Overall, we had a great time. We booked a VIP cottage which was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The one thing that let the place down was we travelled with another family & they refused our request to have our accommodation near to one another. We ended up being a good 15 minute walk from each other (despite being in the same type of accommodation). The park is not very well lit so walking back to our accommodation in the dark was a challenge.

One thing I didn’t like the checkin process is happening from the car. No map, no personal attention. Alot of things I had to figure out by myself. Besides of it, 5 stars

Our cottage was really far from aquamundo

For checkout we kept waiting for the bag for linens and it wasn’t there by 10, so we just left a big pile.

City bus had so many people waiting to come back from Disney, we decided to take uber instead. Uber pickup at entrance was easy, but some cottages are too far to walk. They can also drive in.

Booking through Travelocity, payment does not go to hotel until 2 days before stay. That made it impossible to book any activities or golf cart early in the window. Called the park and they had our confirmation number, but couldn’t do anything through the website.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom comfort cottage. I was much better than I expected.
The pool is great but we would have liked some other options such as tennis badminton etc like other centre parcs. Although there is bowling and an escape room this is expensive and gets booked up fast.
Val d Europe is not far and has good shops and restaurants if want to explore out the park. Train into Paris also easy. This one seems very much a base for Disney.

No hot water in our property. We messaged everyday about it and they fixed it most days, but it then stopped working again the next day.

No TV or wifi working in the room, which we reported on the first day, but it took a week to fix and only worked on our last night there. Also had to report a broken toilet seat, which they did fix quickly.

Generally a nice place with great activities, although we did have to request a refund on 2 activities as the bowling lane was broken and the laser battle was cancelled and we weren't informed. Would be a really nice place if the factilities were better maintained.

Property and facilities excellent.
Whilst our property was not available at allocated time as it still had a cleaner in it, which was a minor issue it was all clean and sorted within 25 minutes…and super clean.
Still 5 star like all of our trips to this location and we will definitely be coming here again.

We had a fantastic time at Villages Nature Paris - wish we had been able to stay for longer! Our visit was at the latter end of a multi-stop holiday to some cities in Europe, all by train, so we had to use public transport to get to the resort, arriving at Marne-la-Vallée - Chessy, and then catching the very regular bus 2231 from the south bus station. This cost 10 euro cash for 4 of us.

Staying here at the end was a great way to relax a bit, but also have some fun in the water park! The pools are amazing, and with the upcoming development of further outdoor water areas, we will likely revisit in a year or two.

The Farm and play area are also fantastic for children. Whilst staying we also made use of the Pedalos, climbing area, Games Arcade, Interactive play fountain (great!) and the various play areas throughout.

On the first night (Monday) we ventured to the main area to eat - and this was the only negative - the lack of places to eat at a slightly later hour! Whilst there are a few restaurants and cafes available, the only one that would allow us in around 7pm onwards was the Vapiano - Italian Restaurant which had really long queues. We did eventually get a table and food was good, but seems an area for improvement.

We did visit Disneyland on one of the days; however important to note that whilst Disney is likely a reason to stay here, be sure not to miss out on what Villages Natures has to offer!

Overall, a fantastic place to go and would highly recommend!

Our accommodation was quite tired and had minor damage/wear that could be easily rectified within a few hours to bring it up to standard. It Felt a little unloved.
The location, friendliness of staff and facilities were great. We would definitely return and use center parcs Paris again. It felt very safe.
It is perfect for accessing Disney as next door although not walkable.

The complex is amazing. The facilities in the cottage were excellent, very spacious for a family of four (two teenage boys). Driving is not allowed round the complex, so nice to park up and just enjoy the area.
Short lovely walk to the complex. Massive pool, water slides etc.
Lack of sun beds first day due to being saved and not used, but the following few days it was fine.
Great location, easy to drive out to the supermarket and local restaurants, or plenty on site if prefer.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Not enough food options, its all carbs, carbs, carbs. Its a shame, the site has so much potential but delivers 4 out of 10, and we have been twice, so we have experience.

After booking a vip apartment I thought it would be fully equipped. Unfortunately the pizzas we had already purchased couldn't be used as there was no oven. Even more annoying was the fact there was no shower gel or hand-wash.
I certainly wouldnt class this as a vip apartment.

Disappointing that the floor also seemed dirty even after 1 day of arriving.

Our holiday started 30/06/2025 for 1 week, We contacted centre parcs before we arrived asking for a air conditioner for the duration of our stay, they said it wouldnt be a problem and we could hire one. When we arrived they had none. They reassured us we would all have 1 fan in every bedroom as part of rooms amenities, when we got to the room we had no fans in any of the 3 bedrooms. We text day after day trying to get atleast 1 fan it was 38°C and we stressed we had a young infant. They stated they had none left, when you go to the reception and staff members have 3 fans on themselves and tells us they have no more even though every bedroom should have 1, when they said they would send us one they didnt. This didnt start our trip off very well.

The cabins are loverly, clean. The swimming facilitys are amazing we spent alot of time there only disapointment is they close early at 8pm. And food and drinks was stopped be served at 4pm in the swimming area.

We didnt eat at any of the restaurants on site as they too closed at 8pm and wouldnt let you in from 7pm which was really bizarre. Everything closed really early, bowling at 9pm. Even though there was so many people around.

The bar also shut at 9pm, what bars shut at 9pm! They also had a strict dresscode, we arrived one day in shorts and another in a vest top and where refused entry, the weather was 38°C in a family centre parcs surely no dress code would be needed.

Requires improvement and better opening hours.

No air conditioning or fans as standard

They were several issues with our voyage from the moment we arrived. The wrist bands that were meant to open the front door didn’t work. We couldn’t get in ! We didn’t know who to contact as there is no reception desk as such. The wrist bands are issued as you drive in. Following the advice of another family we went around the back of the voyage and got in through the unlocked patio doors. The property was exceptionally hot and there is no air conditioning or fans. It was over 30 degrees. It was impossible to cool the place. The safe had been left in a locked position so we were unable to use it. The TV had awful reception so was pixelated with distorted sound. The app didn’t work for us as we booked through hotels.com so we didn’t have a center parcs booking number. There was a phone number to WhatsApp with concerns that we later found inside the cottage. I messaged the number but received a reply to say that it closed at 8.30pm. None of us slept very well because of the heat. The next morning I messaged again. It was very difficult to get a response. After multiple messages and visits to the front gate we finally got some fans at 10.30pm. Somebody called to look at the safe early afternoon but left it unfixed and said maintenance would come but that never happened the other issues were never addressed. We had to leave the cottage unlocked because of the problem with the front door and we couldn’t secure our passports and tech.

We stayed at Villages Nature for one week in July 2025. We have stayed at centerparcs previously in the UK but this was our first experience in Europe. Overall, I was happy with the stay. The site amenities were excellent. The farm was great, and my kids absolutely loved the tree trekking, which was much better than any we’ve done in the UK. Overall the activities we did were excellent value for money (tree trekking, pony rides, meet small animals, aqua scooter, mini golf and bowling). All activities were a much higher standard and lower cost than in the UK. Also, the aquamundo was excellent. Always clean, well maintained, not too busy (we went before French or English schools finished for the summer). The outdoor pool is massive, slides were great for my kids (8 and 10). We didn’t get Disney tickets as we added on a one night stay at another Disney hotel, but the fact that you get Extra Magic Time by staying at CP is excellent!! We got so much done in that hour. The only downsides were the lodges were a bit run down, despite being so new. They were clean. Also, hardly any sockets! The other downside was the staff were not particularly helpful. We didn’t really have any issues that needed sorted but we had to queue a long time to get simple questions answered! Fortunately the app is great, so you can do most things on there. There are regular buses to Val d’Europe and Disney too. We didn’t eat at any restaurants due to cost so can’t comment on those. Overall, I was pleased.

I’ll start with all the good things about it.. lovely Cabins. Great vast area. A lot to do.. Arcade, Bowling, kids club, swimming, Rent carts / bikes, Supermarket onsite.

The things I didn’t like.. 1 MAJOR dislike was no Aircon, The room was roasting and unbearable, the fans just blew hot air, really bad. It was also a bit run down in my opinion, it feels like they only care about the summer rather than spring activities etc. I think they need more night time entertainment for kids and it made clearer where and when activities are.

We stayed in a VIP cottage which was in good condition, possibly recently decorated.
Overall it was very clean and tidy. Lovely decking area over looking the lake with table, loungers and an egg chair.
Beds were comfortable and showers were rainfall ones. The aqua mundo was great, lovely outdoor area and lots of water slides for a range of ages. The rapids when built will be another great addition.
Our son loved the driving school. It was very well run. The electric boats on the lake weren’t very powerful and kept cutting out. This wasn’t the best activity due to this.
The shop is good for basics and there are supermarkets close by. Excellent location for Disney and days relaxing here were welcome after long days in Disney! We will definitely return.

Good : The accommodation was great - nice decor, clean, well equipped. The same high standards you would get from Center Parcs in the UK . It had 3 spacious bedrooms , 1 bathroom, a toilet room and 1 shower/wet-room with toilet. Livingroom /kitchen was open . The kitchen was well equipped, there was a large table and sitting area. Nice patio area. The swimming pool was amazing, loads of slides, a wave pool, jacuzzi, lazy river outside.There are plenty activities on-site. There's a farm, supermarket, shops, restaurants, bowling and escape room. All were reasonable price for being on a purpose built resort. You can hire bikes and electric buggies . We stayed here as going days to Paris and Disneyland Paris. Excellent location for this . Away from it all but close enough to visit. Not so good: location of cottage was furthest away from reception (about 30mins ) so with suitcases and no luggage transfers was difficult. You could hire the electric buggies but these were expensive as cottage only used as a base. Customers with cars were placed near to amenities while non drivers further away. Always pay more to choose your cottage ! Smoke alarm bleeping .This was notified on the number given but nobody came out to fix it ( we were told not to touch it). Ants in shower/wet room, could see this being a bigger problem high season . Towels- you need to hire them as not enough in cottage and they dont get changed . No change of bedsheets either which is rubbish for 1 week stays

Shocking from start to finish

Not great to say the least. The communication is shocking and the app is very poor. There is limited translation into English and it’s very difficult and confusing to work out where to go and what to do. You cannot access the app without a booking number, if you book through hotels.com you don’t get a booking number.

There are no interactive maps of the property and even the paper maps should you be lucky enough to find one are poorly designed.

If you love aggravation then this is the place for you!!

Great place to stay for disney. Theres a bus direct to and from the park every half hour for only 2.50 each way. Accommodation has everything we needed it was not the best condition but cant complain for the reasonable price. The parc was lovely to walk around. Overall its a great location

Wonderful stay in VIP cottage. We have previously stayed in Comfort Cottages but really enjoyed the extra space and views from VIP. Whirlpool bath also a big hit! Fabulous stay. Highlight was seeing a beaver from our patio. One star knocked off as UK visitors can no longer use the app making checking basic info like opening times and booking activities more difficult. Note that if booking via hotels.com you cannot check in online in advance, despite all the pre-travel information telling you to do so.

No electricity, and emergency contact details and front desk don’t pick up or take accountability. Accommodation so dirty, they clean a whole two floor three bedroom cottage in less than an hour, and full of spiders everywhere! So if you don’t want to spend your holiday killing spiders or having a holiday with them then not the place for you

Disappointing Service But Great Pool Complex

The check in was so terrible, so unhelpful, staff had a very poor attitude, On arrival I handed a printed out confirmation & receipt of the booking and her reply was \"Is this all you have?\", she then asked if I came by car or bus and I replied car(as we had got a taxi there) she then told us we were at the wrong side of the park and that we'd need to drive to the other side, i said we'd need to get a taxi again and she then replied \"I asked if you came by car...not taxi\" very disapprovingly. I asked if she had a map of the resort to find our accommodation and also the parks facilities she replied no, I had to take a photo of the map on the desk to find our accommodation. I asked where we would be able to hire one of the golf carts to get around for the week and she pointed quickly to the map a couple of times, we just went out and found it ourselves without her help. We were given so little information and as a first point of contact with the park she did not make a good first impression. The park is vast, we chose a bungalow and it was one of the furthest away from the swim centre and the supermarket. If you are not very mobile id recommend hiring a golf cart for the week, it's €250 but well worth it. The swimming complex was amazing, my only complaint is there was 2 hot tub areas, it would've been nice if these were reserved for adults only as there was not an adult only section, every time I went into the hot pool it was filled with screaming kids with inflatables.

Poor cleanliness and maintenance

The property wasn’t very clean, there was a lot of dust in several places, we had to keep our shoes on so we weren’t stepping on small bits in the living area, the bedside table had sticky rings. The shower rail was coming away from the wall, the soap rack fell. Property wasn’t maintained or cleaned well. Soft play, arcade and a couple other activities were closed. Service at VAPIANO wasn’t great, very slow and a lot of confusion between table service and collect at counter. There was animal droppings everywhere in the beach area so couldn’t relax there. Otherwise we enjoyed the pool and the mini golf and it was convenient for Disneyland.

We have just returned from a week at Villages Nature. This was the perfect base for our family whilst visiting Disneyland. Bus stop at entrance for 47 to and from Disney and Val d'Europe mall. Swimming pool was out of this world and whole site was so peaceful, clean and calming!

The property was a lovely size and the pool, farm, restaurants, soft play etc was lovely. However being a “car free” holiday I expected to only see cars in carparks and driving mostly on the perimeter roads, not to be dodging cars with my children because people want to park their cars outside their lodges. The management did nothing to remove these people to carparks (threats of towing on signs, I think not) even though they were parked there for 4 days and overnight etc.
The walks to the lodges were long and poorly lit also which isn’t ideal with small children which let down this property for me.
In our room the toaster was missing, missing teapot lid, no filter in the coffee machine and the shower was a death trap, the glass was off of the runners and hanging on by a thread. We reported all of these and only the toaster was sorted in the 4 nights we were there.
Whilst the pool is beautiful, I was unfortunately unable to swim and there are NO places for spectators to sit unless you go to the pool in swimwear and sit on a chair. I was pointed to a viewing window which was a pane of glass with no seats and covered in foliage.. you can see nothing.
I had high hopes for it being as it’s a centre parcs but unfortunately we probably won’t be returning with small children.

We were a little worried about going here, having read some online reviews but shouldnt have been. The accomodation was just as pictured, pool and play areas were great, activities well run amd staff all very lovely. We dodnt have a car but the onsite supermarket catered for our needs, with the only exception being no availability of simple medication. There are a few rough edges here and there but it is a huge development with a high turnover of visitors which costs considerably less than the UK equivalents.

Had a great family stay here. Done 4 days in Disney first then came to Les Villages Nature for 5 days. Lots to do here so can always keep busy or chill. Overall the cottage was in good condition, but finer details like pulling out the couches and the beds to clean properly underneath would make it better. There was only one fan so it would be good to have two, one for each room when it is warm of an evening. Restaurants are quite expensive, but what you would expect. The supermarket Franprix on site is good value for a lot if stuff. We would recommend here and return.

It was a great stay and the swimming and facilities were great. Only downside was we reported a very bad smell in the bathroom with the toilet in on our second day. Maintenance did come and we communicated via Google translate and were told they would return that day to repair the silicone sealant around the shower and not to use the shower in that bathroom. They never returned and we spent the rest of our week using the shower over the bath in the other bathroom and avoiding using the toilet in our cottage due to the bad smell.

Communication leading up to the break was very poor. Just ignored my messages. Even made me pick up a case (lost by Air France then delivered) from security which was a 20 min walk from the cottage rather than having someone drop it off. Very poor customer service. Also when a can dropped us in the wrong place at security, guard and driver proceeded to have an argument which scared my 4yr old Daughter and made my Wife cry. Site is ok but not sure i’d stay again because of poor service like this.

The service was terrible for three days the sink is broken and no one came to fix it with several calls to reception and maintenance. Rude when asnwering calls no respect to tenants. The rooms were dirty upon check in with a spider on one of the Kids beds. This is very unacceptable.

THIS IS NOT HOTEL! Its a campground with cabins. STAY AWAY! Our keys didn't work - wait 30 minutes for security to bring. After hours don't expect that someone will answer your call. When we finally get in to the room at midnight no coffee or teat and NO TOILET PAPER!!! Had to wait another 30 minutes for paper….before we went to sleep killed at least 5 spiders….Thanks to Expedia they rebooked us different hotel.

Fantastic holiday at Villages Nature

Stayed for four nights during half term as a base for visiting Disneyland and Paris. The Village is in a perfect location, it's only a short drive to Disneyland but it's quiet and peaceful, the total antidote to a hectic day spent at Disney! We stayed in the cheapest accommodation and it was ideal for our family of four with two bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen/lounge area. The site is lovely with loads of trees and greenery. The swimming pool was amazing and kept the kids entertained for hours and the gardens were really beautiful and we loved exploring them. There's a lovely farm and indoor play area type complex which is fantastic for anyone with younger kids. My only slight complaint would be that finding the welcome centre on arrival was quite difficult which was a bit frustrating especially when you've had a long journey to get there. Everything else though was amazing. All staff were really friendly and helpful and all spoke near perfect English which is always a bonus!

Stayed here 3 times before and knew roughly what to expect, however this time it was much worse.

We booked disabled accommodation as a wheelchair user in the party, we called up twice directly to the property before arriving and was told all would be ok and they would sort us out when we arrived. However on arriving they made us wait for 1hour and then told us to go away and they would give us a call when it was sorted. We waited 6hrs for a phone call and went back to reception where we waited a further 30mins to be told there was nothing they could do. They then tried to blame us by saying we hadn't booked accessible accommodation (despite us having the booking printed out detailing accessible accommodation).

Rude Staff, Reception has one person working and a constant queue of 10 people. Never answer the internal phone.

Lodge was unclean, dishwasher was broken and not fixed to the wall.

Rats and mice ran freely around the lodge, we reported it and was told that there was nothing they could do. The staff member told us they live on site and have the same problem.

Pool was half closed with explanation. Pool was over crowded on the weekend.

Farm was good and so was indoor and outdoor play areas.

When we arrived our accommodation hadnt been cleaned. The sofas and the windows were all dirty. We also didnt have a kettle in the room which was requested on 5 separate occasions and finally came on our 2nd day. The food options in the complex are very limited and not great if you are a vegetarian. Vapiano was one of the worst food experiences we had, all staff ignored you and directed you to an app. Ordered via the app to pay in restaurant and no one made us aware that you had to pay prior to receiving your food, however after tasting the food I can see why this was done, it was awful and none of it had any flavour what so ever. If I had been asked to pay after receiving my food I most certainly would not have. The facilities in the restaurant were also shocking, dirty nappies all over the floor and urine and toilet paper all over another toilet. The taps were also broken off in the disabled facilities, not something which was expected as the complex was supposed to have increased cleaning due to covid 19.

Modern lodges, beautiful setting. The farm was great fun and the pool and play parks. Food wasn’t cheap but lots of options. Our fire didn’t work but other than that highly recommend. Much better value for money than UK centre parcs.

The checkin to the property is very organized. Upon receipt of our arm bands at check in, we went to our apartment. The armbands didn’t work, we then had to go to the welcome house which is a long ways away. Upon finding the welcome house we realized they do not have any handicapped parking close to it, that is a major inconvenience. Once we got into the welcome house, the staff was not friendly. Seemed very bothered by having to help anybody. The parking situation for the pool is the same problem, no handicapped parking.

Great lodge, lovely pool area, great shuttle bus to Disney.
We had a great time and would recommend, however we had some issues which were reported three times and never fixed. Some of the desks (main reception, travel excursions) have short opening hours considering Disney park hours it was hard to catch them. Watch out for wrongly priced Paris chocolates in the supermarket. The 6.99 ones scan at 10.90 and no one was interested in changing the price!

I would like a refund - awful.

When we arrived the front door villa would not close. The safe did not work and the sofa was filthy! I had to stay in on the first night for the door to be fixed. This took about two hours, new lock fitted and front door repeatedly taken off hinges. I could not go out as our safe didn’t work and the villa was wide open. Then the next person arrived to fix the safe. That was another 30 mins. Then house keeping arrived and put a sheet over the disgusting dirty sofa. I would have expected this to be cleaned or replaced.
The wrist band keyless system was broken at the resort. They could only give one key between 6 of us. This was an awful pain.
On the Wednesday Half our group got locked out of the villa. We went to reception by the bus stop which was opposite our villa. We asked for help to be told no by the rudest worst receptionist (Jules I took a photo of him).
I explained the issue and he refused to help. Told me to walk across the resort to the welcome centre. Refused to call maintenance on the phone in front of him.
He told me it “was not his problem” that I was locked out with a 2yr old in freezing conditions. I explained there had been a lot of issues and said about the door, safe, dirty sofa, broken glasses etc. He told me he did not own the resort so it’s not his problem.
He even told me he doesn’t know why I a telling him! He was the rudest and worst. I made a formal complaint at the welcome centre. They apologised but that’s not enough I would like a full refund.

Nice resort, plenty to do for 3-4 days.

The apartments are very nice, comfortable, reasonably new, and roomy. Well equipped kitchens. We stayed in a \"cottage\" that sleeps 6. Resort amenities are good. Most are geared to families with young children, under 10 years old. Less to do for older kids. We found that some activities were randomly cancelled so check with the information center when you arrive. Not everything from the web site will be available. The only catch to this resort: no air conditioning. We lucked out in August - the weather was in the low 20C. But if you have more typical August temps, the lack of AC could be an issue for some families.

Also Disneyland is about a 10 minute car ride away. They do have buses for a few euros per person but they take 35 mins to get to Disneyland.

It was very negative experience to have a cottage without air conditioner and with 2 very small fans in the July. Very hot and no fresh air. We couldn't sleep. This is the most awfull sleeping experience I have ever had. In additional the way village is built is not comfortable due to very long promenade.
It is about 1km long and going to aqua park twice a day took us about 4km of walking. Plus going to supermarket and restaurant...6-7km of walking every day just for basic needs. While we lived quite close...first line of cottages. Second and third lines must rent bicycle or electric car in order to move between points of interest. 3 tablets for dish washer machine and 1 toilet paper for 7 days 4 people is definitely not enough. We were required to buy more and then through to the waste. The restaurants are really bad. My worst food experience in France was in this village.
When we left the reception guy asked if everything was good, I told no, but he just smiled. The staff is not really interested to improve

Not booking direct meant no access to the app, so not able to book activities or pay for things as easily,
Need more info for some activities e.g. Action factory (I think that's what it was called) we were not told how the credit system worked, just asked how many we wanted, so bought 1 for each child, but actually needed to buy a pack really, for each different activity.
Pools and location were amazing, lots of play areas and walks to do.

We checked in via the link from Expedia, arrived and went straight to villa.
The property enabled us to be home from home. Having separate bedrooms for the kids to sleep in was fantastic. Being able to relax in the evening on the decking was lovely. The kitchen was basic and had a microwave/oven and a hob. We were able to cook our own food without any issues.
The only negative for me was the windows upstairs. They only tilted open about 5-6 inches. A window in one of the bedrooms didnt open. This caused the upstairs to be like a sauna.

That aside this wouldn't prevent me from staying there again, personally ill look for a property over 1 floor.

Village Nature is quite expensive for food, whether that be the supermarket or restaurants.

The Swimming is brilliant, lots for the kids to do. Life jackets available for kids.

Kids loved the in-house farm, no charge to visit.

There is a fantastic outdoor play area and indoor soft play.

There is a nice relaxing vibe across the property.

Similar to Centre Parcs UK without the sport activities. Bikes should be hired in advanced to ensure availability.

Parking was really close to property.

Driving from Village Nature to Disney took less than 10 mins.

Comfortable beds, clean with basic necessaties. Staff all very friendly and spoke really good English. Pool was amazing, especially the outdoor thermal pool/lazy river. Only downside was the climbing wall became very slippery and the ledge sticking out by the ropes was dangerous we witnessed several children coming off with cuts, one quite severe. Location is beautiful though, our children (7&3) loved every minute, the farm and playgrounds are fantastic. We'd love to come back in summer months.

Dirty, disgusting and seriously disappointing!

We were so excited to stay here but it was a huge disappointment, especially for the price you pay! We paid extra for the VIP Cocoon Cottage, so we were expected a level of comfort in line with this cost! We opened the door and it was clear immediately that it had not been cleaned. You have to share the details of who is staying in advance so they would have known we had no children on our group, yet as soon as you opened the door there was a cot and a high chair which we had to move just to be able to get our bags in. The curtain in the master bedroom was damaged and just hanging off and we weren’t able to close at night. They only left us two towels for our group of six. There were two robes but only one paid of slippers (to be honest we could live with not having slippers but we needed towels!). The bath and sinks were disgusting, there was dirt on the floor and bugs on the walls. Dirty linen (with hairs on...!) had been left in the cottage and there was no welcome pack...

We spoke to the Welcome House and several members of staff, after waiting 6 hours we received towels and were able to make use of the AquaLagoon - we’d already lost time of our day waiting which was annoying as we were only staying two nights. Staff reassured us that the cottage would be cleaned and all issues would be resolved by the time we got back....

We got back later that evening and nothing had been done. Nobody came to fix or clean anything during our stay. Total rip off for £400 a night!!!

We arrived at 10:30pm since our plane was delayed. I’d arranged a pick up to take us to the west entrance however, when we got there our driver was told he needed to go to the east entrance. He was let into the site to take us to our lodge. It’s a huge site and in the middle of the night our driver was getting frustrated about not being able to find it. When we did find our lodge, we couldn’t get in. We eventually rang for assistance but whilst awaiting them to arrive, managed to get in. The lodge its self was fine. Nothing fancy, but suitable for our needs. We travelled to Disney for two days, the bus is 15 mins and 2 euros. It departs and comes back frequently. The pool facilities at village nature where brilliant. All in all we had a great time. It worked out cheaper to stay at this centre parks in half term than it would when we priced up a uk centre parcs. Would definitely consider returning and exploring France more. Good value for money, and great for families. Would advise arriving in the day time if you can.

The included activities are excellent. Our 16 month old loved the toddler swimming area, the indoor playground and the animals at the farm. We could easily have spent a week just using the pool and visiting the farm.

We booked a VIP cocoon apartment which was well equipped and clean. The bedroom is small so there wasn't much room to walk around the super-king bed, but there is storage and the living area and bathroom had plenty of space. Shampoo, towels etc. were provided but it would have been useful to have spare towels for swimming. The only thing we had to buy was more toilet roll as only one is provided. The apartment was on the water right next to the shops and restaurants which was great.

Getting to the park by public transport was easy (RER from Paris then a bus). It's a great location for visiting Disneyland.

Had a couple of small issues with housekeeping as the coffee machine didn't work, there was no washing pack in the kitchen, and there were no sheets for the cot, but these were sorted after a few confused conversations. Make sure you have a torch as the park is very dark at night with limited lighting on the paths.

We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be returning in the future.

Be forewarned! This is NOT a hotel. This is CAMPING.

You will \"check in\" at a hut. Pray that they have the right number of bracelets ready, because if not, the check in clerk will get on the phone for TWENTY TWO minutes to determine that you need to pay an additional 4 euro. I mean, really. At that point of the evening, I did not care if I had to pay 20 euro....but to wait TWENTY TWO minutes was ridiculous.

After you check in at the hut, a surly rude security guard will berate you for trying to move through the gates too quickly. And then again when you cannot find the \"shuttle stop\" in the pitch black, unlighted and unsigned parking lot.

Once you make your way through the pitch black and rain, you get to wait about 12 minutes, along with your special needs son, to find out that the shuttle stop near your \"cabin\" is actually no where near your cabin. This is AFTER you've sent a note and called in advance to ensure a close-in accommodation, explaining your child's disability.

Plan to hike, in the pitch black, in the rain, with no signs, to find your \"cabin\". Check into your cabin to discover that you are to supply your own toiletries. No shampoo. No soap. NO TOILET PAPER!!!! Also, you might be cold, but too bad, you cannot change the temperature in the cabin. The thermostat is set where they want it.

Next, try to go out to the \"promenade\" for dinner. Yes, try that, in the pitch black and pouring rain with your disabled son. Cry in the parking lot.

Great stay at Villages Nature Paris

Lovely place, 30 mins from airport, and 20 mins away from disneyland Paris on the bus.
Villages Nature Paris Aqua lagoon is amazing, nice small supermarket on site and a few good restaurants.
The accommodation was fantastic, very spacious and modern.
