The room was clean and perfect for a 1 night stay (does have cooking facilities if required). The rooms are quite modren looking but the coridoors are a bit dated but was not bothered by that personally. All the staff I spoke to were really nice and helpfull. Didnt try breakfast as was in a rush in the morning. Super near torcy train station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Also really easy to get to disney from the hotel using the train. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself needing somewhere to stay in that area. Staff did speak some english and between my little french and their english we were able to communicate what was needed. Also ordered uber eats to hotel and picked up infront of reception.

Room was clean, only really used it for sleeping as spent most of the time in disney, couple minutes from the train station which was the appeal, also had a good selection of ammenties close by includnig a huge supermarket which was a plus. Everything worked in the room and the wifi was decent too. Will 100% be going back as were annual pass holders and its cheap and easy to use. Stayed in quite a few places but this seems to be our new choice

The hotel is in a good location, just a couple of minutes walk from the train station with a number of restaurants around the corner and a few local shops including a bakery (huge selection and good prices). Its also only a 5 min walk to the local shopping centre with a large carrefour supermarket.
The receptionist was very friendly. We had a smaller ground floor, twin room, beds were very comfortable, but we had to ask for an additional towel as there was only one (had to ask again a few hours later as they were waiting for a delivery), we only had one chair for the dining table, there was only one small saucepan and there was no mirror in the bathroom, however there was a full length mirror next to the bathroom door. We were pleasantly surprised that they came in and made our beds daily
The room did have a decent sized fridge with a freezer section and a microwave with 2 electric hobs.
The hotel is a very good base, especially if visiting disney as its only 15/20 mins by train.

We loved being so close to a variety of shops and restaurants, and it was so easy to get into Paris. The metro station was very convenient and made exploring the city effortless. While the hotel itself is clean and well located on the border of the Seine river (I had a river view), I was disappointed to find small ants in the room, and I was on the 5th floor (4e étage)! This made my life miserable. If you left a minute piece of bread or something sweet or foody anywhere in the room, those ants would invade it and so you have to basically always clean all surfaces and hide anything foody in the microwave or fridge. Unfortunately, even when you did this, there were the garbage cans, where you would soon find trails of small ants lining up to feast on your garbage. Your bed is not spared if you leave crumbs of food tin it. I signaled this to the hotel people on my second day of stay out of 5 nights, but nothing was done. I had wanted to renew my stay here for another 5 days, but I had to check out to find another hotel close to the CDG airport, as I wasn’t sure if this was just happening to my room or other rooms as well. Besides this issue, it is actually a nice clean hotel with an RER train station not too far away.

Hotel itself was fine, had everything we needed and was clean and comfy. The area however was quite scary at night especially walking from the RER past the restaurant's. I genuinely felt very unsafe and actually grabbed my 5 year old and ran due to some unsavoury characters hanging around the alleyway between the restaurants and the hotel.

Stopped here last night to break up the journey to Calais. Booked last min via hotels.com about an hour before arrival. We were a bit hesitant with what we had booked but it was absolutely fine. In a built up area. Free parking thats well lit with no height barrier. Greeted well by the man on reception who promptly allocated us our card key. Good size rooms and very clean. Comfy bed. Bathroom did smell a bit but no signs of mould. Good air con too. Would recommend for a stop over. Places to eat near by (we had already eaten).

This is a basic hotel thst offers a family suite with a kitchenette, so great for families, especially those going to Disney Paris. The RER A train station is about a 1-block walk, and costs $4 each way to go 3 stops to Disney. The Disney Parks are right outside the train station, so no extra bus, tram, or ferry rides required. Breakfast at the hotel is adequate with plentiful coffee. B'fast ends promptly at 10 so don't expect coffee after that. After having in-room laundry at another Apparthotel, I was disappointed there were no laundry facilities available on site. We packed light intending to do laundry every few days. There is a laundromat on the commercial street nearby. Most staff spoke English well and were helpful, especially when we needed to extend our stay. We also took the RER A train into the city to see the sights. There are numerous restsurants nearby. There is also a HUGE mall Val d'Europe one stop east on the train.

Area is a little shady and not perhaps somewhere you'd walk alone at night. Don't be put off by the communal areas; yes they are a bit basic and tired, but the rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming. Perfectly situated for public transport links. This is our go to hotel for stay before or after Disneyland. Positives - near to the RER station, shopping, restaurants.
Negatives - although it was refurbished not long ago - cracks are starting to appear - missing light bulbs, crumbling pieces of wall in the corridors, dirty window curtains and unfortunately dirty floor in the corners of the room and bathroom.
Also if you are parking just outside the hotel (advertised as free parking) make sure your ticket is validated by the reception. We had problem leaving car park at 7am - barrier didn't open and it said that we need to pay 62 euro for overnight parking.
Receptionist had to find a car park porter/security to open the barrier as no one responded to us pressing the contact button.
Which brings me to the hotel staff - as always wonderful and attending.

The room was excellent, very clean. However, exterior and corridors really need updating. As we left, the gentleman on the front desk tried to get us to pay for our stay again but we showed our proof of payment. Only when we asked to see the check out form did we point out that he didn’t have the correct form, it belonged to someone else.
Very close to station, great access to Disney but surrounding area isn’t as nice and we didn’t feel very safe.

We had an amazing stay, the room was clean, comfortable and was bigger than we thought! There is no oven however there is a hob, microwave and plenty nearby including restaurants, bowling and other activities and also a cinema. Fast-food places aren’t too far to walk and the bakery around the corner was beautiful and affordable.

My family of 4 persons has booked the family room. The room size is ok but the facilities inside the room is quite simple. The shower gel is very difficult to pull out. By the way, you need to leave down the deposit to borrow the hair dryer. But the number of hair dryers are limited.

And there are plenty of restaurants behind the hotel. You can find a lot of food choices among the restaurants.

The time it took to check in was crazy. Arrived at midnight got into our room at 1.45am..
The fridge didn't work in the room, side table to bed was broken.
Was clean and bed was super comfy :)

The 2nd day in the room the fuse blew and had to swap rooms which was pretty easy and no fuss just a mare due to having to pack everything up.
No issues with this room, except this bed was hard and I woke up with backache I didn't have when I went to sleep.

Close to train station and Disneyland (by train). Short walking distance to a wonderful bakery and a little street with many restaurants to choose from with a great vibe and atmosphere at night time! On arrival, no towels in room. Went down to reception and after a long wait was given two towels, one of which was grubby and had clearly not been washed. Fortunately, another member of staff arrived at reception. intervened and apologised and we were promptly given two freshly washed towels. Snacks and drinks vending machine in reception area was out of order, but, no \"out of order sign\" to warn guests, so the machine was happily guzzling up the guests coins and reception staff appeared totally unfazed by this and did not offer any refunds. I was told that the machine would be fixed in about a month's time and I could then claim back my money which I found rather amusing. Rooms were clean and made up every morning. You have to arrive very early or very late for breakfast as not enough tables. It was pretty hot and we only had one tiny fan in our room.

Not the easiest place to find despite being near the railway station. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. No air-conditioning but we asked for a fan and they gave us one. Maid service erratic as used towels taken away but twice not replaced, although a quick trip to the front desk fixed this. Surprisingly a hairdryer had to be requested. Plenty of places to eat in immediate area. Train and bus service both nearby so easy to get into Paris or to CDG. Hotel nice and quiet in the evenings. We didn't ry the breakfast service. WiFi pretty quick and free.

Clean, very convenient , rooms are good size with small hob and microwave. There wasn't a saucepan in our room, just a frying pan, but I'm sure I could have asked for ne if I'd needed it.
Train station is 5 minutes, then 10 to Disneyland on RER train, though tickets are a bit pricey I paid €28 for a carnet of 10, and kids over 12 are classed as adults.

Okay to put your head down for the night.

It was okay... is the best way of summarizing this hotel. We had a number of broken things in our room here and there. The rooms are no where near sound proof, this was proven as one night we was kept awake by a french couple enjoying themselves way to much in bed until 3am.

When the lift operates the whole plastic bathroom shakes unbelievably and is very scary if you are using the toilet.

The hotel is very basic which is what you would expect for the price, however the broken items around the room didnt offset the price.

we stayed here to go too disney, so only wanted a bed for the night, the bed was big and comfortable so it was okay for that.

Overall the hotel and rooms a very poor, bathrooms are plastic self contained units like student accomodation. The beds are ok but thin duvets and only one pillow. General condition isnt great, whole place just feels cheap and the price is a base rate of 130 euros, definitley not worth. Avoid

Apart hotel is in the centre of Gare de Torcy very near to Restaurant, shopping complex and Transport facilities .Even though it is not the most luxurious hotel but due to its easily available facilities of food, shopping and transport facilities that bring cost down during holiday period, make the main attraction of this hotel.
All basic facilities are there including Wi-fi and TV.

8 people from our group got bitten by bed bugs, contacted hotel due to this and no reply!!!!

There were never clean towels, we had to keep asking reception for them.

Surprised by Bad Reviews Elsewhere

We were a little apprehensive about staying here after seeing the bad reviews on the Internet. However, this place was not as bad as the other reviews on the net make it seem. The rooms are a good size and other than not having air conditioning, the room was not bad. The neighborhood is quite convenient; it's very easy to walk to the RER station in order to take the RER A into Paris. There is also a Carrefour nearby. Other than not replacing our toilet paper, we didn't have any problems with the staff.

I was prepared for the worst when i booked this hotel because of the reviews online. I only booked it as it was the only hotel that has rooms available for the 5 nights I wanted to stay there. It is excellent value for money. The rooms were cleaned everyday during my stay. the bathroom is very small but big enough to have a shower. It is clean and I did not mind how small it was. The bed was clean.
I would use this hotel again as it is excellent value for money and very close to Disneyland. It is only three stops away on the train. It is close to the station. There are shops near by and also restaurants just at the back of the hotel. The hotel is located on line A near Disneyland in Torcy. The is a shopping mall two stops away from Torcy in Val de Europe. The hotel receptionists speak English.

Firstly let's get the good out the way.

Now for the not so good:
On arrival we were informed that planned maintenance had not been completed, our family room had no electricity, no water . They offered us 2 separate rooms, close to each other which we thought was reasonable. On arrival to check the rooms out 1 of them had no lock on the door, we explained the snow unacceptable and completely unsafe. So we squeezed into 1 double room.

Parking was horrendous. Appeared to be groups of youths outside smoking, possibly illegal substances, whcih scared my children.

Not a great start to the week in Paris, fortunately we were only there 1 night.

Que les factures soient fournies aux paiement ou automatiquement par mail. Ce n’est pas le cas. On doit sans cesse réclamer la facture, parfois 2 fois car on nous dit oui, mais rien n’est fait (les collègues ont le même problème)

Ensemble très satisfaisant, chambre très bien équipée, grande. La douche est suffisamment grande. La literie est confortable.
En revanche un grand courant d'air en provenance de la fenêtre et la chambre assez froide. Le personnel très aimable. Quartier assez effrayant en étant solo. Mais tout à proximité : plusieurs épiceries, pharmacie, resto à 5 minutes à pieds.
Et le rapport qualité prix excellent.
