Ok for the price.

Welcoming, and nice staff.

Shuttle to Orly airport from 5 am (8 minutes ride), free gated parking onsite.

Has a restaurant onsite with a fair pricing, I did not dine in.

A 5 euro fee to pay on site, I booked online.

Bad isolation under my room door.

Can hear people talking outside. I was in room 2, so closer to the street.

It was a good alternative for my one night stay for a early flight.

The hotel was very rundown the next time around I’ll probably just stay in 14 arondissement to staying in the hotel zone even the shuttle is not a individual hotel shuttle but a communal shuttle that is services several hotels in the area you could find yourself packed or waiting for the next bus. I do not recommend this area at all especially this hotel.

The staff was pleasant, however, I am extremely unsure how this hotel has this many ratings. The first room we were put in was terrible.. air conditioning was not working, stains were on the hair dryer, bathroom door could not close, air vent was disgustingly dirty and it appears mold was present inbetween the grouts in the bathroom. I was honestly appalled at the condition of this hotel. This young Italian tried his best with what he could do and moved us to another room but the problem is the condition of the rooms itself.

The Italian/French receptionist was most helpful on both of my stays for a total of 4 nights. I did complain about irregularity in Green Line service where an African Male Driver said new rule that handicapped individuals not permitted to board despite the law in France, the handicapped designated area to board, the button to push to board, the handicapped designated area, and di also took photos to show that there was a seat belt in that area. In my 4 night stay at Orly, not other driver refused service. I believe the Comfort Receptionist worked to resolve this issue by looking up contact information and the following day on return to ORLY 4 no issues. I used the Green Line multiple times and all drivers were accommodating with the exception of this apparently new driver who just made up whatever he wanted to say.

I like that they clean the room and provide new towels everyday.
What i don't like is the first room #67 they gave us, it is not supposed to be occupied. The bathroom door does not lock and it stays open. Nobody will appreciate to occupy that room. I went to the reception and complained about it and they gave me a new one right away.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The area is extremely sketchy. They claim to have airport transportation, but it’s really just a city bus. The room was extremely dirty and unkept and I’ve never felt so unsafe in a room before. Also, the air conditioning would not work so it stayed extremely hot. The shower and shower head were full of mold and mildew. I guess you get what you pay for.

Had an incident where a staff member walked into my suite. When the noticed I was inside, they had stepped outside and kept knocking on the door until I got up and answered it.

Similar incident happened 3 other times, where they kept knocking and waking me up.

There is a sign on the bathroom door saying that they will only clean and replace items at request. Obviously this is not the case.

It was cold and the heater was not working properly. The shuttle bus was a joke. It was cold & we had to walk about 2/3 minutes and cross a busy street with all of our bags & wait in at a corner for the shuttle to pick us up. We are an older couple & we were not going to walk with all of our bags. We ordered a taxi. They didn’t have hand or face towels. No toiletries or hair dryer. VERY DISAPPOINTED. We will NEVER stay there again.

We only stayed the for a night as we missed our flight but this place is very basic in a weird neighbourhood.

First we disappointed to look at reception condition which was smelly and not well maintained. The location of our room was not ideal, we experienced out-door noise from time to time whole night, one of our room electrical heater was not working when we asked the receptionist for help, he refused to come until shift change over which was quite late, same room bath room sink was not flushing properly.

Great creole receptionist, can't remember her name, but she made you feel at home. As far as the property run away fast and don't look back. Small rooms, outdated is an understatement, it's a dump.
Shuttle to the airport runs between 5 AM - 9 AM and 5 PM - 9 PM if I remember correctly. The shuttle take you to the airport when they want not when you need. If your flight is at 5 PM better take the 9 AM shuttle and spend 10 hours at the airport.

Very expensive and not worth the money in my opinion.

The issue was with shuttle. Despite speaking 3 languages, including two European based ones, I was unable to find when the shuttle would arrive. I waited 3 hours and made multiple calls. In the end I ordered a taxi.

The breakfast was decent andd the room clean.

This is the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. The room was so hot i had to separate the beds to get the mattress closer to the door where it was slightly cooler. They had the heater on through the entire hotel and the AC System does not get activated until July. Literally felt like I was roasting inside. When I called to complain at 11 pm they told me to \"open the window\". Ok, I opened the window. Guess what? Anyone could get into the room with an open window, and there was so much noise outside it was impossible to sleep. Called the reception again at 1230pm livid. Best they could do was bring a small fan. I had a 530am shuttle to the Airport and had almost no sleep because of this. I will never stay here or recommend it. There are better places for less. Absolutely terrible terrible terrible.They also overbooked the morning airport shuttle and I had to complain to get a spot, even though I emailed when I made the reservation that I needed the shuttle the next morning.

Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel. Pendant mon séjour j’ai été réveillée à 8:00 du matin par des travaux dans la chambre d’à côté (coups de marteau, perceuse).
De plus, une demi-heure après le début des travaux, une femme de ménage est entrée dans la chambre sans frapper (deuxième interruption de nuit).
Une heure après la première femme de ménage, une deuxième est entrée dans la chambre, cette fois-ci en ayant frappé au préalable, mais sans me laisser le temps de répondre (troisième interruption de nuit).

I actually think this hotel should be removed from expedia. It gives expedia a bad reputation.
All the staff especially the ones I encountered need to be replaced in my opinion.
It will be nice if management can get in touch as I have more details.

The only good thing about the hotel is the price.As a American I will not stay here again.The staff were nice but THEY DO NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH AS STATED BEFORE BOOKING.I almost didn't get to ride the airport shuttle because I could not ask in French I had to get one of the airport employees to ask the clerk to send a shuttle.This hotel is quite a ways from paris and it cost about 40euros to get there each way.Dining options are VERY LIMITED.

Very handy for Orly airport. Friendly staff who offered to call for complimentary shuttle bus to take us to La Maree restaurant within Rungis market but we chose to walk, as it was only 5/10 minutes away. We slept in late, so did not have breakfast, but were not disturbed by cleaning staff.

A Motel Rather Than A Hotel

My stay at the Kyriad Rungis was average. It's like a cheap no-brand-name motel that you'd find in an Interstate Highway. The morning receptionist was a bit helpful but the night staff lady could not speak French. The bad thing about this hotel is that its shuttle bus has limited hours of operation: 5:30AM to 9AM, and a time in the late afternoon (I forgot the time) until 9PM. Taxi drivers hate it when you have them drive to a nearby hotel from the airport because they do not earn much.

The description says that they offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was the reason why i booked this hotel, in conjunction with its rate.
The day before i called to arrange pick up and nobody there spoke English. I called Expedia and nobody there spoke any French. I had to spend additional money to get to the hotel and then to the airport.

We were not expecting luxury but possibly a little better than it was.
Worst of all , there was some sort of disco nearby that pumped out head-banging music until 4.30am.
We needed overnight rest to resume our air flight next day & got almost no sleep.

Close to ORLY airport

only reason to stay at this hotel is the proximity to ORLY Airport. The hotel offers Wi-Fi but we were unable to access wifi in our rooms. we had to stand in the hotel parking lot or be in the reception area to get any internet access. The rooms were cleaning, the pillows VERY thin (pretty much non-existent pillows in my opinion). Other than that, the hotel is great for it's purpose - easy access to the airport

Room smelled horrible and the beds were not fit for a college dorm. Had to keep the room door open for over 2 hours due to strong urine smell. Would have rather slept at the airport. There was a party bar next door with booming music all night. When our taxi came at 4:30 am to pick us up for the airport, drunk people were walking past us just leaving the nightclub. scary, smelly and rather disgusting. Please do not send more people there.

Some positives to start: Free shuttle to the airport (starting at 5:30 am), beds were comfortable and they provide coffee and cookies in the room--nice since we had to catch that 5:30 shuttle to get to our flight. Now the bad: NOT convenient to the train station. I had contacted the hotel to find out the nearest train station and how we could get from the station to the hotel. I was told we could catch a taxi. YOU CANNOT. The train station was deserted and there were no taxis to be found anywhere. I called the hotel but the man who answered the phone that time did not speak English so hung up on me. We asked several people in the vicinity and no one knew where we could catch a taxi. These strangers were very helpful, however, in directing us toward the location of the hotel, but we had to walk for about 30 minutes, pulling our suitcases, to get there. The woman at the desk was very abrupt and impatient. I felt like we were putting her out. The rooms are unusual---the windows are covered with what appears to be metal pull-down garage doors on the outside. The entry to the room has 2 doors--the outer door opens into a very small passageway with a glass side so you can see into the room, but you have to go through a second door to actually enter the room. The toilet had not been cleaned--there were several hairs along the back of the seat. I am really not very particular when it comes to hotels, but this one left me anxious to get out in the morning.

Easy to find on Sat Nav. Outside a bit tatty but staff v friendly and helpful. Room more than adequate with beverage facilities and clean/quiet. Just what you want for on overnight before early flight. Restaurant looked fine with reasonable menu but we ate at a restaurant almost next door. Shuttle car to airport and return available but only to 09.00! Why??

Good but basic hotel, with good restaurant.

Located close to Orly airport this hotel offers a straightforward basic service. The airport shuttle is free however, this is not available 24hrs a day. The on site restaurant offers a good value evening menu, with the food being of good quality. Facilities in the immediate area are limited which is not a problem as this is effectively a basic hotel convenient for Orly airport.
