Breakfast was fine and functional. Good selection of pastries and bread. Breakfast staff were really efficient. The shuttle between the hotel and Disneyland did not seem very regular or easy to find. I contacted the hotel before arrival about the shuttle from the station. No response. I then called multiple times on arrival. No response. Not ideal when travelling with 3 small children. We walked to the hotel in the end (about 15 minutes). Room was also functional and clean.

There was no air con or climate control as advertised so the room was hot and stuffy! Couldn’t open the window as there was to much traffic noise. When I asked about the air con at reception I was met with a very but response of “no one else has had any issues in the last two weeks”

No kettle in the room, asked for one and was told they don’t have one. Toilet was in a different room from the bathroom and did not have a sink, had to walk through the living area and bedroom to wash hands, very unhygenic.

A really loud went off at 2 in the morning the last night we were there. There was no emergency, just random alarms and we had to be up early for our flight. Also, when we got there, well past our check in time, our room was not ready and we needed it to get changed for dinner. We ended up having to change in the bathroom.

The staff were lovely it was so close to Disney and the shuttle bus was very reliable
The shower was difficult to use because the holder was broken so you had to hold the shower head, and the plug in the bathroom sink was broken and got stuck. I stripped the bed upon leaving the room, just for ease for staff and the pillows were gross, other peoples hair all matted in it.

Excellent stay, spacious and clean room, very good breakfast. The highlight is how close it is to the Disney parks - the hotel has a shuttle but we ended up just walking most of the time as it was only 10 mins or so. Would definitely book again if going to Disney

First of all, this hotel can't be 4 stars.
I booked a room with 2 double beds, and what i got was a room with one bed.
The room was not clean at all, the spider's house can be seen easily on the roof.
No amenities in room. The reception was poor.
Very disappointed.
The only good thing was that la valle village is a walking distance

The location was great, buildings looked beautiful, reception area was well kept. Staff very friendly. However, room was very tired.

Bathroom still had some long hairs from previous guests, mould on bath silicon edges.

Bedroom had mould on ceilings and walls. Cupboard had exposed screws and hinges. Even electric heater was missing a foot so didnt stand properly.

There was no heating in any of our 3 rooms that we booked. Not ideal with little children. The children’s playroom was disappointing.
Also the reception mentioned free breakfast for kids, however once I got there I was told an adult is forced to buy a breakfast to get it free for a kid. The breakfast did not have much variety. My daughter didn’t end up eating anything. For the price we paid for the stay I don’t find it acceptable.

The hotel was so clean and well thoughtout. The location was perfect for both Disney and Val d'Europe. The apartment had everything we needed with out 3 year old too.

Good central location to Disneyland, has a shuttle to parks. close to shopping. Good amount of space for a big family. Rooms are dated and need work a lot of work. Couch needs to be replaced. No amenities, they charge a deposit just for an iron to go with the ironing board, no cleaning, towel exchange available upon request. Great for price if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room.

This hotel is our go to for visits for this area. Perfectly adequate for what we require, nice area, friendly staff and secure parking. Marked down a little bit as the bathroom could do with a little basic extra care and renovation - limescale build up looked awful and forgotten about but would still stay here again and again. Be prepared for potential noisy neighbours given the proximity to Disney - there were children playing in the corridor until midnight one evening and you can hear every word in the room.

Please dont book this hotel. Yes its close to Disney but its not worth. They are in possible to contact. I really needed to check in early so i called, emailed and messaged via the hotels.com app to ask for early check in but never got any reply. Once i reached the reception i was told to go away and come back later by a rude woman on the desk. I explain that i tried to contact numerous times about checking in early but she didnt care.

I wish i booked another hotel. The room its self had stains all over the carpet and chunks of the wall missing on the corners.

Please dont book this hotel. The staff are rude and really dont care

Awful. Be warned this is not a hotel...at least not as you would expect. The walls are paper thin. There was just a door separating me and my neighbor. I was exhausted my first night and could hear the neighbors TV and them talking loud and clear. Having trouble sleeping I called the desk to seek an alternative room. No answer. My wife tried 30 minutes later...no answer. Remember that, it is a theme. The next day we checked their breakfast and it was a pretty standard pathetic continental for 19 euro each. It was a good decision to pass on that as my wife and I ate a better breakfast for less than that total! They have a kitchenette in the room but the next day when we tried to use it the induction cooker wouldn't turn on. We called the desk and got no answer. They gave us 1 pathetic little pillow each so my wife tried to call down to the desk to inquire about getting more. No answer. She went down and asked and the desk informed her that all the pillows were being used and she had to deal with it. The shower has just a half a door and the floor doesn't have a drain so showers meant cleaning the floor afterwards and the towels would be sopping wet. The next day wife called down to the desk as the towels were still soaked...no answer. So she went down to ask for more towels and they said she had to bring the old ones down first...thanks. I called Expedia to try to get my reservation changed to anywhere else and they got no answer. More to say no space. Place is awful.

Our stay at Aparthotel Adagio Serris was fantastic and truly exceeded our expectations! The service was outstanding, with the staff being so friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to the manager, Sandra, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, her warmth and helpfulness made a big difference.

The hotel’s close proximity to Disneyland was a huge plus, and the convenient shuttle service made getting to and from the park a breeze. The rooms and common areas were beautifully maintained, clean, and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere throughout our stay.

The only minor downside was that the beds could have been more comfortable, but this didn’t detract much from the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Aparthotel Adagio Serris and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Disneyland area. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The 1st night we were happy as we’d received a free room upgrade which was nice and room looked nice overall. There were mould markings in the bathroom. The 2nd night sadly is where it went wrong - we found some cockroaches in our room, in kitchen, bathroom and in the entrance hall to our room. There were approx 5 in the end that we found. When we saw 2 I went straight to the reception and the receptionist asked no questions just moved us immediately to the 3rd floor in another room. Unfortunately no one helped us with our stuff to move. We also had to check all our belongings for cockroaches and eggs. We ended up accidentally bringing one of the cockroaches up to the new room. We then could not settle or sleep very well.

This was obviously an extremely difficult situation that left us feeling gross. No compensation was offered which is appalling.

We suggest a deep clean and pest control are involved periodically.

(A positive to the property is the closeness to Disney)

If going for Disney - things you should know

Hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic spot - Disney within walking distance and there is a huge mall with everything around the corner. The Italian dinner at Nonna and Nonnos was incredible. I booked this hotel because of the apartment feature and because it was “on” the Magical Shuttle list as hotels they go to. A warning - the Magical Shuttle drops you off at the train station outside of Disney and you have to go through their security to get the the hotels shuttle that runs to and from the theme park - and that shuttle (another reason I booked here) only runs in the morning and the evening, that isn’t clear on their listing. It isn’t a terrible walk to Disney - but with luggage it’s not cute. We had to grab a taxi because we arrived after 11am. The hotel was perfect otherwise and would stay again.

Noise heard from the apartment above, especially when they used the loo, the flush pipe can be heard. Tried contacting the property to arrange a cot be in the room on arrival but heard nothing from them, even after getting expedias hotel team involved. Apartment must have only been given a spot clean, as on the last night when we were packing and checked under the beds for anything we may have missed we found lots of dust and a bra pad. At one point had no hot water so had to wait for the boiler to refill with hot water.

Location is great for either the area or Disneyland, in the case of Disney, myself and my wife walked each day pushing a buggy and was fine, if not a shuttle does stop outside the property.

Hotel location is great for those who are planning to go to Disneyland and Val d'Europe shopping center. Breakfast is good. Staff are very helpful. Rooms maintenance, cleanliness and condition is terrible: we changed the room as there was spider webs on the ceiling, some electrical switches had short circuit and there were used toilet paper in the bathroom;and even the 4 rooms we checked before moving into another one were not way better though but we chose the least worse of them.

I was absolutely disappointed.😟 I would never return to this hotel. Although entering into the hotel was pleasant at first. Entering into our room was horrible. My suite was dirty upon arrival. The floor wasn't vacuumed properly from the previous guest. The bathroom was filthy. Dirty streaks wiped across the walls. At first I thought it was the design until I wiped it. The sink filled with backed up water. You had to turn it off real quick, because it was clogged and drained slowly. Absolutely gross😩. I have young children whom I had to shower in that bathroom. The staff were VERY CONDENSING AND RUDE. I ask for towels they had me bring down a bag of towels. I had to ask for a bag to transport them back down the stairs. She said you have to reuse the towels. I said ma'am we're here from Monday until Friday and we're supposed to use the same towels. I was also told I had to take the garbage from the room to the parking garage for disposal because they don't clean rooms until day 8. 😳
Then they wanted my husband to pay $25 to use the Iron. They lied about Parking Prices. Until our 3 day in. Any question or request was followed by quick answer to brush us off or we were completely ignored like we weren't even speaking. They made my family's stay very uncomfortable. I Would NOT Recommend Anyone to Come Here Especially if you're Not French there's a CLEAR PREJUDICE. Money Not Well Spent At All. The Only Thing Good is Location to Disney and Sorry that doesn't cut it.

Really great location for the Disney Park. Appartments are equipped with hob and microwave and fridge. Pull out bed is quite confortable, and although it says double bed in bedroom, we have had 2 singles both times, which is great if siblings are sharing as the beds can be separated.

Staff are great and the hotel lobby and corridors have beed newly fitted out with a notable impact.

Pool is 10am to 8pm. Generally quiet, really lovely surroundings.

Val d'Europe has a fantastic shopping centre with a superb supermarket - we ate in 3 nights, the restaurants in the plaza arw expensive.

10-15 min walk to Disney and the train station. Orly to Val d'Europe is about an hour - really easy Metro line 14 to Gare de Lyon and then RER A to Marne le Valle - get out her for Disney or the previous stop for Adagio.

Day pass to Paris is 12 Euros

Its also a bonus that it is nearby a fabulous bakery. And a sea life centre within the shopping centre, and close to the train and bus stations for easy travel into the centre of Paris perfect for a day out.

My complaints about clogged sinks and bath tub were not resolved until we left. The sofa in the room was also falling apart. I reported on the day of arrival and was told they will be fixed by 9am the next morning. We spent all 3 days in the palce with the defects.

Brilliant hotel, the rooms were good and close to all you need in serris and if going euro Disney. We didn’t use the bus to euro Disney as it’s only a 10 min walk and well lit at night. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recently been renovated to a good standard.

Convenient and comfortable

We just stayed here for the 2nd time. The breakfast buffet is fairly nice, and the staff are all friendly. We stayed there as part of a Disney trip,and it is perfect for that. The room we were in was lovely and comfortable. We will most likely stay there again.

Close to Val D'europe mall, many shops in luding supermarkets- lidl and Auban. Bought all the snacks for DLP.
Hotel was convenient for 1 night before moving to DLP hotel.

The location is excellent — very convenient for reaching shopping centres and Disneyland. Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet expectations. The hair dryer was not working, and there was no iron available unless we paid €20 each, which was disappointing. The kitchen sink was blocked, and the breakfast quality was below average.

This hotel caters to international visitors, but its layout resembles some French properties where the bathroom lacks a washing station, necessitating a round trip around the entire room to access each handwashing area. Consequently, the bathroom comprises two sections: a shower and a handwashing station, and a separate bathroom in the other part of the one-bedroom apartment.

The website and photos fail to provide a clear explanation of this layout.

Additionally, the AC in my room malfunctioned, and the hotel doesn’t provide maintenance team after office hours, I couldn’t get it fixed until the next day, even when the issue got fix next day, only for the same problem to arise again at night, leaving me without anyone available to address it till next day again.

As a visitor, you shouldn’t encounter such issues during your stay, especially when you’re there to explore the area. Consequently, I had to check out earlier than my booked time and relocate to another accommodation.

Family trip to Disneyland

Excellent location for Disneyland and shopping centre, clean and comfortable apartment with good kitchenette. Only negative feedback is lack of a sharp knife and cooking spoon which would have been useful for our self-catering. Also, sofa bed was acceptable but not the comfiest. The double bed was very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Me and my 11 year old had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe. The communication before we arrived and upon check in was easy and straightforward. Our room was lovely and clean, towels, hand wash etc provided. We also had cleaning items for kitchen. A lovely touch was the towel arranged as a squid on the bed! Only thing we didn’t have was tea/coffee making items. Was surprised behind the curtains, which were great black out curtains, was a door leading out to lovely balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. The pool was clean and very warm even though it is outside. Areas to sit and sunbathe and never too busy. It was my son’s favourite part of our holiday. The breakfast buffet was attended by some friendly and very helpful staff that kept everything clean and topped up. Only downside was not bacon and sausages that my son really wanted! Otherwise traditional continental breakfast was offered, with a great variety. Hotel was always kept clean and several times shared the lift with a cleaner, either off to do rooms, hallways and even the lifts. So close to the Disney parks. Shuttle bus didn’t run as frequently as I thought, but was only ten minute flat walk on big pathways to the park if not. Surrounding area had lovely shops and restaurants, also close by was the train station that got you into Paris or to Disneyland. All only 10-15 minute walk away. Truly recommend this hotel to stay in. Will be back again if ever we return to Paris.

A great location but the hotel apartments are tired and we had a broken shower, bits of wood missing off cabinets and the mirror and when we arrived the sofa bed had dirty sheets on it.
It just needs a bit of a face lift.
