Check in and check out easy and staff very friendly. Room was really clean and exactly what we needed. Beds were really comfy. Breakfast was superb. Buffet style with huge variety of choices including hot food.
Great location close to Disneyland. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

19/08/2025 We stayed here and we recently visited restaurant for breakfast and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff were not polite or welcoming, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere from the start.

What made it worse was that even though we had paid for breakfast, we were not allowed to have enough food. It felt restrictive and unfair, especially considering it was included in the price.

I expected better service and a more hospitable environment. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both customer service and the breakfast offering for future guests.

Note Front office staffs were superb.

I emailed the property ahead od travelling to ask if we could check into our room early as i had been travelling from 3am with an 11 year old. They never acknowledged the email and when we got there they were adamant we couldnt have our room till 3pm. We fell asleep in the bar along with other travellers who were in the same situation. Nothing at the hotel to do but SOME of the staff were lovely but it only takes 1 person to put a dampner on the stay

10 minutes from train. Near a nice neighborhood. Close to a supermarket, McDonalds, Bakery. Hotel needs an update on carpet, shower was quite small, and hot. I had to ask for a fan. Staff was nice and overall good.

This property is great if you are on a budget or if you need a hotel for one night before moving on to Disney. Carpets need replacing, and beds could be a little bigger. On arrival, we weren't told the code for the gate, so we had no idea we would need it. Arrived after 11, having watched the fireworks, and we couldn't get in. Eventually, someone arrived who knew the code to let us in. We weren't the only ones! The man at reception gave us the code, but please check when you check in for code. It's clean with a good shower, and overall, it's comfy enough. We had a kettle in the room with tea and milk, which is rare for France.

Meals too late, rooms hot, no air con

No air con. The rooms were over heated to a ridiculous level and none of us could sleep for hours. We all needed a meal but were only given the option to pay 17 euros for a 3 course meal which was great for some but my daughter hardly eats so money wasted there. The staff spoke poor english so couldnt explain things or help with problems really. The meal wasnt available til 7pm but we needed to eat earlier.

I believe hôtel from the late 80’s, has not been renovated. Decoration is outdated, floor carpet dirty, bed with mattress that you feel the spring, very tiny room. Located on a roundabout on the highway exit.

For a 90€/night I was expecting much better.

Ok but plenty of better hotels

Stayed here for one night before heading to Disney. Hotel was quite busy but plenty of free parking available. Reception area and hotel building perfectly acceptable and welcoming for price point.

Check-in was initially ok but when we went to the room it literally smelt like someone just smoked a packet of cigarettes inside. Debatable room was even checked so not sure how covid safe it was. Also smell was so strong someone had literally recently been smoking inside.

Went straight down to reception. Spoke to guy on reception, who said we have no other rooms. Then left us waiting and started serving people coming into the hotel after us. Eventually after waiting for another three groups he came to the room with us to check. Realised it smelt like someone was inside smoking, looked shocked and suddenly found another room.

Needless waste of time checking in. Plenty of other hotels around at the same price point. Wont stay again as hotel cleaning staff clearly don't care.

A very big disappointment 😫😫😫 thé poorest experience in my whole travels... dirty rooms, no room service for three days, no comfort, AC not operating at nights... and the staff seems to find it funny when you complain about the very poor situation in the conditions... or to have no concern. When l ask assistance on how to get to the public transport at the reception, the staff told me that he is not from this area😜😜😜. I will never recommend this shorty hotel to anyone... even for free.

Location is ok for Disneyland Paris, about a 10 min walk to Bussy St George RER station and a 5 min train ride with frequent trains. The hotel itself is tired and needs a good clean and refurb. Beds were not great and cleaning standard was so poor that first room had to be changed which they did without question.

The location was ideal for Disneyland and the city of Paris. The hotel was very clean and we were greeted warmly by the reception staff on arrival. Everything in the hotel was good. Although the only thing I felt let it down was at meal times the waiting staff were also doubling up as bar staff. They were taking drink orders from tables going to the bar and getting those drinks then taking them to customers leaving people at the bar just standing there. I waited about 10-15 minutes to get served despite three members of staff going to the bar for other people’s drinks and acknowledging me. During meal times I think there should be someone on the bar permanently to allow people not eating, or people who have already eaten the chance to get served a lot quicker. Apart from this I recommend this hotel as we stayed in the one next door last year but the facilities in this one were much better. We will be back to stay here again.

What you’d expect for the price

It was pretty much what I expected for the price. The outside of the building is looking very tired and approaching it for the first time in the dark (like we did) doesn’t make for good first impressions. The reception staff were always friendly. The cleaner left our window wide open one day which we weren’t impressed with. The room was okay, bed wasn’t overly comfortable and the carpet was very stained but it’s what we expected for the price. The cleaner also didn’t make our bed one of the days as we’d already briefly tidied it ourselves - very lazy. The hotel is in a great location for Disney (10-15 mins on the train after a 10 min walk to the train station) and only about 40 mins away from Paris. Bussy itself is very quiet, we had to eat in the same restaurant every night as there was a lack of choice and most places were closed over NYE but pizzaria Romano was fantastic. Would recommend this hotel for families going to Disney on a budget but I wouldn’t stay here again with my boyfriend.

Hotel is in a nice area, and only 10 minutes walk from the RER station which will take you to Disneyland or Paris. Rooms are quite small but nice bathrooms with rainfall shower. Breakfast is 10.90 per person with reasonable amount of choice (pastries, cereals, cold meat, cheese, crepes, fruit and sausage and eggs). Didn't use the restaurant at night but it seemed quite busy with a buffet option. Check in and out was quick and simple and got into the room when we arrived early at 12.30pm.

Affordable, great location and close to Disneyland

The hotel is great value for money considering how near it is to Disneyland Paris (only a 15 minute walk to the train station and about 10 minutes on the train). The room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free wifi and there's a Mcdonalds and a Chinese nearby if you fancy it! The breakfast was quite pricey (9 euros+) and they add a service charge of 6 euros before you leave but it does state that on the website. Our room had a hairdryer in which was nice as not all hotels provide one! The shower was easy to use but there's a bath if you prefer!

Overall a very pleasant stay, great price and location, my friend who I went with is returning later on this year. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who want to be near to Disneyland without paying extortionate prices!

You get what you pay for and should have modest expectations. Good value for the price. Bring your own toiletries (soap, shampoo). Free wifi with good bandwidth and signal. Staff was courteous. Location and value makes this a perfect choice for a cheap place to sleep after a long day at Disneyland.

A good hotel at decent price, but could be better

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights; our family room was clean, with plenty of space for 2 children and 2 adults. The restaurant had a decent selection of hot and cold buffet food- simply a matter of picking how many courses you want when ordering and helping yourself.

My only gripes would be :

1- that as the hotel accommodates guests with pets, the smell of dogs is evident in some areas of the hotel- I noticed it straight away when I first entered out room, and later on in the reception right after the floor had been mopped- smelled of wet dog which is quite smelly!

2- I didn't think the restaurant had enough staff on; I could only see two servers, and as the restaurant was quite busy, it was quite difficult to get their attention if you wanted anything, which was frustrating as there was no-one manning the bar, meaning they were also responsible for serving drinks too.

Overall, a nice, modern hotel with good sized family rooms and food selection, but let down by the lingering animal smell and not enough staff in the restaurant. If this hotel had dedicated rooms for guests with pets and those without, and more staff in the restaurant it would have been perfect.

Very good, clean and in close proximity to Disney

Stayed here on the last night before driving back to the UK - had been in Disneyland Paris the previous 3 nights - serves as a great last stop on the A4 about 10/15 minutes away from the Disney park itself. Stayed in a room with 2 adult singles and a small single sofa bed for our child - all modern clean and good en-suite facilities. All for a reasonable price, would recommend as a one night stop either for arriving or leaving Disneyland.

Convenient for Paris or Disney by road or rail

Not your traditional Campanile - where the corridors are on the outside and open to the elements. This feels more like a Holiday Inn style.
2 exits from Disney Parcs on A4. Or walk 5mins to train station and get train to Paris, or to Disney Parc own station.
Gettting through the gate with or without car was hit and miss - we tried using our door cards, pressing buttons, jumping up and down in front of detectors. None really worked. Someone pressed button for other hotel in the compound and miraculously the gate opened. Other times we tailgated in or out!
One thing to watch if you have children - we were on 2nd floor and the windows open completely. They have a bar across about 6 inches up but that would not stop a child, in fact it might encourage them to reach/hang out. Even worse, the 3rd bed is under that window so is likely to be used by a child. We put our 4 year old in the bed next to the wall to ensure she had to climb over at least one of us to get to the window.
Breakfast better if you get there early. On the 2nd day we went later and it was messy, very halfhearted clearing and cleaning going on. Split drink on the floor under the coffee machine stayed there for a long time, despite us reporting it
Rooms are very compact but shower good size and powerful. Sheets, towels and facilities clean. Extra door between beds and corridor kept sounds of noisy guests out! Tea and coffee making facilities very nice touch - not usual in France

Very poor, don't bother. The room was uncleaned the cardkey from previous occupant was on the shelf. One small towel with holes in for a family of four. Very bad smell from the toilet. No storage so don't use for anything more than overnight. Breakfast was an extra 30 euros so worked out expensive. Car parking was easy. When I complained about the room the receptionist told me it was fine for her it was not for me. Very disappointed.

Cheap hotel 2 stops from disney. Walk into the small town ok, but walking back from station at night felt dodgy. Lots of shops/restaurants near staying which is 10-15 mins easy walk. Room small. Clean. Supposed to be one double/king and two singles. Sofa/single had not sheets, but staff quickly remedied. 3rd we couldn't find. Think it was on request!! Shower room very clean and functional. Car park locked at night. Would stay again if was cheaper.

Brilliant centrally located hotel for family holiday

Convenient hotel in quiet, nice area.

Very helpful and friendly staff and comfortable room, small but fine for myself and two kids needing only space to sleep between trips to Disneyland. Didn't book breakfast due to indifferent reports, but was impressed with the buffet provided so we did take it and it was a nice atmosphere as well as fresh bread, croissants, cereals, yoghurts with fresh fruit, meats and cheeses all presented nicely with coffee and juices also. Overall clean and welcoming.

Nice and close to the station

Hotel is a 10 min walk to the train station and a 5 min walk to the local supermarket. Good if you want to go to Disneyland as it is only a few stops, but a long train journey with several changes if you want to go to the center of Paris.
Room was clean, staff were nice. The only downside was the couple next door who had a loud argument one night and we could hear the whole thing as the walls aren't that thick. Also the pillows are really uncomfortable.

Overall it was a good hotel and I would stay there again.

We booked this hotel to use as a base for Disneyland Paris, the room was so small that you could barely move round the beds. The reception staff were not particularly helpful and knocked on our door late at night investigating a water leak from another room. We had dinner on the first evening and the buffet was poor, the food dried out. They also charged us an adult price for a child and when we tried to point this out they had trouble understanding as the waiting staff did not speak any English. We would not return to this hotel.

Our stay was comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I thought the cleaning staff was rather militant. The day of our check out, we had the room until noon and we had a great deal of luggage to organize as well as details of our travel that day to work out but we had housekeeping knock on our door starting at 9:15am at least 5 times that morning despite the fact that we had our \"do not disturb\" sign on the door and check out wasn't until noon!

Good hotel for being close to Disneyland Paris

Hotel was clean and affordable, but the room was small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Buffet dinners was great and good price.

disappointing - strong cigarette smell in room

Despite us clearly asking for non-smoking room, and being answered the hotel was all non-smoking, the room was stinking of cigarette; we complained, were told it was gonna be cleaned/vented, but it was as bad the other 2 nights. the main bed was broken and the room was extremely small for 4 people. the only good thing was 1 double 2 (half) single beds so kids had each their own bed (for a grown-up kid, beds would be rather small though). No washer/dryer (even with coins) on-site.

Good quality hotel with comfy beds

Really comfy bed, friendly staff; had a good sleep even with the window open as the room has double doors so the noise from corridor is kept up to minimum; proper hairdryer provided plus tea & coffee making facilities; approx. 5-7min walk from the RER station, supermarket (Carrefour) and cafes & bars. Just 2 stops from Disneyland. Good value for money.

15 min walk from metro station

My stay for 4 nites was so so. Could be better. Quite a walk from the metro to the hotel especially with bags tagged along. They should think about providing shuttle service to and from the metro station. Another turn-off was the room being extremely small and tight. They should have provided a bigger room ecpecially since there is an extra bed involved.

I must have booked the wrong Hotel

You get what you pay for.
I have now stayed in a hotel that the room is smaller than my wardrobe
We could only get in the door with our bags.
You had to lock the bathroom door when using the toilet or you would be knocked off the throne, you also had to sit on a 45 deg angle as the toilet was only approx. 150 mm from wall.
If French chefs are so good, all the good ones must be in Australia.

Stayed in this hotel to discover Paris and surroundings. Disney not very far off it it's your kind of place. I did not go there. Parked for free near the main station an took a train to Paris (Auber) from where i got a \"L'Open Tour\" ticket to tour Paris on an open top bus.

Nice and quiet

Was a simple but very nice hotel. We practically used it only for sleeping. The only downside was that the double-bed room was still two separate beds, which we had to put together.

Great for Disney and Paris

We just come back from France and had a great time at Disney and Central Paris the hotel is situated a 10 minute car journey from the gates of Disney and a 10 minute walk from the Station going into central Paris

The hotel was just right for the price and had no complaints the room was cleaned daily and the reception was very helpful.

Fine for Disney

We stayed for one night whilst at Disneyland Paris - it is 10 minutes away on main roads. Speedy check-in, room was fine, shutters to make it dark for children to sleep, good shower, tea and coffee, buffet breakfast not badly priced and all in all it wassomewhere I would stay again under the same circumstances. Not a bargain proce at £80 but not too bad.

Lovely hotel for my visit to Disney land Paris

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Service was excellent, beds made each day, clean towels daily, new tea bags and cups each day too. Reception I found were a bit unhelpful at times especially when I couldn't get into the main gates but other than that they were good. It is a very good hotel if your off to Disney land. Only 2 train stops away from the park and about a 40 min train journey to Paris (Eiffel tower). The rooms are quite small I found and quite squashy but the rooms were very modern xx

A little small...

The rooms had 2 single beds and one queen. It was tight but the beds were comfortable. They had a kettle in the rooms but nothing to go with it, like coffee or tea. Bathrooms were clean, water was hot shower was great. Would stay there again. The buffet at night and morning were ok. Nothing to write home about but got the job of eating done.

Nice hotel,good parking

Located 900 meters from the train station but when it rains then hard to walk,I recommend to rent a car if you are staying in this hotel (free parking) very close by Disney and shopping center but almost 1 hour to go to Paris by car.

I stayed there with my nephew for one night. The purpose was to find something close to Disney. This hotel is new, clean and the room looked cute. The room was small, but we just spent the night there, so we were not looking for anything fancy. The staff was very friendly and it was quiet at night so we slept well. The only thing that bothered me was that the AC wasn't working. The room got a bit stuffy and hot and when we opened the window we could hear the cars on a close by road. (That's why I gave room comfort a 3). Breakfast was fine. Nothing special, but they had a fairly good selection. It has three stars and that's what you get.

Was very easy to get There ! Disneyland is very close to hotel,about 8 min driving ! Staffwas very friendly,Also they speak english very well! I asked about shops,and the lady she been very helpful! There is macdonalts,lost of Take away chinese,super Market ,i think is called Carrefour!all are just round the corner,2 min driving,10 min walking! The food in the restaurant is so good ,i do recomand That to! They serve breakfast,lunch and dinner! Deserts are so good,we will return! If You go by car,3 hrs driving from Calais!

Great Hotel in nice and safe developing area

Recently stayed 3 nights in Hotel Campanile during my Europe tour and had great experience. The hotel staff are friendly, speak English and assisted us in our needs.
Café is good, rooms and toilets are very clean.

We really glad to come back to a safe and comfortable place to rest after each tiring day trip to either Paris city trips, Factory outlet shopping or castle trips

Ps: we travel by car , thus the location isn't an issue, it is just off the highway A4

Great location, great stay, great value

Really good!
Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Disney land.
Takes 15mins to get to park, simple route and hassle free.
Stayed in quad room with wife, 5yr old and baby. Plenty of room, clean and free wifi! Recommended to families!
