Room sizes are okay for France. My room barely had space to go around but my kid's room was more spacious and so was their bathroom compared to mine.

The elevator going to the section of my rooms was under renovation but it was so frightful that my 15 year old daughter was scared to ride it. Not to exaggerate but it looked similar to how mommys were wrapped in Egyptian times.

The shower grout showed areas of mold. Needs some super cleaning or renovation.

Great stay, we used the hotel as a stop over before and after our stay at Disneyland Paris. Lovely attentive staff. Nice hotel. Wish there was more plug sockets though- our room only had 1 but that was my only gripe.

Disney stopover

It was a stop off for Disney. Very convenient location but:
-arriving after the parks closed the car park was full
-at breakfast there was insufficient plates, bowls etc for all guests which meant I could not eat what I wanted
-the bathroom had mould
-the shower head bracket was absent, so you had to hold it.

The room was falling apart. AC broken and full of mould. Shower flood bathroom floor. Stains on the sheets. Crazy loud till about 4/5am. Staff made a mistake and charged us for 2 days breakfast when should have been 1 and the staff memeber refused to help and so rude in the process. Happy to take your money but ignored and spoken to terribly for their mistake. Still owed the money and still being ignored. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy

Cat in the reception, in the lobby on the counter, I think it isn’t normal , I am allergic, and I said I can’t be around cats and they didn’t care .
Sheets were very dirty.
And when we asked to order for us a taxi , they just told us : here the telephone number, you need to call .
We asked if they can call because we don’t have fresh phone and don’t speake French . They said no.
I never seen such a service in my life.

Reasonable price for the service. The hotel is near Disney land and there’re some good restaurants just beside the hotel. My stay was good but I recommend bringing a towel :) all the staff are so polite and friendly and would try their best to help you even if they don’t speak English well. However there is one person in the reception who was so rude with me and entered my room the day of the check out without a permission I think his name was Jack or Jake. You can park your car safely in the parking. Overall I recommend staying there.

We as a family choose this hotel mainly for price, and knew we had booked a budget hotel but it really was only a place to rest our heads at night. We used Uber to get in to Euro Disney and for accessing the train at Val de Europe into Paris. Ideal for anyone who is travelling by car as there is free parking adjacent to the hotel and great road links. Hotel room was spotless, buffet breakfast each morning was lovely and plenty of choice €6 adult and €3 child.
Our room had a good size double bed and a bunk bed over the top, tv, chair and desk, bathroom with bath and shower. Towels were provided but we brought our room. Plenty of plugs in the room and you can hire a hair drier for a deposit of €20, retuned when returned hair drier. Check out is 12 noon but you can have late check out til 2pm for €5.
Lovely sitting area with tables and chairs, books to read and toys for children. Bar is open 24hours, for hot drinks, beverages and alcohol beverages there is also a vending machine with befit drinks and sweets. I brought my own travel kettle, tea and coffee as there is no facilities in the room. Room was a good temperature and we didn’t need to adjust the air conditioner at all during our stay. Blackout blind on the window is great especially if you wanted to go back to bed after breakfast.

All in all a good stay for a family of 3 (2 adults and a teen)

Not far from Disney and close to main routes. Odd location when you first arrive, feels a little uncomfortable going through gated car park but once inside fine. Staff were friendly. Nice and cheap food and beverages. Definitely a budget hotel though.

I liked the free parking, nice and quick breakfast, located just 18 minutes from Disneyland, very good price for a hotel where we just needed to sleep as the rest of the day we would be in Disneyland.
Maybe a small refrigerator in the room would have been useful.

The property was clean and situated next to two restaurants and within close proximity to the train system. It is a far ways away from the airport and city so expect to utilize transit.

Not a bad price for the facility but it’s not worth it if you’re planning on visiting Paris attractions as a closer hotel would save you both time and money.

Boy - they weren’t lying when they said this place was budget. So I guess I can’t say I wasn’t warned. But it was worse than my old university dorm room, and that is saying something. They didn’t even make up the second bed for my daughter - not even the fitted sheet - just put a “bed in a bag” on the “mattress” for her to do herself. Uncomfortable cheap foam mattresses, flimsy towels grey from multiple washings, a single thin pillow for each bed ... yeesh.

Very good stay, quiet, very clean hotel smells great all through from the reception to the room, the staff is very helpful and was there 24h reception assistance with excellent customer service, around the area is excellent, nice restaurant and good price overall much better than some expensive hotels around Central Paris. This is a basic hotel so don’t expect luxury but your stay will be enjoyable, quiet and clean.

Cheap hotel about 20 minutes drive from Disneyland Paris. Comfortable family room with everything we needed. We ate dinner at the restaurant next door (Poivre Rouge) where we got 10%discount due to staying at the hotel. The meal was lovely. Room was basic and clean. There was a bit of damp on the ceiling but nothing horrendous. I think it was good value for money and the staff were friendly. The free car park seemed secure and was open all hours.

We used the hotel as an overnighter to extend our Disneyland Paris trip. The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was basic but clean and all you would need for somewhere to rest your head after a day at Disney. The buffet contintental breakfast was amazing value - €6 for an adult and €3 for a child - very fresh and lots of choice.
Quite a few restaurants in the vicinity too - 3 over the road including a Quick burger restaurant and a couple within a short driving distance.

Family room was very basic, did not have A/C luckily it wasn't hot night during our stay. It did not even have Kettle! I guess the name says Budget.

For family of 4, there was a double bed and a single bed and a bunk bed! which is only allowed for kids above 6 yrs. Although my daughter was very excited about sleeping on bunk bed.

Hotel was hard to find on arrival and not many people spoke English. We arrived on train. On arrival to the hotel it was perfect. Nice clean room, staff were very helpful. 40 mins by train to Paris. The train station Was 10 min walk. We stayed for 5 nights would definitely stay here again if we came to Paris. Very good value for money.

We were travelling south to Provence and this as an overnight stop was great. Far enough out of Paris to avoid early morning traffic. Breakfast was excellent and room comfortable as expected. It was complicated to find due to extensive road works in the area. There were two restaurants nearby which were adequate.

This was a stop off after 4 nights in Disney and was a short drive away. Very friendly welcome, clean room and a few restaraunts close by. Not much else in the area from what we saw but the plan was to eat, freshen up and sleep before moving on to the next part of our holiday so.

New Hotel half hour outside of Paris

Hotel is very new. Our room is big (especially by European standards). Parking is free right across from the hotel. Quite kids friendly since there's a kid area with games, toys, and books. Almost nothing within walking distance except a Quick (fast food) and a restaurant. You definitely need a car. It's about 20 min driving from CDG and half hour outside of Paris. No RER nearby (at least not that we're aware of) so it may not be a good option if you wanna use this hotel as your base for Paris. We stayed here for 1 night for our flight next morning out of CDG so it worked out perfectly. The rate is excellent too, equivalence of Motel 6 rate but definitely much higher class.
Surrounding area seems very safe, not sure why there's a security guard in the lobby (we stayed at 9 different hotels in France during our trip, and this was the only time that we saw a security guard at a hotel). He's there for a reason; so that's why I felt a bit 'unsafe'.

Hotel was suitable for a single nights stay. The staff were very helpful. The room was a standard modern Ibis Budge / Etap but required a deep clean and bit of general maintenance. The free WiFi was good and worked well. The hotel offered adequate facilities and was overall in reasonable condition for an overnight stay.

This place was terrific value.

This was the perfect place for us to stay on our little mini break to Paris and Disney. Cheap accommodation but everything was very clean and well presented. The reception/foyer and breakfast areas looked brand new and the rooms were compact but comfortable. We only wanted to sleep there so it was just what we needed. The only critism is that the bathrooms are small, only room for one person to stand in at a time but then look at the price. I have never seen better value. Breakfast was wonderful for €6.15. A selection of sweet. X savoury breads, croissants, pain au chocolate, cereal, fresh Brie, ham, fruit salad, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, selection of yoghurts, different spreads inc honey and Nutella. I was thoroughly impressed. And lovely staff who were encouraging as a attempted to converse in my broken French.

Definitely recommended.

Stay before Disneyland Davey Crockett Ranch.

Stayed before our Holiday in Disneyland and also afterwards, so we got longer in the parks on the first and last days as travelling a day early was so much easier with young children. Hotel was great value, had two rooms as large family, first two rooms where small family rooms and we hated it, but on second stay at end of our trip we had bigger rooms for same price, why we didn't get these in the first place God knows, but our second stay was great, breakfast is really cheap, and free for under 10s so great, French breakfast is different and kids enjoyed it. Yogurts, croissants, etc. Dont expect cooked breakfast like in England lol. Found a hdmi port on back of TV, not accessible really but managed to plug in my phone and watch a film, otherwise it's French tv! Didn't really matter as it was only a pit stop for a shower and somewhere to sleep before Disneyland Ranch stay. To stay two more nights at Disneyland they wanted to include more passes for extra days etc so this worked a treat. Great budget hotel room.

Wir haben das Hotel (Familienzimmer) gebucht, weil es nah zum Disneyland war. Als wir das Zimmer betreten haben, haben wir gestaunt, dass es kaum Platz hatte. Man konnte nicht mal den Koffer öffnen. Leider war das Etagenbett auch ziemlich verdreckt. Auf Anfrage haben wir ein deutlich größeres Zimmer bekommen. Zwar hatten wir mehr Platz, aber das Zimmer war direkt gegenüber dem Aufzug, sodass man wg. der Lautstärke nicht schlafen konnte. Außerdem waren wenige Steckdosen für das Aufladen der Handys und Smartwatches vorhanden

Fine budget hotel. We stayed 6 days and traveled with the car. It’s 20 mins away from Disney. We didn’t use public transportation , but there’s a bus stop 2 mins away by foot near the hotel. Quick( fastfood) is near the hotel. Nearest shopping mall is 10 mins away with the car. The hotel is located in a somewhat industrial environment, so there isn’t anything to do nearby. Check in/out went smooth. Some people at the desk were friendly, some were not so. Would book again for a 1 or 2 stays to visit Disney.

Now alojamos en dos ocasiones, en la primera l habitación estaba limpia. Son justitas pero para ducharte y descansar ya están bien. Tienen secador en recepción. El almuerzo está muy bien calidad-precio. Está en un zon alejada de todo pero tiene parking gratuito justo delante y estación de tren a15min a pie. El personal es agradable.
La segund vez la habitación estaba sucia... Sólo se veían hechas las camas.
Tiene microondas y bar y el exterior unas mesas de picnic para poder comer lo que lleves.

Week-end familial

Le temps d un week-end 3jours 2 nuits. Prrsonnels accueillants surtout quand on arrive bonne prise en charge. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Slle de bain impeccable. Seul bémol impossible de mettre la clim donc on avait 25 degrés dans la chambre. Pas évident pour les enfants. Sinon bon prtit dej avec du choix.
On y retournera
