The room service was not done properly. No coffee sachets refill. The swimming pool water looks cloundy and we are not comfortable to swim there. Overall, good amenities but not excellent.

Good room comfy bed staff very nice restaurant was nice only eat there once pool was decent and gym was decent for a Hotel gym. Only negotove was the walls where very thin if the room next door where in the bathroom you could here the water going through the pipes and you could here people slamming doors and in the door way this happened on the middle of the night and early morning you could here it but not the end of the world over all very good. Train station is walking distanced

Not Quite 4-Star – A Mixed Experience at Paxton Paris MLV ⭐⭐☆☆☆**

We stayed at Hotel Paxton Paris MLV for two nights, drawn by its proximity to Disneyland Paris and the promise of a comfortable, four-star experience. While there were some positives, the overall stay left us disappointed.

The good: the hotel itself is spacious, and the bedrooms were generously sized—ideal for families or groups needing room to spread out. Its location is convenient for Disneyland Paris, with easy access via the nearby train station.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which we appreciated. However, communication with staff was challenging, as English was not widely spoken and assistance felt minimal. Staff weren’t as helpful or welcoming as one might expect from a hotel of this rating.

The corridors and rooms felt noticeably dated, lacking the freshness and polish you'd expect from a four-star property. The advertised shuttle to Disneyland was misleading—it only goes as far as the train station, which added extra planning and cost to our journey.

Overall, while the hotel offers space and a decent location, it doesn’t live up to its four-star rating. If you're expecting premium service and modern amenities, you may want to look elsewhere.

This is a lovely hotel in a good location for Disneyland.
The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious and up to date. The facilities are really good with a lovely pool, sauna and steam room as well as a well stocked and large (for a hotel) gym.
The location for Disney is great after a 15 min walk to train station you are 10 mins away. The location for CDG airport isn’t the best we ended up getting a taxi both way as the public transport options aren’t great. Also, it says on the booking there is a free shuttle bus to the bus and train station but this isn’t the case all year round - just during French holidays.

Definitely a 4 star Hotel.

All the good reviews about this hotel are true! The hotel has such a nice smell. The room was clean. If you have small toddlers you may not want the duplex rooms because of the stairwell. No kitchen utensils provided. No complimentary water provided in the room. There is water at the reception desk. If you are there with children, the hotel bar area has small games area for children. The pool is small and towels are provided. Children had access up until 8pm. The gym is well equipped. The bowling is affordable as are the drinks at the bar. The complimentary bus to the station leaves exactly on time! But it is only 2 stops to the station about a 5min journey. The hotel is close to a supermarket - intermarche where you can get everything you need under the sun and it close to another games center. The area is quiet despite the hotel being busy with guests. I was able to do a free earlier check in at 12pm. They also offer earlier check-in times at a % of room cost depending on time

The only good thing about this hotel is the interior in the lobby area, outdoors and swimming area. The staff were unhelpful, we complained multiple times about the wifi not working in our room and we were met with “keep trying” the Tv was meant to be a smart TV, yet we couldn’t get it to work, even connecting via chromcast due to the unresponsive WiFi. No utensils in the room, we were given paper cups instead. It was overall a disappointing stay. Wouldn’t go back there again.

Very disappointed in this hotel. It promotes having family friendly activities but ensure you read the fine print. There are extra costs to everything. We there are limited hours families/kids are allowed in the pool, and the restaurant seems to only open in the late evening (after 7pm). This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone with children. Also we ran out of hot water and had issues with our television, for the local hotel it claims to be, we had better luck at best western.

Excellent duplex room for families, fridge, kettle, stove, large clean rooms, great shower and easy parking.
Staff helpful, excellent Italian restaurant adjoining the hotel, plus spa and bowling alley, (which we didn’t use).
Perfect for a stay during a visit to Disney.
Also very close to supermarket, bakeries and petrol station to get all you need prior to visiting Disney. Because the food at the resort was poor!

Nothing unique about this property, absolute disaster, everything falling apart eg broken hand wash, broken tissue holder, plugs coming out from wall. The heater wasn't adequate for the room size, and then it broke (the hotel did provide an electric heater and offer us the chance to swap rooms on our last night) Also the cooker provided didn't work but even if it did no saucepans or utensils were provided. The location was perfect for us and the staff were nice and friendly.

From the beginning of our stay, our hotel room smelt of cigarettes. I tried to fix this by using a spray but I cannot get rid of the smell. Further to this, of a morning at 8:30am, we were woken up by drilling coming from a neighbouring room to ours. This is far too early to be doing work whilst people are trying to have a holiday at the hotel. I am not sure why we were given a room neighbouring the work being done, rather than far away. Also none of the workmen onsite are wearing a face covering, despite all guest having to wear one. This is not acceptable as you should be doing your best to keep your guests safe. My girlfriend is pregnant, and so not being exposed to coronavirus is extremely important.

On top of this, your swimming pool and spa are not working, despite an email received from you stating \"Le spa/centre de bien-être sera inaccessible jusqu'au 15 AOUT 2021” and also \"ATTENTION, LA PISCINE SERA INACCESSIBLE JUSQU AU'15 AOUT 2021”. It does not state that either the spa or the pool should still be closed. We were not notified of this.

Furthermore, workmen have knocked on our door twice of a morning, despite a sign saying do not disturb. Once again, not wearing a face covering, and it seemed that if I had not answered the door, they would have entered using a key they had in their hand. Nobody should be entering our hotel room, especially when there is a sign on the door stating “do not disturb”.

When I first checked in, they gave me a room without A/C, and it's July in summer, but hotel did give me a fan for air circulation. But the room had a terrible damp smell, so I asked for another room and was given another non-A/C room, at least this one smell much better, so I had to move my luggage and the fan myself to the new room.
I wouldn't stay here again unless absolutely necessary.

Hotel with good access, close to the motorway to Paris and Disneyland. Spacious duplex room with small kitchen. Very clean. Nice staff. Good entertainment areas (bowling, virtual reality, snooker, bar, pool). Breakfast is a buffet and offers a lot of different options. Italian food for dinner really good. One downside is the deepness of the pool (145cm), not recommended for children or for small people. I am 152cm (5'2) and didn't enjoy it at all.

Nice hotel, very close to the train station, has a shatter that can take you to and from the train station. Has a beautiful free swimming pool, yummy breakfast, spacious and clean room.It has a spa, bar and billing access but you need to pay for these. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely go there again.

Spent 4 nights here and loved every night/morning. Loads of choice for breakfast. Italian restaurant next door is so good. Great bowling alley, swimming pool and billiards room. Good hotel to visit Disneyland but...

Stayed here while visiting Disneyland end of last year (late review)

The stay was great and welcoming but it was marred by lack of hot water in the room when we came back tired from Disneyland. The explanation given was that the system holds only enough water for one persons bath and if two people go one after the other, it takes some time before you get hot water again! 2 hrs it took before it was lukewarm.

Don't expect this at a 4 star hotel. A big thumbs down for that.

I would recommend reading reviews before booking this as there are a few things you would assume a hotel would have but this may not and it could ruin your stay.

WiFi is available throughout the hotel and it is easily accessed and good connectivity. Not a common thing for all hotels.

Breakfast was included and had a great choice of food. Extremely good and grateful with this hospitality. The breakfast has range of teas and juices. Alongside sausages, beans and boiled eggs (no scrambled) and pastries.

Bed is really comfy and found no noise issues as I stayed on the first floor.

Spa facilities are minimal/adequate I guess. I mean only the pool is free and easy accessed for hotel guests and the pool isn’t overly big sadly. Use of sauna is charged. Massages available upon appointment and at extra charge (this is normal I guess for most hotels)

Surroundings include Restaurant which was lovely. Food was great and service was great. Literally a 10 minute walk is a late supoermarket and found this great!

Disneyland is two train stations away and about €2.50pp! Amazing but walking to Bussy train station is a bit far and unfortunately the hotel shuttle does not run often and if you end up staying for the fireworks you need to consider the journey. I would recommend planing everything journey wise if you do plan on going Disneyland as taxi can really be costly as public transport is easy from Paxton.

You will find any extra the hotel will charge. Ie. forks!!

The hotel is ok with nice clean room and comfy bed. Hotel has restautant, bar and swimming pool. So could be good if u need those or if u r with kids. Very reasonably priced hotel in comparison to others in the Disneyland area. The only downturns I found are : no room service and nothing to watch on TV beside news if u dont speak French.
Beside that it was good.

Look. I'd read the reviews and I agree with them. The rooms are looking tired but they're not bad. The breakfast is ok. The big advantage is the bowling lanes and night club. The hotel is situated in am awkward area but to be fair, we had no issue with the van ride to the train station. Overall pretty good. Not brilliant but good.

Great hotel - close to transport

Shuttle to train station which will take you to Disney and Paris centre, clean, quiet, comfortable. Hotel staff lovely and friendly, large choice at breakfast, activities to do on site.
Downside is there's nothing in the local area and you need transport to get anywhere. Do not get a taxi to the train station, use the free hotel shuttle, otherwise it'll cost you 15€ for a 3 min drive. It is walkable (20 mins)

Hotel looks nice

The hotel looks nice and has a lot, eg. A pool, bowling alley, spa. It's a short walk away from the train station which is 2 stops away from Disneyland. The only thing that ruined our stay was when we called the front desk and asked for some extra pillows (we were given 2 between 2 of us) and was told no. This meant we didn't sleep as well as we'd like.

It is close to Disneyland but a shame the shuttle stops at half 9 as this is not in line with the park closing and there are no taxis from the metro. Also wish there was a shuttle to the airport as it is 80 euros each way.
Overall great once transport is organised.

Hotel was good, rather limited in terms of \"Spa & Resort\". All spas were to be paid extra for. The pool was okay, but had too few chairs.

Room itself was very comfortable and we could certainly appreciate the AC that was already turned on (+30 degrees Celsius outside). Downside was that the building we could see from our window was a bar/bowling that was used for a wedding party, so we couldn't sleep until 03:00.

The location of the hotel was very good and convenient specially if you planning go to Disneyland. Staff was friendly but on busy Sunday morning was only two people to clear the tables which left us to sit on uncleared table. The room was clean but overall the bed wasn't changed at all for ours whole stay. The duplex needs upgrading due to shower have a black stains between the tails, the drain in the shower was loose and the shower door didn't close properly.

Hotel ok but nothing surrounding it! E.g. Only one restaurant on site which doesn't open until 7pm. Bar rubbish. Only thing that was ok was ten pin bowling when you could get a lane!

We stayed at this hotel for our 3 days at Disneyland. Local area is pretty bare so we took advantage of the bowling alley and pool tables at night. Shuttle bus to Disney was extremely useful...it takes you to the nearby train station where you can get the train to Disney two stops away (extremely easy to do, coming from someone who never uses trains!). Room was spacious and comfortable and people at reception were extremely helpful. Breakfast was a bit poor...hot options were hot dog sausages and beans (not hot at all though!)

Stayed in a family room, this was over 2 floors with a double on the top and a sofa bed on the ground. All in one room but with 2 floors to it. Bathroom on the ground floor. This worked well as we could put the kids to bed on the top floor and keep the lights on below. The resort also has a bowling centre as well as a small swimming pool so there was plenty to keep the children entertained. There is a free shuttle that runs to the local train station which is about a 15 minute walk away. The shuttle runs frequently in the morning and afternoon. It was 35 euros for a return for a family of 4 into the centre of Paris with metro included. The journey took about an hour. We drove to Disney which cost 20 euro to park but you could easily get the train. The staff were very helpful and we had a great stay. There was also limited cooking facilities - a hob / microwave in the room and a supermarket over the road so if you didn't want to use the nice Italian restaurant on site you could easily cook up a simple pasta meal in your room! All in all an ideal place to stay with easy on site parking.

It is a 35 minute ride from Paris by metro. There is a hotel shuttle in the morning and afternoon that takes you to the hotel from the station. Local bus #22 does also.
There is a full spa and restaurant for all meals. Great deal especially for the price.
So it's a great hotel at a very good price.

Nice hotel, Our room (it had two floors) for 3 people was really comfortable and clean with air conditioner, good space and spacious bathroom.
The restaurant is really nice, big range of food just a bit expensive.
Near you can find Mac Donalds, super market \"Casino\" and next to rail station is carrefour.
Disneyland is close just two rail station to get there.
Actually it was a good choose for our trip.
Some rooms for two people don't have air conditioner you should ask before your book if you want AC specially in summer.

Good and bad

No ac, toilet didn't always work properly, I put a \"do not disturb\" door hanger , but someone STILL came in to clean my room, everything closed way too early so if I was thirsty at night past 11, there were no places that I could go to buy anything! Overall I was very disappointed in the hotel. The one good thing however was when we checked in a little too early, there were no twin beds room available so they upgraded us to a condo type room instead which I thought was very generous. But I still wouldn't stay here again.

I should've stayed in the city in Paris instead of moved to this hotel. They gave us a room with no air conditioning in the middle of July! If without a car, then no reason to stay there... Their shuttle brings you to the train station so you can get to Disney. You can do the same from the city in Paris which is two more stops after the hotel. Bad experience at this hotel.

Great location for Euro Disney

The free shuttle bus was a great addition to the nearest RER station. Only 2 stops away and only costing us €5. However, we struggled to get home from this station and had to walk back on 2 occasions as there were no taxis available from the station.

Nice non-Disney hotel

The Paxton is a much better proposition than staying at a Disney branded hotel. Located a short drive (about 10-15 mins by car) from the park.

We had a duplex room, with the sofa bed downstairs and main double bed up the stairs. Rooms were very quiet and quality of mattress and linens were excellent.

Kitchenette was nice feature but we didn't have any utensils to make use, but this may have been up to us to request them.

Facilities at the hotel were good, the modest sized pool was very popular. Changing facilities were limited to 2-3 adults at a push, with 3 being maybe a little too close.

Bad points were few but one notable thing was parking, as a number of cars use the hotel parking for bowling that is located next door. This meant that returning late at night means hunting for an elusive space in a considerable sized car park. Also, we were disappointed at the lack of any charging facilities for electric vehicles, it would have been really nice to top-up.

Breakfast was very efficient, tables cleaned and tidied very quickly, lots of tables and everything self service. Choice was usual continental fayre, but enough for all members of the family. Eggs were only available as a boil-it-yourself, which was hit and miss in terms of success. Frankfurters were the only hot meat on offer. Bread and pastries were nice and fresh and quickly replenished.

For a budget alternative to Disney, this is hard to beat for the price. Thoroughly recommended

La salle de bains nécessiterait une rénovation.
Nous avons constaté l'absence de bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre.
De même, nous avons noté l'absence de cuillères, bien que du café soit disponible.
La literie est excellente.
L'hôtel est très satisfaisant.
