Stay away from this hotel. It is a waste of money. It’s more of a Motel than a hotel, and the rooms are So so tiny. You walk in the room and the bed is right infront of your face. The toilets are similar to public toilets and are so so small. Personally I felt really uncomfortable and didn’t like it at all. Also I was really disappointed to see that our rooms were located on an outside part of the property. The doors felt so so unsafe and the rooms seems as if anyone could have access to the rooms. It felt as if I was outside. Horrible. Never again

AVOID!! Didn't feel safe in this property i had to move and pay for somewhere else the first night, area not secured as gates left open, loud music & cars beeping late at night. People running back and forth shouting outside our room, men leaving room doors open so everyone could see inside. Room was smelly, dirty and worn down. Did not look anything like the pictures displayed.

If you are catching a connecting flight from the airport don't try to save money by staying here. A Cab ride is 50 Euro each way. Also the toon doesn't come with towels and the shower shower is really small.

We needed somewhere to stay when visiting Disneyland - so really just somewhere to sleep! This was fine - basic and compact accommodation but clean enough. About 30 mins away. It was cheap and served the purpose for a couple of days.

Point blank refused to allow us to pay extra (!) to change our reservation due to the recent severe weather. There was a red weather warning (meaning risk to life) and severe blizzards which meant we couldn't leave our house. We begged to make a change but they just took our money and laughed in our faces. Absolute disgrace.

Not a place if you want to relax

If you want good , relaxation, sleep and to feel safe then this not the place to stay , I took the fiancée here for Valentine’s Day without doing my research to find staff were not helpful , the venue only does breakfast which didn’t look appetising and I’m a chef. The only nearest restaurant is an Asian buffet and that place is good to eat in. The room was extremely tiny with a window that looked like it wasn’t shut properly the door is operated by keycard but when inside you can when shut almost out to the road in the gap left between door and wall, the bed was comfy the bathroom door didn’t shut and there was something missing from the sink leaving a hole where it should of been this part of room also extremely tiny yet it housed a shower in same but as toilet , when your in the room it sounds like your next to a motorway outside , the other guests are not quiet you can hear everything and everyone so sleep is not an option in fact when we arrived here we both looked at each other and said we wanted to go home , also anyone that says travel is cheap here is wrong I was quoted by a taxi for 12 min journey 44.50 euros to nearest train station one way which we never booked so we never went into mainstream Paris to see what we wanted to.

One of the rooms had no heating and both rooms had massive problems with closing the doors.It was like opened doors all night,we slept with the bags in the bathroom.Horrific experience.Tried to speak with the hotel staff and we've been told \"that's what you've got for the money you paid\"....Then after an extremely cold night with 2 small kids with us ,went down for breakfast and when come back found the towels were taken.Horrible experience,I would not recommend.

very clean room with clean sheets, stayed for two nights and they got changed after our first night. Very modern room with shower and TV. Only downside is that the room was quite small but for us it was perfect and we only needed to sleep there and was out all day. Lady at reception helped us out with printing tickets we needed, she was loverly. Would definitely visit again.

Site said it was 15mins in car to disneyland. Took over 40 mins in a taxi. So spent a small fortune on taxis to disney and back each day. Room so small. No bar to get a drink. No kettle to make a coffee. Staff on night can't speak English. We got there and were told to pay up as we had not paid!!! I don't think so!! Don't stay here for Disney land it's way to far out and costs loads in taxis. This hotel not for families more like builders needing a bed for the night.

Hotel far away from everything

Shuttle service was a sham getting to the hotel, hotel was a motel, group of teenagers outside banging on doors etc. to be fair the bed was comfy, room was okay and had what you need apart from a kettle, cups etc. however the only food facilities around is pizza, and the 'free shuttle' takes you to the train station which you then have to get another bus and then another train to get to disney or the shopping centre. I wouldn't come back!

I was really disappointed by the location of the hotel which is in fact very far from Disneyland, contrary to what is being advertised by the website. I ended up spending much more money on transport than I would have if I had booked in a hotel located in Paris. To make matters worse there is no amenities nearby, not even a cash machine! And when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I was horrified by the filthy state of the hotel bathroom and lack of bed linen, towels....
I will not recommend this particular hotel because of its terrible location.

Rooms are a bit small but the rooms were clean 25 min from Disney and can't complain for the money £600 cheaper than a Disney hotel. At the time so very happy included free parking and wifi what more do u want.(not recommend for romantic trips) but perfect to take little one to Disney on the cheap

Finding the hotel wasn't easy at all from chelles train station. We could not get a taxi from train station. But the fact that anyone from rhe street could come and knock on your door straight without having to go thru any security I.e the reception made us very unsecure throughout the nite. There were noises through out the night as well from people walking past ur room to neighbouring rooms. Its probably ok for single men not family. Also I could not order breakfast for my child I had to eat as well but I was fasting. Room was clean though

Not the best hotel, very average.

I stayed here for 3 nights because it was cheap and close to the airport. The staff were really nice and very helpful. The room was of average size but the bathroom was incredibly small. There is cleaning everyday but they don't change the bedsheets (they only clean the floor and wipe everything down). There is no restaurant in the hotel so i had to walk about 30 minutes to a supermarket where i baught supplies.
I would only recommend this hotel if you really arn't fussy about the quality and space of your hotel and are only spending nights (not days) at the hotel. Otherwise, i advise you book a hotel 3 stars of over. You get what you pay for, so don't sook about this hotel if you are dissapointed.... if you want a quality hotel, go sleep somewhere 3 stars of over.

It wasn't as close to disney as it appeared from the mileage and as we stayed to see the late show we arrived after midnight, so were worried we might not get in (the hotel details on expedia say reception only open limited hours). The porter very friendly, but couldn't give us a key, so gave us an access card, but then woke us up a hour later to retrieve it for another late arrival. The room was tiny - a single room with a bunk bed and metal small bed in it. Bathroom size of a caravan bathroom, and one socket at waist height, so had to hold our travel kettle. Only 2 towels given, but reception gave us a towel and new key with no problem. Bathroom smelt a bit. Next day, still only given 2 towels, but they were clean and the room itself was clean, except for th spray painted words on the ceiling above the bunk bed. It felt unsafe because there was a lot of men around smoking and the door opened outside as in an american motel. However the door locked securely and the window had shutters. It was very hot, but it was outside too! Didn't appear to be any english language channels on the tv, but were able to access free wifi in our room as we were over the lobby. Didn't have breakfast, as we had bought our own. Overall, if you just want a place to sleep and dont want to stay there it is ok, but very very basic.

STAY FAR AWAY! DISGUSTING!!

This hotel is a complete joke and the price should be lowered to $10/night! Lets begin. The staff doesn't speak English, you are about 30-45 min out from central Paris, the rooms are sooooo SMALL and DISGUSTING! the shower has only enough room for someone small to stand up in. If a larger person tries to take a shower he/she will have a bit of a hard time. the bathroom is TINY! Take a shower and the whole bathroom is wet bc there is nothing there to block the water other than a SHORT shower curtain. My mom kept complaining about itching and so did my sister. Leads us to believe that the bed had bed bugs. The internet is slow and the tv has about 7 channels to choose from. The rooms has bunk beds and they are all in serious need of a makeover. walls are very thin and needs a new paint job. basically, the hotel is in the heart of the ghetto... Unless you are extremely broke, desperate, or just did not read the reviews, there is no excuse for you to be staying at this hotel. O ya, the sheets and blankets are not washed either. you think they are but when I got in I saw hair, and few minor stains, and they also did not smell fresh. all transportation systems and restaurants are closed on sundays so we were stuck there with nothing to do. There is buffet place across the street that is pretty good. But this hotel suxs! Also, the bus back to the hotel stops running early so make sure you get back in plenty of time or call a taxi.

This hotel is only recommended for single people
and you have to have a car to use it.
Public transportation is not so available, bus schedules change a lot during the day.
I chosed this hotel as it says it is near Disneyland, it will take more than hour to reach there, using two buses and a train, if you are late you may end up by using three buses and a train with 10 minutes walk which is difficult after an exhausting day and kids.

If you are going to Disney Paris, try the hotels in val D'Europe

The rooms are only slightly larger than the bed. No air conditioning. A closet-sized bathroom. Cigarette smell in a \"non-smoking\" room. Half of the rooms are long-term rentals. The bus and taxi services do not run on Sundays. The wireless internet did work.

Hôtel vestute, dès qu'on arrive. La chambre très vieille, le sol pas très propre, salle de bain trop petite on peux pas bouger incomcevable, le lavabo très vieux les robinets marche mal et bouché. La douche c'est simple je n'en ai pas pris pendant 2 jours. Manque brosse pour les toilettes, pas d'échantillons de savon shampoing. J'avais rien ramené habituée à en trouver..le petit dej. Pas grand chose et surtout pas de pain dommage. Enfin je n'y retournerai pas.. je déconseille

Une chaleur etouffante dans les petites chambre .
Du bruit du bar/hotel a cote jusqu’a 4h
Les ebats d’un couple a cote a 6h
Nous etions sur le lit du dessous le lit du dessus(occupe par ma fille de 30kg) perdait des morceaux de bois sur nous

Le petit dej etait quand a lui correcte et le monsieur de l’acceuil pour le petit dej etait serviable.

Nous avons continuer notre route le lendemain , moi avec une nuit blanche , ma femme une heure de sommeil et la petite de même

Vraiment pas recommandée sauf si c’est vous qui faites du bruit.

Ne vous attendez à rien.

Nous avons pris une chambre avec 3 lits simples, au final nous avons eu juste un lit double dans une chambre à 70 degrés et 0 place ! Sans oublier la salle de bain qui faisait 1m2 pour une douche et un toilette. De plus le bâtiment nous a fait penser à un urbex, assez original !

Vi trådte ind i receptionen og blev modtaget af en flink og hjælpsom receptionist, vi fik vores værelse og det første vi så var fukt i loftet eller noget som lignede begyndende skimmelsvamp og sorte mærker på væggene, udover det var der dårligt indeklima, hvor det var svært at trække vejret og som person med astma, måtte vi finde en anden løsning (overnatningssted).

Beim Check in die Komunikation und Hilfbereitschaft mit der Angestellten war gut.
Wir hatten 2 3er Betten Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind seehhhrrr eng. Man kann kaum richtig in dem Zimmer stehen. Auch die Toilette und Dusche sind zusammengequetscht und man kann sich mühsam Drehen/Bewegen.
Da wir auf der Durchreise waren, war das für eine Nacht OK.

La première chambre sentait l'urine et la TV était en panne, le personnel a vite réagit en proposant une nouvelle chambre. Mais la vétusté est importante, lino avec des brulures de cigarettes, volet à moitié fermé et coincé, isolation sonore mauvaise, près d'une route très passante, douche sans pression, moisissure sur le côté de la porte.
Au moins les draps étaient propres et la literie correcte.
Les frais de taxe de séjour étaient le double de ce qui avait été annoncé, Impossible d'avoir une facture avec les vrais frais engagés, Hotel.com propose un simple reçu, et la facture fournie par l'hôtel n'indique pas la commission importante qui est prise par hotel.com. Pour le remboursement dans le cadre professionnel, c'est impossible.

Le monsieur de l’accueil est très gentil et souriant. La chambre vraiment pas génial des marques de brûlure sur certains meubles les draps pas propre. Unos de los peores hotels que he ido en mi vida. Todo muy muy sucio. Con pelos en el baño, solo una toalla cuando la habitación era de 3. Telarañas por todo el hotel. Todo muy descuidado y encima parecía que estabas en una zona de una manada de lobos. Con carros de bebés por todas partes, carros de la compra, comida por los suelos, mantas secándose encima del cesped, juguetes de niño rotos por las instalaciones, por no decir nada de aire acondicionado ni ventiladores haciendo imposible la estancia... La struttura è molto vecchia anche se è tenuta bene e il personale è gentile. Ma il bagno è una cosa che per noi Italiani non può essere fatiscente. Deve funzionare e deve avere il suo spazio.

Hôtel insalubre et sale qui ressemble étrangement à un squat ! Nous avons réservé 2 nuits pour évènement familial et sommes restés 1 seule ! Aucun geste commercial pour nous dédommager de la nuit passée sans dormir à cause du vacarme jusqu'à 6h du mat ou pour celle où nous ne sommes pas restés et pour le petit déjeuner non consommé !

A fuir absolument.

Chambre très sale, tâches de sang sur la porte, nombreuses tâches sur les murs, lavabo bouché, tâches dans les draps. Très forte odeur insupportable dans la chambre ( tabac ?) Malgré les recommandations covid pas de chambre aérée avant notre arrivée. Une serviette de toilette pour 2 personnes ! Lavabo sale, porte savon salé et WC immonde. Volet roulant ne ferme pas.
Hôtel a fuir absolument.
Bon accueil des deux veilleurs.
En résumé très sale aucunes mesures anti covid.

La chambre est correcte, propre et le personnel agréable.
Une rénovation est cependant à prévoir : volet qui ne ferme pas, rideau de douche qui tombe (...)
Je regrette néanmoins d'avoir payé 5€ (par personne) pour du pain de mie et du quatre quart.
Un travail est à faire sur ça.

Je déconseille cet hôtel car cet hôtel et un hôtel social des personnes places à l'hôtel par les assistante sociale, à l'arrivée on ne m'a pas demandé une pièce d'identité rien, la chambre on avait l'impression d'être dans un sofa avec mon bébé de 4 mois et mon mari on été obligé de dormir dans cette chambre qui sentais le tabac froid partout même sur le lit je suis vraiment dessus car j'ai l'habitude d'aller dans les hôtels mais celle là a été la pire que j'ai connu obligé de dormir avec porte et fenêtre ouverte car trop chaud.

Je n'est pas l'habitude de mettre des notes sur les hôtels mais la c'étais quand même limite , je dirais que c'est bien vraiment pour dépanner mais c'est pas reposant du tout , on entend tout se qui se passe je pense même que les personnes dans la chambre à coté devais vivre ici car il y avais un entendeur à linge avec des vêtements devant la porte à coté.
La chambre sentait une odeur de tabac froid , le radiateur fonctionner très mal il faisais donc froid et la douche aucune pression et malgré que j'ai mis uniquement de l'eau chaude, l'eau n'étais pas brûlante.
