Good restaurant next door. Closes at 11pm. The bar is not 24 hours and doesn't sell spirits after 11pm so if you arrive after that time and want a drink to relax, then it's hard luck for you.

You get what you pay for

Hotel was ok. Staff were not very helpful. I asked about where I should park and they told me to wait at the front and they would open the gate. 10 minutes and 2 visits back into the desk they finally opened the gate (but acted as if I was a nuisance by wanting in to park) We were only using the hotel to sleep before a very early flight. It was reasonably priced but if I was doing it again I think I would pay a little more (I guess its true - you get what you pay for)

An Ibis nothing else but good location

With Ibis you know what you are getting. Basic but clean hotel with ok rooms. Location is perfect if you need to get a flight at Orly. If you are on limited budget and just need a clean bed with internet access to catch a plane, perfect. Good value for money too.

Es un hotel muy limpio agradable La habitación buena con un buen baño personal muy atento desayuno bueno. Eso sí que no es un hotel de estar mucho tiempo, Lo inico malo que es un poco lejos de todas las atracciones que ofrese Paris claro que tiene buen transporte la linda 7 del tramvia, pero segasts mucho en locomocion. Pero totalmente recomendable.

On a installé dans une chambre sans lit, puis une autre chambre qui était déjà louée avec des valises ouvertes et des affaires partout, puis une dernière chambre qui n’existait pas.
On a trouvé cette fameuse dernière chambre dans l’hôtel d’à côté. Pour finir l’ascenseur était en panne dans l’ibis budget et on s’est trimbalé les valises lourdes dans 3 niveaux

Une première chambre avec une odeur affreuse, obligé de changer de chambre !
Il ne fallait pas regarder la salle de bain dont la douche présente des moisissures importantes…
La deuxième un peu mieux, mais il ne fallait pas compter dormir tard le matin !! 8h30 réveillé par un grand nombre du personnel ou technicien réalisant des travaux ou ces personnes pensaient être seul dans les couloirs. Un plombier laissant la porte ouverte avec la musique très forte !!!
Pas digne d’un ibis pour avoir l’habitude de l’enseigne…
De nombreux travaux à venir au dire de la réceptionniste, certainement des travaux pour les JO 😂😂😂😂

Réservation avec un lit double, 2 lits simples quand j'entre, absence d'une chaise - Je redescends à la réception : plus de lit double : "c'est comme ça, c'est qu'il n'y en avait plus!" C’est sale, zero accueil, on a du changer de chambre car chasse d’eau ne fonctionner pas ils nous a dit que le reparateur passerai à 23h alors que notre arrivée était à 18h mais combien même ayant eu la chambre juste a coté le reparateur n’est jamais passé.

Et pour hotels.com l’hotel était à 96€ que nous avons payé 106€ + 10€ de parking sur place. Si nous avions prix directement sur place c'était moins cher.

Das Zimmer war OK. Wir hatten das Fenster zum Hof und es war sehr laut, dass man sehr schlecht einschlafen konnte. Was jedoch gar nicht geht ist der Empfang. Kein guten Tag nix.... Lustlos augenscheinlich überfordert und genervte Personal. Beim Frühstück gab es genug Auswahl und wurde immer wieder frisch aufgefüllt.

Dans les couloirs et parties communes, il faisait énormément froid.
Dans la chambre, il faisait froid, mais moins que dans les couloirs et partie commune et elle était sale, et il y avait des excréments dans les toilettes.
Le personnelle au niveau de l’accueille n'est vraiment pas agréable, nous avons le sentiment de les embêter quand nous les sollicitons. Le personnelle pour le petit-déjeuner étaient agréable et polie.
Je ne retournerais plus jamais dans cet établissement.
Même si je dois faire plus de distance pour me rendre à mon rendez-vous.
Vraiment décevant vu le prix de la prestation.

Freundlich wurden wir empfangen, jedoch etwas ungewöhnlich dass man an der Rezeption von der Mitarbeiterin bedient wird, welche selbst ein Sandwich verspeist und zwischen den Bissen, Auskunft gibt.
Die Zimmermädchen schreien am Morgen, an ausschlafen ist nicht zu denken.
Auf Frühstück habe ich verzichtet, da mir der Kaffee nicht schmeckte, obwohl ich zwei verschiedene probiert habe.
Das Zimmer wurde aufgeräumt, die Handtücher gewechselt, jedoch war das Wasser in der Dusche unberechenbar. Um Verbrennungen vorzubeugen musste ich den Duschkopf zur Wand drehen. Es war abwechselnd kalt und heiss, dann lauwarm und wieder von forme, ohne die Temperatur verstellt zu haben. Auf dem Teppich im Zimmer liegen wir nicht barfuss, zu unhygienisch. Keine Klobürste, kein Abflussdeckel, man musste aufpassen dass man keine Gegenstände im Waschbecken verliert.
Die unmittelbare Umgebung war ok. Doch am Abend aus der Stadt zu kommen war beängstigend. Meine Kinder mussten am ersten Abend eine Schlägerei sehen und nach zwei Tagen Verhaftungen, zwei Haltestellen weiter. Paris ist wunderschön im Zentrum und die Sehenswürdigkeiten, würde aber nächstes mal lieber etwas mehr zahlen um auch im Zimmer das Fenster öffnen zu können. In unserem Fall war es keine Option denn es stank gewaltig und wir zogen es vor nicht zu lüften.Auf den Fenstersimsen waren Stacheln gegen Vögel angebracht, welche voller Staub und Dreck waren, also kein Fenster öffnen - auch wenn WC keine Lüftung hat.

Forse una pecca dei francesi odiare gli italiani, si rifiutano di capire l'italiano in hotel. Pulizie su 5 gg una volta sola ed eravamo in 3 in camera. Comodo per i mezzi di trasporto. La colazione con i moscerini che volano sul frullato di mele, a giorni mancavano anche le confetture e la cioccolata. Mancava anche un bar per bersi un caffè che in Francia lo fanno orrendo.

Peccato perché la struttura non ha l'aria condizionata ma un ventilatore portatile per stanza. Vicino c'è un utile centro commerciale Carrefour e un burger King aperto fino a mezzanotte. L'albergo è vicino al tram 7 che porta all'aeroporto Orly in 30 minuti, e a due fermate dalla metro 7.Tutto sommato per quello che abbiamo speso ottimo!!

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé certaines personnes de l’autre hôtel (ibis budget) était super désagréable mais bon on reste sur l’essentiel avec le personnel au niveau de ibis (rouge) rien à dire toujours à l’écoute.
