The room, the staff, amenities. And they took my daughter wallet from the room and they didn’t even do anything they only told us to go to the police but we don’t live here. And the food in not that good for the mornings at all and the morning staff did not let us leave with the food even though other people did it and what makes it worse I’m black the that she let go where white she was yelling as well but all we said we saw other people going out with the food only good thing was the dinner was free for us at least night of the vacation. This was written by my 10 year old who was on her birthday vacation to visit Disney Paris.

Positives - Location is great for our needs of Disney. It is within walking distance. Beds were comfortable.

Negatives - Rooms and corridors could do with an upgrade to modernise. Carpets were stained, bathrooms are looking old and tired, wallpaper is coming away in the corridor and air conditioning was not as effective as I would have liked in the room as ambient temperature was so warm.
Breakfast food selection was not great. Supposed hot food was cold. Staff struggled to keep up with restocking some items. Could be excused as it was a very busy weekend, but given the booking numbers, more staff would certainly have helped. Would try somewhere else if we return.

More sugar milk and coffee in room would be better but overall very nice hotel didn’t use much facilities as was a short weekend to Disney but perfect to getting to the parks only 6 mins on the very frequent buses 👍

On night one a large group of drunk adults woke us up trying to get into the hotel. No1 came to let them in for well over 30 minutes leaving them to shout and sing and scream outside right below our room. When let in they made it up to our floor and continued to make a lot of noise in the corridor and then in their rooms. Hotel staff do not appear to step in at all. The next night I had a member of hotel staff shout loudly through the hotel phone/intercom TWICE after 1am asking me if I still needed a travel cot. My child is 12 I did not order a travel cot. Not the usual service I expect from the hotel.

Mixed review on staff helpfulness
Bed was broken and despite my husband reporting it and escalating it to the hotel manager and him assuring us it would be repaired, nothing was done. Bullstock base of the bed was touching the floor which is absolutely unacceptable and my husband now has a bad back from it. Rooms could do with an upgrade as they are very tired in places. Carpets are filthy. Seems that all the money's been poured into the lobby. Not a great room service selection either. Very limited and you see lots of people eating Uber eats in the lobby area which is pretty grim and brings down the overall experience.

Everything looked great on the internet. This was a one night stay at the end of our Disney trip so we could tag on some shopping at Val D’Europe.
Cleanliness of the hotel was poor with rubbish around the corridors and in the lobby. This may be due to guest not being respectful and the cleaning team not being able to keep up with the crowds.
We chose to try and eat in the bar area, no where to sit; carpet full of food and dirty tables. We chose to have Uber eats and eat in our room.
The room was massive- family room and quiet. The square pillows were small and uncomfortable.
Good powerful shower in the bathroom.
Breakfast was too busy and over stimulating. Children running around and people touching food with their hands instead of using tongs. Maybe we are spoilt as we usually stay at L’Elysee or on property so cleanliness is of a high standard and breakfast is quieter.
Some people rave about Dream Castle- the pool and play area looked great and I can see the attraction for younger children. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Nice big hotel, but a number of issues. I tried to address with front desk on last day but they were disinterested! Tried 2 check in on arrival and was told twice our room was not ready! 3rd time lucky. Room was comfortable but carpets needed a scrub and shampoo. Toilet was running water for the 5 days we were there. Household took our keycard out of electric and never returned it, they did not clean our room on last nights stay were disappointed at the point. Breakfast is manic and abit limited. Worse bit the buses are like the hunger games 5 times we were unable to get on to get to and from disney. When had to get a uber at 12.90 euros each time. To sum up we wont go back to this one but it was ok but wanted better.

The staff throughout the hotel were not as friendly as I have found on previous stays. Guests were wearing pyjamas to breakfast - why? Swimming pool jacuzzi wasn’t working. Daily housekeeping was pointless as they only made the bed and never re stocked toilet rolls, milk and teas etc. Housekeeping were knocking my door at 9am on day of departure to see when I was vacating despite check out time being 11am. This hotel has gone downhill since I last stayed there.

Lovely, spacious, clean & comfortable room, although the pillows were too hard for me. Friendly & helpful staff. Great choice for buffet breakfast, unfortunately marred by other guests, piling plates high or making packed lunches, in which case we & others were waiting for dishes to be replenished. The amount of food waste left on empty tables was at times totally obscene, but this of course, is not the hotels fault. The indoor pool did not feel heated at all, so we didn’t use.
The shuttle buses should be more frequent during busy periods, packed in like sardines if you manage to get on, but again, this is not the hotels fault.

Great hotel overall. Pool is fun for the kids. Room was overall clean but seeing wear and tear; normal at Disney hotels they’re so busy.
Breakfast buffet was the weakest but it got us fed before heading out for the day. Night buffet was overall a really good meal though not on the cheap side.
Shuttle to the Disney park is great, just very busy!

Varied stay - the lobby is lovely but the scent is very strong! The rooms are a good size and very clean. Staff are nice and helpful whenever asked for assistance. The transportation to the park has improved from our last stay. The pool is cold and the changing area unpleasant, this along with the bathrooms don’t seem to have been updated when the rest of the hotel was and it shows. Breakfast is like a giant school canteen with one station, we experienced days when no fresh fruit salad was provided, croissants ran out and sausages were cold. There are warning signs about bringing in bags and food waste. Given the cost of staying here I think the hotel needs to take onboard that customers are paying for breakfast in a four star hotel and perhaps expect a level of service here. I would say that of the hotel choices on offer in the area outside the park, that are not Disney hotels this is the best option but the hotel could easily improve on the breakfast and pool area to improve customer stays.

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner, and the air circulation wasn’t great, it’s hard to imagine how warm it might get in the summer. We had to keep the window open, which unfortunately let in mosquitos. We requested a fan but didn’t end up receiving one. The hotel itself feels a little older and doesn’t quite match the photos online. Breakfast was fine, though the eggs were quite undercooked and the bacon a little too crispy, even for someone who usually enjoys it that way. Overall, it was an okay stay, though not quite worth the price we paid.

Shuttle transportation to Disney Paris to and from the hotel needs major improvement! Shuttles are jam packed and not safe. People are holding babies and children and people are at risk to fall while driving. More shuttles need to be introduced more frequently. As a good neighbor hotel of Disney, Disney should help with this!! The park is beautiful but take care of the Disney patrons going to and from the park! Ensure thier safety on the shuttles and crack down on The uber scammers who cancel your uber booking and then tell you 20 EU!!

The hotel seems nice and has quite a number of facilities. It also has a lot of interesting things for kids.

I did not like the fact that there was just the 1 microwave for the whole hotel. There were a limited number of irons and you had to drop a security deposit to take the iron (never seen this before). Staff were quite unhelpful. I had to fight for early check in even though I was paying. There’s a notice at the front desk with times for shuttles to Disneyland yet when I called to confirm time the staff couldn’t even b bothered to check it. The elevator buttons could do with maintenance.

My stay at the Dream Castle Hotel, which claims to be a 4-star establishment, was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The service and staff conduct were appalling and do not reflect a rating higher than a 3-star hotel. This review is based on an incident that occurred on August 24th.

Upon entering our room, we found that while the beds had been made, the carpet had not been cleaned. This was a significant oversight and a basic expectation for any hotel, let alone one of this supposed caliber. I called the reception at 22:24 to report the issue and request that someone come to clean the room. The receptionist was immediately unhelpful, arguing that the housekeeping staff had gone home at 11 am and there was \"nothing we can do.\"

This argumentative and dismissive attitude was unacceptable. I called back and asked for the lady’s name, only to be told that they were not allowed to give out names. I was then given the name \"Aurelian\" for the manager, which offered little assistance in the moment. Eventually, I was told someone would come to the room. When the staff member arrived, they brought only towels to place over the dirty carpet, stating that it was \"not their job\" to clean it. This response was not only unprofessional but also a complete failure to address the problem.

While I understand that things can be missed, the lack of professionalism and the rude, unhelpful staff are inexcusable. The service we received was far below the standard expe

We stayed three nights at the Dream Castle Hotel. The location is very convenient, and the shuttle to the Disney park runs frequently—every 10 to 15 minutes—which made getting there simple and stress-free.

On our first night, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, but the experience left us disappointed. The staff didn’t ask the age of our son, which was unfortunate since children under 3 eat free. When I brought this up, it felt more like an inconvenience to them than a genuine concern or apology.

The dinner buffet aims to cater to a range of international tastes, but unfortunately, it didn’t appear very appetizing or fresh. Breakfast was similarly underwhelming; in fact, I skipped it on two of the three mornings due to the poor quality.

Overall, if you're looking for a hotel close to Disney, this is a convenient option. However, for a four-star property, we expected better service and food quality. Given the price, we’ll likely consider other options if we return in the future.

I did not use the spa but the gym was very poor, equipment was broken, in a poor state of maintenance and the weights area was virtually non existent. I realise this is my preference to train whilst away and this hotel is geared up for families visiting Disney.

Food at breakfast was good, a wide range of options but it was (as expected with multiple families - we were one ourselves) bedlam.

Dinner was very good, my son went wild on all the meat, my wife as a vegetarian was able to eat, and my youngest who has some eating difficulties and is fussy, was able to eat too. Pasta and a simple tomato sauce, chips, bread etc. they do have the obligatory nuggets should that be the necessary.

The indoor pool is good for the very young, the outside pool was pleasant apart from the middle of the day (2-3pm) evacuation for cleaning.

Rooms were well cleaned, and we had a family room with bunk bed option for our boys.

Transport to Disney was very busy in the morning, I would suggest going before 0900 to join the queue at the park. This prevents waiting for multiple buses and being frustrated.

The evening bus at fireworks was terrifically busy so try to move just before the end of the show to try and beat the rush.

All in all a good spot for a good price considering we were in summer hols, August time, and didnt book it terrifically early or anything.

Beautiful building and gardens lovely interior comfy beds...quiet ..gorgeous outdoor pool and sitting / lounge areas..lovely staff ..daily room service. Spacious rooms..a lovely stay

Felt like a safe area and property was pretty. Bathrooms and indoor pool area could do for a renovation. But a great place to stay for a visit to Disneyland Paris! Also, transportation to the Disney Parks was so convenient.
