Highly recommend Relais Spa Val d’Europe. The staff are excellent, and are both friendly and true professionals. We had connecting rooms for our family, and they were comfortable, classy, and had lots of space for us. Breakfast was also great, lots of choice, and it was peaceful and relaxed while eating. A short 5 minute walk to the RER station, in a safe area, and a very convenient and quick shuttle to Disney. We are very happy that we chose this hotel.

Our deaf Uber driver got assaulted by a staff member after Uber driver didn’t hear him having a go due to being deaf… totally unacceptable. He beeped, then as the Uber was helping us get the suitcases into the car the staff member started shouting again the driver was deaf and he was French so we didn’t know he was shouting at us, then as the Uber driver tried to get back into car, the staff member grabbed the guy and another staff member had to run out of the hotel to pull him off the driver. Very disturbing and not nice. Hotel don’t seem to care that a member of staff on duty physically assaulted someone- he should be sacked for misconduct. Also the beds were not changed for the week we were there and room was not cleaned very well. They got our room mixed up with someone else’s and tried to charge us for a service we didn’t use!

The room gets cleaned every day; they provide a car to Disneyland, which is a big PLUS; the drivers are polite, and the staff is kind. They allow kids at the swimming pool at specific times. I would go back.

The staff was great. The room was all right. Nice inconvenient location close to Disneyland Paris, the gentleman’s who picked me up and dropped me off at the park were awesome.
There was some issues with the sink faucet and a little bit of a smell of mildew.

I only had an issue with me checking out a day and half early and we tried to come with a resolution but I just lost money on a night . I Try to negotiate maybe a breakfast but they didn’t budge.

Pro: The front staff was great ! The shuttle driver , forgot his name , but he had glasses and black hair. Super nice and prompt on picking me up at Disney Paris ! Convenient location. Safe. Clean.
The spa was a nice bonus.

Con: the room was not lite very well. There was some mold in shower . The faucet on sink leaked when opened even gently.
Unfortunately, I had to check out a day early and it was non refundable . I asked if instead on one of the days I was there if I can get breakfast since I lost $160. They did not budge, and Expedia tried as well. The spa was great however shower sandals to use inside pool area would of been nice instead of wearing fabric slippers and getting them wet and gross.

Nice hotel a 25 min walk or 2 min train to Disneyland. Spa was nice. Bar and food options were great. Only complaint (no different than any other euro hotel) is the shower!! Only a partial glass window which led to lots of water on the floor. I’m used to it now but just wish hotels would figure this one out… otherwise would 100% stay again!

The room we were in had a kitchenette with everything you need to make meals.
The restaurant has excellent food. Bar area has live entertainment and reasonable drinks and food as well.

The morning breakfast is awesome with so many selections there is no way anyone could not find something they enjoy.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It’s a great position for visiting Disney or days in Paris city centre. Easy access to the train. Shuttle bus to the Disney parks. Close to supermarkets and a huge shopping centre which includes a designer outlet mall too.
Rooms are spacious and well laid out. The spa is a great add on too.

Loved the hotel! Amazing location, very clean, great spa and spacious room.
The breakfast had good selection but they need to come prepared to the peak at around 09:30. most of the time the omelette was empty and I waited sometimes 15-20 minutes for it to arrive. Same with potatoes and salmon fish.
Also I didn’t like the shower’s door- the floor was always wet.
Other than that everything was good and the Disneyland shuttles were very convenient.
I would definitely go there again!

The staff was extremely helpful and always willing to assist with any of our needs. This is our second stay at this hotel and it was better than the first. I particularly enjoy their steam room and also sauna. The honey soap that they market here is something amazing!

I will know that we were promised to cocktails as VIP members, however, when we arrived, we were offered one mocktail card at the front desk and one mocktail card in
the room. I wasn’t so much of a fan a fan of this.

All was good (except the sofa bed)

Really enjoyed our stay.

The beds in the room seemed very comfortable the sofa bed not so much, never missed my own bed so much after a few nights on that.

Bedrooms were cleaned and replenished well.

Breakfast was good enough but nothing exceptional and found the restaurant menu limited but the food was tasty.

The service to get you to and from Disney was flawless, i was actually quite suprised how easy and fast this was. This really convinced us we'd made a good choice booking here. Even after staying for the lights display at Disney, we were back in our hotel room in no time at all.

The pool is nice and not too cold, unfortunately the hot tub was not working during our stay. Did make use of the sauna though.

The gym is small but has all you really need, a flat bench with a barbell would have been nice and soe heavier dumbells but i managed to get a good workout.

The bar is quite expensive but a nice place to chill with a nice selection of spirits and cocktails.

Theres also several restaurant near by, massive shopping mall round the corner and a lovely bakery just across the road

The car to disney land takes and picks you up when your ready. So theres no stress of making sure you get back on time. Last car is at 11.30

The property is beautiful, staff is very attentive and the best part was the private shuttle that could drop you to the Disney Parks however please be aware that they do not take luggage at all. So when we moved from this hotel to onsite Disney property they wouldn't do that due to us having luggage. Not a big thing at all but would have been nice to know that that. The hotel deserves 10/10 as it is perfect.

Lovely hotel in a very nice area of Paris, ideal for the wonderful shopping centre nearby and Disneyland Paris.
Hotel was clean and the room good with a fridge and a roof terrace.
The spa was a highlight in the evening. Underwater lighting made it very relaxing in the pool, with a sauna and jacuzzi too.

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids under 12) loved our stay at this hotel. The on demand shuttle to Disney parks was very much appreciated. The breakfast was lovely and didn’t feel rushed. The beds were super comfortable although I think the sofa beds in the junior suite could do with better mattresses. We also appreciated the second (albeit small and no sink to wash hands) shower and toilet for the kids. Also the little kitchenette was very very useful when taking some rest from all the walking from around the parks.

Minor points for improvement -
- the soap dispenser is not near the sink and hard for little ones to reach. This is basic design and easily resolved by repositioning the soap dispenser.
- water pressure for the shower was low
- the family pool times felt too short but we managed around this.

Otherwise, an excellent stay with super friendly staff, lovely and modern facilities. Would definitely stay again and/or recommend to friends.

The junior suite had a well equipped kitchen and even a second shower room which was a surprise. Only negative was that this second shower room had a drain smell so we just kept the door closed and didn't use it. Room service was great, food was delicious. I would stay here again.

Very good hotel. I would stay again. Nice places to eat around the hotel. Large shopping mall nearby along with a subway metro station that takes you to all parts of Paris. Convenience store called Carrefour is just across the street. Most importantly, it’s very close to Disneyland. They have a shuttle that goes and picks up from there. But sometimes it may take 30-40 minutes to wait. You can walk easily for 20-25 minutes one way there when the weather is fine. The directions to walk are very easy and it’s hard to get lost if you walk to Disneyland.

Our hairdryer did not work and requests and reminders did not result in the unit being fixed. There was a stain on the sheer curtains that was at eye level and unsightly.

A mixed experience

Pros: the hotel is nice, breakfast is good, the pool is big and clean, the shuttle to Disney ( mostly) convenient ( this is the reason we booked this hotel over others) and the staff is mostly nice. Special shout out to the concierge or driver who gave us a ride to the station our last day since the cab would have taken too long. That was extra and very appreciated. Most ( but not all) drivers were very pleasant.
Cons: housekeeping doesn’t show up. One day I actually requested it at 10am before leaving to Disney, we were back at 4pm and the room wasn’t cleaned. I called the front desk to ask why as we planned to rest exhausted from walking non stop for 6 hours in heat and they said the “ don’t disturb sign” must have been on the door. It was not 1000% as we needed the trash taken I made triple sure the sign was not on the door before we left. This made me very upset. It’s a 4* hotel. If we request housekeeping it should come before 4pm.
We waited for the shuttle once over 20 minutes and that is too long. We also called 3 times that day for the shuttle to pick us up. They should have shuttles going back and forth constantly. 20 is too long especially when it’s hot outside.
A few drivers were rude, grumpy and drove too fast.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights in a junior suite. Like most guests we were going to Disney.
The hotel is well located, clean and underground parking is available at €15 a night. City Tax is about €8 per adult per night so factor that in.
The staff and facilities are generallly very good. Check in is easy and quick. Breakfast is good but get there early to avoid the rush.
My greatest disappointment is security in the room. On one occasion we came back and all the cupboard doors were open as though someone had searched the room.

When we checked out it was easy. As we drove to the ferry port we realised we’d left our 7yr old daughter’s iPad in the room. We called the hotel to ask them to check. They said they would get staff to check and get back to us - they didn’t. We called again 2 hours later to be told they’d not checked the room yet. We rang again when we got home to be told the device wasn’t there and they would speak to the cleaners.
We called the next day and the phone wasn’t answered and when we got through we were told they’d call us back - they never did.
I emailed the hotel - again no reply.
The device had my daughter’s own pictures and memories of Disney, all lost.
We checked the device history and found it had been turned on the day AFTER we left in Paris, France.
Someone had the device and it must be someone from the hotel as it was left in the room.
Such a huge disappointment that the hotel let us down after a wonderful trip.

The hotel is quite near the station and there are some restaurants and anice bakery within a few minutes.

The reception area looks quite nice, however the rooms were a bit dated and ours smelled like damp. Also, I know it's minor, but the lifts were really really slow.

I didn't get the chance to go to the pool/spa area so can't comment on that.

It's not a bad hotel, but given the price I was expecting much more, so I wouldn't go back.

Enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was lovely and the room was well equipped. Also the shuttle to Disney was a bonus. Never called them to get back from the park and took metro instead, but was handy having them there outside the hotel.

Only negative was the pool hours for kids being 10-12pm and 3 to 5pm. If planning to spend most of the day in the Disney park, these pool hours are useless. I picked their hotel because I knew my daughter would want to swim every day, so we had to adapt our plans to allow for pool time in the morning. Really it would make more sense to let kids in the pool from about 8am to 9am as kids wake early. I really only picked the hotel because of the pool, so if I had known that kids hours would be restricted I would have picked somewhere else.

But still enjoyed our stay.

Hotel ok but going downhill every year

I’ve stayed at this hotel for years, and sadly, it’s been going downhill. The location is still great, and some rooms are fine, but the general maintenance is poor. We’ve had broken sofa beds, doors held together with pencils, and even a step that came off mid-stay. Most disappointing is the disabled lift to the swimming pool, which has now been broken for a full year (as of May 2025). I was told it had broken after check-in, but the date is written on it — clearly it hasn’t been fixed and likely won’t be. Another guest I know was told the same thing weeks later.

Cost-cutting is obvious — no washing-up liquid, sponge, body lotion… and not even hand soap! You’re now expected to use the shampoo/shower gel combo for everything. Was that really necessary?

The shuttle used to be reliable, but now depends entirely on who’s working. It’s sometimes a 30 min wait, as if certainly staff won’t send it unless full. Other staff are still quick.

The reason I still return is because of the concierge team — Antonin, Jeremy, Michael, Matthieu and a couple of others. They are the heart of this hotel and the reason many of us keep coming back. If they left, I’d go elsewhere. I hope management know how lucky they are to have them.

We had a wonderful stay during our recent trip to Disney.

Everything about the stay was perfect - a warm welcome and easy check-in to our room, with the sofa-bed already made for us.
the delicious breakfast and spa made us not want to leave the property!

This was an outstanding hotel in every way.
Fabulous, friendly, professional staff.
Clean, comfortable rooms and public spaces. Well thought out rooms with kitchen area.
Courtesy chauffeur service to and from Disneyland Paris.
We were permitted an early check in as the rooms were ready.

Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate in being a returning guest.

We loved our stay at The Relais Spa. The room was clean and modern and the shuttles were brilliant. Staff were very helpful. Beautiful area and hotel. Thank you very much for making our stay so good!
