I wasnt expecting much. But a horrible smell, dirty linen, constant noise was enough for me to give this rating.

No facilities, no AC, marks all over the walls. No staff members, check in done via a broken system.

Much better hotels for similar money.

The service was terrible, window was open in room when I arrived. the bathroom drainage was not working. There was NO customer service to complain too. Hallways smelt bad. Just not a great experience. I would NOT recommend staying here......

No airport transfer for us.

I called from the airport to get an airport transfer because they said online that they offered. But when I called, a lady answered and told me she didn’t speak English and hung up without giving me a chance to ask in French. I called again and she didn’t answer me. So we got a taxi to the hotel. I asked if we could get a transfer to the airport tomorrow and she didn’t want to help and just starred at me. She was by far the rudest person we have met on our trip. Good luck staying here

We needed a hotel close to the airport, so naturally we came to hotels.com to book, We foudn this hotel to be reasonable and have decent reviews. DO NOT STAY HERE! The room was dirty, it looked as though they rented it out by the hour. The sink did not have hand soap. We were there for less than 10 hours and each came out with tons of bug bites. Upon arriving back to the US I had to go to urgent care to get them treated because I had so many. My friend who I traveled with also had a bunch of bug bites. We would have been better off sleeping at the airport. Also- they don't have any overnight front desk assistance. They literally pull a gate down and you're left to fend for yourself. We left as early as we could to go wait at the airport and the housekeeper on our floor was dressed in a night gown (I'm not over exaggerating or being funny- a literal nightgown...We saw housekeepers upon check-in dressed in a uniform). I knew at that moment that I should have never stepped foot in this place.

Nice clean basic accommodation with a reasonable continental breakfast let down by the poor air conditioning. I specifically chose this hotel because it is advertised with aircon. There is just a small vent in the room which is connected to the hotel’s cooling system which is totally inadequate and the temperature cannot be controlled from the room. My room was too hot all night long and I slept badly both nights of my stay. To advertise this hotel as having air conditioning is very misleading!
Some satellite tv wouldn’t go amiss either as the basic French tv channels are DIRE!

Hotel was not clean and shower drain was clogged so could not drain and flooded entire bathroom. Also someone had punched a hole into wall and never been fixed. Beds were very hard and no air or fans to cool room.

The property is very close to the airport. That's about it. It's dirty, it smells like cigarette smoke, it's right next to a dance club, and it's loud. I felt unsafe staying there and felt like everything in the room was dirty. There was a big stain on my pillow, and the smell of cigarette smoke was very disgusting.

Mediocre at best.

There was a hair on my clean towel, the room smelled of smoke, there were cigarette burns, in the table and floor, and the bed was highly uncomfortable. I didn’t want to sleep for the few hours I was there because it didn’t feel clean. Would not recommend.

Okay for one night

Hotel was fine. Although a staff member knocked really hard several time in the morning because steam from the bathroom was coming out the door. I had to come out naked and open the door because he would stop knocking, not being from this country and a woman traveling alone I was a bit scared. I found it very rude and the room was freezing since there is no heater. I don’t think anyone likes to be pulled out of the shower naked and feel exposed. Even after he saw I was undressed and soaked he continued like it was normal to pull someone out in that condition.

Hotel was bed and breakfast, clean hotel, 24 hour access and clean rooms.

Hotel was not near to the main Eiffel tower as i first thought, as i went by only one review i guess.

Reception staff not speaking English was a big issue in communicating.

Grill restaurant and Mcdonalds takeaway only walking distance, apart from that the hotel and surroundings very quiet.

We arrived at the hotel at 8 AM after an overnight flight into Orly airport. We specifically book this room so that we could check in around 8 AM rest for a few hours take a shower and leave at noon. We rented the room for the night before and check out time was noon the next day paren the day we arrive) when we arrive the person at the front desk said that we could not get a room since we were arriving in the morning and said we could only get a room if we arrive before midnight. After objecting to this and insisting that we should have our room he check the list saw our name and finally gave us the room when we book the room we specifically indicated in our booking that we we would be arriving the following morning at 8 AM

This hotel is budget hotel, so good for overnight sleep before heading to early flight at Orly airport. if you come late at night or early morning you have to check in using a machine. the doors keys are digital number that will allow you to access the parking, the main door, your room door and the WIFI.
it is clean but room has minimum things. very good price in comparison with others around.

Spent the night here before departing on an a.m. flight to Orly. It is very basic; definitely no frills here. Having said that, the two twin beds were quite comfortable, thought very close together. Room was reasonably clean and quiet. McDonalds and a couple restaurants in walking distance.Wifi (free) was very good. Everything else here is extra $$- the breakfast was 6 euro, and sort of meh. You can get better at the airport. The 6 euro apiece for shuttle was a surprise to me; we ended up taking a cab TO the hotel the day we arrived because we never saw a shuttle. Note; it makes the French cab driver mad when they get a short fare like that and are expecting to take you into the center of Paris. (!)

Decent enough place, but unreliable shuttle.

Confirmed with front desk worker in the evening that the first shuttle would be there at 5:30am, but it didn't show and the next shuttle was late so I ended up missing my flight, which made for an expensive day. If you have an early flight, arrange for a taxi!

J’ai globalement apprécié mon séjour à l’hôtel : le personnel était agréable et l’emplacement pratique. Cependant, l’absence de climatisation a vraiment rendu les nuits très difficiles, surtout avec la chaleur. C’est dommage, car cela a fortement impacté mon confort. Il y a eu toute la nuit, dès 19h un chien qui n’a cessé d’aboyer .de gratter . de sauter et de courir dans une des chambres au dessus de la mienne ( n°12) . Vers 21h30 ,plusieurs personnes ont parlé fort,crié et déplacé des choses jusqu’à 2h20.

Horrible de voir son compagnon se démanger dans son sommeil pendant 1h et au final se réveiller et se rendre compte que le lit est infesté de punaise de lit !!!!! Je trouve ça inadmissible pour un établissement d’hébergement qui détient dans son organigramme des agents de propreté, qui sont sensé changer les draps et nettoyer les chambres après chaque départ et surtout être vigilant de ce genre de détails. Nous avons du fuir de l’hôtel à 4h du matin parce que c’était inimaginable de passer la nuit dans ces conditions.
Pour cela j’exige un remboursement.
De plus il n’y a aucun personnel la nuit pour pouvoir se plaindre ou faire constater les faits. J’ai donc bien évidemment pris des vidéos et photos pour pouvoir attester mes dires.
Je suis dans l’attente d’un retour au plus vite afin de pouvoir être remboursé.

Problème d'accès au parking à l'arrivée car on laisse le véhicule à l'entrée, aller à la borne s'enregistrer et obtenir le code d'accès à 6 chiffres et revenir à l'entrée enfin de l'insérer pour ouvrir le portail et entrer. Entre-temps les autres clients s'impatiente à entrer et claxonnent ce qui est vraiment désagréable.

Je l'ai déjà proposé plusieurs fois de pouvoir accéder directement au parking avec le numéro de réservation sans toute fois avoir besoin d'aller d'abord à la borne s'enregistrer et revenir faire ouvrir le portail avant d'entrer .

Le réceptionniste a refusé de me donner la chambre (réservée) sous prétexte que je n'avais pas de CNI pour attester de mon identité.
Si j'étais arrivée dans la nuit, je doute que la borne à l'entrée m'ait demandé ma CNI!...
Au final, jai récupéré une photo de la pièce d'identité par sms et j'ai enfin pu accéder à la chambre.

Douche bouchée dans la SDB...

Hôtel facilement accessible permettant d'aller rapidement vers l'aéroport d'Orly à l'aide d'une navette gratuite. Le grand parking est très pratique et une borne est disponible en cas d'arrivée tardive. Le Mc Donald's est situé juste en face et plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité (voir un distributeur à pizza). L'accueil est très correct et la chambre est propre.
