I am very disappointed with the shuttle service not being available from late morning to early evening. And not accommodating the guests that have chosen to stay in the hotel based on shuttle services to the train station. I spent 80 euro in uber transportation to get to and from Disneyland Paris. The hotel room was clean and the employees were extremely professional and courteous.

In general the place was fairly clean, the lifts smelt lovely when were used them, and most of the staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was brilliant too.. however could of added an extra run in-between 11.20-16.20.
On the down side... Food! Vegetarian/vegan sandwiches would be nice and other food such as pizza and fries etc on site would have been a bonus. The information leaflet with the QR code said pizza was available on site but when I asked it was no! I would have to download an app or something! Otherwise lovely surroundings and hotel. Thanks.

Perfect spot if you are travelling to Disney Paris. This location is only a short 5 min drive, or free shuttle ride, away from Disney.

The room was a little on the compact side, but since we were spending the majority of our time at Disney this was not an issue. The kitchenette was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The temperature was a little cooler during our stay, but the pool on site is heated and there were many people in it and seemed to be having a grand time.

The only downfall was the inconsistent water temps of the shower, it would go from boiling to freezing and back to boiling multiple times within the few minutes you were in the shower. It got so hot, I would suggest it would be unsafe for young children. Parking is also 15€ a day, which seemed a little expensive. The nice things about the parking are that it is a controlled access area, secure and well-lit.

There is a grocery store within walking distance as well as other amenities, if you forgot anything for the duration of your stay.

Staff here were really good, I used the onsite laundry services and the dryer I chose was clearly not functioning properly. I advised staff and because it was not owned/maintained by the hotel itself they were unable to offer a refund. Staff did however offer complementary drinks and snacks from the onsite canteen to compensate me for my troubles.

If I were to do another Disney Paris trip, I would look to stay here again.

Really nice place to stay! The pool was so warm, my kids spent most of the day in it! Room was immaculate with everything you could need. I did think 10euros for a pint was pricey though. Really nice area for food about a 3 min walk away, we chose an indian restaurant which was really good but there was a thai place too amongst others.

The Hotel is spacious and surrounded by lovely Nature. It has a good Cafe and shop and nice recreation areas.
The Pool looks incredible but it’s outdoors and closed at 8pm so we didn’t get a chance to use it sadly. It should stay open to 10pm in July I think.
The Duplex we had was nice but the two sofa beds were not comfortable at all to sleep on.
I would stay there again for the convenient location but don’t appreciate €15 charge for Parking and I would only stay in the rooms that have proper beds not sofa beds.

Our first trip to Disneyland and alstatingnstay city.
Everything was great.

It's around 10 mins away from Disney by coach.
The coach is provided by the hotel and it's not shared with any other hotel, which is great. However the coach does not run between 11 to 4 , which is annoying at times as if you have to make you way back to hotel in between this time then you will have to use public transport...we took a taxi back on 1 day and it costs us around 30 euros.

Breakfast is average.
Beds are ok
Our room 165 had beautiful view...we really enjoyed it.

We were there to celebrate our son 3rd bday and had order cake from the hotel.
The cake was really nice and worth the money. They personalised it too which was great, my son was soo happy seeing the Mickey mouse cake. Really appreciate the hotel chef and staff for the attention to detail in relation to the cake.

Overall a great experience.

We stayed for one night after visiting the Disney park. It’s super close to the park which is great after a long day at Disney.

The surrounding area is stunning and the hotel grounds are beautiful- there’s a pond with ducks, an outdoor pool (towels provided by hotel) and kids gaming facilities.

The room itself was pretty basic but clean. I don’t know if I could stay more than one night. The bathroom was clean but when the shower curtain is closed, you are basically bathing in darkness with is not ideal. Additionally, sound proofing was not great; when people walk down the corridor you can hear them talking as though they are in your room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We also visited the mall which was a short drive away from the hotel.

Lots of kids around which created a lovely family vibe: overall a great location and a cosy- effective option

The only down side were the shuttle buses to Disneyland Paris were not as frequent as expected..
The television did not have any internet/phone mirroring options.
Overall a lovely and great stay

This was a new find for us as a family. Having regularly stayed at the Radisson Blu just around the corner we opted for the Stay city as a last minute booking with the Radisson not available.

We’ll be continuing to use the Staycity going forward. It’s better value for money, the facilities are better, the rooms are more spacious. Only slight downside is due to the popularity the bus(es) are busy and stop over the lunch period. Other than that a perfect stay.

Stayed here with large family group for weekend in a villa. Great accommodation and the free buses to Disneyland are great. Also used car charger. Staff really responsive when asked to fix a/c.

Only slight negative was the cleanliness of the property whilst initially looked good if you move anything like a bed, table or a sofa it’s obvious that these are not moved for cleaning.

Pool area is great. Lovely surroundings. Rooms spacious and well appointed , clean on arrival. Understand it’s an aparthotel so no cleaning but really should empty bins as there is no obvious place to take rubbish. Could also do with groceries available on site rather than just drinks and snacks. Shuttle bus spot on and really convenient. Overall we had a great time just a few little suggestions would have been really beneficial for us!

Good but needs to improve

The overall stay was very much positive. The concept of the hotel is great, public areas are nice. Food wise breakfast is great, dinner and snacks are also very good. Shuttle to Disney was amazing, on time and not packed. The problems I believe start in the room and few details which scream out. The bed is king size but made of two mattresses. The mattress is no good, feels like the cheapest spring mattress you can find. Same goes for the overstuffed pillows which are just killing you neck - yes I am picky with my sleep and this place does not allow for decent sleep. The noise of kids running keeps on going well after 2200 which is the quite hours....not hotel fault but maybe they can improve on this.

The one thing that drove me mad is the water tap in the bathroom sink, please who can use it?! It is too short, you get your hand stuck in the sink while washing them...who did not think of replacing them...such a flaw that to ignore it is to disrespect your guests...only a tap but speaks plenty.

Value wise and service the hotel is great and I would recommend it. Just be ware of the bed if you are picky and please management change the taps.

Overall, we had a lovely time at Staycity which we chose for our Disneyland trip. It really lives up to the expectations - very lovely accommodation that is clean and spacious with nice outdoor space. The location is so convenient that made it easy for us to be flexible during the day where we could rely on public buses to and from the property, and also walk towards the central local area for local supermarkets and patisseries. We stayed in the 1 bed duplex which was lovely and better than we expected! Plenty of space for families and good provision of additional bedding for using the sofa beds which made it more comfy. It was very convenient to have the cafe downstairs where there was some good vegetarian choices for us, especially when we had a late check-in. We were always fed and didnt go hungry!

However, one big downside from our own experience was how some/one of the reception staff were very unhelpful when dealing with a crisis of a cancelled flight and needing to sort an extra night's accommodation at Staycity. It would have been more helpful if staff were more empathetic and understanding during this rather than constantly directing us to \"go online and book\". This is something that should and could easily be dealt with at the reception instead of us having to spend more time and effort searching on own our phones to rebook the same room. It made a stressful situation worse and we felt unvalued as customers that had already stayed here for 4 nights already.

Great hotel for a trip to Disneyland Paris

Hotel is modern, clean and comfortable with large rooms with a well equipped kitchenette. Plenty of parking on site during our stay and a very short drive to the Disneyland parks. Breakfast was also good, with a wide range of choices. The only negative was the shower - it didn’t have much pressure and would change from hot to cold all the time which wasn’t much fun! Baths were fine though!

The hotel was incredibly clean, the staff where all very friendly and helpful. The offered to print out my Disney tickets for me which was very appreciated!
The room was a good size and fully equipped with everything we needed. The only negative was the towels aren’t very big but apart from that everything was perfect! The breakfast buffet was tasty and offered a wide selection of foods.

This was a lovely appartment to stay in. We stayed in a 4 bedroom villa which was huge. ample space for the kids to run around.
The only slight concern is that there is no fence between the patio and river area, so not ideal for children to play out in. Oh, and the golfer that was insistant we opened our door to let him swing his club!

Really great hotel! Friendly, helpful staff, really close to the parks, easy to drive in each morning. About a 5 minute journey! Came back once in the bus with my youngest son - it was the first bus of the evening after a 6 hour break and it was carnage. Bus driver lovely but other people shoving their kids onto the bus and pushing. Think earlier or more buses needed. Also 9am first bus was too late for us. Car much better!
Great size room for us 4. Sofa beds seemed good, kitchenette facilities great! Main Bed and all bedding really comfy and soft. Very impressed, would definitely stay there again!

Great Aparthotel!

As one of the newer hotels surrounding Disney (from circa Sept 2019), we were keen to try it. This hotel instantly jumps to among my top 3 apartment style hotels in the area. It’s is perfectly suited for Disney. Hotel door to parked is less than 15 mins! The rooms were clean and well equipped with some pleasant surprises. Neapresso style coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle & toaster. Proper duvets on all the beds including the pull out sofa beds. The room was massive and even with the beds pulled out there was plenty of room. Reception staff were extremely polite and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again. It comes in slightly more expensive than others in the area, but after this stay I would say it’s worth it. The grounds are lovely and I can imagine the pool area being well used in the summer.

Perfect location for visiting Disneyland. Our only gripe was that the room smelt extremely strongly of cleaning chemicals when we arrived (prefer that than smelling dirty though!) and the floor was really sticky. It was bearable as we were only staying one night and after opening the patio doors for half an hour the smell died down.
Other than that everything felt new and clean in the room and the resort as a whole. Would like to come back in the summer when the outdoor pool is open and we could make use of the patio seating area outside of our room.

2 Nights stay just before Christmas

Located less than 10 minutes drive from Disney, it is well located. The hotel adjoins a golf course and The Marriot Hotel Village.

We stayed in an apartment over 2 floors (duplex), a comfortable double bed was on the top floor but you have full view of the downstairs if you have young children sleeping in one of the 2 single fold out settee beds. A coffee machine is provided and there was a bath with shower.

There is a shuttle bus to and from the park, which cost E2 each, which isn't bad when considering the E30 parking fee per day at Disney.

Overall a very clean and comfortable hotel with ample free parking outside. The free wifi worked fine in the room. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment but there is a Starbucks café in the hotel to grab a brew.

If I visited the area again (which I doubt), I would probably pick one of the hotels within walking distance to the parks.

Some of the staff at the restaurant were poorly trained forgetting the orders. So we had to ordered it again, among other uncomfortable experiences at the restaurant. The room was not made during our stay. The towels are very limited in sizes and amount. The air conditioning is not cold enough for a comfortable sleep.

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Aparthotel. Das Appartement war bei unserer Ankunft deutlich dreckig und überall verstaubt. Besonders in den Ecken, auf den Möbeln und im Bad war der Staub nicht zu übersehen. Auch der Boden wirkte nicht richtig gereinigt. Für ein Aparthotel hätten wir uns definitiv mehr Sauberkeit erwartet.

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, freundlich und bemüht, unsere Anliegen ernst zu nehmen. Der Service an der Rezeption war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Trotz des freundlichen Personals hat die mangelnde Sauberkeit unseren Gesamteindruck stark beeinträchtigt. Hier besteht auf jeden Fall Verbesserungsbedarf

Personal sehr freundlich, wir hatzen keine Probleme. Zimmer gross, ausreichend für 4 Personen und sehr sauber. Küche sehr sauber und Ausstattung perfekt. Es gibt einen Besen, Föhn, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Alles perfekt. Kostenloser Shuttle zum Disneyland. Einziger Nachteil: 15 Euro für den Parkplatz pro Tag, meiner Meinung nach sollte es für Hotelgäste kostenlos sein. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Einfaches Hotel mit entsprechend vielen Familien. Hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche Personal und die schnellen und guten Speisen sowohl fürs Frühstück wie auch am Abend. Die Anlage macht einen 3-4 Sterne-Eindruck. Innen eher 2 Sterne Hotel. Zum Übernachten in Verbindung mit Disneyland hat es gereicht.

L'accent a été mis sur l'aspect extérieur, qui est très agréable. Intérieurement c'est nettement plus bas de gamme, on est plus proche d'un hôtel de passage. Finitions, matériaux... même la machine Nespresso de bloque ou vibre et fait un bruit d'enfer, ne voulant pas des capsules bas de gamme proposées. Impossible ou presque de prendre une douche, l'eau passant de brûlante a glacée sans trop s'arrêter sur le tempéré. Bref beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité de la prestation.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il collegamento con la navetta gratuita per Disneyland è molto comodo. Nell'appartamento c'era tutto l'occorrente per cucinare ed era molto pulito, spazioso e con un televisore per ciascuna camera. La vista della camera era sulla bella piscina a disposizione degli ospiti e i dintorni sono immersi nel verde e con un campo da golf. A 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge un supermercato fornitissimo e altri negozi. Il personale è stato molto accogliente e gentile; mi è caduto un calice di vetro che si è rotto, ma sono stati molto comprensivi gestendo la cosa tramite chat whatsapp senza nemmeno bisogno di andare alla reception.

スタッフもすぐに対応してくれるので良心的でした。
シャワーは全部蛇口を開けると宿泊部屋数の影響上、冷水になるので適度に開ける必要があるとのことでした。
ランドリーは入れる時間帯があるみたいなので当日のスタッフに確認してください。

ドミトリーみたいな感じなので寝巻きや歯ブラシ等は持参する必要があります。
無料のシャトルバスはこの口コミ投稿時点で40分に1本といった感じでした。時間帯によっては増便されるそうで開園時刻間近でも人が多すぎて乗れないことはないのでどの時間帯でも安心して乗れました。
また無料のシャトルバスを乗り過ごした場合は、近くに有料のバス停があるのでそちらを利用することをおすすめします。
事前に対象のバス停名とそのバス停を通る便の確認をすることをおすすめします。
施設内に軽い軽食等は売ってますが、完璧に揃っているのは駅の方なので調達はそちらでした方がおすすめです。

Disney pratica

O hotel fica pertinho da Disney e oferece Transfer de ida e volta. NOVO!!! Ano novo e bem cuidado. Quarto enorme, o maior que ficamos na Europa. Cozinha americana super equipada. Calefação maravilhosa. Chuveiro excelente. Aquecedor de toalhas no banheiro. Funcionários solicitos. Não tivemos tempo de usar, mas tem uma linda e enorme área externa com piscina. No restaurante comemos pizza e tomamos choppes. Tudo estava gostoso. Tem uma loja de auto atendimento com opções variadas de lanches e bebidas. Guardaram nossas malas quando necessário.
