The unit we were staying in was being renovated. The room was tiny. Couldn’t access the top bunk so had to put the mattress on the floor. Didn’t get enough pillow and had to ask for 5 days. Anything we asked for we got told to come back tomorrow and ask. Would never stay here again. There’s more room in a cargo container. The toilet/ shower was smaller than a public toilet. Could t move.

Exactly what I needed for a 3 night stay whilst going into Paris and Disney. Room small but equipt, small shower but doable. Train station about 10 min walk so easy to get into Paris and to Disney as although I drove but saw people going to Disney getting on there and the train station is actually right in the park. Good shops and dining about 10 min walk lots to choose from. I would stay here again if doing a short stay

Convenient location, economic and comfortable

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area about 10 minutes walk from Torcy RER station. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower is very small but I knew that from prior experience. There was no maid service for the duration of my stay but that does not concern me (again this was the same the last time I stayed there). Check-in is now being handled in the lobby of the adjacent Campanile hotel. I elected to pay additional for the breakfast which was friendly and excellent and I also had to go over to the Campanile hotel for. I have stayed in this hotel before and I would certainly do it again.

Honestly, it's amazingly badly kitted out. The staff are grumpy and unhelpful and the sister hotel the Campanille, we had a power cut, they let you have a brew only on weekday mornings because \"we aren't open on the weekend\" despite me actually staying in the hotel. Would never recommend to anyone.

The property should not be classed as a hotel as a tiny room in a block. The bathroom is so tiny that showering was not pleasant.. However the shower power and temperature was good. The decor was not nice. But for somewhere you just want to sleep and are out for the whole day and most of the evening it was fine for us and due to price I can't complain. The breakfast at the hotel opposite was excellent and staff were really friendly there.

I don't understand it, but Everytime and takes two events together... There are empty rooms, but will put everyone together.
I don't understand it, have 50 empty rooms, but will put next person right next to me. For housekeeping? You mean the ones that go up and down the halls anyway? Never mind the customers.

Next part is that people are rude and unaware, as they talk (can hear through walls) and slam doors, always ruin the doors and slam them. Management seems to like that.

Our rooms were never cleaned during our entire week stay, The breakfast was bare, though the coffee and orange juice were decent! The smallest shower and bathroom I’ve ever used. Comforters had cigarette burns and just didn’t feel clean. The smallest rooms I’ve ever been in, and I’ve used many discount hotels before. This is a motel, at best. Disappointing and not worth the cost even at its lower price.

Very happy with my stay!

Love that place and will definitely come back here, when traveling in the region. It is less than a 10 min walk to the Torcy RER station and also less than a 10 min walk to a covid center. Traveling from the US, that was just the cherry on top! The team there was super nice, continental breakfast made it easy to start the day and even though the room is small & simple, the bed was comfortable & I had my own bathroom. Perfect place, if you are not planning on spending much time in the room. I was gone most of the time... Perfect find!

Hotel and parking surrounded by groups of people shouting, playing football on the street and eating/drinking. I did not enter the hotel as it felt unsafe. I booked a nearby hotel instead. First of all, i wasn't expecting much from this hotel because i know its a budget hotel. Just like some of the reviews said, this is more like a motel than a hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights at room# 106.
1. Check-in late - We did called before hands to confirm our reservation and that we will arrive late. The receptionist was nice and speaks english.
2. Check-out process - All we have to do is hand over the door key badge, nothing to sign or delay, super quick. We did paid the city tax about $12 before hands.
3. Hot water/heater works
The bad stuffs:
1. The bathroom size - super tiny, the standing shower basically sharing the toilet area, so when you shower, the toilet gets wet. There's no room for bath rug, which means you are brushing teeth with wet floor. The sink is really tiny too. Only provide one liquid soap, 2 towels.
2. Cleanliness - I'm sorry, it didn't passed. The toilet is fine, but the shower wall/shower curtain/floor doesn't look like they clean it. The bedsheet doesn't feel clean either.
3. Room smell - It smells smoky, i guess they don't really segregate smoking or non-smoking.
4. Photo accuracy - It looks pretty much the same but with faded color or you can say \"used\".
5. TV/Hair Dryer/WIFI - The TV doesn't work, you can't watch anything. No hair dryer, i have to ask the second time before i get one. You have to enter info for wifi on your phone, and it says incorrect info, so we didn't get our wifi.
6. Not all workers speaks english.

Stopped here as it was cheap when visiting Disneyland. The area is a little desirable often heard late night arguing from neighbouring places. It’s a fair walk away from any shops or restaurants and there is virtually no nightlife close at all. Uber taxis are quite good in the area. The hotel itself was clean and daily room cleans are offered. However they supplied us with one towel for 3 people knowing our booking. The rooms are tiny! And if you’re plus sized the bathroom area is a no go! Very very small and awkward to wash. The toilet paper is tiny paper squares not an actual roll either. That said it was cheap and cheerful so what can we expect.

We did not like this place at all. It’s cheap for a reason, but even basics weren’t met. Shower pole was missing, toilet seat half off, and unable to control the room temperature.
Bed wasn’t comfortable at all, and the bathroom is just a pod in the corner of the room.
It’s a motel, accessible to anyone outside without going past reception desk. Two nights in a row we were woken up by someone knocking on our door at 1am.
We didn’t even stay the final night, and checked in somewhere else!

Lots of bums outside smoking cigarettes and drinking beer.
The bathroom is so tiny that the shower curtain sticks to the body and I had to keep peeling it off every few seconds.
The room smelled of cigarette smoke.

I did a last minute disney trip for 4 days and didn’t want to spend a lot on a place that we was only going to use for somewhere to sleep.
Yes it is tiny and basic but it did the job, it’s a 5 minuet walk to the station and then 3 stops away from Disney (10min).
The last train is at 12pm so we started for the fire works each night and always got back around 10pm.
We also ate out as there is a huge super market just round the corner as well as cafes and Burger King. This place is ideal if you are only going to be spending your time here to sleep. This did the job for me and my 7 years old.. the whole place was clean and the bed where comfortable too, rooms where also cleaned everyday.

Nice basic hotel which is local to Torcy RER station and shopping complex. Rooms are small and bathroom is even smaller but it was clean and reasonably comfortable. Best suited for couple or family with a young teenager (in triple room) as bunk above bed is somewhat awkward to climb up/down and headroom is limited.
Staff were friendly and there is free WiFi and parking. If you are simply wanting a place to sleep/shower and am willing to adjust expectations for price paid (it was £12pp per night for us), You will be do just fine.

Just what we needed!

Served as perfect place to crash on a budget for our trip to Paris (particularly Disneyland) - super easy to get to Torcy and from there we enjoyed Disney, Parc Asterix and the centre of the city. Bathroom is very small but what we expected and did the job, and breakfast was good enough with a few options.

Our room key did not work for 3/4 nights but this was due to a fault with the door itself and the staff did all the could to get the mechanism fixed ASAP and always let us in manually whenever we arrived at reception. Their English was excellent and they were all very friendly - thank you for having us!

I was surprised, it was better than expected, 3 to a room max, but you can get adjoining rooms. It was clean, cheap and bijou. Staff were friendly. Some guests can be a little noisy on exiting in the early hours (not the hotels fault). The beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast was ok, but a massive choice however, set us up for the day and we all found something we liked.
Shopping centre round the back for cheaper food for Disney and clothes etc, short walk to RER train to get to Disney or Paris.

If your over a size 10 dont stay here! Im a bigger lady and could not fit in the shower. No room to move about and because there is not a proper window it feels like a box.

The man on reception when we arrived did not even attempt a smile nir did he at any other point in fact it looked like he had conjunctivitis in one eye so should not have been there. Any time I made an enquiry he shrugged at me.

The beds creaked the sink was covered in cigarette burns too.

I have stayed in other budget hotels which were far superior to this place. It was so bad we debated leaving after an hour but could not get another room on short notice.

The only good point about this place is the hotel across the road who were warm, welcoming and made an amazing take away pizza

Fantastic budget near disney hotel

The hotel was nice bed was comftarble, fantastic location for disney only about 10 mins walk from the station and then only 2 stops to disney. Only complaint was the heat in the rooms, we had 3 seperate rooms and they were like a sauna in the evening, maid kept putting the heaters on. But other than that a fantastic hotel for the price.

Ok if you just want a basic room near Disney

First they gave us a twin room not a double to which we were told 'we're full - tough luck' when we queried it. Then when we tried to change rooms the next day they said they couldn't as 'I didn't tell them my name correctly' and when we asked to borrow a hairdryer they were locked away and nobody there had a key. If you are on a budget and don't care about the customer service then this is great but otherwise you should probably stay elsewhere.

Perfect for a short stay

Me and my partner stayed here for two nights for a short holiday. We booked for its cheap price not really expecting very much and were extremely impressed with this hotel. The area was quiet, room was clean, the bed was very comfy and the shower was warm and powerful which was all that mattered to us as we only needed a cheap place to crash. Its location was very convenient; about 10 minutes away from the train station which was a 30 minute journey away from central paris and 15 away from Disneyland. There was also a shopping centre and supermarket was just across the road. I would definitely stay here again, thank you.

Firstly, the location is very good here, Premiere Classe is a 10 min walk from the RER station. Just 3 stops on the RER from Disneyland Paris (10 min journey approx) and 20-30 mins from central Paris.

The accommodation is very basic. But what do you expect by paying £30 a night? Beds are comfortable, bathroom is small but serves its purpose. Maids clean the room every day although did come quite early on our visit.

Our 2 main issues (the reason that I didn't give it a 4 or 5 out of 5) were that our key cards for the room didn't work most nights when we returned after a day of sightseeing. This was easily rectified by going to the reception but was still annoying.

Secondly, one morning at about 7am, a woman shouted very loudly banging on all of the doors waking us up as there was a group of school children staying at the hotel. While this isn't the hotels fault, it still prevented us from getting a good nights sleep. Luckily it was just the one night!!

All in all though, I would stay again. This is my third or fourth time staying at this hotel and I would do it again, it's good if you're on a budget or if you're just looking to stay for a couple of nights. As long as you go in with the expectation that the accommodation is very basic you'll be fine (think basic motel!).

The hotel also provides breakfast although we didn't opt for this as we found going to the Carrefour supermarket more convenient. The Campanile over the road also does a nice and affordable buffet.

Nice hotel near to Disney Land Parks

Quite a good hotel with about a 5 minute walk to Torcey train station and Torcey station is only 3 stops from Disneyland so quite local. We arrived very late at night but were warmly welcomed. The bath room was very small with a very small curtained shower inside which was a bit of a nuisance trying to have a good shower in. Having said that, the actual shower was a good power shower. Overall quite a nice little hotel.

I stayed with my daughter and her friend, both aged 9, for 3 nights from the 25th October. The customer service skills of the staff were non existent! Ive never felt so unhappy with staff at a hotel before. They couldn't have been less helpful, less friendly and less rude. The bed had a leg unscrewed and I had to fix it myself. The cleaners smoked in the room which I could smell, being a n on smoker and with children I found this disgusting. The staff were said to be multi lingual, if this was the case they chose to pretend not to understand me. At the breakfast place, I was being served, but when a French family came in the reception lady immediately dealt with them and ignored me. The staff were also very sharp and rude to my daughter and friend, which I am furious about. We stayed at this hotel because it was cheap, but I still expect to be treated with courtesy and without prejudice!

the stay was unpleasant I do not recommend the hotel. the staff require hospitality training. the WiFi signal is very weak in the bedrooms. All the TV Channels are in French. Was an easy commute from here to pick up people from the airport. Easy to get into the city on the train. The person on duty was exceptionally helpful in looking up the train and connecting bus we needed to take to get to the Louvre and printing the instructions out for us.

We booked this hotel as it was well priced and close to Disneyland. The hotel itself was ok, the rooms were clean albeit small and basic. The bathroom was as many other reviewers have stated very small, but was clean, and served our purposes. Overall, good for a few nights for somewhere to sleep, especially if the purpose of your visit is for Disneyland. Also, further plus points, walking distance to the train station to go to either Disneyland or Paris central and also walking distance to a big mall, with a large Carrefour supermarket.

Not what I expected

On the positive side, the overall stay was ok for a budget hotel. However, on the negative side:
1. room was small and the bathroom was extremely small. Felt like I was in a match box.
2. There was a daytime staff member that did not know a lot of English was extremely RUDE to me and along helped with my request after I insisted on speaking to the manager.
3. Need by-lingual staff (English and French)
4. All TV channels where in French with NO English subtitles. I mean its an international hotel not catering for just French nationals.

This is more like an american Motel not a Hotel.

The first thing that struck us about this place was that it looked more like an american Motel, the room doors face into open air.

There is a \"reception\" building where you can also have breakfast (which I'm not sure is worth the price), I'm not sure if it's indicative of the region but the staff had some serious body odour issues which was all that could be smelt when we walked in and was still there the following morning.

The room was comfortable and functional. the shower area VERY tiny but all in all for the price we got what we paid for which was a place to rest our heads for the evening.

The place was great, just what we needed, staff were friendly and helpful. Our biggest problem was finding it, as it is located in a car park and not off the street as indicated. We spent a very frustrating hour wandering around Torcy before we called home and had someone google map it for us.

We were looking for a place just to going to sleep, close to our friends house a Disneyland so that one met all our requirement, no fancy but clean and excellent location, good breakfast for nice price also. You going to Disneyland and looking to pay cheaper hotel, this is the perfect place for you.
Carrefour department store and a mall are just across the street.

Room was too small. Toilet seat was loose and a loose shingle or metal piece on the roof rattled in the wind which was a problem on windy nights when trying to sleep.

lovely staff, horrible room

Hotel room was filthy. Hairs all over the bed and pillows toilet was so so small your head was pressed up against the door whilst on using the toilet, with dirty wet room shower inches from the toilet seat. Would not stay again even if free. However the staff where very helpful and welcoming. Ashame about the actual accommodation.

Never again. This was the worst place ever.

Room was tiny. Bathroom looked like a toytoy cabin. Cleaners notoriously entered the room in attempt to clean between 9-10. Zero meet for breakfast. On first night group of loud children did not let us sleep. On the first morning thee was a leaf blowing team at 8 am doing their job. On the second morning there was a tree surget moulching the branches. On third morning lawn mower was in action. This hotel is a joke. The only good thing was Carefour next door and Disneyland within 15 mins drive. Don't go there unless you want to risk your relationship or marriage. I forgot to tell that toilet paper was not there for 2 consecutive days until I asked for it. Cleaners wouldn't figure this out. English really poor at the reception. OMG. Full crap.

Disneyland Stopover

Used this hotel to make the most of our Disney break, checking in after our final day in the parks. Receptionist was very friendly and put us (family of 5) in two rooms next to each other, each with a double bed and over single bunk.

While the main sleeping area was basic, it was perfectly serviceable (if a little small). The issue was with the toilet/bathroom which smelled revolting, and it was clear that the hotel had a common drain running between each shower unit which had no U-bend. We could therefore hear water flowing constantly in the toilet (even though we we're running any ourselves) and a permanently offensive smell permeated the room. It would have been impossible to sleep in the bedroom were it not possible to shut the bathroom door and keep the smell inside.

Added to this was the party of around 20 french teenagers who had been put in the rooms above and around us, and continued to stomp and crash until the early hours, before rising to do the same at 6 am.

Ok hotel if it's just to lay your head

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights very basic. You get what you pay for. Literally just slept and showered here. Room is very small and you can barely turn around in the shower. But it was clean and warm.

Good Value - nice location - good access

Cheap and cheerful - in a surprisingly lovely town - close to Disney land (15 min drive) and Paris central (25 min drive).
Not overly luxurious or we'll equipped but has all you need and is clean. Buffet breakfast available for €4.90 is good value. Not the ritz but far from the pitz.

Thanks to a guy who helped us to reach this hotel otherwise it took 2 hours to find it out. To reach your room just having option of stairs. Room just started and finished. If you are going with family then please drop the idea.Positive thing is only Disneyland station which is just 4 station far away but this place is too far from airport. Market and necessary things will be in reach on the walking distance of 20min(means near torcy station). Rest is your decision. Cheers and enjoy your trip

I booked this hotel based solely on price and proximity to Disneyland Paris. It is pretty much what i expected. It was a clean place to sleep as we were out all day and night. The 42 euros a night price helped my budget. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The bathroom was super tiny - but it was only 2 nights. It was a little difficult to find as it is in a parking lot of another hotel - tucked in the back. Parking was good - however we came home late the second night and couldn't find a spot in the lot - we were lucky to find street parking and it was free. I would suggest it if you are not picky and can use a budget break.

Not bad for disneyland

The hotel is close to disneyland and it is very easy to get there.
Staff is very helpful, room is cleaned everyday.
However, I do not like the layout of the beds. The upper bed in the bunker bed is very close to the ceiling and very easy to bump your head. It will be better if it is one double bed and one single bed side by side.

Handy for Disneyland Paris

Only 15 mins drive from Disneyland Paris, the Premiere Classe is very reasonably priced.
Close to the rail line and a 15 min walk to a hypermarket. The rooms are not exactly spacious
but will accommodate 3 people (2 single beds and a bunk bed above the single beds!) and
have a toilet/shower facility within the room. Again, it's not spacious and you can practically
shower whilst sitting on the toilet.
There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, nor can you eat meals (not even breakfast) at the
hotel. Guests can walk across the carpark to the adjacent hotel for breakfast at a reasonable price.
BUT....if you are looking for a low-priced hotel with easy access to Disneyland Paris, I would definitely
advise you to check it out. I only left my luggage, showered and slept here so it was ideal.
If you like to hang out at your hotel and use the facilities this isn't the one for you!
