Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cheval Blanc , easy to get to , in a lovely little village, the staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble, lovely breakfast and we ate at their restaurant for our evening meal which was very good value and choice, the room we had was clean and large as 3 adults and 3 kids in the room and a very modern bathroom with clean towels everyday and rooms tidied daily as well, tea and coffee facilities and fridge in room, only downside was the stairs into our room as we had a baby with us and her pram , but we managed.

Great hotel, location and friendly staff.

Our one night stay was great. Excellent location for accessing Disneyland Paris. Lovely staff, beautiful room, clean and quiet. The only minus was the buffet breakfast which is not allergy friendly. One of my children is allergic to nuts and peanuts and there were nuts all over the buffet as decoration! She couldn't have anything to eat. Luckily I had some cereal bars in the car.
More and more people have unfortunately allergies and hotels should make sure they can accommodate people.

Staff were friendly and helpful, Room was clean, tea and coffee provided, bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast and restaurant food delicious and extremely good value. The only problem we had was the temperature of the room- 24 degrees overnight in October. We asked for it to be turned down and it was, but then again rose again to 24 - far too hot to sleep and it wasn’t possible to open the window. Despite this we would return if in the area again.

This hotel is about 10mins from Disney. We had a large well presented room for 5. We arrived late after Disney fireworks and the gentleman at reception was incredibly helpful. He showed us to the car park and our room. I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to stay in the immediate Disney area. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on the food.

Sheets were ripped and full of holes. To get to room, we had to go through a set of three steps in the hallway and a double full set of steps to get to the attic where the room was located. We were not told we would have to climb so many stairs, although our large luggage was very apparent at the time of check in. The tall people in our family kept hitting their heads agains the lower areas of the attic room, which we were also never told about before we got to the room. The layout of room was awkward and inconvenient. Service was mostly nice and helpful. 15 minute Uber ride to Disneyland or shopping areas, each way, each day. Very small village with nothing within walking distance. The largest business is the hotel itself.

we stayed here while we visited Disneyland Paris. It was clean and had what we needed for our stay.
What we didn’t like was 1 - the smell coming from the shower drain. We had to sleep with the door shut. We would have complained had we had more time to pack and change rooms but our schedule with Disneyland was so busy that it just wasn’t feasible. 2 - the location. It is about 15-20 minutes from Disneyland which isn’t terrible but is in a nothing part of town. I wish I had done more research and put us in a busier part of the area with more food options and shops as we could have relied less on snack and drink options etc at Disneyland.
I should also add rooms are not soundproof. Thankfully my daughter sleeps like a log but if your child/ren don’t, late guests will be problematic.

Quiet boutique hotel

We stayed a Friday through Sunday. We arrived an hour earlier than check in time and they were able to get us into a room early which was SO nice since we were exhausted from our travels. We stayed at Le Cheval Blanc since it was not too far from Disneyland Paris and they offered a free shuttle to the park. However, the shuttle didn’t arrive as scheduled so we ended up calling an Uber which ended up being €12 there and €20 back. The continental breakfast had a nice selection. The hotel is very cute, quiet and clean. We would stay here again if we visit Disney Paris again.

Please stay away! The staff member is not welcoming at all, no good morning, they almost ignore you as you walk in the hotel. They don’t know what hospitality means.
Rooms are super small, when i say small i mean that 2 people can’t walk at the same time in the room cluttered with unnecessary furniture. It’s almost like if you open the door and get straight in the bed. If you have luggages,you won’t find place for them. The price doesn’t worth it. Not clean. Dont ever use the brush in bathroom, you’ll find some reminder of other people who used it. Disgusting.
No water in the room, where they provide sablé breton… such a joke. Start simple, with water.
Bathroom not clean… stay away.
Bad smell in the bathroom. You almost want to throw up. They said they had an issue and fixed it. Not sure if they even checked.
Not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Stairs in the hallway leading to the bedroom when you exit the elevator. It was never mentioned anywhere. Not for everyone.
Breakfast service. You will fill like you are not welcome, honestly people who are working there just dont want to be there. The person who serves us was not kind or welcoming.
Dont be fool by the beautiful design or nice furniture. You will be better in a ibis or mercure. This place is not a good place. I was fooled by the nice pictures. If i can help other people save their money and get a decent service, i am all for it.

I didn't like the distance from the metro. We spent several days spending money on ubers back and fourth from metro. One night we got back to the hotel late and was locked out for about 30 minutes, as the staff locked doors and was not at the desk. After this we changed our hotel to the city for the rest of our visit. Nice, clean, cute town, and staff was very nice and accommodating.

They can print for you your disney tickets etc. 10 mins to disneyland free shuttle, please book this in the reception. Only for drop off and pick up, any extra journey youll have to arranged it. This cute little boutique is tucked away in a little town 40 min from Paris. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and was able to get us in without any mistakes. The beds could be more comfortable as I found the sofa bed more comfortable than the beds themselves. Its 10 minutes from a big mall in serris as well as disneyland paris. The restaurant was ok due to the steak being so charred as if they didn't clean the grill before making it. The bottom of the hotel smells like food because of the restaurant and iI smelled fish for like 2 days. The bus station is literally feet away where you can get around and they have a little market around the corner where they sell the best chocolate croissants! But other than I would recommend staying here!

This is a perfect locatio if you are going to Disney Paris. Word of warning to those hoping to use it to go back and forth to 1st arrondissement. This is about a 45 minute regional train ride. Getting there from a late arrival flight is difficult if yiu are hoping to take public transit. Other than that the property is beautiful and quaint. The staff are extremely helpful and their restaurant is fantastic. Our room was always kept prestine. Truly a delightful stay in the countryside outside of Paris.

The frobt desk staff are great and VERY helpful. The room was nice little different style set up but more of like a Airbnb setting. Not good for ppl with disabilities the elevator was out and theres lots of stairs just to get to your room with very narrow hall ways. The breakfast was not really worth a advance pay, affordable but not really worth it you can find better accross the street for same price. Not much in the area but has a small market across the street. Free parking was a plus
Also be carful with your items 2 of my universal world chargung adapters was STOLEN out of my room i spoke with manager of the property and housekeeping manager but the were carless about it and didnt give it much concern and NOTHING was resolved. The Mananger said oh well i dknt know what to tell you, we never had thia happen before but its nothing i can do! Whic was very upseting to me! Also the WIFI went out for 3 days! Which i called in weeks before bookojg and asked if it was working ans i was asured it was and it was not! Very very yoseting because for 3 days I could not do my business work or contact my family the mananger again did not care. He tried to make up excuses for the matter and them eneded again with a oh well. I had to come to the lobby for the 3 days to get be able to get phone services and check emails! Very very upsetting. Become i would have never booked this place if the WIFI was not good or working. I traveld from the US ans on business so WIFI was a MUST for me!

+ The property was nice and clean. The rooms were updated, small and cosy (they looked like a boat cabin). Everything you needed was available. Even a coffeemaker, a great shower and a free shuttle to Disneyland. And there is a lot of free parking too.
- There was no internet at all. The free shuttle to Disneyland only runs at the beginning and the end of the latest park.

We likes this hotel. Stayed for 3 nights, first two quiet, the third one we could hear people above us in the middle of the night. The shuttle to Disney fills up fast and picks you up only in the evening so we had to use Uber a lot. Front desk was helpful and nice. Room was spacious and there were organic toiletries. Breakfast was overpriced for what you get, but staff friendly.

Quiet village with a shop and bar. Lovely location. Hotel is very nicely refurbished. We had a massive room which was beautifully decorated. Tea and coffee facilities etc. the restaurant looked lovely although we didn’t try it as it was a little expensive and looks more suitable for special occasion dining. We used the free shuttle bus to Disney which was a private taxi and was fantastic. It’s too far to walk to the shopping centre as previously mentioned in other reviews you definitely need to drive. Lovely staff. Very helpful and we’re only too happy to print Disney tickets out for us on both days!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The hotel was clean and the employees were very nice. The hallways and elevator were small. While the hotel is quiet, the walls are very thin and you can hear people entering and exiting other rooms. The hotel has a shuttle to Disney, but it does not run all day, you have to pick specific times for drop off and pick up based off of the hotel's schedule. I would stay in this hotel again, but for this trip it would have been better to know some of this in advance.

I had such a pleasant stay here. The two gentleman staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms was cosy just a little problem with WiFi & working the thermostat. A hidden gem

The white horse in the one horse town of Jossigny is a fabulous hotel with modern decor and very comfy beds. From the outside it doesn't look much but once you step inside this is everything you'd expect from a modern plush hotel. Only two areas to improve upon, on my first night there were no coffee sachets in the room and I think a toaster in the breakfast room would be nice. Thoroughly recommend this hotel if looking to stay near Disneyland and not pay Disneyland prices.

An Honest Review (England)

I used this hotel with my daughter as a base for Disneyland Paris. Disneyland hours are 10am - 11:30pm so little time is spent in the hotel. Bearing this in mind, the hotel is perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, welcoming staff, a varied breakfast, an inexpensive convenience store opposite. The hotel restaurant is of excellent quality and has a bar (we ate at the hotel on our first night). Negative reviews I read before this trip appear unfair - the hotel is basic, in a quiet area with basic amenities but the quiet family feel to it gives it charm. Not sure why people complain about a road outside and noise generated by cars as they pass! If you look for flaws, you will find them but the staff will happily do all they can to help. Wi-Fi was fairly slow. 10 minutes drive from Disneyland, 24 hour reception, room safe and clean. One also has to remember the rooms here are a fraction of the cost of Disneyland Hotels - trust me, you will need the extra spending money for the parks!

Stayed for a night with family and kids. The hotel is very near to Disney land and commercial center. The staff was very helpful and caring. The breakfast was good. The only things needing a bit of attention in my opinion are wifi which was not working in the allotted room and therefore I had to come down in lobby to use it. There is free private parking available but it’s open and given the location feels a bit risky.

Needed a room late in the afternoon near CDG and Disney TGV outside Paris. The staff was superb and the room was impeccable. Their restaurant was booked by a tour group that night but quick recommendations from the staff got me to a fantastic spot five minutes away. The TGV at Marne LeValley is 12 kilometers away and CDG is also close. A great find I will use again.

Lovely boutique hotel. Was told the hotel was built/refurbed a couple of years ago, and it looks lovely, and everything was new and fresh, and the service good. My only comments the traffic noise and my room size. My room was on the road side close to a crossroads, and there was a bit of traffic noise. I booked a single room and this room was tiny. I changed the room to a double, but this room was also small, and barely enough room to walk around the bed, and to unpack. Bathroom was tiny too, and I burnt my bum on the heated towel rail, when after using the loo, I turned around to attend to it. Before I left the staff showed me some other bigger rooms and when I return i'll book a bigger room at the back of the hotel.

Incapable de brancher l’air conditionné

Il a fait plus de 30° pendant deux jours et l’hôtel a été incapable de faire fonctionner l’air conditionné.
Il y a un système qui bloque le déclenchement par l’utilisateur et cela doit être fait par la direction. Ils n’ont pas réussi et nous avons passé deux jours dans la canicule avec 27° dans la chambre.

L hotel est très bien. Par contre la chambre 107 est impraticable en poussette. Il y a des escaliers etroits dans la chambre. Lors de la reservation cela n'a pas été mentionné.

Plus jamais dans cet hôtel.

Dans la chambre, je ne passe pas sous la douche, et je ne fais que 1M90. Dans certains passage de l’hôtel je me suis cogné la tête, couloir à l’étage et salle du petit déjeuner. Et pour couronner le tout, le café était plus acide qu’un jus de citron.

Super hôtel pour toute la famille !
Merci à la jeune femme de l’accueil ainsi qu’à Camille au restaurant.
Seul bémol : le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bien mais un peu cher .
