The hotel was really lovely, staff were great but the room was so hot. Air con didn’t work and the window only opened slightly. We arrived at this hotel about 10pm, so it was too late to didn’t have a good night sleep because it was so hot in our room.

There was building work going on and steps up to the entrance which were difficult with dogs and luggage. No luggage trolleys available because of the steps. Our room was on the ground floor which was great but everyone walked straight past our window to get to the pool/bar/ restaurant. We had to keep the shutters down for the whole time we were there.

Rooms were clean, and the staff very friendly. Had challenges charging my electric car, as 4 out of the 6 chargers weren’t working. Tye big disappointment though was the lack of variety in the menu at the restaurant. Considering it’s next to Disneyland, surely someone could have put proper thought into the kids menu, not to mention it’s France.

The hotel was okay, nothing too special. The room we were in, was in the add on section of the main hotel and was rather dreary, nothing like the photos advertised. It was comfortable and clean but just quite dated and basic. The main hotel photos were a little deceiving too, as it’s just one small section that’s aesthetically pleasing.

Lovely quiet hotel! Very clean and a great stop over hotel before going to Disneyland Paris/ leaving to return to the UK from Disneyland.
The only thing I didn’t like is that there isn’t at least one UK socket or USB ports to charge items. TV was available however the children’s channel would not work.

We were able to check in easily. Staff were friendly. As soon as we got in to the rooms, the AC were not working for all three rooms and we were told no other rooms were available. We were given fans instead. Next day we realised the rooms and toilets were covered with ants. We were able to change one room that had the most ants but had to keep the other two

The hotel was well located. Very modern. The staff were helpful. There was a kettle in the room but no milk. The mini fridge wasn't working. The outside area is nice. We ate off-site as we had fussy kids and would recommend the buffalo grill up the road. The staff were helpful

For car users only

Stayed to visit Disneyland. It was not far as a distance.
But the possible option of transport is very limited and basically this hotel is by car or taxi, public transportation was almost impossible.
Breakfast was nice, everything was convenient.
Option of restaurant was also very limited outside.

Lovely hotel.. rooms are pretty small once sofa beds open up.. there was no shower gels I did request this and was told someone was going to get some but never did. Staff was almost non existent. Lifts took forever need more than one. Never saw what was around the area but seemed like was in middle of no where and no free shuttle into Disneyland paris park

Went for a trip to Disneyland Paris with the family. Picked this hotel which was above average rates due to the swimming pool and eating. Very disappointed with the whole experience. We knew it was a seasonal pool, however the pool was under reburb. Kids were really disappointed. The service was rubbish. The hotel ran out of milk (room ones) and we're not re stocking until Monday when we were due to my leave. We requested a few things through room service and we're left hanging. Such a shame when the infrastructure is actually nice.

good place for a restful stopover night

We had a very god stay at the Novotel, which is situated nearby the highway.
Room was overall clean, exept one Snail at the toilette ceiling and questionable if the sofa bed was really covered with fresh linnen.

Over all for a french and paris scale it was the best option for a stop over and a restful stopover.

The hotel complex itself and the garden is very beautiful also the parking space is obviously very save and better than what other cheaper competitors (formule 1) offers.

Stayed here the night before going to Disney, which was only a 15 min drive from the hotel. Hotel was clean and very modern. The only negative was we arrived late at night and when we got to our room found that the sofa beds were not made up and there was no spare bedding in the room. The guy at reception was very helpful and found us some bedding. Breakfast in the morning was great and had many options for my daughter who has a milk allergy l. Would definitely stay again

You need to be driving to stay here. There's nothing much around the area. Rooms were comfortable, swimming pool was out of service. A bit of a drive to Disneyland Paris and Val de Europe Shopping Centre.

The hotel was very clean, rooms were well equipped, comfortable beds and the fact that the sofa bed folded out into two single beds was ideal for travelling with children. The bar was small and very busy, the breakfast was fine. The only issues we had were that the room was extremely hot and no amount of fiddling with the room thermostat helped. The sink in our bathroom also struggled to drain. Easy drive to Disneyland and plenty of places near by to eat (both restaurants and fast food) including some that are walkable.

Don’t stay. This is the worst Novotel in the world.

I booked three rooms, all dirty and dusty. Uncleaned stained toilets. Shoe marks in the showers . Staff didn’t care about my concerns.

Breakfast is poor. 2022 and no veggie or vegan alternatives to sausages? Only corn flakes available . A two slice toaster . Very poor and unhygienic. The restaurant manager touches the juice mouth piece with his hands when replacing the juice. Disgusting mushy scrambled eggs. Horrendous.

Only good thing is the parking and tesla charging.

There is a pizza restaurant walking distance and an American diner down the road also. Just could not recommend this hotel enough I’d you have driven and happy to drive around and to Disney land

Booking in process very slick
The hotel has put in place all the required measures to combat civil 19. Sadly this means that some of the normal qualities you would expect have been scrapped for the being.
It is a little on the expensive side compared to other hotels and it would be nice to get a deal once in a while never had one despite visits over the last 18 years
I have used this hotel before on several occasions and plan to do so in the future.

Great hotel with very friendly staff

We booked here for a night after our stay at Disneyland Paris just so we could make use of our last day in the park fully then leave paris for eurotunnel the next day. We checked in at about 11pm and staff were super friendly. Our room was clean and just enough room for a nights stay, may feel a little more cramped if you plan to stay longer in the room. The walk in shower was the best I’ve used in any hotel I’ve been in. Breakfast was also very good. A great choice of warm and continental options. Just to add we were there just before Christmas and the festive decorations were very cute. On checkout again we were dealt with by another very friendly member of staff. As a last special touch they gave my daughter a small gift, angry bird ear phones, and that really had a positive impact on her as she was upset about the end of her Disney holiday. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay like ours.

The breakfast was given for 5 days. Absolutely no change in the menu. 3rd day onwards we even stopped eating breakfast. Cold croissants, toaster can be improved.

Good table tennis table. But not available due to some block booking by an industry.
We were told the family room, but absolutely no space to walk, ideal for only two people.

But the hotel is clean, close to Paris, Disneyland, plenty of parking, staff were good, cleaning was perfect.

The place it self is amazing, but one night the tv remote was broken I think the battery wore out and we called reception for help as the Tv was on and it was difficult for us to sleep also there was no manual buttons to play with, well we called reception and the lady said she is coming up in 10mins we called few times but she didn’t turned up at all, we had a very disturbed night. Again in morning on request the chap came up with another remote and switched it off for us.
It really put us down.

The hotel is good and near Disney, but there is a attendant called Thomas that does not have a minimum respect to the customer, today (09/8/19) he screamed with my son (3 y) and another friend (also 3y), he suddenly shout out crazily with the boys, because they were playing near to the reception, where suppose to be the place to play (video game, pinball, books, etc) because apparently he can’t hear someone there. Instead of calling us, he just scream. My son was terrified and do not stop to cry until we get back to the room! Where is the respect with the kids and parents in a place near Disney, that supposed to train the employees how to lead with this kind of situation?
This kind of people should work internally with ZERO access to the public.
Another thing, no employee in the reception or in the bar are identified with name.
I am still in the hotel until Sunday, I hope someone came to us to explain this!

Overall experience is not good at all.Though rooms were clean but service was horrible mainly in restraurant. Statyed there for three nights, every day I had to wait for two hours to get the foods I ordered. They take 1 hour just to take the orders and another 1 hour to place the order.They have just spoiled our evenings. Not just me, there are many other people having same opinion about the restraurant. I will not recommend this hotel to others because of the poor/horrible/unprofessional/worst restraurant service.

The hotel was just 10 minutes away on the train from Disneyland. Carrefour and Val d'Europe are close by too.

However the last bus from the station to the hotel was at 8.30pm after that its almost impossible to try and get a taxi and that too is extortionate pricing.

The breakfast was disappointing, especially as we were vegetarian. It was the same thing every day.

The bedrooms were good size but bathroom extractor fans didnt work causing it to steam up for ages. AC in room wasn't too good either. Some days housekeeping wouldn't leave water in the fridge but other days did. Getting milk for tea/coffee in the room was a mission.

Reception gave out spare cards without even checking our details and ironically someone kept trying their card into my sisters room late at night one evening, obviously didnt work but they simply went to reception and got a spare card and walked in 5 mins later!!! They had a little too much to drink and had got they room number muddled up?!?! But clearly shows the staff don't take safety very seriously.

It was clean and there was plenty of facilities for the children. The only negative was there was not enough tea bags, sugar etc and the reception didn’t have any to provide us.
The hotel was very close to Disney which was our main purpose of staying. There is a restaurant up the road too.
