One morning the whole Hotel had no water, I totally understand that these things happened but when it came to accountability there didnt really seem to be anybody who was able to help. Every time we asked for a manager it was Best starting at 10 o’clock or they starting first thing in the morning tomorrow.

The location of this hotel is amazing! Literally a few steps from the train station where you get the train to/from Disney.

Rooms were cleaned up every day. Tarik in the front desk was very helpful, he even printed out maps for us to get by the city 👍👍. Th train station was a few steps away ftom the hotel entrance-Disneyland was one stop away! It's in a very nice and safe neighborhood. The mall, shops, restaurants, and markets are a walkable distance.

Early morning delivery’s every morning
made sleep impossible on the rear of the building. Lorries reversing (beeping) loading and unloading metal crates every morning from 5am-10am. Within yards of the first floor. If booking avoid the first floor and rear at all costs if you want a good nights sleep. Asked to change rooms but was told would have to leave mine store luggage and be without a room for 8 hours.

Quick, polite checkin. We were allocated an accessible room on the ground floor which cut out the need for the elevators which got busy at night.Didnt know the bar was shut on Sundays and Mondays which meant we couldn’t get ice or a drink after arriving but not a deal breaker. Fabulous shower and really comfortable beds…this hotel has become our go to accommodation after trying lots of others in similar area

Had our room not been robbed it may have been better. Beds were comfortable, kitchenette was nice (even though we didn't use it). Having two showers was helpful with 4 females. BUT - virtually nowhere to put luggage other than in the entry hall. Biggest issue: we put a \"do not disturb\" on the door when we left for a day at Disneyland, got back to find the \"do not disturb\" on the floor in the hallway and the beds tidied. Did not discover that money left in a bag in the room (we know, stupid thing to do, but thought it would be okay with the sign on the door handle) had gone missing until we got to our next hotel. (It was a different currency so was not missed until looked for it when preparing to return to UK). When communicating with the hotel, were not surprised when informed that the housekeeping staff denied the sign on the door and that nothing was found or touched.

I have been staying there off and on since I bought my Disney Paris season pass but my has the quality gone down in a year. The surface level stuff looks fine but if you open the cabinets they might look shabby or there will be utensils missing. It works.

Quiero destacar la amabilidad , atención y colaboración del empleado de mostrador de nombre Areski, que me ayudó la noche del 9 de octubre a solucionar mi problema con el auto alquilado en la agencia Budget que se descompuso .Areski colaboró para que una grua retire el auto descompuesto del hotel a las 11.30 p.m y me envien un taxi para trasladarme al aeropuerto a las 5 a.m.
Realmente su ayuda fue fundamental y totalmente desinteresada. El resto de personal de mostrador de esa noche no se interesó en colaborar en absoluto y de no ser por Areski no sé como hubiera solucionado el inconveniente.

Excellent location for Disneyland or Paris. Less than a minute walk to the RER station and plenty of restaurants and shops with 5-10min walk. Large Auchan supermarket just 10min walk.
Staff is very nice. Special thanks to Sylvie at breakfast! The breakfast is amazing!!
The only negative is than the room are a bit small and dated. They could do with some TLC.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff were very friendly and fluent in English. There was a tourist tax to pay when checking in which I don’t think was advertised when we booked, but was to be expected as we have paid this when travelling abroad elsewhere. The room was a lovely size and we were lucky to have a balcony which sadly we couldn’t use due to the weather but it was a nice thing to have. We were given a bag for the kitchenette which had a couple of dishwasher tablets and a sachet of washing up liquid. The kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom area were all exceptionally clean. There was some small wear and tear in the room such as scuffs on the paint and some of the wood coming off skirting boards, but overall we were very happy with the room. We chose this hotel for its proximity to Disneyland Paris and we were not disappointed, and we know where to stay when we return to Disney in the future!
The hotel staff were also very friendly when helping us with directions and using the transport links to get to Paris.
The only “complaint” we had was with the shower as the water pressure was very low, and also the room was filled with an eggy/sulfur smell when using the shower. We reported this to the reception staff upon departure and they reassured us they would bring it to the attention of their maintenance team.
Plenty of choice for eating out in the area. Several brasseries, bakeries and a convenience store a five minute walk away. Absolutely perfect for what we needed

This is the third time staying here this year and I just love it. The staff are incredible and so accommodating. Brilliant Base for a Trip to Disneyland Paris

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 11 year old while we were visiting Disneyland Paris. The location is brilliant - literally right across the road from the RER station and 1 stop away from Disney (return journey cost 2.50 EUR). Trains were very frequent (around every 7 minutes) and not crowded at all.

The hotel room was nice and spacious even though I had booked a studio apartment. Plenty of storage space for clothes, beds comfortable and bathroom well equipped. My only slight gripe about the bathroom was the shower was not very high up on the wall and even I at 5ft 4inches had to crouch down a bit to get under it.

Checking was quick, staff were helpful. Only thing to note is bar doesn’t open Sunday or Monday but there is a vending machine on -1 if you need drinks or snacks on those days.

Hotel great for visiting the shopping centre (which is huge!) and plenty of choice for food and drinks nearby too.

Great place to stay, would definitely return in future and would recommend to others planning a no hassle trip to Disney.

Residhome offers an extremely quiet abode for your stay. The problem isnt exactly residhome persay but europe as a general. Its like a written rule that you cannot have ac below 20c.

The one thing that can improved upon however is the comfort of the beds. I literally had spine issues and the fact the bed retains heat on top of not being able to drop ac adds a whole other mess.

It was more pleasant to sleep directly on the floor

That being said, it is very and i mean very very quiet.

Youre also close to the metro which is one stop from disneyland. So if youre here for disney, you leave 1 stop come back 1 stop.

The staff was friendly and talk multiple languages at least some do.

How is this place rated an 8.4??

I don’t understand. Are people giving a pass for poor maintenance because the space is big? Everything in our apartment was in poor condition. 1 shower was full of mold so unusable (luckily our apartment was big and had 2 showers), bathroom cabinets were falling apart from water damage, the toilet didn’t work well. The lighting was terrible, multiple electrical outlets didn’t work throughout the appartement, and the WiFi barely worked. Other than the moldy shower the rest of the apartment was clean though (it just seems the cleaning crew can’t get the mold out of the grout and no one will hire a professional steam cleaning company or redo the shower) and the staff was very nice but they couldn’t do anything about the room because there were no others available. Maybe we got the only bad room in the whole place but I doubt that. The hallway on our floor was just as outdated and worn out as our room was so I doubt it was just ours but somehow they keep a good rating. In my book it’s at best a 6 and I would never book a place that was rated a 6.

I'm putting 2 stars for communication, this is due to a fire alarm going off I believe 5 times.

The staff did not take control of the situation the guests where up and down to their rooms several times as the alarm went off time and time again and not 1 member of management was there.

Has there been a fire I would have not liked to have seen the outcome as staff did not communicate to their guests about the issue nor took control of the situation.

I personally ended up after the 3rd or 4th time just going back to the room and allowed th alarm to ring

Sad dated hotel that desperately needs modernising not at all a 4 star. 5 bed family apartment was tiny, most of the facilities were broken -hairdryer, dishwasher, iron, toilet lock, hole in the bath.... very strange pbc covered sofa beds. Im giving 3 stars purely for location to Disney and the convenience of the transport network and val d'Europe. Only saving grace is very well sound proofed rooms, you dont hear the traffic or the trains.

Fabulous stay at the Residhome Val D’Europe. We booked because I had stayed in Val D’Europe before but the area has grown massively over the last few years and is an even better location now. We had a 6 person suite for 5 of us including 2 pre teen children. Rooms were small and could stand to be a bit bigger but they were only a base for our travels. Kitchenette had kettle, fridge and microwave. All cutlery, dishes and utensils that you would need. The RER station next door is the big convenience. €2.50 one way to either Disneyland or central Paris - amazing value. We had 2 trips to Disneyland, 2 to Disney Village and 3 trips to Paris. Hotel has laundry facilities, bar area, pool table and an outdoor table tennis table. You can get a fantastic buffet style breakfast every morning. Staff were all very pleasant. Would highly recommend.

There needs to be some sort of ventilation in bathrooms. Rooms could use some touching up. The location is killer though if you are going to Disneyland.

We love this place. It’s our favourite place to stay when we visit Disneyland Paris (as annual pass holders). The rooms are perfectly sized and well stocked with the essentials for basic meals. The beds are comfortable enough. It’s walkable to Val D’Europe shopping centre in 5-10 mins where there’s a big Auchan for food etc. We always stock up on water and fruit as there’s a decent sized fridge in the room. The main selling point is the closeness to the RER where it’s literally a 10 min journey from hotel room to park entrance.

It was just ok. The lobby area was nice and smelled good. The rooms aren’t as nice, the hallways are dark, and overall feels a little cold. The location is good, close to the train station so you can get to the city easily (40 minute ride) and Disneyland Paris (5 minute ride). There are a few restaurants around the area and the area felt safe. I don’t think I’d choose it again if I had the chance but it wasn’t terrible.

Nice hotel. Right outside the train station that takes you to Disneyland. We stayed there to visit Disneyland and was good.
The size of the room was adequate for 4 people.
They also let us check-in a couple of hours earlier since the room was ready.
The room overall needed some general improvement. The toilet was dripping for a few minutes after you flushed which during the night when everyone is trying to sleep it was difficult. Also there was mold on the grout around the bathroom tiles. I also pointed out to them that they shouldn't allow people to smoke right outside the hotel door as the smoke enters the rooms through the air condition ventilation and for people that are asthmatic this can be an issue.
But overall it was nice and the staff were friendly.

. We picked this hotel for a few nights as it was close to the shopping center and right at the metro stop. We really liked the family suite. It has on main bedroom, a kitchenette, a living room with a pull out if needed, and a bunk bed super small room. We preferred this hotel to Grand Magic where we have stayed before. We did not buy breakfast as there is a croissant shop right here and many delicious boulangeries within a few blocks. I would stay here again. It has hardwood floors which I do feel makes it feel dirty sometimes, It was nice to have a kitchen and we just went to Auchan and bought all that we wanted to have here. . It has air conditioning that worked okay. Not super cold but excellent by European standards. It was nice with teenagers to have the extra space and living area

Modern area close to Disney. 100 paces from the back of the RER A train station. Had a separate room with 2 twin beds placed together. Kid slept on pull out sofa bed. Wasn’t as much room once you pulled the sofa out but made it work. Shower and toilet separate rooms which was nice. Excellent staff. Held our room and bags as we arrived early and went to Disney, which is 5 minutes, 1 stop away. The train station at Disney is right at the front door. Restaurants are 2 blocks away right by the front of the train station. Really nice safe area.

Good location for Disneyland Paris. RER station just outside the hotel and just one stop (couple of minutes) to Disneyland Paris. The hotel itself is a good price and whilst possibly in need of some redecoration in the rooms, they were clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a few days away and what was really just a base for us to sleep being a Disney trip. Shame the bar isn't open Sunday evenings though. Very handy having the little kitchenette too in the room. Staff are always very polite and helpful. We've stayed there twice and will be back again.

We had a great 3 day stay in our apartment, the area was perfectly situated for Disneyland (just one stop on the train, with a station right outside). We had an issue with the apartment when we first got there, but it was resolved quite quickly and we were upgraded to a higher spec apartment, which was a bonus! Everything was clean with good amenities, however, the basic amenities weren’t replenished at all throughout our stay. We asked at reception for more coffee and milk but they couldn’t get any for us because this was something the cleaning staff had.
Breakfast was nice and quiet, with lots of food options available, there was just no bread on one of the days.
All in all it was a good stay and we would go back.

Very comfortable apartment (5 people starting from 11 years old). A bit tricky to understand where was the parking. So suggest to get pin on a map at the reception as we did and follow the navigator.
Otherwise, easy access to all local shops, Val d'Europe (humongous shopping center) is a short walk away. Strongly recommend

We enjoyed staying here, but the lighting throughout both apartments we stayed at were quite dark. There doesn’t seem to be a main light but rather small side light. The location to the train station and shopping centre was very good, though.

No AC was a massive issue and we had multiple people in the apartment so it got quite hot. Complained many times and were told to wait hours each time for thermostat to adjust and AC should work automatically...it never did!! Although they offered to change rooms if it didn't work by 9pm (which was ridiculous as we had gone the whole day in the heat), we had prepared dinner and this was not ideal at the time with pots/pans and children. We were never checked on after that. Everything else was great 👍 very clean room 👌

Great location, lovely staff, great breakfast. 4*- as needs a little TLC to the decor to get it back up to 4*
Room was great with separate bedroom and sofa bed was comfy enough too!
Good parking and right next to the RER
