Staff was good and helpful when asked, but room was in poor condition and not as advertised in photos. Our initial room was terrible and smelled strongly of food/cooking, so the reception managed to provide us with a different room which was slightly better but still not good. The bed was low to the ground, no headboard, and mattress was not very comfortable. Overall housekeeping in hotel seemed lacking as there were crumbs all over the carpets in the hallways. One positive is that it’s close to the train station.

Personnel courtois et très attentif. Mes requêtes ont trouvé rapidement écho auprès du staff : remplacement le lendemain du flexible de douche qui fuit légèrement mais qui ne dérangeait en rien la prise de douche si ce n’est la petite fuite d’eau. impeccable séjour de 5 nuits dans le calme. L’hôtel est à proximité du RER C (5 minutes à pieds) Je n’hésiterai pas à y retourner lors de mon prochain voyage en France. Établissement recommendable.

Perfect for a last minute trip to Paris. Amazing value, really friendly staff & great location just by the station. You could also walk to Chateau de Vincennes along the Seine, which I did on the Sunday which was a lovely bright day (chilly, but sunny!) Apartment was very cosy & still felt festive :)

The stay was okay, especially for what you pay for. The main problem was that the person working the front desk scammed us by booking a driver that forced us to pay 80 euro for a 15 minute drive. Never believed a hotel would do that. Be careful about this hotel, they aren't on your side.

Although a bit out of the city, the hotel is very close to a train that runs about every ten minutes and runs right to the heart of Paris. We loved being in a neighborhood where people live and going to the bakery, grocery and restaurants that had no tourists. The room was clean and large. We loved the blackout shutters. Staff was helpful and breakfast great. Our only issue was that the shower was only room temperature (while the sinks had fully hot water). We would definitely stay there again.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! From the very beginning, the staff made me feel welcome and were always kind and helpful. The room was immaculate, cozy, and very well taken care of. The hotel is like an apartment. They will charge you €50 if you don't throw your trash out and wash your dishes when you check out. The hotel is 5-7 minutes away from train station but it's too far from the city. It takes 1 hr to the city or 40 minutes by uber.

The place was clean, kitchenette worked well. AC didn’t work at all during the time we were there. Told the front desk twice and they said they would turn it on as it seemed to be remotely controlled but it never worked. Not sure if something was wrong with it but we gave up asking. Also ran out of shampoo/body wash and also asked twice for more and never got any. Was told it was a day time housekeeping issue and had nothing on hand at night for customers. Beds were comfy, area was quiet and pretty close to the main subway line that went into paris, but that was about it. If those 2 issues were solved, i would have enjoyed the stay much more.

When we checked in the shower was missing any shampoo. We stayed 3 nights and kept asking for shampoo but they couldn’t manage to get any to refill the dispenser. The air conditioning didn’t work very well at all (just blowing out hot air… usually better to just open the window). There were only blackout curtains so the only way to have privacy meant you were in total darkness. On the other hand it was right on the RER line to Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower. In general neighborhood was safe but felt slightly sketchy across the bridge at night.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location. A bus stop in front of the hotel, a tram only about 5 minutes walk, a RER (train station) also 5 minutes walk.
The staff is very friendly, specially Raoul, who always greed us with a big smile. This hotel has washing machines & dryer you can used anytime for only 4 Euros. Also, if you need anything, just ask them, they'll give u.
But the thing I like the most is there're a boulangerie across the street with excellent breads, croissants, and an flea market open on Sunday where you can get anything you need (from sun screen to shoes ... etc.) for a very cheap price. I just love the location of this hotel, with spectacular view of the Seine River.

While the hotel itself is clean and well located on the border of the Seine river (I had a river view), I was disappointed to find small ants in the room, and I was on the 5th floor (4e étage)! This made my life miserable. If you left a minute piece of bread or something sweet or foody anywhere in the room, those ants would invade it and so you have to basically always clean all surfaces and hide anything foody in the microwave or fridge. Unfortunately, even when you did this, there were the garbage cans, where you would soon find trails of small ants lining up to feast on your garbage. Your bed is not spared if you leave crumbs of food tin it. I signaled this to the hotel people on my second day of stay out of 5 nights, but nothing was done. I had wanted to renew my stay here for another 5 days, but I had to check out to find another hotel close to the CDG airport, as I wasn’t sure if this was just happening to my room or other rooms as well. Besides this issue, it is actually a nice clean hotel with an RER train station not too far away.

Excellent apartment, reasonably priced, clean with very friendly staff. After 11:00 pm, difficult to reach back to the hotel. One has to take Uber. Cleaning was to be done after 6 days which should be done at least after 3 days.

No wheelchair access parking! Hight restriction onsite parking. Reception staff was not welcoming! He was talking to someone long time, no eye contact when I arrived to check in, it was very late around 2am, after long drive, we wanted to check in and go to sleep we had to drive next day to London. When I ask if there is any disabled parking bay near by he said he doesn’t when there was right near the front of the hotel in the main road. Toilet was not cleaned! Not booked this hotel again or will not recommend to anyone!

No wifi on my first day which was very terrible. They lied about a technician working on it on the first day. Also cigarettes smoke smells kept coming in the room when I needed the windows open. Good location though. The chicken wings downstairs were so good and it’s an 8 minute walk from the train, with other metro options nearby. It’s a very good location for basic needs like food, and toiletries. Their staff are really nice

I stayed at the hotel for six nights, it was not cleaned at all. I was told rooms are cleaned weekly for guests staying a week and longer. I have NEVER stayed in hotels anywhere in the world where rooms are not cleaned daily. I will not go back to this hotel again.

Worst beds ever - we didn’t sleep at all and left after 1 day only because the bedding was extremely uncomfortable very low quality, they should really invest in proper decent mattresses for a good night’s sleep. Also the hotel looks flashy on the outside but the rooms are not clean at al, the utensils in the kitchennete were filthy and we couldnt use anything, microwave was dirty and smelled really really bad. Overall the hygeine standard were below average for us and the worst part was the beds - no point in a large room when beds are of such low quality.

Although the apartment hotel was adequate, it was a very long way from Central Paris, where we wanted to be. Given we needed to add an extra two hours of travel time each day, we forfeited three nights and booked in a lovely apartment in the 2nd Arr. Don’t make our mistake if you are in Paris to explore the beautiful city sights!

The staff were helpful and friendly on our arrival. The train station is a little rundown but the area (and the room) was very quiet and felt safe (felt a little industrial as we approached the station). On the plus side, it was barely 5 minutes walk and had great access to central Paris. 45 minutes takes you to the Louvre. 30 minutes takes you to Gare de Lyon for intercity trains. We were rushed during our stay so we didn’t explore the area much but the restaurant next door was good. There is also a boulangerie nearby and a small convenience store (not a lot of selection). The room was well outfitted for a stay and I’m sure staff would be helpful if you needed anything. It was simple in decor but pretty clean. We had some trouble with the hot water in the shower but it looks like that was our ignorance (it’s induction heated). Once we figured out how to use it, it was fine. All in all, excellent value for money and quite pleasant.

Short walk to the regional rail line (RER B) which worked great for getting into Paris. A boulangerie is just down the street and there is a grocery store adjacent to the train station.

Really handy place for travelling between Orly airport and into the city using the C train. Clean and modern with all the facilities you could need for a weekend trip. The accommodation was very practical and clean. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Check in on arrival was quick and the room was upgraded. The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Kitchen fully equipped, if you plan to cook or make small meals and drinks. The apartments are five mins walk from the nearest train station and the trains run every ten minutes to the centre of Paris (direct to Eiffel Tower via Notre Dame in less than 25 mins). There is also a really nice Nando’s style restaurant downstairs which is affordable and serves great tasty food. A short walk into the nearest town / shopping area for all the basics and more take aways and local type bars, definitely gave me Woolwich vibes and has everything you need. Overall a well equipped and very clean apartment with good access to everything you need to visit Paris.

Went on a family vacation. Rooms were EXTREMELY underwhelming compared to the pictures.
My sisters room had roaches and appeared to not have been cleaned before they allowed another guest to stay there. My fiancé an I room showerhead did not have a mount so it just hung there, we had to hold it up with one hand each time we showered. It is quite a distance from all of the attractions in Paris. Overall a terrible experience. DO NOT GO. Spend the money for a nicer hotel closer to or in Paris.

We were fortunate to have a balcony which was unexpected but certainly added to the comfort. Huge room and, although I'd booked a twin and it was made into a double, there was a sofa bed that worked out better as a second bed. Very handy for Choisy-le-Roi train station and Orly airport. It was ideal as a base for Paris and the Olympics. We walked to a local boulangerie for breakfast but it was offered at the hotel.

The fold out couch had peeling fake leather. The water rarely got warm in the shower. It was clean and though the fold out bed creaked, kids said it was not that bad. Very good air conditioning. Pretty clean. Very close to the train and affordable during the Olympics. Nice small bakeries nearby and right on the Seine.

The property was nice and clean. It was hard to find from the metro station the first time. It was also annoying that to get the electricity to work you had to pay extra. Kind of noisy on the street at night, but nothing crazy. I would likely stay there again as the price was good. Other travelers should know it is far from the city center, but easily accessible by the metro.

Our stay was pleasant, with both good and bad experiences. It was a clean, quiet and easily accessible given that it's close to the RER train system. The bad experience is summed up in the quality of communication and rooms. We booked our room on the hotel website and although we were of local taxes, we we surprised at check-in that a refundable security deposit is a standard requirement! Small things like being told about the hotel policy on garabe or health club access would be desirable. With exception on one young lady, all the front desk personnel we cold and rude. As per the rooms, we initially heard a river view room that was in a decent condition. We checked out and a coupe of hours later had to recheck, the room we were given seriously needs repairs, bed was squeaking, bathroom was falling apart.

Note convinced I would stay here again

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood in the outskirts of Paris but at walking distance of a train station. The trip to the centre of Paris takes around 30 mins. There are bakeries (boulangeries), a couple of mini-markets, and cafes close by. The room was spacious with a kitchenette which resulted very convenient to make coffee and breakfasts before leaving to the city. The hotel offers housekeeping for a fee and has a laundry facility on site, something that we looked for when choosing a hotel to stay. The staff was accommodating and informative. We did not like the breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. The selections were basic and the personnel did not take care of replenishing the food items on time, so we decided to make our own breakfast or have it somewhere else.
I travelled with my wife and certainly we will go back.
