Was clean but the room need air to ventilation. windows are very wide, if you open few mins smell feels better. I loved how quite it is. Everyone very friendly also the neighborhood. Good food near by and also the hotel breakfast for me was good enough. There no iron in the room did have electric heater if I get colder so that help on colder days but temp was good most if the Time. Train close by was a plus supermarket ect. Bed comfortable and I was able to check in early will be back !

Our stay at Tulip Residences was pleasant.
The room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette, although small, was adequate enough for snack preparation. The early shift front staff personnel was very friendly, but the evening staff less personable. The hotel is a short walk from the metro making it easy to get into Paris. Overall, enjoyable stay.

I was only able to stay here for few hours (to sleep) - wish I could have stayed longer because it is really clean, well kept, pretty, polished. Spacious room, clean and new. I would definitely stay here again.

Good for a family of 3 (when it's a good rate)

It's pretty ok. Clean overall, parking (fee) is ample and you can bring your dog (fee). The room itself is well laid out and there is decent space for a couple to stay with 1 kid. I think it would be challenging to have 2 or more kids with you. The kitchen facilities are very limited and you don't get a starter pack to help with washing up etc.
There is no dining table - just a little curved desk area in the main bedroom which has a coffee machine and kettle on it so you can use it for eating, but, again, max 3 people and it's a squish. Worst of all, the hotel does not let you eat in the common area downstairs unless you're eating food you buy from their cafe. So, have fun being squashed upstairs or eating a sandwich for dinner so you can sit downstairs.
The local area is great with restaurants and shops next door on the main road. RER is about 10-15 mins walk (some is uphill) and the botanical gardens are about a 15 mins walk. Central Paris is about 30-40 mins on the RER, depending on the day/ time.

Enjoyed the hotel, it was clean and updated. Was outside the city of Paris but easy to take train to get there. Joinville had some great restaurants and waking along the Marne river was relaxing. It was nice we were able to wash our clothes before we left as well

We did not have a great experience. Right after checking in we turned on the AC (Air conditioning) and it did NOT work. They first said it might take a day and then said it’ll take a few days to get fixed. They had a lot of fans in the storage and provided the same to us. They did not provide enough cutlery and supplies in the kitchen in the room. Surroundings are very noisy too.

Excellent front end staff. The things that took away from our experience are:
Inexplicably, we were not allowed to turn on our air conditioner because it wasn’t warm season yet. We had to sleep with the window open because it was hot in our room and all of the outside noise came in as well. Never have I experienced this before.
We stay 4 nights and got two coffees. We were told those two were a complementary welcome gift. After that we were on our own. Absurd.
It is the little things that ruin an otherwise great experience.

The building was lovely, easy to get in and out of. We liked our room, however the pillows were slightly uncomfortable. We also did not have great shower pressure and the shower handle holder was broken so the shower handle did not sit well. We did not notice much AC either. Otherwise the room layout and main floor was lovely! Many options to eat around the building.

A beautiful place to be in love

I wish they had helped me upstairs with my bags and wheelchair since I am disabled. One of the housekeeping staff saw me struggling and helped. Other than the lack of help with my bags at check in it was a perfect stay. The room was nice and clean and affordable, the breakfast bar was lovely, staff was friendly and it was quite affordable

A nice, clean property with friendly staff able to also speak English. We had a car and found this hotel to be a to 40 min drive from the Eiffel Tower. It has a safe keycoded underground parking area.

Rooms are not often cleaned, bedsheet are used for days w/o changing. There are no phones in the rooms to contact staff for help . Staff at counter are not helpful and are disgruntled when asked questions.

Only the receptionists were nice and friendly. However housekeeping services were really poor, never cleaned the room, didn't take the bin away. No phone service from room, no secure locker, lift is open for everyone without any security means any strangers can get access to the property without authorisation. Room was same as it was advertised....not really happy with the overall experience

I booked this hotel because it said it had a FABULOUS rating and it turned out to be the complete opposite. This hotel stay was FAR FROM fabulous, maybe people rating this hotel either don't understand the concept of what a FABULOUS rating is or just don't care. This hotel was dirty, we were told there was no cleaning service and when we would ask for towels or utensils, we would get questioned \"Why?\". Rude front desk also, and all this did not come at a cheap price. We're essentially paying for bad service and to get questioned when asking for something. Also, no phone in the room and no closet. NEVER had anything like this happen before.

Amazing hotel and receptionists. Very comfortable rooms, added benefit of kitchenette. Sofa bed is actually huge and 2 teenagers were very comfortable there.
10 minutes walk to train station (zone3) or 2 minutes for the bus bringing you to the underground station. Grocery shop around the corner as well as burger place. And at the same time far away from the tourist crowd

Our overall experience was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located with restaurants, shops next door. The staff was helpful, the rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. The walk to the metro was only 10 minutes away.

We stayed here because every other hotel in Paris was soils out due to the soccer game it was our last night so we took a chance. It was terrible check in staff was friendly, room was basic and clean however this neighborhood is not safe for any ethnic people! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! staff offered a special menu to their white/French staff but told us it was not for us. The town is literally empty there’s 2 places to eat both places ignored us completely when we walked in so we eventually left after 15 minutes of not being acknowledged, and a McDonald’s. Uber driver was weird and said no touching when my bf laid his head in my shoulder. We ran out of there first thing in the morning I would have rather stayed at the airport. Extremely creepy place that felt like a sun down town!

It was new and beautiful and mostly clean but when we entered our room we found another guests credit card receipt by the bed and a full glass of water in the bathroom so we were confused about whether the room had been serviced after the previous guest had left. Check in was a breeze and the hotel representative was very kind and professional. The next morning we were awakened by a smoke alarm and all guests evacuated. It ended up not being an emergency and it was very frustrating that no one was around to answer any questions or apologize and that it took 10 minutes for the alarm to be turned off. We were denied late check out and when we asked to store our bags for an hour, the check out representative behaved as though it was an inconvenience and that they may not have space.

The rooms and lobby were beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable. The fact that there is a kitchenette in the room makes it so convenient as we were able to make breakfast each morning which helped us save on costs. The staff was amazing, they absolutely go out of their way to help you, answer any questions you may have and make you feel right at home and they do so always with a smile; they have the best team, thanks to everyone for an amazing stay in Paris!!!

Alojamiento muy agradable, parcialmente reformado. La atención del personal muy correcta (especialmente la recepcionista que mejor hablaba español).
Lo único que sí echamos de menos fue material para la limpieza de los elementos de la cocina (al menos un paño para secar, por ejemplo, y un poco de detergente).

Sugerencia para una próxima mejora de las instalaciones: insonorización hacia el exterior (ventanas) y pasillo (estábamos justo frente al ascensor y se escuchaba).

Aún así, muy recomendable, tanto por instalaciones como por ubicación y comunicaciones con París centro y Disneyland.

Godt hotel der ligger ca 30 min med tog, RER, fra centrum af Paris- man skal gå 800 m til togstationen. Flere restauranter tæt på - også et supermarked rundt om hjørnet. Hyggelig café i receptionsområdet og god morgenmad med fint udvalg. Vi boede der i 2 nætter sammen - to voksne og et barn i et 3 personers værelse med dobbelt sovesofa og Queen size seng - fungerede fint og ok plads på værelset.

It is very nice hotel with very big and clean rooms. The location is between Paris center and Disneyland. It is just 10 minutes walking distance from Joinville-Le-Pont train station. Perfect for a family stay. I will definitely choose it again in the future.
