It is a 2 star hotel so you shouldn't expect much. I think for a 2 star hotel it was great. Breakfast is a bit messy always missing cups for juices and water, and lots of people for not a so big space. But overall it was fine. The bus shuttle for disneyland works fine but we couldnt get on it with our 2 little ones, because it was too full, we decided to go by car as we had the choice.

Staff and room was fine, but the walls! You can hear everyone walking past, and this being a disney partnered hotel obviously there will be many children, so the running, yelling and jumping was awful at night and in the morning. Oh and they knocked on our door twice during our stay and they’d be laughing a couple doors down…. get y’all’s kids!! the shuttle was fine during the day but at night? good luck. but for free breakfast, shuttle and cheap nights, it’s not THAT bad, it’s not terrible but not great.

The hotel in room amenities were non existent. The hotel also had a parking policy that was not explained clearly when booking which was €15 a day as we stayed 4 days thus was an unexpected bill. Also there was not kettle in the room and the bedding was minimal. They said they would rent us a coffee machine for our room but then we would have to use the vending machines for hot water €2.8 for a half cup. Very very disappointed as the hotel looks lovely. I will definitely never use this chain of hotels again or recommend them to anyone. Very poor.

Really basic facilities and accomodation - super no frills. Our room locked about an hour before check out and wouldn’t reopen, waited in line at reception for 30mins to speak to someone. Only ever 2 people on reception which wasn’t ever enough - either at check in or to assist with questions, need more staff and some training on customer service skills.

Room was nice and spacious although we arrive at 4.30pm (check in was 3pm) to be told our room wasnt ready and we had to wait in reception for an hour. Our room lock code also reset the next day and we couldnt get in our room so we had to go to reception again and wait 30 minutes to get it sorted. We had a €5 viucher for not getting our room cleaned but we we t at 3pm and the restaurant/cafe was closed so we didnt get to use it. Bus shuttle came often but as it is shared with 5 other hotels it was RAMMED everyday and had to wait 1hr to get back to the hotel

I give a 3 star due to some unfortunate things that happened during what started as a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean, beds are super comfy. We were so in love until our bedroom vent started blowing out heat when it was on cool mode, our room was boiling. We couldn’t open the windows as we had a small child and were on the 3rd floor: my husband went to reception twice and they said someone would come to fix it, that never happened. 2nd night 2 coaches of teenagers arrived and were put on our floor. They were racing up and down the halls, banging up against the walls until 2am!!!! We reported this and again NOTHING was done! We had likely no sleep and had a 10 hour journey home. Livid. So far the complaints to the hotel have got me nowhere! I feel we should be refunded somewhat as we didn’t sleep for 2 nights. Defeats the point of a hotel doesn’t it. Do not recommend

The staff was extremely patient and friendly - 10 stars for them! The crowds at breakfast and at the shuttle were overwhelming. We did not eat breakfast as we could not even find a plate nevermind a table. The shuttle is for 5 hotels so you can imagine the free for all trying to get on
I saw teenagers pushing kids out of the way to get on - if you have kids younger than 8 avoid the shuttle unless the line is small. They really need more shuttles so it isnt such a competition for them. We walked to the park in the mornings and it was a nice start to the day.

Great affordable spot for visiting Disneyland Paris. Rooms are large and clean, and pretty quiet. Amenities are simple, but you don’t need much when you’re in the parks all day! The free shuttle to the parks and train station is often very crowded, but there is a public bus route a 6 minute walk away that is way less crowded and worth the €2 to not feel like a sardine. Breakfast is delicious but I recommend going before 8:30am as it’s gets very busy and hard to navigate. Overall, I recommend the hotel for those looking for an affordable place to sleep after full days in the parks or out in Paris (less than an hour away and €2.50 by metro).

This property, charged me twice. They could not cancel a reservation that somehow was booked a year in advance due to a system glitch. They told expedia they would fix it then backed out. So, comes the date of my trip for a year later and they still wont refund but i can cancel and they can rebook it and make more money. What a scam and fraudulent way to run a business. Save your money and go elsewhere. The shuttle to disney parks sucks, stops at multiple places, we took an Uber instead. The breakfast? Good luck finding a place to sit, its soo packed.

This hotel was a good option if you want to go to Disneyland Paris. The room had 2 beds and a bunk bed so every member of my family had our own bed. The only issue was the bus that transports you back and forth from the park. The bus schedule said it arrives to pick up those leaving the park every 15 minutes, however, we waited for the bus for over an hour. We ended up needing to pay for a taxi back instead. Very inconvenient. Also, the breakfast is free but it was laid out so odd and so crowded that we couldn’t even get to the food.

Very small rooms whitout refrigerator(which you have to pay extra for refrigerator),the air condition wasnt working correctly(only cold air which i told them twice and they said they fixed it but it wasnt fixed.The cleaning lady the morning she change 2 towels instead of 4 and the bathroom was full of dust.The Stuff was perfect except 1 girl who was very rude to us and to some other families.At 05/09/25 she was shouting and talking very rude about our food order and for an empty plate we asked.I complained about her to the restaurant manager who was a young boy and he told me that he is very sorry about what happened and this girl have some problems on her own that day.The next day i went to the restaurant bar and i asked for mojito and she told me that there is no mojito for that night because she didnt have lime and mint.Im laughing out loud with her.You cant have this kind of persons as employees because its bad reputation for any work.The vending machines are very expensives. The good thing was the trasportation to Disneyland parks.

The hotel is large with lovely grounds. When you see it you can't help but be impressed.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Rooms are regularly cleaned.

Beakfast in the hotel is poor! You get the sense it is not important to the hotel. Limited selection of food, staff are slow to re-stock cups, plates, cutlery etc Staff are not helpful when asked for assistance.

There are lots of additional charges and expensive services in the hotel!!

Vending machines. Expensive and poorly stocked. It will accept payment and then you find out items are out of stock.

Mini-golf. 4 Euros per person, for 3 holes. Poor effort. The hotel holds on to your passprt whilst you play. Hold on to the passport while playing - but this should be free.

The room does not have tea/coffee facilities but for 30 Euros you can hire a fridge and a coffee/tea machine for the duration of your stay. It comes as a package - no choice but to have the fridge too. It is delivered to the room on a trolley. When supplied it has a small amount of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. If you want it replenished, you have to pay an additional charge. Not explained upfront. Disappointing you have to pay for such small items.

Shuttle bus is free. Trip to Disney is direct and quick. Bus was never full. On the way back from the Park, the hotel is the 5th hotel stop. DON'T use the shuttle on the way back. Shuttles are dangeroulsy overcrowded!

Greeted by miserable staff and overcharged on city tax which was not refunded.
Breakfast wasn’t worth going to. Children were using fingers to pick items up, people would push infront of you, walk into you and it was just chaotic.
Save yourself time and grab a light snack or breakfast in the parks.

The buses are shared with 4 other hotels. It’s chaotic. People pushing infront of you etc sometimes by the time it gets to your hotel it’s full and you can’t get in.

Waiting for a bus after a morning in the parks one drove right past us even though it was empty. All the other hotels had at least 3 buses stop at their stops before we even got one.

Overall it was a fine base stay but the negatives definitely put me off no matter how cheap. I’ll stick to staying onsite.

We stayed as a family of four adults and one child under the age of two. We booked the family room, which included one double bed and two twin beds. While the room was on the smaller side, the layout was practical and worked well for our needs. This is very much a no-frills hotel—there was no phone to contact the front desk, no facial tissues, and no washcloths provided—but considering the price, these were compromises we were comfortable with.

The room did have air conditioning, though during our stay it either was not working properly or was unable to keep up with the heat wave. As a result, we had to open the windows overnight to let in cooler air, as the room became warmer than outside.

Breakfast was a standout feature. It was buffet-style with a wide selection of both food and drinks, and everything was all-you-can-eat. Guests are not permitted to bring backpacks into the dining area, but lockers are available for larger bags. The choices were excellent: coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, juices, croissants, yogurt, applesauce, fresh fruit, beans, toast, sausages, cereal, and more.

The shuttle service to the parks was frequent. Although often crowded, we were always able to board the next bus without issue. Checkout was simple and efficient, as it is automated—you just need to vacate the room by 11 a.m.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s proximity to the parks, reliable shuttle service, and excellent breakfast

Although this is on the cheaper end of the scale for hotels near Disneyland, it is actually a very good hotel. The beds are firm but you can sleep well in them after walking around the parks all day, really plump pillows as well. Only downside to the room is it DOESNT have air conditioning, it is just air flow which didn’t get that cold, lucky it wasn’t hot at night. The breakfast in the morning was good, staff just need to keep up with bringing out clean plates and cutlery to be used. Bar was a little expensive, £7.80 for a beer but you tend to get that because of it being near Disney. Free shuttle bus is a bit of a nightmare because it drops off at four hotels and customers are rude and just push by to squeeze on. We decided to walk back from the park one night which took just around 20 minutes. All in all, a good hotel and I would stay there again

Impressive building. Ground floor full of Disney magic. Rooms are very basic. Biggest issue for me was breakfast buffet. Very busy, often no cutlery, plates or cups/glasses. People resorting to using the trays and napkins. For those dining at 10am to avoid the busy period the staff already start clearing down the food.
Staff are not very happy or accomadating. By no fault of their own the tables are often left dirty, as they attempt the clear as quickly as they can.

1.Great start to your Disneyland experience as the shuttle is excellent.
2. Food was boring and average.
Staff in food and beverage area do a great job considering the amount of people who go down for breakfast each day. Dinner selection was mediocre.
3. Beds were comfortable and rooms were good size for 3 adults.
4. Front desk area needs a complete overhaul.The 2 staff they had on when we arrived were overwhelmed by the constant questions by everybody in their languages.
4. Checkin needs a separate area assigned just for that and the gift shop should be handling all the purchases made from the glass cabinets.
5. Questions on all other things needs a concierge counter way away from any money handling area.
The front of any Disney Hotel should be magical and not the disaster BnB offered.

- Check in was slow and confusing.

- They give you a code rather than a key so doesn’t feel safe.

- Rooms are basic for the price, feels like a dormitory or hostel rather than family room.

- Beds uncomfortable and rooms feel old, scuffed up and dirty bathroom with tiny bath/very basic shower.

- Staff seemed unbothered, unprofessional and lazy.

- Breakfast was chaos. Busy, rushed and a complete free for all. Food basic, cutlery was dirty, not much was being refreshed in terms of clean plates/cups/glasses put out.

Overall, felt like not good value for money and if I’d had more than one night booked, I’d have found somewhere else to stay.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures, it’s rough. Like doing Disney in the ghetto.

While our room was quite large it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked and it was a bit run down in the bathroom. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk when our A/C was not working properly. While getting ready the first morning the barely working A/C stopped. I am fairly certain they shut off the A/C and don’t allow it to run during the day. I called into a corporate number and was transferred to our front desk. She said they would send a technician up to look at it but no one ever showed. It was just as hot when we returned that evening from being in the park.
They do have a free shuttle, which is nice but it is for four large hotels in the property and was always packed. We rode it in the morning but didn’t even attempt trying to take it back from the park at the end of night - we just took an Uber. We were also taken to the wrong hotel when we first arrived in our Uber - even though I used the address on our hotel reservation so be aware there. Use the name - not the address provided.
I would not stay here again.

Really disappointed with this hotel. More like a POW camp. First the good. Close by to Disney with good free shuttle bus (although it was like sardines in a can). The bus even run after midnight which was great. The room was a reasonable size and clean. No tea/coffee making in the room. No Safe which was a major disappointment. When we arrived there was a massive queue. Took about 35 minutes to get to the one member of staff on duty. Had to pay CityTax (not their fault). Not allowed to take in backpacks to breakfast and we have a 14 month old baby and her backup contains wipes, nappy, bib and change of clothes etc. Had to return to the room with it and just take out the wipes. Breakfast is okay. Very continental but they are afraid of you eating too much. I found out that the parking was not free as advertised as we booked with Expedia. It is 15 euros a night. They dont sell milk on site so had to go shopping every day for milk for the baby. Upon trying to leave the first time they wanted 5.79 euros which I paid. I then found out they wanted another 15 euros everynight to stay and I pointed out that I had already paid 5 euros odd. I then pre bought my 4 nights parking. Great location for doing disney on a budget.

Breakfast menu is Basically different variations of bread with a bit of fruit.

But on the whole cant complain.

Does what it needed to do which was be close to disney as you spend most of your time there anyways.

I would recommend for families that are not big on hotel experience as like i said it fit the purpose.

Overall happy with the stay.

Cracked bath, bad shower, barely any water dripping out in the morning, one minute the water is freezing ,then it came on and burnt us. Wanted £30 for a kettle in the room, every hotel i have ever stayed in has provided a kettle with basic coffee sachets , but this one wanted £30 on top for that. Also charged £45 for parking at the hotel.

What a terrible place to go. I am not sure how they got their 4 start rating! Rooms are very small, with minimal towels in a room of 4 we only had 3 towels and pillows. We asked for more and got ignored!! Breakfast is a joke! The cheapest quality you can get!. Small plates, small cups, small glasses! They do not have the capacity to serve all these people. You need to wait to find a plate or a fork to eat. Even after asking politely they will ignore you!

The room was ok, but lacks basic necessities i.e. a kettle which can only be bought as an added service to room.
Getting a mix of hot and cold water was a challenge.
We ask d them to decorate the room and we bought a package but they stuck all the balloons on the wall and it was challenge to get in the room and in the toilet as the balloons were stopping both doors to open properly.
Restaurant staff was very courteous.
